We visited this friendly cafe on a Wednesday morning. A warm welcome, delicious coffee and cheese and toast followed by an even tastier Bakewell Tart fresh out of the oven! Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area - handy location on the green, where there is free parking.

And a friendly welcome too! I'd recommend it for quality, value and cosiness. Bread pudding a speciality!

Friendly little cafe with good coffee and cake! Fab place to wait for your haircut next door. It’s the only place to grab a coffee in the village and right on the green so easy to find and park.

We saw this small local cafe when we were out cycling and tried it for cafe and coffees - we were given a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the owner. The coffee was good and the cake was fresh and there was a good selection for such a small cafe. Great value too. Most tables were taken and there is obviously much regular business here, as everybody seemed to know each other. There are a couple of outside tables with blankets provided. We will try again for lunch next time.

Absolutely lovely place inside The Trinity Theatre. The menu is simple and reasonably priced, but the food is tasty with decent portions. I had a sweet potato quesadillas which was crisp on the outside with a delicious filling, and a nice side salad. I sat outside where there were plenty of tables, and it was a beautiful spot in the sun with the smell of all the fresh flowers. There are umbrellas for those seeking shade. The staff were very attentive, friendly and quick. Highly recommended for a light lunch in the town centre.
