Nando's - Epsom in Epsom and Ewell

A pretty good Nando’s, always manage to get seated and very rarely is it super busy. I have never had any issues with the food. The new Macaroni cheese is amazing, just a little small.

I wish the people who work here could combine the power of their tiny manatee brains in order to read an order slip properly. Three times I’ve ordered perinaise and not received it, twice no chili jam with halloumi sticks. I won’t bother wasting money here anymore.

The service from the guy who took my order on Sat 6th Apr 24 (wears a black uniform ) who I think is the supervisor/manager is very poor. He wasn't impressed when I said I the needed gluten-free option. Unattentive, brusque and unfriendly to say the least. All the rest, food and service at the door and table were great.

We've eaten here before and weren't disappointed this time either. You can conveniently order food via the app. There is a drinks flat rate and the food tastes fantastic. The salad was particularly delicious with the great balsamic vinegar. There is nothing to complain about. We will be back:)

I like Nandos in Epsom. It's all on 1 floor . The food is predictable nice . It's easy to access just off the main high street at the junction between Waterloo Road and Derby Square. Conveniently situated and popular with families.

Great food and helpful staff, really enjoyed our visit. Difficult to park but if you're passing definitely stop and have a bite to eat.

Rude staff behind counter who thought it was a great idea to give my daughter the middle finger on the way out. When the management was challenge he didn’t want to know what so ever appalling customer service will be taking this to head office.

Cutlery looked like it could do with proper wiping up, as had water marks on it which didn't look nice. Food okay. Nice Corn on the Cob.

Very small and fairly busy Nando's restaurant slightly hidden off the High Street. The food was delicious. However, I would recommend improving customer service and the atmosphere of the restaurant

I always love Nandos' food and the staff here are lovely. However, the restaurant itself could do with a facelift/better atmosphere. Sticky tables, weird layout with booths in the middle but tables round the side isn't very cosy. And THAT DOOR. PLEASE FIX THE DOOR. 😬

The chicken leg was the skinniest one I have ever eaten and the chips were cold. For £10.50 you would get better chicken and better value elsewhere. Most definitely KFC for starters.

Was really disappointed last time. Forgot the sauce. Chicken was ridiculously overcooked and dry and the wrap was really unbalanced with all halloumi up one end and chicken the other. Chips also poor. Local chicken shop is less than half the price and much better quality!

I do not recommend ordering delivery from Nando's as we had items missing and had to go through Deliveroo to get the refund (which took a long time), the restaurant staff were not really interested in this information when I called even though the items could have been missing due to the restaurant not providing them to the delivery driver. I asked them if they wanted to have the order number, but they were indifferent. Generally speaking, food quality is OK but I find it inconsistent, while ordering same items. I recommend for management to review their processes and address the issues.

The service here in Epsom is excellent. The staff are very friendly and nice. Easy seating and can easily order online. Ordered the 1/2 chicken with hot peri sauce with 2 sides - grains, squash with feta and peri chips. Everything tasted amazing and fresh. Also got the bottomless coke zero. All these for £13-15 with the 20% NHS discount which you can activate through your online account via the app.

Every time i go into this store the staff members are so kind and welcoming and they help with all queries without hesitation. Maja and Caitlin are both members of staff that Nandos should be proud to have working for them!

It’s a pretty decent place to have a meal.

Food delivered was mouldy and inedible, pitta bread had actual mould, chicken was tough and inedible and no sauce to be seen other than ON the bun itself on the outside. Chips portion was tiny, despite costing £4.30. Disgusting and will never order again, avoid!!

First time in Nandos, very impressed.

Rubbish customer service. Ordered for delivery. The wrong order arrived. Rang the restaurant who apologised and said the order will be with us 10mins. 10mins past order not arrived. Rang restaurant and was advised they do not know what happened to the order. They was going to offer a refund. Refund awaits by the incompetent team at Nando’s Epsom.

We family recently visited the Nando's in Epsom, after we've spent the whole day in Chessington theme park nearby; and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great. We were greeted by a friendly staff who took our orders and made sure we had everything we needed. They are very attentive and helpful, and he made sure that our food was cooked to perfection indeed. The food was absolutely delicious. We all had different dishes, and we all loved them, even the kids found it delightful. The lemon and herb chicken was perfectly cooked and the sauces were flavorful and well-balanced. The sides were also great, and I especially enjoyed the corn on the cob and rice. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Nando's in Epsom. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience. Special thanks to the chap in the grey shirt for taking such great care of us. He was a real asset to the restaurant and we really appreciated his service. All the best.

I've been to nandos loads of times and it's normally incredible.. however... Epsom Nandos is truly shocking. Poor customer service, poor atmosphere, staff chatting away while food is sat waiting to be served. I ordered the 4 chicken thighs and they came out looking off, soggy and the chicken seemed strange. The mash was hard like it had been microwaved. The peas were soaked in water or something. I've had the macho peas hundreds of times and never had them like that. Terrible. Nandos need to sort this branch out.

It's Nandos. You get some nice chicken, livers if you have taste, and it's exactly what you expect. Not too expensive and friendly, competent hosts.

Went on a Friday night around 7.30. Was very busy but got a seat in 10mins. I have dietary requirements and the staff were very helpful when I asked questions regarding what was safe for me to have and notifying the chefs.

Absolute disgusting service. Can't even get seat numbers right. Had my disabled blind dad with. Not even an apology but made out like our fault. Little child on check in needs some serious training.

I am an emergency senior doctor. I went with my brother after a tough shift. I thought i would treat him. We chose the new loaded platter. Cost approx £25. We were given one set of loaded fries (£8 if ordered alone) along with 5 small wings and 4 small corn on the cobs. Nandos, how can you equate the wings and corn to £17??? Also, the loaded fries were terrible!! Hardly any chicken whatsoever and it also had no flavour!! The manager here was very unprofessional and not caring! I have since contacted Nandos headquarters and they have completely disregarded my concerns. I will not be coming here again! I feel like we were cheated. Nandos is a rich company who are taking advantage of their hard working customers! Please do not order this meal and please avoid this company!! (We actually had to go to KFC afterwards as we were still starving!!)

Went out with work colleagues. Got served in record time.

Decided to try the new loaded platter for 3. Was quite excited. When it arrived it was tiny. We complained right away to the manager and a staff member. They were not helpful at all they just said “we understand the order is small but this is what you ordered what do you want us to do” they kept saying it’s for 2 people but in the menu it says for 3. They also said that the chef has never made this dish before as it’s new. Really disappointed.

Arrived for lunch just before 1. The door was locked although people were inside! I don't think they wanted more customers. We were shown to a table once we got in, not given menus, staff disappeared. Food was OK. Big effort for a male member of staff to take order. Seemed very grumpy. I won't be going back, poor service and atmosphere.

Always go to this Nando’s as it’s the best around. Servers are always polite and friendly, food is always fresh, flavorful and hot, and restaurant is always clean. Only gripe is music can be a tad loud. Apart from that, it’s our go to for when in Epsom.

Over priced, over hyped, bbq chicken. Takeaway service has always been bloody awful - always late, food cold and often find its wrong when you get home. Service in restaurant is non existent. Done with Nando's - rather take my business elsewhere

I was disappointed in the sharers chips. Said it was enough fir 2/3 people with chicken and cheese and really was like a plate of chips with few sprinkles....for £8.50! Put me off nandos. Also Portuguese livers bowl used to be £5.50 and gone up to £8! It's all too expensive for portion size. Sorry!

i went there last night at Epsom Nando's with family of 6 people ,first then told her to waiting 10 minute ,turn up 45 minutes with no explanation ,i went to speak to girl there [she said well is not my fault very rude ] i thing this restaurant it run by school girls very ruddy, then on last order this girl give last plates order on top where every one eat that very very bad, if you don't like that job give it to someone is desperate for job ,this get it worst place in epsom

Made us (my family of 4 including 2 little ones) stand there and wait for 15minutes even though there was an open table. Reason: that is our “staff table”!?? Never heard something that absurd before. When I was a waiter back in the day we were not allocated our own table especially when the there is limited seating in the place. The worst part is that the “staff table” was not in use for the entire time we were there. That is how you make your customers know they are not important. Will look for alternatives next time we feel like dining out.

I placed an order for collection and got a confirmation email that the order would be ready at 20.10. When we got there to collect we were told it would be at least another 30 minutes. When we got to speak to the manager she admitted they were very busy but the online ordering system just "randomly" assigned collection times and the kitchen had no way of changing or prioritising take-away orders. I can understand that but at least provide an accurate collection time.

Good service and excellent food

Nandos used to be a place to enjoy the atmosphere and music in and sadly it has just become another place of fast yet decent food. I ordered a lemon and herb chicken wrap and my husband half a medium hot chicken with the chips. Food was fine - nothing to really rave about, but nothing wrong with it at all. I was served by a very nice lady at the till, although she was distracted alot by something going on with another colleague and I felt the need to grab her back before continuing to place my order for fear of getting it wrong. Spent £35 for the two of us and for the lacklustre surroundings I wish I'd grabbed a panini and coffee out instead. Pull your socks up Nandos and get it back to that crazy Portuguese atmosphere we loved.

Extremely recommend the Peri-salted fries. Chicken wings with the sauces in Nando’s are absolutely tasty. If you bring kids to Nando’s, you can order the kids menu. In the kids menu, you can order the bottomless chocolate yogurt which I personally really like it. You can order sharing meals to. I like the wings platter the most. Nando’s sauces are very unique and tasty. The price is kind of expensive. You need to spend at least £50-80 for 4 person.

I cannot understand how you can possibly send such food?

Well Nandoes like some chains could be a hit or Miss depending upon the store . This particular store is one of the worst ones . Food is mostly late and hence cold ! I ordered a takeaway to be collected by 13:50 as I was in a hurry . Reached the store at 13:45 and was told to wait . My collection time came and went but no one approached me . I went up to counter and was told it will be a few more mins !! If I had a few more mins I wouldn’t have ordered a timer takeaway . My order for chicken pitta was wrong and I got a haloumi pitta !

Food was nice although Peri salted chips had way too much salt. The experience of being in there itself yesterday was awful, I couldn’t wait to leave. Music was way too loud, I couldn’t hear my partner sat across from me and staff (aside from one lovely waitress) were standing around behind me, talking very loudly, not doing any work and an off shift member was drinking beer and being loud with them. It was overstimulating to the point I couldn’t enjoy my food and spent the whole time unable to even speak to my partner.

Oh my word never ever will go back. Kids running around, shouting and just not quite what I'd expect a restaurant to be like. Been told New Malden is much better restaurant. Will try that branch next time. However, food was good.

Let’s make a few points here. Extra hot sauce doesn’t exist they say it’s extra hot but it’s the normal hot sauce. Apparently they use the hot sauce on both sides of the chicken and because of this hot becomes extra hot?! Misleading. Secondly, for vegetarians and vegans little do you know that when the bloody livers go on the grill the cross contamination goes everywhere. Avoid.

I never experienced bad food in Nando's but today I eat half chicken in Nando's Epsom branch..the food came in 2 minutes and im feeling sick right now. The chicken was very dry, chips cold not fresh at all. Honestly feeling vomiting right now.

Turned up as a group of 10, the staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious as always and the Overall atmosphere was nice, I'd visit again. You should consider setting up a discount of Nuffield Health staff as blacks burgers next door are offering 15% off

I like Nando's but it has got so expensive so don't think I'll be going back soon as don't have that kind of money

We’ve been using Nando’s since it first opened I’ve had a few bad meals there but mostly very good , but since the lockdown we haven’t been only resently and I can honestly say it was very poor quality dry and rushed just cheap and horrible , nearly all youngsters working there with no clue how to serve or run a restaurant , Wake up Nando’s and sort it out or close !!!

We ordered for delivery. Found that several items were missing, called the restaurant and were told they could not help so directed us to a call centre Who said they would not be able to deliver the missing items. Was also told the refund will be "reviewed" and will take 7-10 business days. Of the food that did arrive, some was very badly burned and inedible. Very dissapointing service and would think twice before ordering delivery again.

Shocking service , no staff directed to a table and told scan the app and order that was eat , after trying to navigate the worst food order app I’ve used it locked me out of payment as I was setting up an account which you had to do total joke left and went to blacks burgers next door

Chicken was cold and was really charred. Almost as though it had been reheated for us. I am yet to find a Nando's in UK that weighs up to other countries. I dont know whether the UK people are just used to low quality food or they have no taste.

Got a takeaway for me and boyfriend, for butterfly chicken in the peri tami sauce and sides. I asked if they do the little extra pots and they said no which I thought was weird :/ anywayyy get home and our chicken was bone dry with hardly any sauce on at all, it was so disappointing. It just ruined the meal, nothing had a any flavour. Since being closed, the quality of the food has decreased and I usually love nandos :(

Excellent food and excellent service. Grilled chicken , chicken burgers, anything chicken and some vegan food too! Perfect for before or after cinema or night out.

We decided to go out for dinner tonight as a family. I’m happy that we ate here as the food is nice and the range of options on the menu are enough to satisfy most people too. We ordered two or three plates of yummy chicken and rice. The place was fairly quiet tonight. Last year around this time I even had a birthday meal here. For starters we nibbled on some bread sticks. We booked a table prior to arriving at the restaurant. I also recommend this place. What is not to love? The story on the wall about the Spanish cockerel was amusing as well. Our sublime dinner was swiftly followed by some tasty cake to round off the meal. All in all I had a great time here tonight. I read that whilst waiting for our food to be cooked. The atmosphere is cozy. My family and I sat in a booth once we had ordered our meal. Every time I come here, the food is good. Even the dessert options are nice. The price is reasonable additionally. We talked as we awaited dinner. Once or twice on a quiet day I stopped by the restaurant at lunchtime. The chicken is compulsory seriously.

Good well cooked chicken. My favorite the Butterfly chicken.This one is a little small and massively popular so expect to wait a few minutes for a table and crowded. the New Malden one is much spacier and better - more relaxed and we travel from Epsom to go to it.
