Awful service. Drink half full. Apparently that’s how it is supposed to be. Can’t believe how inept the organisation was with regard to which order customers were served in.

Jodie was great, helped me understand the menu and even told me the deals, served me very fast and not an item missed. great service from them.

Delicious pizza and garlic bread. They have few options for veg as well. Goto combo - spicy veg and garlic bread- half n half.

Went for lunch at Napoli in Merry Hill and had a wonderful experience. Served by Joanne who was amazing! Very kind and helpful and my partner and I both turned round and said wow she was lovely! Food was amazing too, good price.

Jo who serviced us was great. Complemented my daughter on her her but was ver genuine which is a nice experience. Very friendly. Good value for money food also.

Pizza was spectacular and Anne was wonderful and patient. Couldn't choose where to eat in the food court but Anne went above and beyond in her service.

Lovely hot pizza, huge slice and homemade coleslaw, lovely friendly staff, Jo served me with a smile, lots of choices on the menu.

Fantastic pizza good sauce and crust. We had cheese and tomato which was delicious. We also had the pasta tubes special. The sauce was tomato and basil and tasted very fresh. Definitely recommend. Great service from Anne.

Shopping with my mother in law at Merry Hill Brierley Hill, lunchtime went to Napoli for our usual Cajun veg pasta. Whilst enjoy our pasta I noticed chicken in my pasta dish, absolutely horrified as mother-in-law and I are both vegetarians I went over to the counter to explain to the assistant that we asked for vegetarian Cajun pasta , And to my disgusted, not so much as an apology she said to me that’s what you asked for. To what I replied. I’m a vegetarian so why would I ask for chicken? She was so rude not apologetic at all knowing that a vegetarian would not eat chicken. She then grabbed the dishes off us to replace them with vegetarian ones the most rude unpleasant experience of my life.

Pizza was amazing and so were the spicy chips. Jo our server was brilliant, very welcoming, helpful and polite! Will visit again

Jo was so incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming. I ordered the pasta deal which was choice of pasta shapes, sauce and garlic pizza bread. I had the shells with tomato and marscapone sauce with both types of cheese (mozzarella and Italian hard cheese). The food was incredible and the seating area in Merryhill shopping centre clean and spacious. It was my first visit and I will certainly be returning when I can. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you!

I happen to work in the same shopping centre as Napoli and I went here to get some lunch before my shift. I go and order a penne bolognese and end up with the other option for the pasta, tomato and basil. I was rather upset with this and although they are fast and friendly, they need to make sure that they get the order right.

Situated within the main food court area at Merry Hill shopping centre (Intu)..serving Italian food. Limited choice, mainly pizzas,calzones,chips,coleslaw, salad and garlic bread. Cheap eats whilst out shopping at centre. Order at servery, and take away on tray to eat in main general eating area. Parking at centre outside generally. Meal deals available..i.e. pizza or calzone with a choice of 2 options from items listed above..i.e. salad, chips etc.Cold and hot drinks available.
