Nandos West Bromwich in Sandwell

The food is cold waitress and waiters are rude. There were no wine glasses waited over 45mins for drinks to come over 1hr for food to come along despite going to the desk to check not be going back.

My daughter and I came to Nandos West Bromwich and we were greeted by a welcoming face named Brad who was attentive to our needs and our order, he ensured we were happy with our order and made sure all of our order was up to our standards and needs. Thank you for your service Nandos West Bromwich!

Came to eat to Nando’s before cinema. We came group of 4 people to have a good night out didn’t expect that everything will be ruined including mood. We order food and was waiting for 40min this is not acceptable we got late to cinema and had to rush eating our meal which was hot . When waitresses finally came she said that we will need to wait other 20min on top of that because the chicken wings which we ordered will take this much time . How does it possibly to cook chicken wings for 1 hour . My partner was really disappointed and had to choose other dish . How does restaurant runs like this when costumer need to wait for so long and even can’t get what he ordered. Really big disappointment , didn’t knew that nando’s operate like this otherwise never would go

Very disappointed with the service , waiter not paying attention while taking my order. Starters arrived after 25 min. Garlic bread and corns missing when they after arrived they were not ready. I had to go up to the counter and ask for them myself after we had already finished eating. Young man manager was not interested in helping or even at least apologising. We are a family of 5 who enjoy going Nando’s , but the West Bromwich one is very disappointing.

Don’t really leave reviews but this visit I thought it was necessary. What an amazing experience - promptly seated to our table. Food came out quickly fresh and piping hot. Specially mention to Kelly - a credit to the company - 5 Star ***** service.

Very disappointed in Nandos West Bromwich. I have enjoyed Nandos from this Nandos restaurant over the years. I haven't been since Covid but this visit for my sons 12th Birthday. 16th December I ordered: View order details 1x 4 Boneless Chicken Thighs Maple & Orange 1 Regular PERi-Salted Chips 1 Regular Spiced Grains & Butternut Squash £13.75 1x Bottomless Fanta Zero £3.40 1x Butterfly Burger Extra Hot 1 Regular PERi-Salted Chips £14.00 Item Price Sub-Total £31.15 Order total £31.15 First thing I noticed my sons Peri Peri Chips portion Size as you can see from the photos compared to how many chips I received is questionable. Secondly I had the 4 Boneless Chicken Thigh meal. The 4 Chicken Thighs were dry, lacked flavour as I didn't taste the Maple or Orange as described in the menu. Thirdly I know we are in a World Crisis but the length and width of the Chicken Thighs were significantly smaller than what I have had from this Nandos in the past years. Nandos Food Quality and Standards should not go down because the world is in crisis. Quality and Standards should be higher especially as the rising cost falls on consumers. It may be that you must be resourceful during these times but not at the cost of your customers.

Order halloumi sticks, they did not arrive our main arrived before our starter then when I complained to the waitress she said she is going to get it sorted she did not come back after 15 minutes I went to the manager and she brought over halloumi side instead so for the third time I had to complain. Then I had to ask for our glasses as they never brought them over either. The sunset burger was tiny. The garlic bread was rock solid, barely had any chips. And then once we got our halloumi sticks they tasted absolutely disgusting they were chewy and cold and dry. Last time eating here. Staff are incredibly rude. Would not recommend!!!!

This was our first visit to West Bromwich and we opted to catch a bite to eat at Nando’s. Upon entering the restaurant is very busy, clean, organised and we couldn’t fault the attention to service. Our food arrived and there were a few things missing and not correct which were immediately rectified by Susana. Our meal was the best Nando’s so far in regards to chicken. Over all we had an enjoyable time with a lovely ambience to match. Thank you Susana, the desserts were delicious!

Had a bargain bucket it was really good but could have been a bit hotter but it was ok for a quick bite to eat. Was passing by and wanted a snack

Visited for a meal and decided to use my restaurant choice card (B'day gift) as part payment, Only to be told "we don't take those" by a member of staff. manager requested and was treated like I didn't belong in the store if I had to use a gift card. I was made to feel embarrassed and felt belittled by the managers awful attitude. Will not use again. Complaint to head office got a generic reply and no response since.

Im not one for leaving a review but I've never know such shocking services. Food was not edible and staff was not the best . we love nandos but will definitely not be coming back to this one !!!

At arrival, we have been told that we have to download their app otherwise we will not be served. The restaurant does not have a menu available in printed version nor menu is shown anywhere in the restaurant (only on their app). Then we been told that we may not be able to pay by cash. After finally being able to order, we had to wait 25 minutes for the food only to find out that the food is very small portion and not heated properly! We have paid £24 for food which was not even half of its value. The worst was the rice, it tasted like £1 rice from pouch heated in your microwave (which I believe it actually was). Avid at all cost!
