Asia was extremely helpful. She was dealing with a difficult customer before us and she dealt with that situation professionally and there was no flaw in how she helped us. 5 star! Keep up the good work.

My favourite Nando’s to go to. Food is always fresh and tasty !!

Took 2 hours to deliver meaning the food was cold. Missed items on three occasions. A poorly run store with no functioning processes in place

Went to good few years ago and found the service really poor however went in recently and it was the complete opposite staff are friendly and couldn’t do enough.

Picked up a collection and was warmly greeted by Millie, who swiftly packed my order. She threw in two free Pastel de Nata to stop them from going to waste before they closed — such a lovely touch! Great food, great service, and a little extra kindness that made my day.

Meal was barley warm and the restaurant was freezing

Ordered 2 platters and 2 chicken. One chicken was served with no flavour.i Returned the chicken and they served the same chicken with different flavour tag. It was cold. Then they served the rest of the chicken and we had to call someone to give us the plates. The food went cold. Spoke to the manager, she said that she would let the chef know that the chicken was cold and it was hard aswell . I was surprised with managers cold respons

This Nando’s branch, which serves halal chicken, was absolutely spot on! The food was fresh, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. The staff were lovely, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!

This branch of Nandos is by far the best one in Birmingham!!! Joe was looking after us and our food came out in less than 3 minutes!!!! I hadn’t even got my sauces and the food had arrived. I thought it may have been someone else or it may have been cold etc but it was perfect. Joe went out his way to make us feel comfortable and was extremely helpful, great member of staff

Disgusting, I place an order through the app, the deliveroo driver did not even attempt to deliver my order, not once did he knock on my door. When I raised the complaint with Nandos they was so unhelpful. I lost £40 worth of food order. I used my orange reward and lost this too. Despicable company and Despicable deliveroo. I will be reporting them to trading standards.

Nandos, FIX YOUR WINGS, I used to love ur wings, great grill and taste, wing roulette was great. But 1. Fanta zero flavour is terrible, I mean orange chicken doesn't sound too bad but too sweet. Also why u gotta name it fanta zero flavour? You cooking ur wings in sweetener??? 2. The wing 'bite' is a lot worse than before. What do I mean? When I used to eat there the two bones of the wings seperated easily and clean, and the chicken slid off the bone. But now... it is a whole situation to eat the wings and the two bones don't seperate cleanly so I just get a mess of cartialage in the middle which I need to start twisting and shit to seperate. I was thinking maybe this was a bad bird but it was for EVERY wing. I was like wtf? I was working so hard I couldn't even think about the chicken I was eating. Service was good tho and chips were bangin

Been let down this time. Ordered a collection of loaded fries which we regularly have. Went to collect and upon coming to my car realised no disposble cutlery been given, so had to go back and get them. Opened the takeaway later on and the portion was not as usual, it says it serves 2-3 people, and regularly have this so we know the standard of the portion, this time unfortunately it was likely 1/3 of the portion and with no cheddar cheese at all. Everytime we went for dining in and collection so far, service and food was good but not this time.

This place is. A joke staff are unprofessional and look like they should be in school so many times rice is hard chicken is burnt long waits told cant pay cash after being made to wait to be seated for long time when place was not even half full then when i order they have no change god help this place no one gives a shit

Excellent service and food but as with many chain companies now, way too overpriced. Not much of a wait time to be seated. Noisy atmosphere but family friendly. We were there with a 3 month old in a pram and staff were accommodating

My partner accidentally ordered me the side version of a dish instead of the full dish. Service was excellent - Morgan was lovely and sorted us out, so that we very quickly got the additional dish! Thanks a lot, Morgan!

Had ordered my food and service was great but only issue was i had started to eat my food and when left I had to go straight to the loo asap and couldn’t even leave for my stomach hurting and the urge to number 2 was inevitable and it was present but this is the only time I ever had issues with the food other times I’ve been not a problem

Don’t bother ordering from this branch, always miss something from your order, 3 occasions now placed big orders over £100 and always food missing

Welcomed by a lovely lady named Tara who is the manager. Brilliant customer service, very friendly & a warm approach. ..food came out nice & hot within 15mins of placing the order. Full of flavour, and lots of variety. Lovely atmosphere. Will be coming here again!

Upon my initial visit to the Nando’s in West Brom, I must express my observations regarding the dining experience. It seemed as though I had ventured into an entirely different establishment, as the flavor of the dishes markedly differed from my previous encounters at other Nando’s locations. The chicken, while acceptable, appeared somewhat undercooked, the chips arrived lukewarm, and the mash seemed frozen, necessitating a replacement by one of the attentive staff members. Regrettably, the coleslaw left much to be desired in terms of taste. Consequently, my companion found the meal below the expected standards and was inclined to depart. However, it is worth noting that the staff member who attended to us exhibited professionalism and exemplary manners throughout our visit.

Usually Nando’s it’s a fine dine.. food exceptional.. but the other day .. my food was cremated.. how can the person preparing them it’s even serving them? These are just a few that they were the worst.. the other one la you could eat them at least but not enjoy them.. and they taste like they stayed there for a bit..!

Tried Nando’s for the first time, the chicken was good and I really loved the place. The waitress Milly-Mai was so lovely !

Can’t fault the place, atmosphere was nice, service was quick and the food was delicious. The Caesar salad was refreshing and tasty, added a chicken fillet to it with a side of fries. Definitely would come to this branch again.

Came here on the weekend and the service my mum and I received was AMAZING.Each member of staff that we spoke to was so lovely and couldn't do enough.What a great team!! Oh and the food was lovely too as was the atmosphere.

I think this place is better then the other nandos in Birmingham because it's clean and the service and food was good.

I can't fault the restaurant. You get great service upon entry and you're seated promptly. The food is fresh and hot. The atmosphere is a bit poor though. The restaurant is very loud and the tables are very close together.

I don’t think I’ve ever had bad service at this nandos, but our last visit was exceptionally good, the young Caucasian lady with glasses (so sorry I forgot your name) was so helpful & kind - she offered to refill our drinks when nandos don’t normally provide this service. She was going above and beyond for every customer she was serving! Honestly great service, she is a credit to this branch!

Horrible service, saw a family wait for an hour for a meal paid for via collection. Until the father asked for the meal WHICH WAS READY THE ENTIRE TIME ACTUALLY and turns out was just sat waiting in the kitchen. My friend and I waited 30mins plus for our own meal. Just horrible, slow service. Staff can’t be bothered at all. Staff chatted nasty things about the family when they were in fact the wrong the whole time. My friend and I washed our hands after we ate but the sink was absolutely filthy not good to look at 🤢🤢🤢🤢. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Really enjoy having my Friday night treat at Nandos Westbromwhich. I takeout. My only criticism is that I can't understand why they only have one till in operation. This has been their practice for a long time and it means customers are kept waiting for long periods. Please review these systems to improve your customer experience Thank you

Not my most positive Nando's experience. I had to chase up the glasses for the bottomless drinks, my chicken was overcooked and my mother-in-law's veggie burger was clap cold. Will not be visiting the West Bromwich franchise any time soon.

Visited this afternoon, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food arrived quickly. The customer service was amazing! Kyran was so kind, welcoming and polite😊 He went above and beyond to provide such good service. When checking back, he came with such a nice smile and genuine chat. Such a gentleman too. I appreciate it! Very attentive. He deserves a raise or something for this praise off management. He is such an amazing asset to your team. Also, thank you to BOH staff for providing such good food too. Will be returning in near future.

Not very clean, food was very bland and order was missed due to an issue with ordering system. Staff very unhelpful, said it was a known issue but didn’t offer a solution. Didn't seem bothered. Ruined our meal and wasted our money.

Near the bus station and West Bromwich central tram station, Nando’s is located. Soft drinks are refillable and a dozen of spicy sauce along with cutlery are offered. If you have a buggy or wheelchair, and need the toilet, feel free to take this place. However, its chairs need to be refurbished.

Date of Visit 07/05/2024 @ 12.37 Having had a rather sad morning visiting a friend in a care home, I found myself outside Nando's in New Square. I decided it would be the ideal place to cheer myself up. I was not disappointed. I was greeted by Shanna who turned out to be an Angel sent to save me. From our first words to the last she provided me with radiant smiles, all the help I could wish for in helping me find my way around the menu and tolerating my deafness and poor eyesight with great patience. I send a big thank you to you Shanna for turning my day around with your professionalism, kindness and vitality. The food turned out to be just great too! It had been some 14 years since last eating at a Nando's due to my much older friends all preferring more traditional English Breakfast style meals in a Pub. Unfortunately most of these pals are much older than me and are no longer able to get out and about. Now I find myself free to eat where l please and as Nando's had been a favourite in the past I was very pleased to have been able to renew my relationship. So Thank you Nando's Thank you to all the staff and especially Thank You Shanna for your wonderful personality. Andy

Excellent very friendly customer service from Mayesha she deserves good position she took care everything very nicely we felt very welcome but there was a young black lady manager she was unprofessional couldn’t provide sufficient requirements for a good restaurant like Nando’s.

Great service by Kyran. He went above and beyond to ensure our meal was good and that we were looked after. Nandos is always a good option too so the food hardly ever fails.

Away on a work trip and found a local Nandos to eat at after a long drive and full day training. Food was fine, staff/service not so much. I was given the wrong side with my meal, one of the staff members was quite rude and argued that it was what I ordered, even after showing her my receipt. The correct side was brought out in the end but no apology was given.

I am currently visiting the UK from Canada and I was meeting a friend from high school in West Bromwich. She suggested that we go to the Nando's location at the New Square Shopping Centre. Overall, the service was very good. The ordering experience, itself, is different to what I am used to in Canada. We found an empty table and I placed the orders using a QR code. The food was served quickly and with a friendly smile. As I expected, the food was excellent, and, together with the overall ambiance of the restaurant, it was a very pleasant dining experience.

Shopping at West Brom. Had lunch at Nando’s on 4/4/24. From the moment I walked in the young lady seated us and got a child seat for my little boy. After that Sarah was very polite and helpful. Excellent service which makes the dine in experience even better. Definitely the best Nando’s around.

DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY! Delivery drivers took out food TWICE and only happens when we order from here most recent Deliveroo driver’s name was ‘Mohammed S.’ he cancelled the order before he had delivered it and when we rung up they said there’s nothing that could be done?? Honestly the service was terrible never ordering again!!!

So valentines and son's birthday and booked a Nandos that was supposed to come at 8.30. Food never arrived until 9.45 and looked like it had been tampered with poorly packaged, damaged, and dropped. Now it was too late to take it back as they closed at 10pm and no one would answer the phone. We shall be taking it back today just so they see the state in which it was delivered. Full £60 refund required

Massive Kudos needed to all the staff working today at the West Bromwich restaurant! We attempted to go 3 times but seeing how busy they were came away first 2 times, third time at around 4pm we entered the restaurant was seated pretty fast, despite how busy they were all the staff we encountered were smiling, there were things that were not available but they did there best to offer alternatives or solutions, there efforts today did not go unnoticed and I just wanted to say thank you for the lovely food and good service despite being extremely busy they pulled together and showed amazing team work and ensured everything ran as smoothly as possible! Again HUGE THANK YOU

As per usual it was decent, only issue was my chicken was drier than usual, I haven’t visited this nandos branch before so I’m not sure if this is common from this branch. There was no clean cutlery, it was all stained and had to wait 10 minutes until clean ones were ready, but these were brought to my table by staff.

Place and cutlery dirty. Second time I have been waiting for a while for something different that I ordered. Waiter offered to take it back but come on, I am not planning on waiting another half an hour for the correct order. On top of that the waiter treated my husband rudely. Not going there again.

I go all the time, perfect spot to just grab something to eat. Recently went and got served by ellie mai. Absolutely amazing, she really went above and beyond. Impeccable customer service and definitely will be going more often. She’s deserves the recognition because she really delivered amazing customer service!!! Highly recommend this branch!!!

1st time in here and the last - what a filthy hole nothing was clean from the plates to cutlery & glasses ? How can this be ? Everything was dirty ... food supposed to be cooked fresh for you ? Really?? ours was cold £30 wasted in a dirty place !! Only decent thing about here was the lady who showed us our seat she was very out going and welcoming that I thank you for !!!

Very accommodating and excellent service - special shoutout to Kyran, our server, who was an absolute asset to your team. His warm and welcoming demeanour set the tone for our perfect lunch. The restaurant was understaffed when we got there so there were a few issues. We arrived just before 7pm and there were no knives and forks in the tubs and when we got our food just before 7:25 there was still no cutlery in the tubs. We asked about this and a member of staff said they would go sort it out and they went in the back but over 5 minutes later still no cutlery so asked the manager and this was overheard by a different member of staff (john, more about him later) who came out with some but unfortunately by that time our food had gone cold. The manager was very good and sorted out some new meals for us and very quickly. Now onto John, this man was a legend. He seated us initially and was very friendly and explained the situation of the of being understaffed and apologized straight off the bat. He chatted to us a bit when he sat us down and was extremely friendly. He was the one that brought us the cutlery and again talked to us after giving it us directly and filling up the knife and fork tubs. He chatted to us about his job and other things. To top it off, just before he went on his break, we were winding down to the end of the meal he came over to check that everything else has gone well and our food was nice. This to me is what makes top draw customer service and deserves to be acknowledged and rewarded

Really good food, menu has changed loads since I last visited a Nando's. What really made it was a female member of staff who was lovely and helpful.

20/12/2023 Ordered food and took an hour to come to the table! Service was absolutely rubbish. You got the Managers and staff just laughing and talking to each other while the food is just waiting around on the pass for it to be served. We ordered food before other customers and they get theirs first! All you can get from the Manager is sorry and didn't even look like he was bothered. Will not be coming to this branch again.

Went to eat here Saturday 2nd Dec only to be told card only. As it was extremely cold and I didn't want to disappoint the other parties I went ahead but rest assured I will never go back as long as you remain cashless. It should be about choice. That's discrimination against older people who may only use cash.

Had an issue and the fixed it immediately

Very disappointing night everything I ordered for my neice and I was out and it was only 6pm. No corn on the cob or brocolli. To top it all they gave me the wrong piece of chicken and missed off the savoury rice for my neice. The Manager had a chance to make things right by refunding part of my order. But she was a cheap skate she just offered a £1 dessert to make up for the bad experience. She could of turned things round but now this review might be costly for them. Don't come to this Nandos on a Sat after 6pm. There wiĺl be nothing you want on the menu!

Services are very poor and very expensive food not hot to bring do not like it.
