Nando's Peckham in Southwark

Desde entrar por la puerta hasta salir, un placer absoluto. Nunca he visitado este Nando ya que estoy aquí visitando a la familia. Pedí una comida para llevar en línea y entré a recogerla. Inmediatamente me encontré con una sonrisa, una bienvenida y me preguntó si necesitaba una mesa. Llevó a donde recoger mi pedido. La persona detrás de la caja (Mark) estaba charlando con alguien (obviamente un habitual y no puedo culparlos!). Se fijó en mí inmediatamente, se excusó de su conversación y vino a preguntar mi nombre y preguntó cómo estábamos, etc. TAN PERCEPTIVO y consciente de lo que es un gran servicio al cliente. Comprobé que tenía todo lo que necesitaba y luego fui directo a comprobar mi pedido. La encantadora Chelsea se me acercó y me dijo: “Espero que no te importe esperar 2 minutos, ¡te estamos haciendo patatas fritas frescas! Claro que no me importa. El personal entonces hizo una conversación genuina con nosotros y otros esperando su comida y comprobaron que estábamos bien. El lugar en sí estaba impecable, la comida caliente y fresca y luego el personal era solo otra cosa! ¡De lejos, los mejores Nando’s en los que he estado y he estado en muchos! ¡Su fórmula era mágica!

Nandos frescos sabrosos, servicio rápido, limpio, disfruté de mi comida aquí, tuve pollo hamburguesa y pollo fue cocinado muy bien

This is honestly the best Nandos I have been too, my experience made better by the great customer service I received from Precious who took our order, very friendly patient and professional.

Went to dinner with my dad and the restaurant was Very welcoming! Staff were lovely and very polite! Even got Recommend to try new sauces that had just been released! Big shout out to the chefs doing there thing and providing good quality food cooked right! The interior and cleanliness of this restaurant was amazing, the vibe was lovely and relaxing and all round enjoyable! Will definitely be going again the next time I visit Peckham! Big shout out to Janet, Jack and Levina all did an amazing job and had such a warm welcome! Your efforts don’t go unnoticed! Thankyou for making it such a pleasant experience for us! And Thankyou to the rest of the team we didn’t get chance to speak to!

Random dinner at the children’s choice. I’m not a huge fan of Nando’s but they love it. Will say the food was prepared perfectly. Came out hot and had the requested flavours (half and half on a platter). Sides were hot and extra sides were seasoned to request and piping hot. Sabrina was the manager, and China was our host. Both accommodated us well and Sabrina’s management and communication made sure we only had to enjoy our company.

Today my family were served by a young girl called TESHAY. She was exceptional. So calm and collected. She made the experience for us so good. Thank you!

Staff here have a great energy about them, from the team behind the till to those clearing the tables, keep up the good vibes. Lots of laughs and smiles and most of all they are really polite The food is also great here, tastes like old school Nando’s 👍

Thankyou my fav nandos for always bringing me the best service your food is amazing always hot and cooked perfect and never have Any issues or problems bag always checked by you guys love that and such a clean calm happy environment. Always smiling and joking like a little family love that. Thankyou to Jean Marc antony for excellent politeness and people skills important and my door man my new besty.
