Isnt it fun doing an incline walk on a treadmill whilst looking at Nando's? 🤣 Yes, thats me. After gym, my lovely friends decided we deserve something to eat that is very protein packed. We all wanted corn, chicken for protein and we had sugary drinks 😅 we should just go home after gym. Also, at the counter, they had a container full of mixed nuts. Looks really good. I thought for a while it was free 🤣

The guy made us move table, somehow didn’t realise that if we move table then our food we had ordered would then need to go with us. For some reason they cut our paper straws in half £80 for four people with mains, only two ordered side and a drink each. Not worth

Mason was incredibly helpful and accommodating during my visit. His exceptional service truly enhanced my dining experience. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and due to their being no mayo, he offered us options. I highly recommend Mason for his outstanding customer service!

Horrible food. They make you order via an app and pay upfront so that if there is anything wrong with the food (there is a lot wrong with it) you can’t do anything because you already paid! Veggie option was a pile of brown slop in a wrap. Mac and cheese tasted like Heinz tinned from the 1980s. Coleslaw was acidic. Even the Coke Zero tasted watered down. And the service took forever. Terrible experience.

Nice branch, they managed to accommodate our larger group and the food was good. The servers were slightly sloppy when giving out food but other than that we can't fault it.

Service without a smile! The staff although fast service ‘look like they are just getting through the day’ with slimey inedible Avocado and small butterfly chicken - wasn’t the greatest of experiences

This was our 1st visit to Nando's UK and we were not only impressed with the service but the meal was fantastic too. We ordered L&H and while the chicken was more 50/50 flavoring it was still very tasty. The garlic roll was a little extra toasted but the rainbow coldslaw was very good. We were unfortunately too full to try a desert but we will be back!

Enjoyable, and good vegan options now. Bottomless iced tea was a shout too

Fantastic food and one of my favorite chicken spots, brilliant for gatherings and family outings for all things chicken 🐔. Service is nice however it's all very self catering, you order through QR codes on table or you need to go up to the desk to order however not really an issue, staff bring our food to your tables and are really friendly. Only issue I did find is there children's menu isn't the greatest. But apart from that, fantastic

It was just test like frozen food.Service was slow.It was not my favourite experience..

Came In with a group of mates and ordered a chicken pitta what's advertised on the app was a full pitta with chicken and salad what I got was half an over cooked chicken which I watched under the lights for 20 minutes before I got it. It had hardly no salad and was just over half empty. It tasted like rubber was dry and wasn't very appalling. I asked the staff to which I got don't look at the menu you need a double to make it bigger. I think this should be a lot clearer and not advertised as a full pitta like the menu suggests. I also watched a member of the public spill loads of water over the floor and just walk away. Not impressed.

Worst nando’s i’ve ever had, disappointing food The Chicken Thighs had no taste, the skin was slimy and they were dry The corn on the cob was so dry and flavourless The peri-salted chips were good though, crisp , however there wasn’t that much peri peri Cutlery was also RANK with fingerprints and they were just dirty.. Won’t be returning xx

Food came quickly - unfortunately one of our veggie burger was cold, but the manager dealt with this very quickly and helpfully, so no complaints.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Oliver, who works at Nando's in Chichester. My mum and I have started visiting Nando's on Friday evenings as a treat and have only been there three times so far. As newbies, I can imagine we are every till person's nightmare, but Oliver turned our experience into something exceptional. From the first time we visited, Oliver guided us through the menu, offered us options, and made our experience amazing. We were so impressed that we went back the following week. To our delight, Oliver not only greeted us warmly and remembered us, but he also knew exactly what we wanted. This blew us away! Oliver’s customer service is nothing short of exceptional. Thanks to him, we've become loyal Nando's customers, eagerly looking forward to our Friday evenings and any excuse to visit Nando's. If you ever get the privilege to be served by Oliver, you’ll be well looked after. Thank you, Oliver—you really are exceptional!

First time at a Nando's with friends going out socially. Good service at the door from a very friendly and helpful staff member who explained about the restaurant and how to order and find the accompaniments we needed for our meal. Allergies and dietary requirements were catered for , and vegan options were minimal. The queue to order was quite a while to wait as only one assistant was on the ordering till at the time, which resulted in a long queue during a busy evening period. The food was served quickly and was hot and tasty,with staff asking if we were enjoying our meal and offering suggestions on what sauces and accompaniments to try. My only concern and reason for the 3*review is that I did not see any member of cooking/serving staff wearing hair/beard nets in the open food preparation/cooking areas and also no gloves or regular hand washing/sanitizers being used. Overall, it was a pleasant evening catching up with friends 😊

STAFF We were welcomed by a friendly face and were informed the wait time was 25 minutes, which we had expected for a Friday evening. We were called on time. I have only visited this restaurant twice, two Fridays in a row. The same person (Owen) took my order for both visits. Owen is a very impressive young person, who clearly enjoys their work, very polite, helpful and knowledgeably about the menu. On my first visit they helped me to choose my order, as I can only eat certain foods. On my second visit, Owen remembered my order from the previous week and remembered that I had a discount card. I was amazed by this, considering the amount of customers they have. Owen also remembered the order of the person with me. FOOD The food came out quickly was piping hot and was cooked well. It was everything I expected and very enjoyable VENUE Spacious, clean & tidy. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The mail meal was particularly filling, delightful and mildly spicy. I had a Grilled chicken burger, the mild spice sauce was mildly spicy but still stinging of the tip of the tounge. The chicken breast was massive and took leadership over the burger bun, however delicious, nandos please do not change this though it was both delicious and juicy. Both the peri-peri and normal chips on the side were very filling, delicious and the smell of the chips made me want to indulge immediately. After i finished indulging in my main meal, the waiter did not immediately clean the table, take the plates, it took around 20 minutes, plenty of waitress walked past our table,looked at us and the flying bugs above us, but did not even comprehend to clean our atmosphere. Meanwhile the Choco-A-Lot cake arrived... How do i even begin on this monstrosity!!! 🤨🥵😡😱 It looked absolutely devine, but when my spoon hit the cake and then, into my mouth... 👄👅😮🤫 IT TASTED SO SO SO SO SO SO SO RICH AND DARK DARK DARK DARK DARK CHOCOLATE! my mouth closed in discust 🤢, again it looked quite like the taste i would like but no, looks can be deceiving!!!! it has been 2 hours since this outrageous experience and i still feel sick, the unpleasant period of time will scar me for life. 😉🥲😐 To conclude this review 🤢🤫😮 i later got home to my friends to have a pleasent time, no twas ruined!!! my friend farted and the stink/aura/air of it reminded me of the rich,dark flâviºr of the chocolate cake, what a mess, nandos please do not continue this recipe and have a little chat with your chef. i will now need a therapist, not so happy with my first even nandos meal!!! Thank you for ruining my attempted good time! 👎 The Choco-A-Lot cake should run the London marathon off the menu, joined by the chef whom created these despicable molecules.

Staff was soo rude, the attitude was disgusting, sarcastic attitude, and to top it all off the rude member of staff came to the table next to me and asked me what I was looking at and sprayed me whilst cleaning the table next to me, and when I was leaving, the member of staff gave me a big wave and a sarcastic smile, and said “ I hope I don’t see you again anytime soon P***K, I have never been to a restaurant and received soo much bad and disgusting attitude, from this experience I won’t be stepping back into this store again. When asking for the details to make a complaint to head office the response is rude, and basically get told to look it up yourself on google!!

Value for money, so so, especially the loaded chips, not much in your plate for the price. However food tasty and staff very nice and friendly.

Quick trip following a visit to St Richard’s Hospital to see a close family member. Mason not knowing the details of our week made the meal very memorable - small things can have the biggest impact! Attentive to allergy requirements and generally being adorable, made our night! A great asset to the Nando’s team! Thank you x

Menus were dirty and sticky, food came out quickly and was good, the service was slow and disjointed.

We were refused entry today because my daughter was with a service dog who supports her with her diabetes! Why are service dogs not allowed?

Didn’t even bother , ridiculous queue 45 mins to even get a table , I am fuming . Such a disappointment. I had 5 hungry children with me who were all very disappointed. Will not be coming back

Lively atmosphere, Delicious food.

I normally aviod nandos when on my own with my toddler. Its too much effort queuing with toddler or trying to pour your own drink while watching child. But today i had no choice, was hungry and nandos was best option. I had loads of bags and a toddler. Waitress Jess was so helpful, 5 star customer service. She checked with the manager then took my order from the table, then brought card machine. Really considerate staff, a rareity these days. Thank you.

Great lunch with family, chicken was well cooked and wrap delicious. The restaurant was busy and the food came out quick.

Had a meal here after watching a film at the nearby Cineworld. Had a really nice burger with chips and corn on the cob staff were efficient and considering the time of night still welcoming and made us feel comfortable.

Absolutely love this restaurant. The food is always delicious no matter how busy it is and the service is always excellent. The waiters are friendly and always make you feel welcome and the chefs do an excellent job cooking the meals quickly but still manage to keep the dishes tasting exactly as they should! The toilets are mostly clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend the Fino pitta with the peri chips and the unlimited frozen yoghurt!

Food was really good. Love the selection of sauces you can bring to your table to add to the sauce you chose for the chicken marinade. Staff were friendly and despite it being busy, the food came in good time. Prices seemed higher than last time I went (might have been a while ago) but the side portions seemed bigger than before so we all had a full plate of food. That said, we all had a starter, main, dessert and unlimited refill soft drinks for £25 per person. That was good value I feel. We all left full and satisfied!

Turned away at the door at 1:45pm. Only wanted a table for two and there were tables available. The waiter stated it was because of staff sickness but it was half empty.

I used to like a Nandos, so I was quite looking forward to our lunch here. I don't know what's changed but I just don't feel the portion sizes fit the price anymore. I was still hungry after my meal (loaded fries to share, a chicken wrap, coleslaw, and a corn on the cob) and I'm sure I never used to be. Have the portions gotten smaller? Plus having to pay extra for perinaise sauce seems a bit of a liberty. The staff were friendly enough, but it's a Nandos so they just show you to your seat and bring your food and an empty glass over, you know what you're getting, and I can't fault them there. I don't think I'll go again. Edit 22/12: received a reply but I'm not sure they read the right review. I never once criticised the staff who were all friendly and I gave service five stars. The model is they show you to your seat and leave you to it. That's not a problem. The problem was the shrinking portions and the fact you now have to pay for condiments, which I found weird in a sit down restaurant. It's just not what it used to be.

First ever visit to a Nando's. I am very impressed with the quick service! The staff were friendly and nice too, the food was hot and really nice. I think I shall be returning in the new year.

Really great spot for a lovely catch up with some old school friends! We were served by a lovely young lady called Sian who went above and beyond to give us the best Nando's experience as it was our first time !!!

Cannot recommend this Nandos enough, they are so accommodating and extremely friendly. Joel (Assistant manager) goes above and beyond to ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction every time. He is a warm and welcoming face and enhances my experience every time.

Typical nandos food. Not normally too busy and service is always quick. If you like a nandos this is a good one to visit.

Since when did Nandos become so expensive? two beers, 10 wings, coleslaw and chips £30? The only service you get it being taken to a table and getting told to order on the QR code. Chips not hot, the chicken wings were tiny and one was off/funny colour and coleslaw was bland. The restaurant hasn't been refurbed since it opened back 2008 ish and it shows. The staff are pleasant but not well trained which isnt their fault. I used to love Nandos and come here all the time - next time I think ill just make it at home.

Best Nandos I've ever tasted. The only thing that drives me crazy and only gave 4 stars is the ordering on the App, I go through the whole thing and it always has an error at the end after it's taken the money and then it refunds. Wastes so much time and I end up having to order from the till.

Came here for a meal on a Friday was a bit busy so had to wait 10 minutes for a table. We were able to leave and they sent us a text when the table was ready staff were very helpfull and freindly. Food came very quick after ordering even though the restraunt was very busy. Very good food and service.

I came into Nando’s in Chichester today where I was greeted by a lovely young man by the name of Sam, he was very welcoming and really made us feel at home, we had brought our friend who is visiting from Spain and struggles with the language barrier and Sam made him feel very welcome also, he was very quick, vigilant and thorough throughout the seating process and insured we were happy and comfortable, he was extremely polite and attentive, helping us in the ordering process when we found difficulty, me and the family will be coming back because of Sam and couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Food 10/10. Services was OK. Always forgetting the paid sauces and having to ask. Atmosphere brilliant like always.

Come on Nando’s you can do better than this. I ordered a click and collect for my sons birthday. Waited 40 mins past my collection time, no apologies, no updates. Deliveroo was clearly being prioritised. The spice levels were all wrong, my sons extra hot fino pitta was medium at best and the chicken wings had little to no heat and we ordered hot. I don’t see you making any response to these poor comments. You need to. If I had been in the restaurant I would have been given some sort of recompense. What about people who collect?

Sad to write this review because we do like Nando’s, but tonight we was very disappointed we waited 50 mins for our table then to wait over an hour for our food, there were people on other tables requesting refunds waiting over 1hour 30 for there food, on asking where our order was we was told there was a cover Staff team in tonight are order be with us soon, we got our food around 20 mins later. Shame Really clearly short staffed that can’t cope with the pressure

We arrived at NANDO’S 6.23pm and were seated at table 9 the young lady who took our order was very polite we ordered butterfly chicken Brest with two regular sides, which arrived promptly Issue was the chicken breasts were the smallest I have ever seen ,no larger than 10 cm measured both it was dry and hardly had sauce on together also the shallow plates the sides came in contained no more then a table spoon and a half of spicy rice The rainbow salad without any dressing-was limp and had been sitting around for some time. I honestly thought we had been given starters by mistake I did not complain at the time because it was an occasion and I did not want to upset my guests Date of visit 22/09 2023 No photos as it was not appropriate to do so

I came here after the cinema, just to finished the evening off, so to speak. We were led to our table quickly. The table was the one we wanted, good start! Sat down to a sticky table. Ordered our food. I dont understand the 'added tax' what is that about. So i pay tax on the food and then more, why is this, they cannot afford to pay a tax bill! The Peri Peri bottle I picked was dirty and a fork. We were given our starter by a person who needed a shot of excitement or maybe a strong coffee as he acted half asleep. Reminded me of Neil from the young ones. Yes im old. Anyway, I think he hated his job. To top it off, our meal came to the table, which was a sharing platter, and the plates we were given were also dirty. They were changed by a different waiter, and there was a bit of justifying why they were dirty! Food was ok, nothing special. The coleslaw was factory tasting, and the chips from a bag, as most are nowadays. No proper chips. The thing about being older is we had good food in cafes and restaurants. Homemade decent tasty food and NO ONE said Hi GUYS all the time. Another awful American saying the young have adopted. I'm not a guy as David Walliams character use to say "I'm a lady".

Greeted half heartedly by a young man with very few people skills, as if he couldn't be bothered. Sat at a table which was sticky. The condiments bottles were dirty and covered in dried sauce. Ordered food a halloumi and jam starter advertised as suitable for 2, when it arrived I actually laughed and said is this it? It consisted of 5 small pieces of grilled halloumi and a small container of jam, definitely not enough for 2. The main course was just a plate of frozen fries with 4 pieces of greasy/oily chicken accompanied by a bowl of mass produced tasteless watery coleslaw. Overall not a great experience and why are we being charged a tax at point of sale. W'ont be recommending or returning.

I have the best experience ever in this Nandos, the food is so tasty, the best I had so far and believe me, I have had so much Nando, the atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive.

This place is filthy. It is crying out for a refit. If not a refit then maybe some cleaning! It is so dirty around the tables etc!

It was once my mission to complete every Nando’s in the UK. I’ve now lost count of how many I’ve done but Chichester is up there as one of the worst. Firstly, it’s filthy! The tables are so old they seem to have absorbed everything, sticky, scratched and grim. Food debris all over the floors around the chairs and tables. Its clearly never been deep cleaned. Toilets are grim too. Pretty sure it’s never been refitted in the 13 years + its been there. Drinks we had were and always seem to be flat. Sauce bottles are coated in old sauce - proper grim. Chips, the tiny handful you get, taste like they’ve been sitting in old oil. Come on Nando’s, sort it out. Been to better burger vans!

Wouldn’t seat us when over 10 tables were free, wouldn’t get a manager to discuss, wasted trip.

Chicken was a bit dry, I only mentioned it in passing to the wait staff who without asking sent over the duty manager who was very apologetic and went way beyond what we expected. Service is what saved our experience today
