Nando's Trowbridge in Wiltshire

We were served by a lovely young lady name Abi M she was so helpful and kind and our food was delicious. Thank you Nando’s Trowbridge you staff especially the young lady that served us was so pleasant we will definitely visit again

Wife treated me to a Nando’s as she had been given a gift card.went in on Friday around 5.30.was busy but not to bad,around 11pm the same night my wife had food poisoning! Very ill indeed! We should have known this would happen because there was so much food on the floor! The place was seriously filthy! Will have return to this place

Great service in Nando’s-Trowbridge.

If you can get in this is a great Nando’s parking can be tricky right out side but there’s a multistories car park straight across the road.

Nando’s Trowbridge: Decent but Disappointing Portions Nando’s Trowbridge was clean with good service, but the food didn’t quite hit the mark. The chicken was a bit dry, and the portion sizes felt noticeably smaller than expected. As a big eater, I’ve always gone for the meal platter as a solid option, but this time, it seemed tiny—definitely not enough for two people with any real appetite. A bit disappointing considering the usual Nando’s experience. Rating: ★★★☆☆

Can't beat a nandos that's for sure

Fantastic Service from Pelin today. The whole experience was smooth and simple. Food was fab!!

Ordered 15 chicken wings flavoured lemon and garlic plus sides, We received chicken with NO lemon and garlic, Chicken was still nice and fell of the bone but it just tasted like grilled chicken. Sides were ok too.

Freezing cold 🥶. Felt like Aircon was on and it was freezing outside. Felt like we were in a night club. Loud going out music, rather than relaxing ambience. Cold food. We noticed 4 other tables sent their food back. We we're a party of 6. We won't be returning.

We would just like to give a special mention to Kate the Trowbridge Restaurant Manager for a beautiful and kind experience she went above and beyond for our terminally ill friend and she deserves a medal for her kindness. A huge thank you from the three girls from the bottom of our hearts.

We had a lovely dinner, Kate was amazing, we felt at home and as Portuguese, we enjoyed the "pastel de nata".

Nando's: Delicious, flame-grilled chicken with customizable spice levels. Great sides and a fun, casual atmosphere. Perfect for a quick and tasty meal!

We go to Nandos a lot, and this branch's quality of food never falters. The security guards are also always so friendly and welcoming. Today's serving staff were particularly great so I felt it was time to leave a review. Sonny on the till, and Breanan at the door (sorry about spelling!) were friendly and engaging, which is rare in customer facing roles this days. The chefs were all working really hard and seemed focussed and decldicated. Well done everyone! Thanks for making a trip to Trowbridge worth it.

Honestly one of the better Nandos. Plenty of peri salt, good portions of chips. Although out of chicken breast they made up for it with a great portion of chicken thighs for the burgers instead. Hygiene is great, staff friendly and efficient. We were able to get a table instantly on a Saturday lunch time. This is a well run Nandos!

Forgot food, bottomless drinks stopped working but they supplied us with bottles

Nice and quick ordering, fairly quick preparation some of the time (generally after 6pm it gets busy and slows down a bit) and just a generally great service of good quality, really nice tasting food. Free parking (limited time) very close by in the multi-storey if the ground level car park right outside is full. Portion sizes do seem to be shrinking a little though, especially the rice and chips.

Clean, good food and friendly staff

Only Nando's I've been to that has a bouncer outside, but that's less to do with Nando's and more to do with Trowbridge. Luckily the inside doesn't feel like Trowbridge at all. Find yourself magically transported to a place where food is actually good and yet it's still reasonably priced. Nice.

I would like to say that I have always been very happy with Nandos Trowbridge but that changed last Friday I ordered on order for collection. I waited for my order calmly because there were delays. I collected my order and drove to Melksham where I live, on site it turned out that the order was incomplete, there was 10 chicken wings and chips missing. I called and the service asked for order number, apologized and promised a refund for the missing products. However, I did not receive any refund, it is a shame and a lack of respect for the customer.

Never again. The service was no existent. We had remind someone we’d ordered drinks. The food was cold. Not warm but cold and 3 wings that were missing came after we sent out food back but were raw in the middle and the waitress we asked about this dismissed us. NEVER AGAIN

Go to a different Nando's if I were you. So many staff stood around don't really know what they are doing the manager is about 12 they haven't got hardly any sides just a bad experience every time I go here.

Brilliant service and lovely food! Me and my mum (who has a bad nut allergy) came in yesterday and it was so lovely to see how cautious they were with preparing her food. Really lovely staff too!

Absolutely phenomenal service by the staff, specifically Kate ( the boss). She was really helpful in getting my and my friend a table, even at a busy time. Then, flustered by her exceptional service, I managed to mess up my order. Luckily, Kate helped me through this process just as my anxiety was flying off the chilli scale! Absolute god send that woman! X

It was a wait to get in , it can be really busy sometimes , I don't go to Nando often , so many choices around, but a few times per year I do pop in to have some yummy dinner 😋 this time tried new wrap 🌯 , it was delicious, my friends did like them food too 🥳😋 easy 5 from me 🥳

Waited 50 mins for cold chips. Terrible rice. Dry coleslaw. And COLD CHICKEN.

Just placed a take away order. 40 minutes later - within the delivery time, order arrives without main element of 2 starters - humous. No rainbow salad side either. . Apparently not the restaurants fault and we need to take it up with delivery company. Who packed the sealed bag the order was in with details of the order? Meal ruined for 2 out of 3. Thank you Nandos Trowbridge! Don’t think we will be using you again - so wrong in many ways!

As a family, we love Nandos. This particular restaurant is as good as the others. The food is always great, the service is good, the restaurant is clean and well kept. 4 stars as one of the ladies' toilets is broken and has been for over 6 months!

Where to start, well, the table was booked for 8.20pm. Even though we arrived early and tables were vacant, we had to wait quite a bit to be allowed in. When ordering via their qr code, the full plater chicken said out of stock, called the waiter and we were told that was because the chicken they had would take 30 minutes to be ready but we could go to the counter to order our food, the same full platter!... wt heck?!!! Biggest non sense thing I've ever experienced in a restaurant ! The food was ok, though. Staff was neither good nor bad, room for improvement here.

I was really disappointed to find my chicken was warm and tasted tough. I had a collection and got there early. The food was in a warming type cupboard. The Young man who served me was lovely and the staff really friendly and kind. Shame the food was a let down. I won't do collection again. You get better quality food when you eat in

Scott looked after us during our visit at Trowbridge Nandos. Fantastic customer service made the overall experience that much better. Trowbridge Nandos consistently has excellent staff and Scott is certainly one of them, we will be back!

Service was poor for a none busy Nandos. Atmosphere not helped by the two miserable and bored looking bouncers, which set the tone for this place.

It’s another Nando’s, pretty much the same as all the others. Value not great but food is tasty.

I love this place. The chicken is amazing! However I've recently become Vegetarian and their vegetarian options are gorgeous! My favourite is the chickpea! (You can get it in a Burger pitta or a wrap) It's got so much flavour with the medium spice (sadly I can't really deal with too much heat 😅) their brocoli and mac and cheese are my favourite sides to get. I also love to get the halloumi sticks as a starter! (Can never get enough halloumi) Definitely recommend this place! 💛

Nando's is great at the best of times, but trowbridge is particularly good! Perfect, free parking! Directly next to a cinema! Spacious interior! But! It's all about the food! 100% awesome and!!!!!! Really really healthy! A fabulous option if you want to eat out but not eat junk! The staff are the crowning glory! Really attentive but not lurking! They didn't make us wait too long for food and all in all this is our go to place whenever we're eating in this town!

Only have Nandos when our daughter comes to stay. Can honestly say we've never had a bad one. Always lovely food, fab service and nice atmosphere in the Trowbridge restaurant. A lovely member of staff Tash took the time to have a chat with us and gave us a free custard tart. Much appreciated 👍 thank you 😊

I would really appreciate an update before an email is sent off… The food is good. Don’t get me wrong, the staff were lovely. There’s just one individual that ruined the entire experience for us. This was a few months back, as I didn’t want to get any member of staff in trouble that have no reason to be. I’m not going to name this person, but I can describe him as a rather large man with ruby-dyed hair. He is apparently one of the managers, but acted like a completely unbothered, uncaring person. A rather rude personality, and after asking the person behind the till, he’s apparently not a very nice - competent person to work with. You can’t just take any person and label them “manager” they must be competent, and I’m afraid this person was not. As a manager myself, I am APPALLED. Very dissatisfied with our experience, and I would strongly advise how you manage your staff. This is NOT the way.

Came in for a meal a few weeks back. We had a lovely meal. The food was great, bottomless drinks are a great addition to the menu. Management seems lacking I must add. I believe a little training could be a good thing for the management…

Clean and food is served promptly.

Visited the Trowbridge restaurant as we were unable able to get a seat at the Addlestone Nandos earlier in the week. We were surprised by how busy the car park was. We were fortunate to get a table for our family of 6 without a wait, but soon after, the place was buzzing. It seems like THE place to be, for people young and old. It really has a great vibe about it. The only downside was that the noise levels became so great that normal conversation was neigh on impossible within our group, so a star deducted. The food was, however, incredible, the staff were superb and we really loved the decor. Would definitely return if we revisit the area, I wish restaurant designers would please consider acoustic treatments in their next schemes.

Food was amazing as usual. We had Pitas both of us. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Had to wait half an hour to get a table which is reasonable on a Saturday night. 5 stars is well deserved

Slow service. Half full but waited around 45 minutes for food. Food seemed to get stacked on the pass for a long time with only a few staff actually serving. Looked pretty chaotic. When the food did come it was OK, but nothing special. Shame it used to be much better than this.

A good place to eat. Sometimes there is a queue to get in on the weekends in the evenings. Overall food is good and atmosphere is good.

I always find their grilled chicken a little dry but at 8pm on a Sunday evening it’s only large chains that we can find open locally. Charlie was fabulous, welcomed us and was very attentive throughout. Everything was up to standard. BE WARNED the car park is free if you take the free ticket, debt collectors are still hounding me for £200 for a trip there 4yrs ago when we forgot to take the free ticket. £200 for a momentary lapse in concentration, we didn’t go for months when we got the summons and are still fighting them, awaiting the court date

Scumbag parking operators for this restaurant. I won't be using this area again. You go out with the family - spend nearly £200 for cinema and dinner, then get fined £300++ for parking when you had a ticket. Appeal refused - simple money grabbing.

My food was incredible and my overall experience was made all that better by Toby F. He was one of the most polite young men I have ever encountered and made my time a pleasure, will definitely be returning.

Toby and Ashton had absolutely fantastic service, they were polite but not assertive and ensured we were happy with our food. Unfortunately i could not finish my meal but toby did not hesitate to put it in a takeout box for me.

Always love a cheeky Nandos! Only thing was, was they didn't swap a pitta to a burger roll for my partner's meal. Surely you can get more of them at Farmfoods or Lidl? This country. On the whole, 8 out of 10...plus I will say, the hotter than hot sauce option. Naaaah. Wasn't hot enough. Heh.

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Been a fan of Trowbridge nandos for a few years and never having a bad meal there we decided to go for lunch on Sunday 5/2/23 OMG the order was inconsistent with the menu when it arrived the corn on the cob look tired and not fresh , the fries were ice cold , we had to ask for them to be replaced and as for the chicken , it was either made early that morning or maybe late the previous evening then just reheated on the grill and burnt black on the ends, it was as dry as sawdust , the young lad on the grill couldn't have been more than 19yrs old clearly no experience in cooking and just serving out food , what ever is acceptable to him , after asking for the manager we were told there has been a management change and that clearly shows with the lack of quality and service that was presented on Sunday , it was not busy at the time we were there so cannot use the excuse that it was busy #justsad to see nandos quality drop from a 5 to a 1 rating #customer lost to Trowbridge nandos #never again
