Nando's - Harlow in Harlow

A very busy Nando's at times , but guess what worth the wait.

The chef lady is useless she never cooks properly, chicken wings was uncooked again.

Thank you so much to Anna & the team at Nando’s Harlow for your hospitality. This is the second time that they have been able to reserve us a large table for a group of 17+ people in the middle of peak time. Today we visited on a Sunday at 2pm & Anna was sure to save some tables for us so we could all sit together as a group. We appreciate you and are so grateful. We always have a fantastic dining experience at this Nando’s and the service was outstanding, with servers doing things that they aren’t obliged to do like bring cutlery & make drinks for people. You guys are great! Thank you and God bless.

Food is alright, but the price is not good

Food was lovely. One of the meals had to be chased but it was a busy Saturday and it came out quickly afterwards. Toilets were clean. Would definitely recommend

Went for lunch with my partner and it was very nice. Quick seating. Only waited about 10 mins and they looked very busy! Food was good. Love the load fries! Amazing

I recently dined at Nando's and had an outstanding experience. The chicken pittas were a burst of flavors, perfectly grilled and accompanied by fresh veggies. The chicken liver with fries was a delightful surprise – rich, tender, and seasoned to perfection. The ambiance and service were top-notch, making it a memorable meal. Nando's never fails to impress with its delicious offerings and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Probably the worst Nando's I’ve ever had. Starters and mains out at the same time, food tasted dry and felt quite ill afterwards. Told the food runner all he said was that there was nothing he could do. Rubbish

I like a lot of probably have eaten and had take away from Nandos, I decided to click on delivery, and I had a delivery from Deliveroo and had missing item and also food was completely cold, it wasn’t even delivered in one of those heat travel bags that they use, It was just in his car in there paper bag, stone cold, seal was even broken. I immediately dropped an email to Nandos and the automated message says we’re on this give us 3 working days and we will be in touch, I got an email back and Nandos said go to Deliveroo Went to them and they said no we can’t do anything because our terms and conditions are you need to let us know within 24 hours. What a joke please be aware that you might be paying Nandos but have the delivery company terms. Neither company has stepped up and taken accountability.

Other nandos nd ths totally different

This Nando's store is located at a wonderful place of town by the Water Garden, giving an wonderful atmosphere in and out. The food concept is very basic that's just chicken on a grill with Nando's chilly sauces. Sometimes the food portion could be a let down, whole chicken could be a small chicken or the wings came a bit smaller than expectations. I'm not sure if there's a portion standards in the store, but 1 in 5 could be a let down. food still taste great and hot enough on the plate. The Nando's stamps reward is a plus but a shame they don't give discount on blue lights holders, only NHS staff.

Had platter 1st time we got a whole chicken last 2 times got pieces not the same also as an older couple I wouldn't of put us next to a group of loud teenagers when the place was half empty

Delicious food, quick and efficient service. Conveniently located, car park right in front of it.

Came for dinner after work with some colleagues. Had some sides missing which eventually came after we had finished out meals. However Emily was a great help with sorting out the missing items and made sure we were all happy. Brilliant service from her. Thank you Emily

Great food and was open very late

Nice place, food was nice. Just too many tables squeezed in, end up having dinner with the table next to you, especially when they don't respect peoples personal space.

Got off a flight and was craving a Nando’s, so my partner and I stopped off at the Harlow’s Nando’s. We were greeted by Gary and he was marvellous, made us feel really comfortable. Made sure all our needs were met and couldn’t be more helpful. The best manager we’ve come across in Nando’s that’s for sure. He bubbly and considerate, even ended our meal with a free cup of frozen yogurt from my partner and I. Would highly recommend bumping bumping into Gary if you get the chance.

I didn't give them 5 stars just because it's always full and we have always to wait for long time to have a table and to have our order. But I know it is not their fault. Their food is amazing and all the people love it.

Let's ne real. Does nandos ever fail you? Good for what it is as always. Food well prepared, taste is good, staffs are very very friendly.

Disappointing! Ordered tonight and the potions were half as usual, and the price went up as well. Used to order a lot from Nandos, but tonight was very disappointing. The double chicken was not even close to double, the chips potion was incredibly small (a lot smaller that it was previously). Not worth the money anymore.

We stopped in here on way through Harlow. Bit of a mixed review. I’m a huge fan of Nando’s in general. I like the food, the staff are always friendly and it’s a great place to eat out with a young kid. This one was a bit of a dull atmosphere, we went in the middle of the day on a Tuesday so I probably shouldn’t have expected much really. The drinks machine wasn’t working so we could only buy cans of drinks but we were given ones straight from the store room so they were at room temperature. That’s all the negatives out the way. On to the food. Had the Fino Pitta with the new BBQ Garlic sauce. It was absolutely delicious! Chicken was cooked to perfection, nice and juicy, the sauce was amazing, so full of flavour, with just the right amount of spice level for me! The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would recommend coming here for some Chicken.

Unfortunate today was not a good day to get a side salad (at the cost of £3.75!!) with my quarter chicken. This is disgusting service from you Nando’s Harlow! You shld not be including ends of to tomatoes at that price!

I was working nearby attending an emergency clearing the blocked drains and I desperately needed a drink. The barman was very helpful in serving me some drinks to take away. It's good to know I can go in there for some ice cold water and fill up my bottle I will make note of this. Thank you

A member of management decided to lie to our face regarding a mistake in terms of an order. We order the loaded fries, once, and I get charged for 3. My fault for not checking and challenging at the time, however as they’ve been delivered to the table we’ve checked and challenged. Instead of just dealing with it, and sorting out a refund / exchange of the extra 2 items, the server / manager claimed they’d asked and went ahead. Not at all happy with that service and dishonesty. Lost a customer.

Your standard cheeky Nando’s. Tasty food and friendly staff, loses a point as they have a lot of room to improve in the delivery side of things… From ordering on deliveroo to seeing actual drivers collecting orders when I’m dining in, seems very clear they don’t care as much for their online customers.

Great atmosphere up in Nando’s harlow, whole kitchen went up in flames this afternoon, they didn’t want to disappoint the costumers with overcooked and dry chicken so they had to close the whole gaff, disappointed had to go to the local McDonald’s to deal with the pain of not having Nando’s, cheers for the refund though, will come back again.

Nando's Harlow now seems to be halving the butterfly chicken breasts, you can see the cut marks across them and I've never see a chicken breast so small. Absolute liberty

Visited Harlow nandos for the first time today with my little boy. had some trouble with my order on the app and the gentleman who served us went above and beyond to sort it out for me. Our meal was lovely, thank you so much, we will be returning!

I only walk by Nando's to go to Five Guys. You keep asking me to review Nando's. I don't go there! Their sauce, which i buy in Sainsbury's is good. In Stortford, their fake chicken wrap is EXCELLENT!

You can’t beat a cheeky nandos really can you! I wouldn’t ever say a nandos is good enough to be 5* as it’s just quick and easy fast food but I love it every time so can’t complain! I do sometimes think nandos is a bit expensive for what it is.

Went to see Goldilocks and the three bears as always good fun and good seating. Had a great time

Popped in for a bite to eat ,staff were friendly and only waited a minute or rwo to be seated but it was that busy . Food ordered and didn't wait that long to get our order . Food was nice no complaints from me ,asked where cutlery was and the nice staff member got them for us ,he was polite and helpful unfortunately didn't get his name . Toilets were a slight issue ,one door wouldn't close and lock as it needed to be shut from the outside ,other toilet had no toilet roll ,but other than that all was good .

Please, can someone manage this place??? One more time, if the order is ready for collection, just call the number, they ask for some minutes, I the package the order and don't call the customer number, every time the same The food is good, but take away e delivery is terrible, I feel for delivery drivers.

Food is great like any Nandos however more recently the wait time has become longer and longer and the service quality has decreased in recent months

If I could give less ten 1 star I would. In this place they are unprofessional and lazy. When I went to order the girl at the till said might as well order through your phone cause we’ve just turned the till back on then went onto just ignoring me. They took ages bringing the drink glasses over and then ages bringing the food after that. Meals were thrown together in small portions and the chicken was undercooked. Went to order another child’s drink which took the best part of 15minutes in the cue, and they didn’t even bring cutlery. Childrens meals do not fit childrens needs and are just basically a small adults meal.

UNHYGIENIC!!! DIRTY GLASS WITH LIPS MARKS NO TISSUES, tissues were rationed to a limit if 4 per table, even if you have a baby, they don't care, you can be unhgenic and dirty but they won't give more tissues! Long wait of 45 minutes

The only Nando’s I would visit again. Absolutely flawless service. The staff were young boys and they were all spot on attentive and hard working. Very helpful, the food was quick, checked on our table. Can’t fault a single thing. In comparison to Lakeside Nando’s where the staff were rude and manager Baulo was disgusting, refusing to give me my food or a refund. I nearly never ate a Nando’s again. Now I will only be eating at this one!

5 of us went here and it was ok but not up to the usually Nandos experience. Waiter was a bit stressed, rice had been sitting around for a while and the atmosphere at harlow is a bit canteen like. Still love Nandos but there are better ones.

I mean it's about Nandos, right? Great food, nice people. But the place needs some serious deep cleaning. Somehow it put me off seeing grease in some places where it shouldn't be.

Disabled toilet flooded. Still not sorted after I reported it

this restaurant was very clean and staff was friendly and attentive. we wasn't a fan of the food though, pretty small piece of chicken and the lemon and herb sauce was alright but a little bland, the chicken was a bit dry too. the mash potatoes seemed to have been just reheated because it was very dry on the top, also pretty bland.

Unfortunately I had a very uncomfortable experience last night at Harlow Nandos, whilst waiting to collect my food there was a young guy also waiting to collect his food and was being glared at by a member of staff, later finding out this was a manager called freddie, the young boy looked at him confused and then the manager proceeded to start shouting ‘what’ at this boy repeatedly in an aggressive manner even though the young guy seemed to just want to leave after this the manager proceeded to shout and be aggressive towards the young man. A very uncomfortable experience and poor customer service, and from a manager too!! disgraceful.

If you've ever been to a Nando's, you will become quickly used to the ambience and you know exactly what you're getting.

Great lunch, we needed lunch quickly as we had an appointment shortly after. Food order was taken by a lovely helpful chap and it arrived piping hot.

My go to place for a fine dine they can never go wrong. I always get the boneless chicken tights with mash potato or swap sides as my mood flips. It’s filling and yummy as well. Not to forget, lemon and herb sauce is my favourite of all time.

Very poor customer service. Food is ok, but overpriced. Atmosphere is like at school canteen or in hotel breakfast, loads of noise and kids.

Service was good, normal nandos. Nothing extraordinary but food was tasty. Only lost one point because the disabled toilet was absolutely disgusting.
