Mcdonald's Restaurants in Bridgend

Doesn’t even derive one star. A woman was waiting to be served for about 30 minutes everyone looked over and didn’t sort anything out. The hygiene in the toilets is shocking. I waited also 30 minutes to get my food and the restaurant was empty just me and this woman. Would not recommend

Salad was just lettuce I slice of cucumber and no red onions Milkshake was poor and no straw .chicken nuggets poorly cooked Very disappointed in the whole order

The food was gone off and rancid also the coffee was warmed up in the microwave the McMuffins were rancid also the hash browns were expired

Unfortunately the staff who work here are lacking the basic skills required to work at a fast-food restaurant. The basics like reading an order slip then putting the same items in a bag are beyond them. Not sure if it's basic maths they lack, like counting up to 10, or if they just can't read. It's nice that there are jobs for them out there in our fast food industry, but it's a tad frustrating for the consumer when you order 4 meals but only get 3, time and time again. The prices they charge these days is not cheap, but their service definitely is.

I’ve been waiting for hours for my food to come and they’ve constantly been extending the delivery time, now it’s saying it’s been delivered but I haven’t received anything, absolutely pathetic

no syrups they always forget the syrups, it's not the same without syrup

i didn’t receive my order. Ordered at 11:16 got told my order was coming at 11:30 and time kept on changing. Waited up and said it got delivered but it wasn’t delivered

Meal ordered 1:30 and delivered 2:45 when the time given when ordered was between 1:50 to 2:20. The food was cold and no there were no dips included. Very disappointing.

It's McDonalds, what do you expect? But worth noting, there's am 80% chance they won't bother putting your condiments in and a 50% chance they'll forget your straw. Still, use this one rather than the other one, because at least this one has never forgotten my fries from a meal.

This is the 3rd time this has happened and one of my cheese burgers was not there

No sauces delivered with the meals despite being requested on order, this occurs almost every time with this place. However delivery was quick and the driver very friendly and pleasant.

the food came stone cold which left my children unhappy and there was no straws for the drinks. The time it took to come got later and later whilst it said the courier was at the restaurant.

Drink was spilled only a quarter left in the cup

as usual no effort was put into the food and some if the order is wrong.

Food arrived warm with everything there which was good. Only down side was the stated time changed to a lot later so was so hungry by the time it came! I'd say order at least an hour before you actually want it

Found one of the wraps to be smaller than normal and crunchy. It was still edible by the standard of the wraps was below the usual standard.

I am disgusted with how our food arrive and the timing! Our food was stone cold and the drinks and food delivered upside down everything was soaking! I ordered 2 happy meals which suggests I’ve got young children here and we waited over an hour for it to arrive soaking wet and cold

It did take just ovet an hour but I assume it was a busy time. Lovely delivery guy though. No biggy....still happy.

Bbq sauce missing and burger and cold

The driver delivered it to the wrong address I have an email confirmation of the correct address and my food was taken to the wrong address. It was stone cold when we got it. I want a refund

Milkshake was fine, fries were fine but both cheeseburgers had been made with only cheese, tomato sauce and a pickle in each. No onions or mustard. Both had been labelled “no pickles” as I asked and both seemed to be pressed after being wrapped as sauce was covering the inside of the wrapper.

More care needed when making and packing the burgers please! My spicy cheeseburger was flat and poorly put together, tasted great but seriously... have a word with the staff about presentation.

The delivery time kept getting later and later and nearly an hour after breakfast finished our food came cold and practically inedible

Can't ask for to much being fast food but friendly staff willing to help even though they are always incredibly busy. I enjoy this as a naughty treat sometimes downsides is they sometimes get your order wrong and the ice cream machine is criminal! But with how busy they are you can't be to funny about it. Yummy food!!

I never received my food. I ordered it on 22/12/24 at around 23:40. I was scheduled delivery for around 00:30-00:45 on 23/12/24. It is currently 04:30AM and I have still not received my food. It says the food was delivered at 00:30 but I was awake at that time and there was nothing at the door.

Order was 20 minutes late, didnt have any dips even though requested and replaced a grimace shake with a bottled water.

Our food was cold, missing sauces and a burger. Food was ordered 11.30 estimated was 12.15 then estimated time went up to 13.15.

Ordered at 11pm didn’t come until 1.06am called the restaurant a few times to find out what was going on

Reasonable place, order was easy to make on machines, tends to be very busy and can block up the roads in area, also frequently get items missed when ordering through drive through
