Too busy, no room to park, people parking outside on the road and tables dirty, member of public cleaning their seat and table before sitting down to eat

Took nearly 20 minutes to bring food and I was not the one to comment. My colleague complained to the manager who basically didn't care. Made no concession for the inconvenience other than replace a cold coffee. In The US McDonald's they would of offered a free meal or a credit for another time. Appalling standards accepted in the UK.

Firstly one ordering machine out of order then 80% of sweets unavailable. No brown sauce. Waited nearly 20 mins to be served after many that came later were served . A far cry from the excellent service from st clears branch. Won't be calling in again. And I'm normally easily pleased.

The food is pretty good and so is the service. They seem to run out a lot of milkshakes which is a constant pain.

Ordered online for the bridgend mc donalds, driver was assigned and after waiting a hour my order was cancelled

Dined in here today. Wasn't sure what to expect the reviews are rubbish. Happy to say the food was good and very fresh and the service was excellent. No complaints.

Went to Bridgend macdonalds last night, got home food cold, two chips instead of three and messed our order up, after paying over £30 Returned to store and spoke to a lovely manager unfortunately didn’t get her name and gave me complimentary ice creams which was lovely then asked me to pull to the next window and my food would be asap! Brilliant then along come another manager, which shouldn’t be, her name was Lucy rude, told me that there was three chips but there wasn’t then said that the food was still hot I said really taste a chip or bite the burger then shocking talk from a non called manager. Bridgend Mac Donald’s food is always cold and complete waste of a stuck up rude manger that shouldn’t be there no customer service skills at all. Bring on Burger King and give them competition

Didn't have mucflurries BUT the man was so lovely at the screen.

Ordered at the drive though, got told to park in a bay, after waiting 15 minutes, I went in to get my food, turns out they had forgotten my order, they then took another 10 minutes to get my order. Whilst I was waiting the manager was literally talking and laughing with his mates, and most other employees were messing around, there is no control at this McDonald’s at all, literally the place is a circus

They nearly always get the order wrong, my receipt was right - so you'd think it wouldn't be rocket science to get the order right. Since when has a Chicken Mayo become a Cheese Burger ? When has Ketchup become no Ketchup ?? Lastly the rear door is nearly always open / ajar when there is a rodent problem in the area and this is a food establishment.

Can't believe how small the big Mc has gone. All burgers have gone thin, and the room was full of flys

Way too busy for the staff to cope with, annoyed customers & i could see why. They messed up 1 of my orders & missed the other orders with the wrong attitude when questioned. Fast food turned into 20min wait. Shame really, 100% won't go back to this branch

The location of this Mcdonald branch cause traffic around roundabout and even staff arguments over people blocking roads, and the way they talk to Customers is unbelievable.i Parked by b&M and walked into the branch and staff was arguing with Customer if you don't like it leave it . 🙄 I just walked out straight away.

Chips not salted Forgot extra dips that were paid for . Given regular quarter pounders when paid for doubles.

Great food and fast most of the time with shops near by.

This Macdonald's is sadly a shambles and definitely the worse one I have been to !! The service is horrendous, waiting over half hour for your order some of the customers were there over an hour whilst hundreds of cars are flying through the drive through being served fine. In this time they have already made your coffee when the order first went in so by time you get it the coffee is now a frappe and stone cold !!! But in all this not one staff member this includes the manager has any customer service skills not an apology to not one single customer and there was a lot !!! I thought it was a one off but this was my second night and both nights were the same.

Worst McDonald’s in the uk. Doesn’t matter if you go in the restaurant use the drive through or Order a delivery. You just know. Your order will be wrong with no help to put it right Zero stars

Hardly ever has milkshake, got my order completely wrong on more than one occasion, rather drive to Pencoed even though its out of my area

staff need training for customer service skills. As I went through the drive through around 02.30 am and the staff was rude as Even asked for my drink to be topped up as it' was half a cup. trust me if KFC was open I'd be over there ordering even better I can't wait till burger king arrives over the road better quality food and hopefully better service Won't be rushing back to McDonald's

Slow slow slow - supposed to be fast food

On the Sunday morning my husband and I visited via drive thru for breakfast, my husband's order was fine as he had a breakfast wrap as a meal, but mine on the other hand, for myself I had asked for a bacon roll with brown sauce and asked to add sausage to the roll and for it it be a meal (soft roll, brown sauce, bacon and a slice of sausage), after the one taking the order kept getting it wrong and kept putting down a sausage and egg mcmuffin, as I don't particularly like the egg, I repeated what I had ordered and all he done was remove the egg and add bacon. Since when does a bacon roll with brown sauce, with extra sausage sound like a sausage and egg mcmuffin? Staff need to listen attentively to customers orders, it's not the first time it's happened, but I like to give the benefit of the doubt, but a second time around. Not a fan. So out the order came after being asked to park up after 15 mins of waiting for an incorrect order as I was getting agitated coming face to face with a bacon and sausage mcmuffin... Just with cheese...no brown sauce.. won't be going back in a rush any time soon. It wasn't exactly hugely busy, it's been much busier before and never had any issues but this takes the Mick.

Use this McDonalds regularly but 9 times out of 10, they won't have the drink I want, be it sprite, coke, milkshake.

Don't use this store at any time, you will not be happy if you have the experience we had!! Absolutely horrendous experience, me and friends decided to get food from the store, when my friend arrived back with the food, every item of food was stone cold, the burgers were not even wrapped with all the filling just loose in the bags, chips burgers and food was so cool it must of been cooked at least 45 minutes before it was sold to us, the drinks was leaking due to the lids not being on properly and also food was missing from the order, called the store and was told I would get a full refund and the food replaced, they replaced the food order and refused the refund when Iwe returned to the store, basically meaning we had to pay for this terrible service and then waste more time and petrol money to return to the store to get what we originally asked for, two trips with terrible service and still no lettuce on chicken burgers the 2nd time we went back, as I said, avoid at all costs, this shop has no idea of what they are doing and even less knowledge of customer service, the manager even hung up on the phone when I called to explain what happened the first trip to the store, just totally disrespectful to the people who keep them in work!!!

Dont normally write reviews, but this mcdonalds deserves one. Dont bother ordering from this store, the last 3-4 times we have been given the wrong order, had chips missing or completely missing food/drinks/meals. Im almost certain that all the people employed there are mentally deficient. if i could give zero stars i would. dont waste your time or money here, youre better off saving your money and getting a tesco meal deal

The floor staff are absolutely lovely! Will help with anything, even ordering food. They are fab with my daughter and always cleaning.

Rubbish quality, the bun is flat, the meat is not fresh, the dressing is disgusting, the service is very long. the kitchen staff is about 14 years old.

As per damn usual the staff in McDonald's Bridgend are absolutely useless! Whether I'm using just eat it the drive thru or even in store, they constantly forget to have me my meal in it's entirety! Ordered food through the McDonald’s app, my food turned up cold and missing items. Contacted McDonald’s to complain about my order and they told me there was nothing they could do and if I wanted a refund or my food, to go to the restaurant. Person I spoke to on the phone was rude and unhelpful, dissatisfied is an understatement.

Was just eating a double sausage and egg muffin meal, Was ok to start with but then I took a mouthful of the meal and had to spit it out, the taste was awful The egg had a nasty taste, I told the young man on the dining room floor, he took the whole meal away, I then had to run to the toilet because I needed to throw up, Brought the whole contents up leaving me feel like there is a lump of sick in my throat, I came out wiping my eyes and bloodshot, to be told by a young short bloke team leader with no badge that I can have another meal but not giving you your money back, Because I had ate half my food, My food and drink had been taken away by the lad from the dining area. I got annoyed as I can't just eat another one after being sick and feeling like I want to continue being sick, the team leader wouldn't give the name of the manager or his own name, He told me there is nothing wrong with any of the other eggs as they are in date, I said but there was something wrong with mine and that it's a different egg, because he refused to except my egg had an issue and not wanting to give his own or his managers name I said I would come back and deal with it a different time, In my 52 years on this earth I have never come across such idiocy

I dont think they wipe the nozzle as when ive ordered a vanilla milkshake ive recieved what could only be described as a metropolitan milkshake. Apart from that its a bang average maccies.

Ordered pancakes and syrup at the drive thru, for my Mrs and me, as the young girl passed me the order she informed me that they didn't have any cutlery to witch I replied how are my supposed to eat it, and was told fingers, I almost blew my top! Why not say as your ordering they don't have cutlery, kids they got working are out of there depth doing the simplest of jobs, no wonder she didn't have any stars!

Service was fast, food was very fresh and hot. Chips were nice and hot with good amount of salt. Atmosphere was chilled and not hectic and loud like most smaller mcdonalds restaurants.

Long wait in the drive-through. However,the order was correct, and the food was hot and fresh. Staff were polite and friendly.

Can order with the app, staff are quick to serve. Place is kept tidy. Baby changing available. No counter service available really as you just order via the app or on the touch screen devices. Staff are great with the children. Friendly.

I am a care worker and when I attended this McDonalds in Bridgend (which was my first time there) I had in my care a young boy with Autism, I went inside and asked for his favourite meal, as it was before 11am it was unavailable, I said we would wait for it but the manager said it would be a while, when I explained who it was for he went above and beyond, he offered something for the young boy to have in the meantime and offered to cook him some of his food straight away. Fabulous service and a cracking attitude, I asked his name and he said he was Tom, just thought I would thank him properly.

We were left for 45 minutes without our order with 3 kids .than told sorry it dropped off the system and was then given cold food

We visited at a very busy time (between 12-1pm) and lots of students from the college were there. Despite this,the staff were still keeping on top of clearing tables and the place was very clean. We didn't wait long for our food. Our meal was lovely and hot and well packed. We ate inside and didn't find a problem when looking for somewhere to sit. I love visiting this branch of Macdonald's because it is very well managed and this shows throughout the restaurant. The staff always look smart in clean uniforms and always seem happy.

Good place but delivery to the table slow forgot some of my food and overall a not so good experience.Food hot and lovely so that makes the two stars

Ordered on the app for food to br brought to a collection point. 40 minutes later, I walked into the restaurant to find out if they'd forgotten about me. Absolutely filthy. The floor and tables disgusting. Young girl “cleaning” with black mop water and spent all her time chatting to her mates. It resembles a drop in centre with local skanks literally laying out across benches. Is there nobody here in charge??

Absolutely disgusting place...food cold, overflowing dirty bins. Food all over the floor and left for people to walk through. Took meal back and waited for replacement but ended up asking for refund. All staff look like they are all still in school including the manager. If I could give no stars I would. Not the place it used to be.will not be going back. This place needs health and hygiene visit ASAP.

Worst meal I've had here in a while, waited 2 plus hrs for 2 burgers and fries. Had to get my drink replaced twice because it tasted like vinegar. The burgers were cold and hard and the fries were limp and stone cold. Ended up chucking the whole meal and drink away. What a waste of £10 odd.

Lazy staff members can't be arsed to clean the milk shake machines etc so constantly out of use. Why advertise milkshakes, ice creams and ice drinks if you can't be bothered to serve them. The diet coke tastes like piss randomly in the last few weeks so the only other drink i like is milkshake but OFCOURSE it's out of use. Jokers, better off getting a meal deal from tesco round the corner 🫡

Complete disaster of service and quality. We used the drive thru as we had a trailer attached to the car. We paid and then went to the collect window where we received our food but had to wait for drinks and dips. With a trailer we obviously couldn't use the waiting bay and thought it would be easier to just wait for 2 drinks and a dip. But no they advised us to park on the main road with double yellows. As we had no choice we parked on the road where we proceed to wait 15 minutes for the drinks but they forgot the dip. The quality check on the food was dreadful. The chips were burnt as well as the bun. The burger was missing cheese, onion and bacon. Worst of all their attitude was appalling

Never have ice ream nor milkshakes, food is always served cold It super local so I have tried it often but always the same. Only way to get a mcflurry is to order on uber eats or similar apps!
