Nando's Glasgow - West End in Glasgow City

Unpolite stuff. Like really really unpolite. Its an art like taylor swift would say. A gay guy is in his show and doesnt give a f about the coustumer. The blonde girl is even worse if that is possible

It's Nando's free refils on the sodas. Lovely wee chiken wings. The yoghurt machine was broken, so there was no refill on the yoghurt .

Quite dry. Not as good as it used to be.

Best Nando’s in Glasgow in my opinion. Food arrives super quick within 5/10 minutes, piping hot & tasty. Service is friendly & attentive. Thanks guys 👍🏽

Great standard Nandos branch which is close to the Botanical Gardens. Friendly staff, clean premises etc. The toilets are in the basement which feels like quite a trek, but they were clean and available.

Best way to end the day, a side of peri mac and cheese, chips and bottomless drinks. Yummy. Service was exceptional, given choice of tables, informed of items on menu, and had a very attentive gentleman serving us throughout our stay.

Decent enough nandos. But the quality of the meat has gone downhill (breast was tough and poorly seasoned), and the new sides are good but not great. Still prefer the offering at Black Rooster which is just around the corner, even though the decor is better and seats comfier at Nandos.

Incredible, Nando's never fails. I always recommend the pita. And the service has been super friendly.

Nice, accommodating young women staff and tasty peri peri chicken and side dishes. A bit more choices in beverages would have been nice.

Near to University so good place to dine in and it's atmosphere is really joyful.

It was a fantastic experience. Very good customer service team and good food too. My kids can't wait to come back. Me and my family had a good night out plus a delicious dinner 🍽 😋. Thank you for your hospitality. I'm looking forward to coming back soon 😍🥰😍🥰

Exactly what you'd expect from a Nandos with the added perk of being quiet for a Friday night with no wait for a table.

In the photos on the menu the portions seemed larger. A little tasteless. I don't like having to order by QR code at all, I always prefer attention from the waiters.

Lovely staff, very clean toilets, amaaazing food, full stocked sauce bottles - amazing experience 👌 Minus-ing one star because to be honest - expensive for just a chicken leg and fries (and no drinks included - total damage was £10.50)

This was our first time at a Nando's. The older gentleman at the counter had very little patience explaining their chicken dishes to a newcomer. I'd give him a D- at customer service. He certainly did not inspire me to come back. Chicken was dry, having been pulled from a drawer full of precooked chicken breasts. They slather on a bit of sauce, reheat it for a few minutes and then serve it. Chicken gets a solid D for freshness and being dry. The chips were good. Sorry, I don't ever need to go back to a Nando's.

Went at 8pm and told couldn’t be seated as had taken on too many takeaway orders. Disgrace for such a big chain. Restaurant should surely take precedent over takeaways

Accommodated well to our really large group of people and the food was very quick :) probably not my favourite food ever but the chili chips were banging

Good food. Almost the tastiest Nandos I have been. The only issue is parking is very limited. Only on-street parking.

It’s been a long long time since I’ve tried Nando’s. It now has a fair bit of competition so I was curious as to how it fared in 2023. The branch itself was really nicely put together. Warm, wood and leather with wall art and filament bulbs give a chic feel. The menu really hasn’t changed in almost a decade. Prices now are getting into mainstream restaurant territory rather than upmarket fast food tho. Chicken thighs were succulent and perfectly cooked, piri fries were hot and flavourful. The rice had a slightly sweet zesty taste which wasn’t quite to my taste but was fresh and clean tasting. Overall it’s still a great chain if a little lacking in innovation in its products and flavour combinations

Everything is on usual high level, unfortunately so are the prices.

What else is there to say..? The food shown clearly described how great this place is! Well worth the price you pay, the chicken is cooked to perfection. If you need a peri peri hit then this is one of the best places in Glasgow to get your kick!

Was here the other week and my boyfriend accidentally ordered the wrong item which he couldn’t eat. The staff member serving our table changed it over for free which was very kind! The service & food were both great as usual :)

Needed half a chicken because trying to build up muscle food always good here but what made the difference was my server was awesome he was very polite on the ball and helpful! "CHUTEE FATEH!" These two words are a Punjabi phrase for being overjoyed and that's exactly what my server made me feel!

A masterclass in charmless service

Really tasty chicken. Don't understand it but this place's food seemed better than any other Nando's I have been to.

Completely messed up my order while I was literally at the register, made me pay much more than I needed to

1/2 Chicken was disappointing, Very small , tad overcooked . Chips were bog standard catering frozen chips . Sagres beer was nice .

I really do find this expensive for what it is, but the staff are always great.

Food was lovely and staff were great. Issue was - ordering through the qr code website at the table was useless! It was a Saturday night and I assume the restaurant was busy but it kept failing with 500 server errors, timing out during payments, removing everything from our order and forcing us the start again. Gave up after about 25 mins after my phone ran out of battery and got a table order.

We went last Sunday with my husband and son. Food was OK but service was shocking. Was only another 2 tables in the whole restaurant. The drinks took forever and also had to hunt for sauces for our meal. Also the food order was wrong. Been to many nandos. This chain for services was the worst.

Great service! We were warned that there's an hour's wait (which we din't mind) and offered complimentary starters. In the end it was <30 min! Staff were very polite, accomodating and food great as always. Will come back

As a delivery courier, I'm pleased to work with friendly staff during those difficult times for this industry.

Ordered from here via deliveroo for the first time and was not impressed. Garlic bread so hard that it was inedible, soggy peri peri fries and a missing beanie pitta. I phoned up the restaurant to complain about the beanie burger and they said they would send another. Still waiting the next day....I'll stick to pick up from Nando's Clydebank in future where the quality and service is much better.

Quick easy to use, Covid-19 compliant. Staff friendly and online booking system as simple as a QR scan and 3 sections of info. In & Out in 30 mins ! .

I had bad experience before one time but most of the time Nando’s is delicious ,good quality and friendly staff.

Been here a few times and it's a nicely appointed Nando's. But they keep missing the mark. There is always something that should be hot that just isn't. Whether it's the corn or the fries or the mash. Every single time.

Great price for what you get and the taste is great. The price is reasonable when you consider what you pay elsewhere around the world for a decent meal with a drink. Other places in the UK are just so expensive if you don't go during their special hours which is not accommodating for the customer and leaves the customer's pocket empty in a sense. The venue is in a nice area off of Byres road and is quite spacious. The staff is nice and really accommodating if need be. Definitely plan to go back.

Its nando's, you get exactly what you expect. It's quite large though so wait for tables. The day I visited it was quiet & the girl serving I presume was in training as she was quite robotic in her spiel.

Lovely new Nandos in the west end

This is the best Nando's I have been in. The staff are very attentive and friendly. They came over several times to check that our meal was okay and even refilled our drinks for us. My friend was unsure of the ordering process and the staff member talked him through it. Such nice and friendly staff. I'll keep coming back again and again!

This is the most amazing Nando's in Glasgow. All westenders should come here. The staff ate super friendly too. We love it!
