Beautiful food, great quality chicken and vegi/vegan food so many options and all wonderful tastes, restaurant is clean and well taken care of, staff are all friendly and helpful, 10 out of 10 for this nandos, we will return again thank you

Not happy with the service or food I recieved, my partners food arrived before my starts arrived . He was nearly finished with his food by the time they arrived and they were all cold . I watched them wait under the heater for 10+ minutes when it was really quiet and the servers were just talking . Starters were cold then I had to eat my main by myself by the time it came

First time and didnt liked it....No one told we need to order with Qr code...zero information.Doesnt look like its a restaurant at all...for the price we payed we could eat way better in different place.Not comming back again for sure!!!

I am a regullar visitor to the Tamworth Nandos, on this occasion i Popped in to grab a gift card, and decided on an early tea. I Ordered and sat down. The Food was not freshly cooked, it arrived in around 4 minuites to my table , i did not see any chicken hit the grill, i can only deduce , it had been kept warm , it didnt taste great, I did eat the meal , as had been working since 6am without food , so was very hungry. The lady waiter was lovelly and excellent at her job. I guess its best to visit during busy times , when the chicken is cooked to order. All in all very disapointing.

This was our first meal out after a allergy diagnosis for my son. The manager was amazing rain through all retirements and when through all the dietary information made sure the food was prepared and brought out separately. Really easied mine and my wife's worries of cross contamination and made the meal enjoyable Food was great as always

First visit for me . I had a great time there the food was delicious and came hot which is a plus for me . The staff were very helpful and pleasant. toilets were clean and were kept well . Good atmosphere lovely place l will definitely be going back.

Closed on a Friday night at 7.30pm? Place looks inviting, parking tight as other restaurants close. Can imagine even tighter if Nandos was open. Will try again and ammend review.

I have been here multiple times but this time was terrible. My mom was charged £40 and didn’t even get her food…the staff didn’t even say sorry. She wasn’t even able to get a refund. I would not recommend going here.

I recently visited Nando’s and had a great experience. I ordered the grilled chicken pita, which was fresh and tasty, straight from the cold store. To my surprise, I even got a few extra chips, which was a nice touch. The service was excellent — Joe manager I spoke to was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and Beatrix my server, was fantastic, ensuring everything went smoothly. I will definitely be returning, though I’m not sure when just yet. All in all, it was a great visit, and I highly recommend this location!

This Nandos always deliver. Been to a few others where it can be a little dry or food sometimes cold but Tamworth branch always delivers

Waited nearly hour and a half for delivery on Tuesday night when in the app it is stated 25-35 mins. The delivery time changed at least 8 times. No other updates from the restaurant. I tried to call the restaurant but robot transferred me to customer service ( the only positive thing, because the lady from customer service was helpful ) who contacted the restaurant, only to be told that they messed up something the order and will start doing it again. On the phone I was assured that I will be compensated for the whole situation but nothing from them. I really doubt that I will order again from there. Really disappointed.

Being Nando's fans, over the years we have eaten at over 40 different Nando's, and we can honestly say that this is the best one for the consistent quality of the food and service. Brilliant management, and it shows.👍

Great experience, the restaurant was busy but well run. The food was cooked well. However, the chicken portion was a tad bit small yet tasty. We really enjoyed the whole experience and will be back soon.

My first time to a Nando's. Table 4 pointed out to us so we went and sat down, studied the menu and made our choice. Then the wait for a waiter to come and take our order began. After about 10 minutes I was getting pretty frustrated at the lack of attention and I was getting ready to walk out when the couple sitting at the next table to us informed that you have to order via the Q code attatched to the chicken shaped table menu holder. I am a pensioner and do not understand such nonsense, but my granddaughter did and took charge and we finally ended up with our meal. My point is that they should not assume every customer who walks through the door is aware of what to do. The meal itself was OK but the portion size was smallish for what is a relatively expensive meal out. Also the Tamworth restaurant because of its design is noisy. It reminded me of eating in a college hall.

Food from Nandos is good but overpriced. The hostess was great.

I had a lovely 30 seconds in there with the family before Joe courteously "preferred" us to the Five guys just across. Certainly the best customer service I've seen in any Nando's anywhere. God bless.

We were extended families of 10. As soon as we entered the restaurant which was nearly empty, a female waitress came over to us and I asked her to have a table for 10. She showed me a middle table full of clusters and not cleaned yet to be ready for the next customer. She barely did anything but sprayed cleaning chemical and expected us to sit without even wiping it. I asked politely her if we could sit at the corner where there were 10 tables for two's which were clean and ready to sit at. Her reply was shocking and she literally said "you better sit here as we will get busy soon". I demanded to sit where we wanted as the tables were not reserved we were there first. It should be first come first serve. She went to her senior or supervisor Joe to ask for help. He came and supported what his colleague was saying. Shocking enough he said "I prefer you sit here as we get busy soon". At that point, it was very clear to me that we should not eat there. The next thing Joe would say is probably that he prefers we should eat this and that and drink this and that. I had no time for that asked all our families out of there. We went next door to the Five Guys. The food was fantastic and the customer service from the staff was outstanding. It was just brilliant and we spent £168.75 there. Good value for money. There are only two possible logical reasons for Joe and his colleague to act this way. One is that they have no basic understanding of customer service and behaves towards everyone same way. Two is that they are racist thugs in disguise at Nandos Tamworth. Whichever it may be, it is shame on Nandos Tamworth to employ them to destroy their reputation unless they all are same minded. Customer is always right and can take the business elsewhere in an ever increasingly competitive environment. You need to be grateful for every customer walking through your door and treat with professional respectful way. To your surprise, my brother went back there after a good 40 minutes to ask for his name, which we know is Joe know, the place we asked to sit was empty and the restaurant was still nearly empty. Definitely they got busy! I would like to say that it was sad to encounter these people in view of my brilliant customer service experience at Nandos in NEC Birmingham, in London and in the Royal Town of Leamington Spa. Especially, the one in Leamington Spa had a brilliant customer service when we visited them in the past. Therefore, I would like to say that I will never visit Nandos Tamworth ever even if they are the only ones in Tamworth in view of my 30 seconds encounter with Joe. I could give them 0 star or even negative star if it was possible. This is not even business but b...

Long wait while food was ready and sitting on the hatch, the focus seemed to be on delivery orders rather than restaurant orders. When the food finally arrived it was luke warm at best. On being made aware the staff apologised, remade the food and gave us a refund. I Love Nando's and believe that this event was caused by a staff shortage.the staff and especially the manager were doing their best. The way my complaint was handled was above and beyond expectations and I will continue to enjoy delicious Nando's food.

My partner tried the new wild herb and the chicken was a bit dry so he had to add some more sauce to it however everything else was lovely and couldn’t fault the food at all. We really recommend the Mac and cheese!Staff members were polite and overall it was a lovely meal.

Rated 1 star for following reasons 1. They put peri salt on a 3 year olds chips 2. They had no perinase left 3. The chicken was much more dry than other Nando’s I’ve been to. 4. £45 for a poor meal for 3 people. Would of rather went somewhere else.

Staff very rude, the way they speak to customers and each other not good. Seems as the place is run by kids ? Girls wearing no hair nets around food? And coughing over food directly into their hand - no washing after ?? Not good hygiene skills at all.

Visited earlier today and couldn’t really fault out visit. Atmosphere was amazing. Once we walked in we were seated. Once I ordered food came out in less than 10 minutes. The portion sizes were smaller than previous visits. Food was super fresh and flavourful. I’d definitely visit again.

NOT HAPPY! Worker called ‘Joe’ violenty shouted and swore at my children threatened he’d ‘make them get out’ then proceeded to force them down the stairs. Kids could have been indecent, my kid was scared to go back in toilet and then wee’ed himself.

Nice Nandos. Smaller than expected and quite noise but had nice food. Parking is awful so you might need to park further away. Service was quick, usual menu.

Brilliant family meal last night. Family of five. You cannot book online so we turned up and had to go for a walk around Ventura park for 20 minutes whilst we waited for a table. Staff and customers finding this frustrating, however, Nando’s still have this as policy. The meal was fantastic, we went for a family sharer which included 2 chickens and 5 sides so we opted for 5 peri salted chips. We had three unlimited drinks. We had a lovely meal and we didn’t waste any which means it was the perfect amount of food. It cost us £56 with blue light discounted. One slight issue was the collection was near our table which meant people ordering were sat watching us eat, or so it felt as they sat within a metre from us waiting for their food. Otherwise, we had a lovely family meal.

To be honest I am not a big fan of this food but it was ok no complaints a little on the pricey side

Food is consistent and always good. Food always comes quickly and I love the new loaded chips. I also love that you can pay when ordering so you don't have to wait for the bill after finishing your meal. Wife and I were in and out in half an hour!

Lovely little restaurant, but little is the key word here, quite a small place given the amount of foot traffic they cater for. We actually got shoulder barged out the way by another customer who was annoyed that we, and others, had been asked to wait for a table near where he was sitting. He was clearly having a bad day and shoved his way through my family almost knocking my girlfriend over. Not nandos fault, hence I didn't bring it to their attention, but was enough to leave me in a bad mood. Otherwise, usual pleasant service and good food as I'd expect from any nandos store.

Nando's, a well renowned place in fast food chain. I've been to its Tamworth branch to be honest on entering. I was amazed with its ambience, very well maintained, and great choices of decorative use. Food I only had salad, so I can't comment much about food. But my colleagues mentioned food was nice and sauces were of class. Service was very fast & and prompt, and even I noticed someone come and check us while eating if everything is okay, which rarely I find in any fast food. So, 100 marks for this to Nando's. We stayed there for a bit long time but never seen anyone frowning or staring us at all. That is 1 more good sign of respecting customers. Good place to be with family, and definitely, you will have a great time.

Was seated as soon as we walked in. The waiter interacted with our children what was nice. There is a good atmosphere and the food is excellent.

Overall a standard Nandos experience. There was a wait to get a table which was quoted to be around 35mins, but luckily we were sat down after about 15mins or so. The food came out relatively quickly, but the staff weren’t overall really that friendly and didn’t ask about how the food was or coke back to us after dropping the meals off. Due to it being in the Ventura shopping park, this is a very busy Nandos so be prepared to wait a little longer than you usually would. Worth also noting that the car park is awful, never any spaces available and really tight to get around. Not necessarily Nandos fault but wanted to flag to anyone not been here before. Also, I did have a bone in my chicken butterfly which was not ideal… I didn’t flag it with the staff as we were with friends but it was unexpected and quite painful when I bit into it.

Staff were so lovely and attentive. Food really let it down! The garlic bread was not cooked and was extremely dry, so was the burger bun. Couldn’t finish the meal because both were so dry and unpleasant - the food quality felt rushed as it was quite busy.

Went here on multiple occasions both dine in and delivery and the food is amazing. The staff are incredibly helpful and the refillable drink system is easy to use and cost effective for the customer. Environment is very nice and art is lovely.

Had family visiting from Holland and wanted to treat them with Nando’s since they’ve never had it .. it says it’s open until 10pm .. we ordered 9:10pm through Deliveroo .. then we get a call from Deliveroo telling us they don’t have chicken wings .. which was the part of the order .. we said OK , can we get anything else instead and they said they don’t have any chicken left !! We were prepared to have anything else as our guests were hungry and chicken is chicken right .. they told us they don’t have ANY CHICKEN LEFT !!! It’s Nando’s , it’s all about the chicken on the menu .. so we had to cancel because we would be short of food .. now we paid and have to wait days to get the money back for the rest of the order ..and they said that they close at 9:30pm … so annoyed .. people that work there clearly had a quiet night and hoped nobody would order and we’re just happy to cancel .. you can’t tell me that a chicken restaurant had no chicken at all .. we clearly said anything will do .. they just wanted to go home obviously.. happened before at this same place .. definitely not even rating STAFF enough to ever order again from them .. Laziness at its finest

Like all Nando’s vary nice food. Nice atmosphere however the waiter we had was new so got our order wrong a few times. There was 6 of us tho

Food and drink were great, food was hot and a lot of selection. The drop of 1 star is a mixture. The staff kept on asking if we had finished and we could take our plates when it was clear we were still eating. It felt like we had to hold our food in our hand to make sure it wasn't going to get taken. We were asked twice and every member of staff kept looking over our shoulder - literally! My partner said he felt so pressured to hurry up. There was only 2 of us eating so it wasn't like we were a big family taking up lots of tables and not eating. It took us a while to order as we were told to order via the app yet the signal and WiFi in there was rubbish. My partner had to go outside to order for us. Bonkers! The knives and forks were not the cleanest, I had to pick up 3 sets until there were ones without food stuck to them - this seems to be the case at most nandos. We did visit on a Saturday around 12 so I know they will be wanting tables back but to make us feel rushed even after quite a few tables were free was just very awkward and disappointing. This was our first time visiting Tamworth and we won't be returning to this Nandos.

Worst visit yet,when you're at your table and watch your food sit on the hot counter for 10 minutes going cold,only 1 lad running around like a headless chicken frantically trying to get the food out,while 3 other members of staff stand around doing very little,think the management team need to step up and help and not just watch

Food was amazing, staff were very nice and the atmosphere was really good too. The parking is very awkward to get in and getting a table can be awkward too, the place is usually pretty full, but you can wait to get a table within a few minutes. Luckily you can pre-book a table to reserve yourself a table

Yummy food as always at nandos. Staff kept place beautifully clean all of the time we were there. As a big pickiness and doesn't affect the food or the placecreally but.....please replace bulbs in ceiling decorations... they're looking like a group of giant daddy long legs 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Very disappointed with the service and food. The service at the till was very poor and did not feel welcomed at all. Our starter was incorrect and when I asked about the problem I was shrugged off and told they would sort it.... nothing happened and it was forgotten about. We then asked for a box to take away some left overs but wasn't given one and had to ask again. The woman on service was happy and respectful but she was looking after tge whole floor so couldn't offer efficient service. More staff needed Definitely won't be going again in a rush !
