Food is nice and well prepared, but we wanted to shoutout Gavin, our server, who was very attentive and solved our queries.

We came in after a long day and we were greeted with what we happily agreed was the friendliest member of staff we have came across in any Nando’s we have been to. They were seating guests at 20:15 and had colourful hair ( we didn’t catch your name sorry!). They were so friendly and gave amazing service, the kind of service and friendly personality that wouldn’t be a miss in Disney world! I’m sorry we didn’t catch your name but you are a credit to the company and deserve the recognition. Staff members like you are the reason customers come back😁

Not enough staff to deal with the demand of the restaurant, food came cold, the state of the toilets were dreadful, had to chase up the side that wasn't brought out with the main twice as staff forgot. Wouldn't recommend this branch.

Nice dinner at nandos this evening, extremely busy but Eve was very kind and made sure that we got our chocolate at the end!😊🍰

My kids love Nando's, so we always jump to it. The food is alright, service is good and fast, the only downside is it's always crowded and this time music was loud too.

Went over Christmas time and found a hair in my chicken wrap. They offered to give another one which I said no then gave my £7.50 back. I guess they done the basics but won't be returning as they weren't slightest bothered on how to do customer service or personal hygiene.

The food was okay. The restaurant was freezing,it was like being outside. We had to go to the till to order because the guy serving us was too busy talking to his colleague. Then he left my food on the counter for 10 minutes before bringing it to our table. Worst service ever to be honest.

The wood panels on the wall were moldy. The staff were polite and friendly.

I ordered a sunset burger, and it didn't have any chutney, just a boring chicken breast with a lettuce. Also, a waiter literally stole my plate from under my nose, while I still had food to eat!

Absolutely brilliant service, food was excellent today. A young lad named Michal was our waiter and he was very attentive and well mannered and made sure we enjoyed our food.

Michal was an amazing person and he made the whole experience wonderful. It was my first time in Nando’s in my whole life and he was very friendly and an overall nice person and the food was absolutely amazing.

Absolutely delicious fresh food! Place was packed and the food came out so fast and was 10/10!! Easy ordering at the table for when it’s busy.

Giving massive shout out to the manager: Holly, her service has been outstanding, she not only went out her way to accommodate me to the table fast in very busy service but ensured to check on the table regularly been very welcoming providing excellent customer service. All the staff has been super friendly. I would definitely come back. Well done to the whole team.

Been to nandos loafs of times perth brilliant stirling brilliant chicken here didn't taste the same atall not like in stirling or perth very tough chewy went cold very quick just wouldn't recommend it

Good food, good staff, affordable and great atmosphere. I enjoyed my time, and you don't have to drain your pocket before you eat good food. I had a nice time.

Very friendly staff members and the atmosphere is so relaxing and comfy.

My nephew and I went here for lunch and it was pretty decent! Food was good and reasonably priced. I got the chicken liver which was well spiced. The bread that came with it was a bit meh. The Mexican rice and mac and cheese I got as a side were satisfactory. My nephew enjoyed her chicken burger and chips. He got garlic bread as a side which didn’t look overly appealing. The menu is quite varied which I like. The staff are accommodating and quite friendly and the facility/atmosphere was great. I love how you have unlimited access to the hot sauces.

I love Nando's. The chicken is always moist and tender, and fresh. The peri-salted chips are to die for too! The service here is really good, attentive but not over-bearing and not long wait times for a delicious meal!

We had a really good experience at Nando’s today despite how busy it was. The staff were very friendly and polite. Nicole was particularly helpful in explaining the menu to us as we hadn’t been here for a while.

Sharon at the front door and Beth at the till both very friendly and welcoming. I really loved the atmosphere and the greeting arriving here after a long day from shopping. We changed places about 3 different times and it wasn't a problem at all. The 1st question I was asked if I had any allergies from both staff. We asked a few questions and was able to give a detailed answer followed by the code to follow onto the phone. I am still waiting to eat

Would have left 0 stars but that’s not an option. I ordered food at 5 pm. The restaurant is quiet and not busy, there was only one other person inside. When I came in no staff came to table to take my order so I had to order at till. 30 mins later, the restaurant is getting full and everyone is eating. They also forgot to bring cutlery. Would have thought I’d get better customer service since it’s expensive!!!

First, but not the last time in here. From the greeting at the door,to the food brought to the table, the feeling was friendly and relaxed. The food was delicious and a great introduction to this place. Fino pitta was my choice. Liked the artwork on the walls as well.

There's not much to say other then it's absolutely amazing food and atmosphere. Better than most places you can eat at. I 100% recommend Nandos and could eat at this place multiple times a week lol or day.

I'm not sure why this nando's fell short compared to others we have been to. Everything started off well, got a table straightaway, and the allergy menu. We ordered just after 18.35, and our wait began. The open kitchen had lots of plates sitting on the pass with very little moving. 30 minutes passed, and the waiting team seemed to little speed about them. We then watched tables that sat and ordered after us get served. At this point, if we had no paid at time of order, we would have left. Another 15 minutes went by, and we finally got served. The food was not piping hot. The hottest food on the plate was the chips. Food was nothing to write home about.

delivery from any nandos takes up to or over an hour and is overated and priced but good quality

Preface: The food is nice however garlic bread was cold. I visited at 7pm 23/12/23 Anyways, I have IBS and need to use the toilet randomly throughout the day. After my meal I needed to go so I went to the mens toilet only to find it blocked and overflowing with a horrible smell coming from it. I then tried the disabled toilet and it was also blocked with a poo on top. I don’t think there’s much excuse regardless of how busy it was as toilets are an important facility

Quick service, good food, value for money.

The guy who took my order didn’t understand anything I said got my order wrong, didn’t even get served had to ask to be served, sat at a cold seat, ordered food at 8:15pm restaurant was dead and got my food at 8:55, food was sitting on the counter for about 15 mins, horrible service won’t be back :(

Would have left 0 stars but that’s not an option. I ordered food at 8pm. It’s not 8:45pm the restaurant is quiet and not busy. When I came in no staff came to table to take my order so I had to order at till. The staff member that served me on till “M. Shafqat” was very rude and couldn’t understand English and even got my food order wrong. Would not recommend. 0 STARS 😡😡 Would have thought I’d get better customer service since it’s expensive!!!

I was in last night and the meal was so good I came back again today on my lunch break 4pm , place was empty , I was starving and looking forward to the same meal as the previous night . The meal was served , the chicken was tastless , very little medium flavour plus the skin was soggy ...a member of staff offered a replacement meal but I explained I was on my lunch break and didn't have time ..A shrug of her shoulders and off she went . I would of expected a voucher since I didn't have time for a replacement meal .

Sometimes it's quite a busy branch, especially at dinner time and if there's something popular on at the cinema. Can't beat a Nando's, though, and this is a good one.

Only picked up from this restaurant so I can't comment on the service when you sit inside but going on the service when you pick up your order I expect it to be spot on.

Great Nandos. Fast, clean and convenient

Really friendly service, one of us had a gluten allergy and were well looked after from the off, being given an allergen menu that was clearly marked. The person who served us was well informed about allergies, and very helpful too

Had a lovely meal again. A little cold under the air conditioning.

Having waited 20 minutes for a table we thought service might be quick. Fair enough it was busy, we ordered nuts and olives and 4 bottomless drinks on the QR code. Having waited 20 minutes we asked for our glasses and had to select them out of a dishwasher tray on the bar. Our food arrived 5 minutes later. Still no nuts and olives which we had to ask for. It seems the kitchen can cook the food quick but there seems to be no link from the orders to the waiter staff, some of which seem to be rather bewildered.

Overall a good experience, except two things: -when we were given the table, this was not cleaned for us and we had to clean it ourselves -houmous

First time I've been to Nandos and I enjoyed my meal.

Went in for a bottle of wine. We were told we had to order food if we wanted drinks, in other words, leave. Odd

Great food, nice ambiance and refilable soft drinks and water.

When I first went to a Nandos, it was more of a recommendation, the idea that Nandos has a good reputation. After several visits here I can definitely say it lived up to if not exceeded my expectations. The chicken is much more than average, it has a grilled taste that is hard to match. The peri-salted chips have a seasoning to them that you just can't stop covering the chips in. And the garlic bread is the best I've tasted, a mix of quality bread but the right flavour of garlic. Also, you can spice it up (probably what most people know Nandos for) but if you're not a person who likes spice, you can just have no spice. On the other hand they offer a variety of sauces and spices from a little kick to sauces so spicy only few can handle. The service was good, but nothing special. The atmosphere is also fitting, and the restaurant is clean. Overall I'd recommend Nandos

It's a Nandos. Same as every other Nandos, just this one is at Fort Kinnairds.

I’ve ordered two Large Rice and One large Mash for take away..My orders was so small that the rice was not even close to a large .. Both of my two large rice Portions was equal to one order of one large ..It was so bad that I lost my temper ..I paid 13.00 GBP for this small order of rice and 6.50 GBP for one order of large Mash ..add both up ..It’s 19.50 is what I paid .. It was not worth the price …

Warm staff, good service, and food. Open till late...

We had a cheeky Monday night Nando's and it was ok, restaurant is well situated amongs other food options and parking is plentiful, the actual restaurant itself feels a little run down but generally it has a nice interior and fells looks clean and comfortable, the food we had was ok but nothing special, my Sunset burger was the high point if not a little lacking compared to photo on the menu but over all the flavours were good, we also had the limited addition loaded sharer fries with chicken and cheese on top, they were very tasty as far as loaded fries go but to pay £8 for the amount we got was a bit frustrating, we also ordered butterfly chicken breast which I'm afraid to say was cooked within an inch of its life and subsequently was very dry when eating, this was accompanied by some sides of spicy rice and rainbow slaw both of which were ok but a bit bland. Overall we had a nice meal despite the very dry chicken breast. With Nando's specialising in chicken I'd expect better. Service was very prompt and attentive considering we ordered through the QR code on our table. I would visit again but avoid the chicken that is served on its own and plump for chicken in a bun or wrap.

Went here for my birthday party with some friends and I was not disappointed. The food is delicious and the rewards system is impressive but the service was a bit slow.

Gotta love a nandos. Chicken cooked perfectly. Clean resturant and fab staff.

early dinner meal to do us for the day shortly after lunch time, quality of chicken in wrap with mushrooms add on really good. soft drinks able to get re fill as required, and sauces on fries hit the spot. Will need back again feel sure. can't comment on desserts.

Very good customer service great food!

The last two times I ordered food from this restaurant, parts of the order did not arrive, leaving friends and family hungry. When I highlighted the problem, Nando's only offered a refund for the missing items (after spending a good amount of time on the helpline). If you want food, my advice is to go to the Wagamama next door, never had a problem there.

The chips is a bit soggy. So much flies near my table. But I like the taste of chicken. Yum 😋

Diabolical £82 delivery bag burst open food missing and stone cold. Contacted restaurant to be told get a voucher. Ridiculous how about sending missing food rather than some eating some not. Never again.

Standard Nandos food which always nice. But here they left two of us with no food for 20mins. Then they brought the wrong meal for 1 person and nothing for the other. Eventually 1 of us got a meal, the second person's meal came and it was wrong. Had to speak to 3 different people to get our final meal and not one apology or a visit from a manager to explain anything.

Nando's has always been a favorite! I love its chicken, sides and drinks and the ambience is so cozy! Services are exceptional. Lovely outlet.

Somehow the quality of the food seems to be dipping (read deteriorating) for Nando's. I can probably keep it short and mention it wasn't good , but don't think it will help Nando's understand the concerns. If other customers probably would have noticed, the breast part of the chicken continues to get more and more bland, despite we ordering our full chicken as "extra hot" flavour. Strangely, it's just the skin which gets the coating of the marination, but the inside part is absolutely white with no marination at all. Honestly, I really don't need to pay the amount of money pay for a Nando's chicken, with a similar (just coating marinated) chicken I can probably get from other Superstores too, A very dull response from the lady waiting on us , mentioning that this is how it's served, didn't do us any good either. Not a good outing 😔
