Don't order take deliveries from here, you will not get the food you ordered that's if it turns up at all, especially if it's from Uber eats and the like. Never again £40 wasted.

Food was cold on arrival and sauces missing, very disappointed

Only half the order turned up, so we had to have half each. AND the food was COLD. Never order from there again!

Food was discussing cold,chips over cooked burgers tasted old even my kids would not eat it, this is the 3rd time I have been delivered poor quality and it’s McDonald!! not just eat , save to say kfc moving forward haha

Delivery driver went 3 miles in the opposite direction and so when the food arrived it was cold. So to say that we were all very disappointed is an understatement

The food was ordered giving plenty if time before my partner was due to leave for work. originally given a delivery time for 16:00. Partner left for a 12hr night shift at 16:45 on an empty stomach. food finally arrived 17:16. food was cold, had to re-heat to have a hot meal. Not normally this poor. Made worse due to the fact it was not delivered at the time originally set as we were on a tight schedule. Very reluctant to use the service again.

Order correct which was lovely. Delivery was prompt and food still hot.

No stars ate marked as I rate your service as less than zero. Your courier is rude her behaviour was nothing less than burglary and last night she lied to her employer stating she had delivered food when cctv shows she did not even attend.

I use you guys a lot and the chips I couldn’t eat, burgers cold and drink spilled in bag which I can send pics. I didn’t eat this meal. Terrible

ordered a breakfast wrap had no bacon in it and was cold so didn't even eat it the hot chocolate plate was watery and tasteless this is becoming a regular thing I don't normally complain but paying 22 pounds for my food then not being able to eat it is just not on

food cold, missing ketchup and straws. had to reheat. delivery was spot on though.

coffee bag was soaking from spilt drink so bag broke, soaking my carpet. Fries were half empty. Terrible service.

Almost 2 hrs wait. Food was cold COMPLETELY cold. No straws for the milkshakes which were horribly tepid. Delivery driver had trouble finding the house? No one else does as postcode is spot on. Most of our 2 meals went in the bin, over £18 worth.

Main item missing, never ordered from this place and had a full order! Even when you go you park up to wait… worst McDonalds in history!
