Nando's Manchester - Beyond in Trafford

Came in 7.10pm waited for a table. Ordered food 7.20pm stll waiting for food at 8.23pm. Told 25 mins an hour later food arrived

We had a lovely meal at Nandos over the weekend. It was nice and quiet when we went so got seated immediately. Staff were lovely. Food was nice especially the pulled chicken chips sharer - hope this stays on the menu permanently.

Great food and much less busy than the Trafford Centre Nando's. James was really helpful when I had some questions when i was there last year also.

came in for a takeaway - was in and out in 15 minutes. food quality was mint and the woman behind the till was helpful.

We got seated pretty much straight away and that was the only good thing I can say. All downhill after that! The halloumi was chargriilled, practically burnt from the top and the plant based chicken in my imitator wrap was crunchy and quite hard to bite into which it has never been like that so that was also well overcooked! The customer service left a lot to be desired. We got given our food and the server didn't bother asking if we needed anything else which I did as I wanted some plant based mayo. After waiting ages for someone to walk past, I had to go to the front and ask someone who was just standing there to get me some mayo. By the time we had finished our food, nobody had come to ask us if everything was OK with our food. This is what happens when you employ children in a customer service environment. Can't say I will ever go back to this branch again. Very disappointing!

Regularly eat at Nandos Beyond, Trafford Park. The staff are always so pleasant and helpful. Really go out of their way to add that bit extra to a meal out here. Food always spot on and great atmosphere.

Disappointed, After waiting for table and staff walking around chatting we finally got a table ordered at the till after 30 min I had to ask for take away as food were sitting in the window staff were just passing . But what I saw next was absolutely put me off going to Nando’s the guy was scrubbing the grill off with a stick between scrubbing he put the brush down on the floor then picked it back up and cleaned the grill again I wish I could’ve film it

Very busy, we didn't book, so we had to wait. We enjoyed the food.

Oddly, it doesn't really feel like a Nando's. It's one large, open space. More like a school cafeteria. No separation or zoning. Just feels a bit vast! The food and service were definitely 100% Nando's! All spot on. Staff were having to manage a huge influx of customers all at once and they did so with patience and efficiency. Loads of free parking which is handy. Great for a quick bite if you're nearby or using the other facilities at Beyond.

One of the worst Nando's locations I've ever visited. Customer service was poor all round and won't be visiting again

Expensive, wasn't busy but good took ages to come....so disappointed..tiny Bottle of beer £4.75..saw my chicken sat under hot light for at least 15 minutes before our food came to table. Staff sat front of house chatting. Poor experience and expensive. Never again...

Meat ready at least 15 mins before chips. One girl run off her feet bringing out food. Two making themselves look busy but not even asking customers if their meal was ok . Then eventually when they did just telling customers they are really sorry.

I had loaded fries which I have never had before. Very nice food thank you!

Staff were extremely helpful and polite and the food was just as good as any other Nandos.

The host, Alesha, was incredibly stand off-ish. When I went to put my order in she was rude and her general attitude was poor. When she served us some food, we ordered a sharing platter she shoved it down and walked off and never returned with plates for us to eat off. The other two members of our party had to wait a further 10 minutes for their food. The server put their food on a different table and began walking away before the couple had chance to tell her it wasn't their order. The server then picked up the food and brought it to us. The chicken was unfortunately dry and cold, which is unusual for a trip to nandos. The host meanwhile was walking around the entire restaurant moaning and continued to demonstrate a poor attitude, this included rolling her eyes at a different group of customers. She made it very clear by her behaviour that she did not want to be there and was rude and spoke down to her colleagues. No one came to check on us to see if the food was ok, if they had, we would have told them about our experience.

Genuinely the worst Nando’s I’ve been to. Over an hour wait with a 3 year old. Staff were extremely rude, didn’t update us once, they could hear our child crying saying he was hungry and no one checked up on our order. People who came in after us had got their food, eaten it and left and we were still waiting. After 45 mins I went up to ask how long and if they could bring out the child’s meal at least. No apologies were made but they bought out the kids meal 5 mins later. He finished his meal (is a slow eater) and we were still waiting so we just left. A proper complaint will be made to Nando’s due to this abysmal experience.

Dull lights mafe it appear closed at first and hard to read the menu. Only ordered a bowl of chips and a drink....wasn't expecting to have to remortgage to pay for it. Chips arrived just about warm and when asked for some mayonnaise i was advised they only do that plant based rubbish and there was no alternative.....a vegan would have gone mad if there was no alternative £7 for a bowl of cold chips and flat coke eaten in the dark. First and last trip to nandos ☹️

Food was cold or luke warm at best. Uneven portion sizes with one person getting twice as many chips as another. Below the standard I'd normally reflect from Nandos.

We have a few Nando's to choose from locally and this one is by far the best, and most consistent. We always choose take out and the service is prompt and always super friendly 👌🏻

Good nandos this, always ready to cater for late arrivals and none booked. Nandos food is what it is. Nice quiet place for it. Staff were lovely.

Hardly anychips, hardly any sauce on my sunset burger, a bit dry. The Broccoli was overcooked and not as flavoursome as per previous occasions.

Service was great and we were seated quickly. Food was average, nothing to shout about, average nandos meal. However the cutlery was still dirty and had someone's leftover chcolate fudge cake on it. I did not notice this until I had started eating - we did inform the manager who dealt with it swiftly and did ask us if we wanted anything comped to make up for it which we refused - the meal was unfortunately ruined by this point. My partners cutlery also had remnants of someone else's meal on her cutlery. Would not return.

Came this evening to be told there were no chickens cooked and it would be a long wait. Come on Nando’s you have to be better than this!! It wasn’t even busy and the server seemed to think this was normal. Your toilets are filthy too!

Love this place always great food and never to busy

The main issues I had with this place was the cleanliness. The table we were given had been cleaned in the middle but clearly not around the edges, there was chunks of rice dried onto the table near the edge of one side and sticky sauce all along the other which nearly ended up all over my sleeves. There were also clear partitions at face height along the edge of our table which were splattered and dripping with grease they looked as though they never got cleaned. It was actually really disgusting and massively offputting. The staff were fine, they were young and quite inattentive, didn't really seem to care about much. One managed to spill sauce all over the chair next to me, didnt appear to notice and never came back to clean it up. Food was alright, got the impression it had just been sat under a heat lamp waiting to be ordered as it appeared very quickly. The mash was half solid, likely due to how long it had been sat keeping hot, halloumi fries were luke warm. I won't be coming back!

Fast service, though this is often the case at Nandos in general, clean and no issues with the food. If youve been to one Nandos youve been to them all. And it's handy for visiting after going the Chill FactorE next door.

This was an amazing restaurant to dine in at, featuring various displays in pots and frames plus situated appropriately in Beyond! The service time was fine from the lovely staff and my chicken burger had a proper level of spice with a yummy and fresh taste, like the rest of the food. I also had a refreshing glass of Coke and the seating is comfortable, where cleanliness had been maintained!

Wonderful staff there. The manager worth her weight in gold. Chicken liver dish is a treat! Love the place. Back there next Wednesday or Thursday!

Standard visit, food was great, served quickly with no issues

Came to Nandos as we was out and it was the closest place to eat. The food in itself was good, no real complain about that quality. But the price is insane. We got a SHARERS platter that could barely feed 1 person and it was not cheap. 5 pieces of chicken and 2 large chips and we were still hungry after it. Kids meals were just as bad really, a couple chicken wings and some fries. There's barely any meat on chicken wings as it is, so the kids were still hungry too. All in all, it's was ok. Food taste good, but way over priced. Staff were barely there aswell so you had to wait a while or go back up to the tills to ask for something. I don't think I'll be going again to be honest, rather go KFC. It's basically the exact same thing but better value for money.

£5.90 for small bowl of rice! Questioned this and they said it was a double portion but so small!, probably about the size of an average mug full of rice, never again.

Neaver in my life have I except to be told I carnt sit and eat in .nandos known for waiking in and sitting down eating. have to wait 20 mins then the cheek off it thers 10 tables empty.if this was my franchise. Add be wanting questions off the manger why my restaurant is not at full capacity sending customers awway.....neaver coming back ...well done ✔️ 0 rating......made me fell awkward at the door 🚪

We always go to this branch as it's always quicker, as it is larger, and easier to park. The staff are friendly and always have good attitudes with the customer's.

The alarm bells should have rung when we arrived at an empty restaurant at 2pm on a Sunday.The food was terrible, the food arrived cold only 2 minutes after ordering, so obviously not cooked to order. I will never go to this branch again.

Nandos is nandos all good and tasty

During the week in school term its quite, which is great as food is served fast. Service was great and as always food was decent.

Very poor service, asked for a knife and folk to eat food and was told they was all in the dishwasher. Food served with no cutlery so had to eat it with our fingers for the first 5 minutes. when we complained we basically got ignored with no apology. Normally enjoy Nandos but would never go in this branch.

Had a table booked for 15, then added 2 more on the day, daughters joint birthday, staff were BRILLIENT, looked after the kidz, age, 2 to 11 great. Thank you

One of the worst Nandos I've been to. First off I was told it would be a 20 minute wait but they'd text me when the table was ready (still haven't got that text 5 hours later). Strange how we had to wait as there was plenty of free tables and was throughout our stay. My guess is they couldn't handle the capacity which leads me on to my next point. It took 45 minutes for 2 meals to arrive. The food was sub par. Toilets were also dirty. There are 3 Nandos within a mile of the Trafford Centre. My advice. Choose one of the others.

Great just like every other nandos I've been too! Staff are helpful, tables was clean. Food was great! Alot quieter than the Trafford Centre and easier for parking.

Enjoyed my visit but everything was a bit rushed and the app ordering was a complete pain. Some food was arriving before everyone had finished ordering. No draught beer and the bottles are hilariously priced.

Nice food.A Lots of sauce choices. I love the Chicken Wings and corns. However, choices of drinks are not very much. All staffs are nice. Quite a lot of space for seating, a good choice for family with kids after having fun at play factore or chill factore.

We where greeted by a girl called Erin, She was so happy, made us feel welcome, explained the ordering system, had a little chat and made full eye contact. She double checked everything was ok and was just great. She made it feel welcoming and more friendly. perfect

Everytime I go skiing at Chill Factore, this Nandos has some reason to be closed. In December the tills were down and in April there was a gas leak so it seems impossible to actually eat at this restaurant. Luckily the Lift Up Cafe had a delicious jerk chicken wrap and friendly service.

The food itself was tasty, though it was not reminiscent of actual Nando's. The grilled chicken burger was rather anaemic and was as small as the children's burger. We'll wait until we're in SA to have proper Nando's again.

It was ok but the service was rubbish just brought our starters and we started eating it when our mains turned up there was no room on the table to put any thing down

WORST SERVICE EVER. Five meals were returned to the kitchen as the chicken was cold. Eventually the meals were returned and the chicken was reheated however, unfortunately the side orders were not heated and returned cold! Will never be back in this outlet. 0 🌟 Nandos establishments

Always good. Do not like the fact there is no ordering at the till anymore, all orders on the app so if you miss one thing (ie perinaise or a drink) it's a faff to reorder. 4 stars given as no evidence of seats being wiped down, bits of food on the bench which also means potential covid!

The two ladies I dealt with were lovely and polite, which is always refreshing to see in a busy restaurant! Fantastic customer service.

Unfortunately bit of a wait for table...starters fine but chicken cold in pitta bread with soggy salad. Our visit was enhanced by your waitress Erin..so helpful nothing too much trouble..handled her customers politely and calmly, very professional young lady. Nandos is lucky to have the privilege of her services...promotion definitely on the cards...well done Erin.

I was at Nandos on sunday around mid day and enjoyed a delicious meal👍🏻 definately worthy 5 star rating, Mainly goes to the lad who took my orders and served me. I believe his name was sonny and he did a brilliant job. Definately will be back soon👍🏻

Horrendous. Fully empty restaurant to be sat right next to the table were 4 staff members were told to bring out the frozen yogurt machine, which was literally on top of our table. Then told to sort it out out for 25 mins, we now know the ins and outs of the workings of your equipment. Didn't have a conversation with my other half through our meal because we were too distracted and frankly didn't really want strangers hearing every word... Thennn, dessert was in the freezer so asked for a refund and the manager. Tried to say nicely that the guys working on the machine 1) disrupted our meal completely and 2) not wearing masks and definitely not socially distanced was her responsibility To be greeted with a blank look and then when asked for a receipt refund to be LAUGHED AT told "I'll show you the tablet"... I walked out. (The staff will know who I am) because if I didn't I was really ready to flip. My other half took over and was also told he'd recieved an e voucher, which we've not recieved or the refund. Absolutely atrocious attitude, not just from a restaurant manager, but just from a human being. Vile.

Great meal, the manager on shift was really nice. I way prefer the reduced booking during COVID the restaurant wasn’t packed the food came quick and it was just a good experience.

Certainly the WORST Nando’s I’ve ever had in my life. The chips were quite clearly microwaved, so soggy yet still cold, the chicken was dry and had very little flavour, no cream came with the cheesecake and one was actually partly frozen so was still rock solid!! The only part of the meal that was ok was the corn! So disappointed.

Ordered through click and collect and the service at the door was really friendly and the food was still piping hot when we got home. Will be going again :)

Always found Nando’s overrated tbh. Portion sizes really do depend on which Nando’s you go to and I’ve always found this one is well tight with theirs. Sizes do not reflect prices. Also didn’t appreciate the waiting staff standing right near me while I was eating.

Rude staff states nothing about covid restrictions anywhere

One of the best Nandos in Manchester - everyone flocks to the Trafford Centre, so this is a little gem, much quieter and a great setting next to the ski slope! Always great food and service.

Would not recommend here staff are rude and manager was a waste of time.

Went there under covid restrictions which could have been a problem. But no, the service couldn't have been more attentive and friendly and they served up lovely Nando chicken the same as ever. Well done! PS: If there's a queue you are asked to scan a QR code, with your mobile, fill in your details and then you're alerted when a table is ready. Then you order and pay from your mobile too.

Vegan review: When I asked about vegan options I was handed a very thick file to go through to read all the allergens to work out what I was able to eat! Not the best start or experience with dining out in terms of feeling valued as a customer. I opted for a greens and grains salad with the addition of chargrilled peppers, houmous and 1/4 avocado. For dressing I added olive oil and balsamic vinegar as it came without dressing. It was all really cold like it had come straight from the fridge, which made me even colder after coming from skiing in the chill factore! Service was really quick, prices were ok.

Disgusting service ordered a take away no one arrived and got a message to say I wasn’t in yet I was and have cctv to price the driver lied and did not come to this address say her now at 1030 no food £20 out pocket Never will I order from this horrendous company again
