Nando's Orpington - Walnuts Centre in Bromley

they were so lovely. we came in late at night and they gave us a free bottomless on the house, and when they were out of wings and had to cook more they offered us one of their new menu items on the house. they were very pleasant and was an all around nice experience. it even convinced my fiancee to apply to work here :)

Burnt overcooked dry food ...have been coming to this place for over a year however last two visits the food quality has degarded ...been served dry over cooked and burnt food chicken wings and quarter chicken ... besides crisp dry burnt liver tasted terrible and bitter .Staff is good and service is alright.

First time going to this nandos staff very friendly and happy I have an allergy and the staff was very helpful and under standing I did feel awkward as I get embarrassed saying about it but staff put me at ease and made sure food was good for me I'd say went above all staff was friendly definitely go back dined in was a nice chilled meal staff was rushed of their feet still found time to make effort to make sure was OK and took time to find something I could eat

Zaina was extremely welcoming, not only did she have phenomenal customer service skills but I also noticed she took on majority of the roles in the restaurant ALONE, she was also quick to attend to customers needs

I alway quite a tough person to impress socially because I can find it hard to communicate socially! Zaina was a very bubbly personality took my order at the till gave me and my friend recommendation describing everything perfectly! She did an amazing Job! Ordered at 1:05pm for take away collection. Should have been ready at 1:20pm. Didn't get my food until 1:50pm. There were at least 4 tables that needed clearing when I walked in, and about 8 people waiting for tables. 1 person waiting for an order and 10 more people walked in after me. Massively understaffed. Saw the 'chef' throw someone's take away wrap into their take away orders box. Main person who was serving was very polite and pleasant but under so much pressure.

Ordered from Deliveroo, they completely forgot to put a whole burger meal into the bag…. How hard is it….

Good experice to have dinner in Nando Orpington.

This was my first meal ever at Nandos. Service was very good although ordering was complicated if you didn't use the app. Food was tasty.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful service. The waiting staff continually went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Food was as good as it always is (standard Nando’s menu) and it was served quickly. Definitely one of the best Nando’s restaurants we’ve visited.

Order by app, so no service quality at all. Paid for bottomless drinks, but waited half an hour for the glasses to arrive only with food. Food ok, but McDonald's would have been better, quicker, nicer and cheaper.

It's a nandos so the food is standard nandos quality, you know what you are getting! Staff are always lovely and helpful and always do anything you ask them to really fast. It's a nice reasonably priced meal and a great place to meet friends ds for a catch up even in large groups as they have big tables. I will say avoid the mash though ☹️ it's a little sad!

Have loved Nandos since eating at one in South Africa years ago. Really tasty and vibrant food, served by friendly staff. Spicy chicken, chips and a very fresh salad along with a cold beer - fantastic after a film at the Odeon. Reccomended.

It used to be one of our favorite places for entire family while food is very satisfying to our taste buds but its not anymore. Wait time is extremely long like 45 mins and tgey dont even mentioned while entering the restaurant

Very welcoming the staff are 10 out of 10. They lift your mood instantly. Ordered from the counter and even the guy at the till was very friendly. Even if there's problems with the food, the staff seem amazing👌🏼 if only there was more people like that in the world.

Great food... Albeit the qr code thing was a bit confusing. Staff were great however.. no chickens, either whole, half or quarter 🤣😂🤣 If Obi wan had of been there he would have asked me to use the fork... But I used my hands.

Does not taste nice, The chicken was still kicking the chips were still potato’s and the garlic bread was hard like a baseball bat

I have been to this place numerous times with my family. The place is brilliant to dine in. The staff is very friendly and the ambiance here is absolutely fantastic. So why I gave a 2* rating? I did an order through the Nando's app to deliver food at my home address. I was devastated to see that 9 out of the 10 chicken wings were burned to crispy charcoal level. I couldn't believe someone took the pain to pack it and to deliver 9 pieces of chicken charcoal to my home. To top up my agony, when I called their number, the Nando's staff disowned me and asked me to call up Deliveroo support to address my concern of unable to eat chicken charcoal pieces. I can't believe that for the food I ordered from Nando's app I have to call Deliveroo for them to take ownership of the pieces of charcoal that was delivered! I am wondering if I'm in a strange dream or something even when I'm typing this review, because this is unbelievable! Never will I order food from this place. Unbelievable guys!

Our family of 6 plus a baby went to Nandos Orpington last saturday (15th oct) for lunch. Although, we’ve been to other Nandos many times before, we had the best service here. Joseph was our server and he is a credit to the company. He was friendly, attentitive, and helpful. Staff at Nandos across the country could learn a thing or two from him.

Wonderful staff. Food is always great. Can be hit and miss at other Nando’s but Orpington is always spot on. We go out of our way to come to this one as it’s better than the ones closer to us.

Dreadful place. Service very poor and food of poor quality and taste. Seems to be very different quality of food and service from a couple of years ago. Not for me.

Went to Nando’s in Orpington high street (16/6 @6:20pm) for a quick meal before we went to the cinema. Our food was pretty much perfect as it usually is at this particular Nando’s (it’s the best one out of all the ones near to us). A staff member asked us if our meal was okay and my husband mentioned a small issue simply because we were prompted (we weren’t going to mention it), they went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our meal and felt happy with our experience. This was our first date night in 3 years so it meant a lot to us that these staff members were so nice and helpful! Thank you so much!! Fantastic service and fantastic food!

I have not long left this restaurant and safe to say that I will not be returning, everything I had was inedible apart from the chips, my daughter had a wrap which was ok but my chicken and pitta I had to leave, I got offered a dessert for free but rejected as I felt I was going to be I'll with what I ate already.

Rude staff treating deliveroo drivers very bad. I will be complaining to nando head office and also to deliveroo coz I had a really bad experience with a member of staff.

4 stars based on the food and one member of staff alone. We watched as every member of staff stood around chatting or wandering aimlessly. Itd be five if everyone there pulled their weight. We watched as one person (Rachel) practically begged for help from her colleagues, whilst they stood around chatting. One female member of staff asked if we wanted refills when our glasses were almost full, other than that, there was minimal interaction. The restaurant is great. The staff (individually) are good. But the atmosphere is ruined when you see one member of staff trying to do everything without the assistance of her colleagues.

We had one of the worst outdoor dining experiences at this Nando’s. I was down here with my missed one afternoon and was sat down and told that if it rains you guys can be refunded. We wasn’t to bothered about that but it was the fact that our order came out almost 40 mins later is what has got me fuming. For the whole 40 mins we saw orders for collection and delivery being handed out. And for the whole 40 mins it wasn’t raining but as Soon as they got round to serving use it was pouring down. This would’ve been easily avoided if food came out just 20 mins earlier.

Nando’s what’s going on?!! Normally your pretty good, but last night was a massive let down. We spent nearly £100 on our order to not only have it arrive later. We had some bits of our order missing, it was cold so we had to reheat everything up and it looked like the pittas had been all made by a bunch of monkeys with no pride. There was no salad in them, just one small bit of chicken, cheese and pineapple. It was badly put together. Who ever is running the Walnuts Nando’s last night clear doesn't give a dam about your costumers. Because it was so awful we ended getting kebabs from down the road. We will not be spending our money with you again!
