I mostly order for collection, but every time I go collect my food, I'm really disappointed with the portion they give in this specific branch. There should be standard for how much food they give. If they don't have enough, at least inform the customer and offer to give them something else instead. It is really unfair that people do these things. I've visited the branch a couple of times and the service isn't great either. I came to the store to collect my food, and many people saw that Im waiting yet they ignored me, they even came by to pick up something from under the counter and they didn't bother interacting with me, I probably waited a good 15min. Another group of people came to eat in, and they got seated right away, and the store wasn't even busy. This nandos has always disappointed me, and it doesn't seem to be getting better. It would be good if they acknowledged the customer and possibly let them know that they'll be with you in a min. Toilets were a mess. As I mentioned, the store wasn't busy. I'm sure someone can come and check on them and give it a little clean.

I have eaten and bought takeaway from many nandos branches. This is actually the worst one so far. If you go there for takeaway collection orders. Staff really act like you don't exist. The best branch ive been to in the area is south Harrow. Today was my 4th time trying this branch and i gotta say, they haven't improved at all. First 2 times they got the order wrong and each time the staff customer isn't good at all. I work in a customer facing role too and i understand that no one is happy to work in their jobs but we gotta do what we gotta do. One day we are serving someone, next day we are being served by someone. We all like to be treated good. I hope they improve.

Very friendly staff, quick service and great tasting food..

I came in this evening with my family and had some issues with some items on the menu that were out of stock before we could order—the manager Antonietta ( Tony ) was very kind and professional, and she resolved it very efficiently. The branch was very busy, the team was very hardworking, proactive, and courteous. I am surprised to read a lot of bad reviews, but I think it is the team that makes the difference and everyone has downfalls that can be corrected, as one can only understand if they have a background in the hospitality industry. The food was the best Nando’s I’ve ever had. I will be making this my regular Nando’s restaurant to visit after this excellent service and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

This has always been a great Nandos to eat including with a large group as it's v big. Nandos is v reasonably priced as well. Good food which you can make as healthy or unhealthy as you like!

Manager was very rude been going to nandos for past 7-8 years never had a experience like this definitely wouldn’t go to this branch for sure

This is a mixed review as I am a regular customer to Nando’s Greenford. I am always served with the best service and smile from NIGIS. I went to Nando’s and ordered with NIGIS 2 meals, using my red reward code, getting one meal for free. The till bugged out and only printed my one order and did not show the other meal. After an hour of going back and forth, NIGIS apologised and spoke to the manager. The manager was upstairs, Kasia, and did not bother to come down and another manager LIVIU, was extremely rude even accusing me of having a fake reward code! At this point I had had enough and thought this was ridiculous waiting for around one hour for an error of Nando’s tills and managers telling me they couldn’t do anything. I was about to just pay for the meal when a manager RHYS who had just started his shift noticed my frustration and asked what had happened. After explaining he resolved the issue immediately and put the whole management team to shame. This is how a manager should be - putting the customer first and other managers should take a leaf out of his book because I really do not know how they got the role! Thankyou NIGIS and RHYS for respecting your customers and resolving issues that should never have happened in the first place

My order was taken by Rashmi, she was pleasant and ensured that I had ordered everything that I wanted. Lovely customer service. After I was served, Nigist, checked on our table. She was full of energy and an absolute delight. Absolutely love her energy, she is a credit to your company. Will definitely revisit again.

I collected an order, items missing. Manager did not care, in fact argued with on the phone. Incompetent staff and unreasonable manager. Ruined a birthday meal but the manager didn’t care.

It's probably been a decade or so since I last visited nandos. The portions have got smaller and very surprised that they don't cater for gluten-free diets. The counter service was very slow, with only one person at the till taking orders and payment despite there being a queue all three times I went to order something. The food was decent. But gosh the chips portion are tiny and if you're gluten-free then your only choice is to go with the filling and no wrap or burger which is not even a proper meal. Not that impressed and unlikely to rush back again very soon. Polite and attentive staff, cleaned our table and the floor after the previous customers left. Shame they don't just take your order at the table. Would be so much easier and make for a pleasant experience instead of having to get up each time and queue to order.

2 stars because to be honest there wasn’t much options for me and my family/friends who eat halal food. We would really appreciate it if you could please consider making this branch halal! You’d get so much more customers considering 20% of the population in North Greenford are Muslims - the second largest population in the area!

First we was not acknowledged at the door. Then we finally seated there was sauce all over the floor. Waited 25 mins for food. The halumi was cold and burnt. The fries were dry and hollow inside. The staff looked like they did not want to be there and we're not approachable. I had to ask 4 different members of staff to change the halumi which we waited for and got once we had almost finished the meal. Needless to say I won't be coming back to this branch. One girl was helpful I think her name was Mia

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

Filthy bathroom, distinctive piss aroma. The premises is in dire need of renovation. Service is quite slow, it took the till operator 15min to take 4 orders.

Ordered a takeaway and got a chicken wrap with all the usual salad and halloumi cheese as an extra inside. As seen by the picture, not too sure where the contents of my wrap had gone. When ringing up to complain, I was offered a refund of £7 (the wrap cost more than that). Very disappointing.

Seated quickly. Used the app to order and the food arrived quickly. Quality of the food was good. Only downside was the cleanliness of the toilets.

Went to pick an order placed online, checked it best I could once I picked it as it was a large order and it was a bit busy, got home and found out an item was missing. Called them up, manager said ok you can come pick the remaining item no problem, went back and thought at the very least there would be an apology and perhaps some form of compensation as a gesture of good will for their mistake which caused me to have to return considering they forgot to pack my order properly but nothing. I even purchased another item as well on returning which they could have discounted but they didn't (and this was service from the manager when I returned). When the new item I ordered was given they had forgotten to pack the initial item that I had returned for and I had to remind them of why I was there in the first place. Unfortunately this is the third time this has happened at this branch for me over the span of a year hence why I felt compelled to leave this review, and I won't be going back to this branch to save myself further hassle.

Not sure why but there always seems to be headless chickens running round well runnings a bit of an exaggeration and I'm not talking about the chickens on the grill. Some staff seem to be trying but no one has a clue. Everything takes way to long...

I recently visited Greenford Nando's and unfortunately had a less-than-ideal experience. The customer service was not up to the standard I have come to expect. There was a notable delay in service, and it seemed that the staff was not fully trained and unprofessional.

Good prices and nice options with a very cozy place. The service could be better but nothing terrible. If you are nearby, hungry, and don't want to spend too much, this is the place.

Served by Nigist many times my friends and family have all enjoyed her hospitality and great service. She’s a great member of staff, alongside her team.

Not been to Nando's in years since they turned halal but thought I would give the vegetarian option a try so had the grilled mushroom and halloumi pitta ***** delicious washed down with a glass of rosé Had a struggle to pick my wine as most came in a can!!!!!!

Nando's in Greenford Westway shopping complex. Fairly large branch but will still likely easily fill as plenty of parking available. Pleasant interior with mix of tables and booths. We often eat here and staff are attentive friendly and helpful. Food is good and a consistent offering. Toilets available on a complex not noted for many facilities. This being closest Nando's to us is a regular place to go. Though recent road changes taking two lanes down to one, and constant roadworks make journeys too and even getting out often a nightmare.

We popped in for lunch and the food was brilliant. The restaurant was clean and Jacob was extremely helpful . He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

Always a great experience and the chef they had on the grilled yesterday was 10 out of 10. So good we ordered more chicken

Friends suggested this place to meet up and the location is good and parking is free. However had to have vegetarian option (beanie burger) as they dont serve halal. I was surprised, considering there is a large community there and one would assume a business would want access their spending power. I was looking forward to my peri peri chicken and i was disappointed I couldn't have it. But what I had was ok, love the halloumi chips and the restaurant was clean and well laid out. It a shame they don't cater for a community who would increase their revenue. Response by Nando’s to my review ... doesn’t make sense

This place is awesome! Good food, good price. Staff are very friendly.

It was quiet when we went. Found ourselves a table as noone greeted and seated us. The manager seemed to take offence to this in an empty restaurant. I think they need to be more non it and then I wouldn't feel the need to seat myself. There was no atmosphere apart from the frosty from the manager definitely not my favourite branch. Food was fine.

We had a great experience as always and the lovely Nigist served us with her amazing warm smile and welcome. The food was delish, did not take long to arrive and as always the restaurant was clean. Making our overall experience great. Thank you Nandos Greenford x

Recently, I went to this branch, and staff were taking ages to clean tables, which I found to be shocking as I've visited many branches, and this is never the case? Only one lady who was more mature than the rest of the staff seemed to be the only one wanting to do her best for the customers at her age as well she deserves a 🏅. I saw one young gentleman just walking around as if he was in the gym and not really doing much in terms of our tables full of plates, and he walked past 6 times, looking rather bored. For a Saturday evening, this was poor service to say I'm afraid. If you want to waste your Saturday evening, then this branch is the place.
