Really nice food and the service was spot on and all at a reasonable price.

Chicken was really dry. Serving staff very rude leaned across the front of me to put my friends food down instead of walking to the other side of me to place the food down. When confronted they just shrugged their shoulders. They were not very helpful when asked to change tables as the one they chose for us wasn't very wheelchair friendly/accessible. Nandos really need to think about the accessibility for disabled people. Will not be dining here a again!!

Service was excellent and always with a smile. We attended at noon so no queue but it did build up afterwards.

Good food. Friendly staff. Keep your coats on because it’s like an ice palace! Very uncomfortable to dine with coats on. Recommend you bring a hat, gloves and scarf.

Rang to book a table for the same day, advised by gentleman on the phone that they were unable to take same day reservations. I advised that I was bringing 2 elderly people who wouldn’t have the ability to stand and wait half hour for a table outside, however he advised there was nothing he could do as it was for the same day. Following week I was more organised and rang in advance to book table to my parents out. I was advised by a lady that they don’t take reservations at all. I told her about my conversation last week with another employee and she said she would speak to a manager to see what they could do to help. The Manager said because I was looking to attend during a peak time they would not reserve a table for me. I appreciate they are busy however this policy is utterly ridiculous, and the inconsistency of information provided by their staff.

Nando's, with its iconic status, certainly lives up to its reputation for delivering that distinct and crave-worthy chicken flavor. The menu is impressive, especially with their attention to dietary needs like gluten intolerance, which is a big plus. The queue system, however, could use some tweaking. It's hit or miss—sometimes you waltz right in, and other times you're left hungrily eyeing others' meals by the entrance. It makes me wonder if reservations could be an option to streamline the process. Despite this minor quibble, the dining experience is generally top-notch. Yes, Nando's tends to pack diners in, leading to the occasional soundtrack of your neighbor's munching, but the friendly staff and delectable food more than compensate. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit.

We was greeted with a warm welcome showed to our seats the option of ordering from the app or the counter was fully explained, we ordered our food and waited and waited and yep you got we waited, my wife caught the attention of a staff member and asked how long our food would be, off she went and came straight back with our food, it was sat on the counter all this time, my chips were luke warm, my chicken burger was the same and so dry, my wifes food was also just warm. All the staff were very pleasant. They apologised a number of times about the long wait. I won't go back, why is it so hard to fund some where decent to eat nowadays 🤔

Came for dinner, took about 15/20minutes to be sat down as one goung staff member was clearing and running food by himself, whilst everyone else stood behind the bar chatting. Didnt have loads of stuff on the menu, when the food came, the broccoli was cold and hard was like it was fresh out the fridge, the bun was stale and the chicken was luke warm. Wouldnt go again

Despite the reviews, we had a fantastic experience here! The staff were welcoming and regularly checked everything was okay with our meals. The food was reasonably priced and delivered to us extremely quickly. The place is kept very clean and a very wide assortment of drinks are available!

Waited over 50 mins for food and didn't get to see our movie that we payed £22 for absolutely ridiculous and the restaurant wasn't that full either!

Excellent service and quality of food. This is far better than all the other nandos in South Wales. Reminds me of the good old days when they first opened. The Bridgend nandos was good portions, clean tables, quick food, with excellent service.

Seated immediately, friendly staff, glasses for drinks arrived literally a minute after we ordered drinks, everywhere clean and tidy especially the toilets, food arrived within ten minutes boiling hot and really good! Can't fault the experience, best nandos we've visited. 10/10

Great place to sit down and eat after a day of shopping

Really happily surprised. I thought this was going to be terrible as it was prime after work Xmas shopping time and was very busy. 15 min wait which I was told about. Choice of ordering on app or at counter. Food was very nice and arrived in good time. Staff were friendly and helpful I would go again

Wow what awful food Arrived within 4 minutes, not even warm our Costa coffees were hotter, chips overcooked, broccoli stuff cold and taste like hard rotting pond weed definitely not fresh or broccoli Manager apologised then delivered the same meals again slightly warmer then said desert on the house After leaving the second meals and waiting for desert guess what manager no where to be seen A truly awful experience with worse food And people que to eat the crap times must be hard Take your own risk at Bridgend Nando's's All the best GT

Was looking for somewhere special for last minute birthday celebration, went to Nando’s in Bridgend We had pulled chicken with cheese and chips , you could choose different seasonings, we chose things we wanted a light meal , was so tasty, also had hot chocolate pudding, was delicious, the atmosphere was amazing we sat in tree house as my daughter called it , it was private , we served by Trish , who was polite friendly so accommodating , especially with birthday cake , all the staff were so friendly, really made our night memorable, definitely will be going back soon , affordable prices too , thank you 🙏 💞🤗

This is my first visit here this afternoon. We were very content with the level of customer service from Stu and the other Supervisor on duty. We sustained a poor outlook with our previous visit to a different establishment. Moving forward - a big improvement. Its pivotal that all Nando's in Wales ensure they mirror the great service undertaken at Mc Arthur Glen. Good work!

Cannot fault the evening staff at Bridgend venue, 29/11/23! We ordered a delivery and the order was almost 2 hours late, we rang to chase the order up, turned out a delivery driver had taken our food and failed to deliver to our address, the supervisor on the phone was extremely helpful and forgiving! I then went to the restaurant to collect, when there a young girl couldn’t have been more pleasant (Tasha) and the supervisor had explained they had been on the phone with deloveroo trying to sort it and sent sincere apologies. We were offered complimentary desserts/drinks for the disappointment and wait for our delivery. They were quick to remake our order and throughly double check all products and sauces. Cannot fault the staff well done!

Place has not enough staff and the staff working seems very young and inexperience. No management seems to be in place. waited 30+min for food to arrive since ordering. There was a very long queue yet management at this nandos is appalling

Had an impromptu visit to Nando's and was pleasantly surprised. Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and the food was fantastic – well-presented and cooked perfectly.

Waited 20 minutes to be seated and then one E seated I had to order online or at a counter! Food poor. Child commenting how dry the chicken is. Staff asking me for details of ordered drink after serving food. What not tell us we had to order on a phone or at counter and I would have placed the order as soon as table number given. Poor quality food in my view and less than service. Won’t be seeing me through the door ever again.

Small but great nandos, all the nandos are the same but the service in this one was spot on.

We came in for a bite before watching a film in the cinema next door, I ordered the sunset burger and the mrs ordered a chicken wrap, the burger bap fell apart like France in the beginning of the Second World War. Not to mention the extreme amount of lettuce to chicken ratio that would put a rabbit into a lengthy coma. The mrs wrap was just about drier than a nuns genitalia and the mash looked like it’s be left outside in the sun for a good fortnight, the only upside to this experience is knowing that the nightmare is all over however I will be having many sleepless nights thinking about the horrific quality of food.

Absolutely the worst meal I have ever had. Chicken dry . Pitta bread stale. The restaurant was absolutely filthy food all over the floor. 2 staff who looked as I’d they had also in their clothes. Which were covered in food. I can honestly say I will never go there again.

Ordered 3 meals; the Fino pitta was ok but nothing amazing, the other 2 meals were disappointing. One was a veggie burger that ended up having a hair in it 🤮 and the rainbow slaw was super dry. The last meal was the Great imitation wrap and it was the worst imitation chicken I've had in a long time, super dry and rubbery with zero taste and the side of mash was also dry and had a thick layer of crust. Overall a really disappointing experience. The young servers did a good job though. Would not go back

Excellent service, food was stunning. Excellent value for money. Restaurant was very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

The sharing platter was excellent. There are a couple of different versions of the platter but we had the full version today which was a whole chicken, with 4 regular sides (2x peri-peri chips, 1x garlic bread - which is 2 pieces but I'd already eaten mine before the picture - and 1x rainbow slaw).

I sat in the "birds nest" and the staff were so accommodating and nice. The food was well done and cooked to perfection. I will definitely be back soon!

That was my first time eating at Nando's: Food was generally good but overpriced for what it is (but that's my opinion on all the food I've had in the UK). The burger could cope with some extra bread and generally some more stuff in it other than chicken. Compared to McDonalds you're at least not hungry again after an hour and spicy really means spicy.

Had such a lovely experience at Nando’s Bridgend this evening. We arrived around a hour before close & received an amazing service from staff. Stock levels were low due to us arriving later in the day, how ever staff ensured we had the best service & handled the shift very well. Our server daffyd was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely will be returning.

If you're in Bridgend and need a quick, easy, go-to, you can't go wrong. Why is it the best? Well, it's just cheeky in it.

Attractive interior, although a bit dark for me. Just had a Pino Pitta, which was very tasty, but overpriced for what it is and size of bread. I thought the salad inside was not enough l, so a nice male staff gave me extra lettuce and a slice of tomato. Another male staff willingly took me to the coach stop nesrby as I'm visually-impaired and was my first visit to Bridgend. Suggest that salad isn't put at bottom of pitta below hot meat.

First visit and was pleasantly surprised, so much to choose from, and you can make up your meal in so many ways, The portions were really good and very very tasty, with so many sauces to add to your meal if needed

Food was hot and fresh. Service was fine. The salt cellar actually let's salt out at this Nando's which is rare. Nice booths to sit in

Booking a table was easy and unfussy. Food was delicious and plentiful. Enjoyed the bottomless drinks and the service was very pleasant.

Don’t get sat in the nest. The service felt sub par compared to the main restaurant . It is a bit of a walk to get drinks/condiments etc

The food took half an hour to arrive and when it did the garlic bread was smaller sized than any other Nando’s and wasn’t even cooked properly, the pittas had barely any salad in them, the gelato for the kids was half melted, the corn cooked in one part and not rotated

As a family of 4, we visited earlier tea time. We were waiting in the queue a few there. Waiting to be seated. Another family were waiting too in front of us. The waitress let some one in and another family politely complained as to they were next to be seated before them. The waitress an older lady not a young girl. Shouted in front of every one until she was red in the face, at the family waiting. How am I supposed to know how long you have waited what Am I a mind reader. Very nasty so rude un provoked. Disgusting . The family were so shocked they said nothing . Every one was so disgusted some left . Just saying the food was so beautiful we enjoyed. But we shall be eating over Llantrisant from now on . Please have a word with your staff on being polite, we could hear her shouting from the kitchen later on. It has put us off visiting .

Lovely service apart from a member of staff who unfortunately ruined the visit for us. The main issue being a blonde member of staff who’s name is I believe Ellie. She made me and my partner extremely uncomfortable and felt very unwelcome. She seemed extremely unprofessional to not only customers but others in the work place, giving the overall restaurant a bad reputation due to her behaviour towards customers. However apart from this the food was great and the service from other members of staff particularly a young lady who’s name I believe to be Chloe who was lovely and helped us with every request.

arrived to nando’s with around 10 or more tables free, told that there was a 45 min wait. When asked why the tables weren’t being filled, we were told that they were reserved however after 30-40 mins of waiting we observed no tables being filled. opted for takeaway and had to prompt a member of staff (manager) to take our order. staff are slow and appear to be exaggerating how busy the restaurant is, happily turning people away.

Ordered starters just to have 1/3 turn up, and had to ask for the other 2 to arrive before my main… Starters arrived, and were finished 90 mins before my main turned up….without my partners food. We sat for 20 mins before having a waiter come and tell us there is no garlic bread. We then waited again to tell him we would like corn on the cob instead. Corn on the cob arrived, without the rest of the food. Then we had a bowl of chips arrive. By this time I had finished my food, the chips and corn were cold and my partners food still hadn’t arrived……just for his main to arrive and they had the chips order wrong….. Absolute mess of service!!

Horrendous experience. Staff need retraining urgently. Visited here on 6/8 alongside my friend. To start our starters we’re wrong and staff were so disoriented, when our starters turned up the server appeared to be working in the kitchen and serving and slammed our food down...
