The service was excellent here, the staff were so friendly and the food was delicious and hot. By far the best nandos I have been in. Very clean and quick to clear tables. Very good wait for food. Very impressed.

Absolutely filthy dirty needs a good deep clean actually saw a rat running under the tables. Staff are like they haven’t got a clue what they’re doing it’s not actually brain surgery serving a plate to a table or cooking a piece of chicken. Soft serve don’t work when I mentioned it the server said does your child need it (I had paid extra for it) no offer of a refund or different option

I really don’t get what is to like in this place. We have come a few times, always as a last resort, and once because my son’s friends like it and so my son wanted to celebrate his birthday there. The food is bad, the chicken is super dry and the portions are very small for the price. For my son’s b-day we called to book a table and we were told that they DON’t TAKE BOOKINGS. So we had to risk to go, the 12 of us, without a reservation. As expected, long wait. But to our surprise, there were 2 big tables empty, we asked and THEY WERE RESERVED!!! The wait is a pain, if at least you could wait at a bar with a drink… but no. By the door, crowded, and if you leave you can miss your table. I think that they are crowded because there are few or no options to dine out in the area.

Gluten free options not available, which was a big issue for me. Hence fewer stars on Food.

Chicken lovers will always appreciate Nando's. Try it yourselves if you haven't been yet. Try the chiken liver also.

Hello, we experienced Nandos for the first time last night. It was a really enjoyable meal. But the most important thing that made our day beautiful was undoubtedly dear Aliyah with all her elegance, care and kindness. He is really very friendly and a very good employee. Nando's chicken is superb, I really enjoyed my food. Service was fantastic, Arooje took my order and help me to make the right choice, excellent customer service from her. I will definitely come back here. I highly recommend it.

First time in Nandos and food was good but atmosphere was busy and need to pick a better time,but that's just my opinion. Service was very good

No salad no burgers no wraps. But staff very pleasant and especially with this working with this difficulty they faced with this.

I am familiar with the South African Nandos, I enjoyed some of the familiarity of Nandos redone for the UK. We will be back.

Came in for a meal with my family. 3 meals came fine with a large portion of chips on the plate and warm burgers. One order of the cheesy chickle burger came to the table stone cold in the middle, so was sent back to the kitchen in hope of a warm one returning back promptly. Disappointingly, there was a wait for the new burger and most of us had nearly finished our meal by this point. The waitress, who was very sweet and apologetic and I do feel bad as it wasn’t her fault, waited at the table to check the burger was okay. It wasn’t, with the chicken still cold in the middle. The manager then came to the table to also apologise and offer another burger, but we had all finished. He said that the reason the burger might’ve been cold was that the pickles are refrigerated, but this shouldn’t affect hot chicken off the grill to such an extent that the middle of the chicken fillet would be cold. We were offered a refund which was only the cost of the burger not the full meal and was returned as cash. The table we were on was situated next to the ice cream machine which in intervals would churn out warm air onto our faces and backs of head. With the sunlight coming into the restaurant, it was also obvious how dusty the place is, with thick coatings of dust on the light shades and cobwebs on the wooden posts. Very filthy and not well looked after. This meal was completely unlike any other I have had at this Nando’s, with most experiences being lovely and the food delivered hot and fresh. Seeing the food left on the pass for long amounts of time made me realise that maybe things are being neglected or they have been short of staff. Will probably reconsider my options when coming out for lunch again, and this will not be our go to like it usually is.

Food is great like other Nando's the service could be better here at this location. Bottomless ice cream machine turned off one hour before advertised closure presumably so staff could start cleanup duties, essentially short changing people that had purchased this item.

Bit worried at first when told at the door that we had a waiting time of 15 mins but probably only waited about 5 mins which wasn’t great for a weekend. The table we were given was spacious and not too close to other tables which made it comfortable. Atmosphere was a bit dark though. Ordered the whole chicken meal for two which was great as it was juicy, tender and flavourful even for the chicken breast. The only issue the portions were small but well cooked and not too heavily seasoned. Service was good as well as the staff were friendly and attentive. I’d give 4.5 stars for food if I could but it’s a chain..

Can get busy at the weekends and I don't think you can book during this period. Have had to wait a few times. They make a fuss about accepting the blue light card, have to have proof that you work for NHS?

Standard Nandos, order was taken wrong, but quickly corrected by the staff. Food is what you'd expect from Nandos, took a while to arrive but it was quite busy. I'm mostly putting the low ratings as the vegan options are quite limited (as you would expect from a chicken place), but the staff were very helpful in providing detailed ingredient information when I requested it.

I don't understand why staff is not informing their customers at the door about ordering rules, it's always so confusing. You must to pay through the app or at the bar first to get your order but you need to figure it out after sitting too long and waiting for the never coming waitress. It would be easier for all if they tell you that when they welcome you, it's so annoying. Chicken burgers were great but the desserts are not very tasty, especially some thing they call the ice cream. Texture is great but taste is artificial, it's even difficult to describe. The place could be cleaner, I know they always busy but their menus were sticky, and some food was kicked around the floor 🫤 The place is costly too. On a dinner for two you will spend around £50. A bit expensive for not a great experience.

There were only one nice staff member and they were the young lady behind the counter serving the rest were rude the food is over priced for raw chicken absolutely disgusting and when I spoke to the manager all I got were rudeness this place needs to be avoided I asked for my money back and didn’t get it and got told to leave Drinks are very expensive and they don’t have a good selection of drinks

I enjoyed the vegetables, peas, and broccoli. They were cooked lovely and great accompanying the chicken and rice.

overall, it was good, I went there on a Saturday evening, though, so I understand that it's probably one of their busier times, but it's nandoes, they had plenty of staff behind the till, but it all seemed a bit disorganised if im being honest, the wait times from order to eating was longer than it should of been, and my chicken thighs arrived more 'Flame grilled' than I would of liked, but the staff were friendly, and they were obviously trying. so it was good, but not great; food tasted decent just like any other nandoes, but in reality I never went there to have my socks blown off, just for some chicken and chips , which is what I got 👍🏾.

It was a lunchtime, very quiet. We waited along time for food to arrive. We saw it under the heat lamps for 7 minutes, waiting for a waiter to collect. But members of staff pleasant .

North was wonderful, very helpful, kind and happy to help! She made our experience feel personal.

Good was lovely, my baby boy love the Mac and cheese. Though I did find the service was quite show.

Exactly what you would expect of a Nando's. i am not a big fan of the new online order system. Makes the process of ordering more insular. Coming to a location should include some human interaction, some recommendations, and encouragement to try some new things, some up selling! Otherwise, food quality is consistent and what you would expect.

Arrived at 6.45pm and they'd run out of salad and rolls....?! Also some deserts were off the menu....only told those once we'd paid up front. They were still seating people after we left? What were they feeding them? Staff disinterested, food that was available was very average....wouldn't go back!!

I use a walking stick, they were very accommodating and helpful bringing things to me rather than having to go to the till or collect cutlery etc.

Nando's is an absolute delight for grilled chicken lovers like me 🐔, especially when paired with that extra spicy sauce! The location near my gym makes it a convenient and enjoyable dining spot. The food is truly fantastic, and the service is top-notch. Just a word of advice: try to avoid the rush hours, as it tends to get quite crowded. But overall, it's a must-visit place for a delicious and satisfying meal!

Can't go wrong with Nando's. Definitely not the best food you can get around, but it's solid, and more importantly that's consistent, so you know what you'll get. Quality-price definitely good. 4 stars.

Nice atmosphere for a Nandos, but service and food was just average.

Very fast service and easiest Nandos ever to get a table as no waiting at all. Staff are polite and great hospitality. However the food portions are for infants kiddy meals or their chicken is poussin size. The chips portions was larger than 4 boneless thighs. Food had Nandos taste but portions was ridiculous tiny, very disappointed.

Food sat for a while before it was brought to the table, plate was hotter than the food. Flies in all vinegar pots. Not the best nandos experience

When leaving the premises and after thanking the waiter for the service, he mocked his colleagues by saying "He seems Mr Bean", which seemed like a great lack of respect to me because he said it openly, thinking that he did not understand their language.

I could see our order sat underneath the heat lamp at this point it had already been 40 minutes I see the servers just looking at the full platter and not serving it after which I asked the lady at the till for an ETA on our order, I could see what was happening behind the counter, our food was taken out of the heat lamp area and thrown because I'm assuming our food gone stale cold because no one bothered to serve it, till lady asks people in charge of that area and faces in shock🤷🏾‍♂️ I get it it's father's day it's busy but it doesn't take a genius to figure out that food had to be someone's not only food was wasted but time as well

Never again. We were told 15 mins wait for takeaway. It’s been 45 mins and still no food. The staff just lie and they can’t cope when it’s busy. No compensation offered. Absolutely ridiculous.

Am sitting at the Nando's as I write this. Fries lying around the floor near my table for more than an hour. Has been more than 45 minutes since I ordered still haven't received my order. The baby chair was dirty when given to us. Had to take tissues and clean it ourselves. Worst nando's I have been to

Very efficient and welcoming manager and staff.

Whenever we've eaten in at this place it's been great. But I would never recommend anyone to use the collection or delivery service, it's hopeless. 80% of the time something will be missing. Up until now it's something relatively minor like the hummus drizzle, a dip or a pitta bread. Annoying yes, but not enough to write a review (refunds were given). But tonight they've somehow managed to not deliver the main dish (double chicken wrap)! How does that even happen? The incompetence at this place is quite impressive. And to put a cherry on top the refund given didn't even cover the items actual price! They also can't authorise a replacement to be sent so if you want to reorder you'll have to pay for delivery again. Do not order for collection or delivery from this place!

I’ve been to many Nando’s but this by far is our favourite one. Food is always so fresh, tasty and well cooked. A special thanks to Fernando, who is always very friendly and welcoming!

We were very surprised at how good the food was. We were expecting the food to be underwhelming as is normal for chain restaurant. The chicken was moist and was full of flavour.

Restaurant was around 50% full when we arrived and we were asked to wait 20 minutes outside. When we did get in we order within about 5 minutes and waited almost an hour for food with two table so arrived about 15 mins after us being served before us after on of them complained. When the food did arrive our two sides of Nando’s chips were put on one plate on one of the mains so it basically wasn’t two sides. Chicken was dry and over cooked, no real dressing or sauce. One of our mains included the herby dressing wrap which had hot sauce on it instead so the person eating it struggled and couldn’t finish it. I’ve been to this one before and it was much better. Disappointing Nando’s!

Food is always good when we go to any Nando's. However, I'm only giving service 3 stars as we ordered a cider...it wasn't in stock and no one told us. So we waited and waited for it to arrive due to staff telling us they would bring it, but it never came. Twenty minutes after our food arrives my husband went up to a manager and asked about our drink...that's when we were told it wasn't available. The manager did refund our £4 for the drink but I'm disappointed at the lack of communication between staff when taking orders. Yes, it was busy...but I've never seen it not busy. It only takes a couple seconds to go and check if something is in stock and if its not than take a request for a different beverage.

Very mid. Quite overpriced for what you get, not that the food is bad by any means. It's just quite bland. Safe bet to go if you're scared of trying independent food places because you're a picky eater.

Went to collect for a work lunch treat and there was some mess up with my order. Thats fine though! As they were swift with replacing, provided free sides, dessert and allowed a more expensive option. Service was absolutely top notch, they didnt need to go so far but did.

It was busy but I feel like the staff handled the rush quite well. Took a lengthy wait to get my food however I did mention an allergy so I assume thats why there was such a delay. The food and staff was lovely, it was clean despite the surplus of patrons. I would recommend if you've never been.

The visit was disappointing. Whilst the greeter was very polite, the general air was on of a lack of staff, long delays, no cutlery, missing items on the order and no one actively checking the table or order. Whilst we were there a number of small issues spoiled the visit. Whilst nothing was show stopping there was little proactive resolution going on as they seemed stretched.

Positives - the chicken was good but it took 55 minutes to arrive from when we ordered. The side of mash potatoes was freezing - like it had come out of the fridge. Asked for a replacement which arrived well after we had finished our meals.

I was really impressed with this Nandos, I was feeling a bit down after a bit of a hard day, followed by a long journey and I couldn’t find anywhere for food as everywhere was full or closed (inc my hotel!) I rang Nandos and explained and they were super kind on the phone and said they would fit me in. When I got there all the staff were lovely and really helpful. Everyone had a great personality and smile and it made a real difference after a very trying day. My food came really quick and was really tasty, I had half a chicken with lemon and herb. (I’m a wuss with spices!) It was just nice to sit down in a welcome environment and decompress after a very long day. It cheered me up and made me feel a lot better. Thankyou Nandos, you have a great team working in this branch who are a credit to your company❤️

The food and atmosphere were great but the service was really bad. After we've ordered, we had to wait for almost an hour before the food was served. Same thing happened the last time we were here. And when the food finally arrived it was wrong from what we've ordered, so we had to wait again. No apologies were given. Half of what's on the menu was not available. Cutleries were not available and had to wait again. It wasn't the experience that we've expected.

Was left queueing for ages despite lots of tables available. Main person at the door kept leaving to clear plates from people sitting at tables, and lots of food under the heat lamp. I get that they probably did this to not overwhelm the kitchen but it felt like they were short staffed for how busy it was in early January

Food took over 30 mins to arrive (had to ask) and one meal was COLD when it arrived. Partner said it was cause our food had been waiting 15 mins to be served.

Not up to the usual Nando service. Waited over 40 minutes for chicken livers and when I complained about the wait, the manager on duty was disinterested! One of the waiting staff was the only person who apologised for the delay and the rudeness of the manager.

Food is great but the service has gone downhill at this restaurant lately. Arrived for a meal in the middle afternoon on a Sunday, restaurant was maybe 2/3 full but food was taking upwards of 40 minutes after ordering to be served which is something that I had never experienced at Nando's before (also note that I wasn't made aware of this delay by the door greeter or by the person who took my order). The problem seems to be that this restaurant takes a lot of orders from food delivery apps, which get priority over dine in restaurants and they haven't scaled up to meet demand. Apart from the delay I can't fault the service, but for me the amount of time you wait for food is a big part of the service and the dine-in experience, hence two stars. I really needed to leave before my food arrived as I had other appointments and at that point the staff was very responsive and polite and gave me a refund on the food.

Normally I don't review. Yesterday on my kid's birthday we visited Nandos beehive center. We ordered 10 chicken wings (extra hot) and wings roulette. We were not served for almost 40mins. When I enquired, they served in next 5mins with cold wings with no extra hot sauce (but with an extra hot label). I felt that the meat was cooked long back after eating one. When I asked why this happened, they served with a fresh 10 chicken wings. But I didn't get an answer why they had served cold ones at first place. I didn't wanted to create a drama on my kid's birthday. Nandos is our favorite restaurant. We never faced such an issue with it before. Hope this will not happen again.

Terrible attitude from the manager. Very unhelpful! Failed to meet the needs of a gluten-free toddler. Eating there resulted in an emergency visit to the hospital! Such a shame as all the other nandos in Cambridgeshire are always so wonderful and sensitive to customer needs. Definitely won't be going back.

After gym session 🏋️‍♀️ at Nando’s. You can order at the table via a dedicated mobile app they only accepting contactless payment and you can still use your Nando's Card with mobile wallet.😊

Good atmosphere and the food was great, the kids loved it! Not as expensive as I expected, we'll be visiting again. Must visit if your a fan of spicy grilled chicken.
