The staff is too slow, they are not friendly to customers, it takes more than 20 minutes to deliver the order.

Very annoying staff and Chef wouldn't recommend if your looking for a hassle free experience.

The last few time I’ve attended the restaurant it’s been empty and the service really bad, food left in hot holding for a long time. food served at different times so you can’t eat together. I’m a regular here and when ever Liam works I never have any problems foods wonderful always hot and served at the same time. So a big shout out to Liam for doing an amazing job

I think this is one of the worst nandos I have been to. Food tasted salty and cashier made us spend more money even with the reward card. Cashier wasn't helpful and acted as if we were not customers.

Literally got food poisoning from this place , didn’t cook the chicken right clearly. Never again

We went and immediately a staff member approached and tried to send us out saying no chicken rice anymore. That was rude.

I had trouble making the most of my visit. The sticky floors really killed the vibe and even though I had an hour for lunch, it took forever to get the food. Food that unfortunately was mediocre.

Worst Nandos I have ever been to, first it was no chicken then second time been told to wait 40 minutes because apparently they don't have staff to the tables that were avaliable. I don't recommend here unless you like you're time to be wasted. Their management service is very very poor can tell none of them worked in restaurants. Bluewater Nandos or Crayford Nandos is you're best bet.

Chicken wings were just about cooked. I literally watched the guy pack my take away order and he was on go slow. Took 10mins to pack my food from start to finish.

food was amazing, served in half an hour. staff were also more than welcoming and kind, even when i asked for take away containers so i could give food to the homeless. shout out Ed and the gorgeous ladies who’s names i didn’t catch <3

this is honestly the best nandos i’ve ever visited. the chicken thighs were cooked to perfection, not too slimy. not too burnt. chips hot and crispy - chicken wrap chicken to salad ratio was perfect - you do not find this at any other nandos all members of staff were happy smiley and helpful, restaurant is a lot nicer than that of other nandos restaurants - clean, spacious and not chaotic i don’t often write reviews but im writing this on my way home from this nandos i was that impressed visited 21/08 at 21:00

Visited this branch 5 days ago really poor service manager screwed up order twice and was incredibly rude. Furthermore definitely some contamination going on as soon after eating the chicken I got food poisoning symptoms and have been suffering for the last few days.

Don’t go there! Had the worst food poisoning of my life!!!

I hate writing negative reviews and usually never do. But my lord… Twice I’ve tried to go there and both times they’ve been entirely out of stock on many items… First time: I arrived and it was pretty much empty and we just went to take a seat on a table as no one came up to us and we asked this women (Looked to be a manager of some sorts) if it’s okay for us to take a seat. Without greeting or anything, she just says, yeah you can but I haven’t got much left of anything. Second time: Went in, got seated and then told they have no chicken and that it is a minimum wait of 30min… ended up leaving… Not sure who runs this place and what type of management it has, but I think the Ops team need to come in and review their managers and check what their priorities are. There are branches that take 5x the volume then the one in bexleyheath but yet fails to keep anything on the menu. Im actually in disbelief at how they run their operations in there. Nothing against the team members, they all look like they’re trying their very best but getting led by incompetent managers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, paid 30 pounds for delivery to be sent bland unspiced chicken - staff here are about as useful as a pothole, obviously incompetent and incapable of reading.

Just visited with my cousin who has a gluten allergy, they were very helpful grabbing the allergen tablet for us and assuring they were there if we needed help. The food came quickly and was very tasty, always love the chicken thighs. The service was very good and I recommend highly.

Our supposedly happy Friday night with my family turned into a disappointing experience. We arrived at Nando's at 9 pm on the 31st of May, 2024 to dine in. We placed our order at 9:18 pm and received our starters on time, but we had to wait for almost 40 minutes for the main course. When I went up to the counter and politely asked the lady about the status of my order, she became arrogant and made excuses instead of being apologetic. She mentioned that it was busy as usual on a Friday and that the cooking time would be longer. It was 10 minutes before closing time, and my order still wasn't ready. I've been a cardholder regular customer at Nandos and I've never experienced this kind of bad service before. It's Friday night but I'm not a fool to be convinced that it is busy. There were not a lot of people dining in and it sad most of the people who came after us got their order 20 minutes earlier. I'm very disappointed that we had to cancel our order and ask for a Refund and just leave. NO APOLOGY, NO Service recovery was attempted by any of your staff....and the woman on the till claimed that she is manager, Wow...no communication skills to be a manager. This NANDOS Bexleyheath branch was The worst Nandos.

The food was good but took about 30mins to be ready. The staff were very polite. The only two things i had issues with was how noisy the place was and the drinks weren't cold and no ice

I went today, I ordered 3 portions and 3 juices, after I finished, I put some ice cream in my glass of cola, a girl from the staff comes to me and tells me that I have to pay, I said of course I will pay after I got up from the table, she insisted that I go and pay for the ice cream and she came and took the ice cream from my face, I was dumbfounded when I saw her attitude, what did she think I was running away and not paying for the ice cream? considering that I had consumed around 70£, grade 1 for that girl, I don't know what she is looking for to work in the restaurant, I hope that someone higher up will report and take the necessary measures

Me and my partner come and enjoyed a lovely meal at Nando’s today. Ed was exceptionally great with the way he works and talks to customers and always has a smile on his face

First time visited Nando’s in Bexleyheath. Very happy with the service as well as the food. The place was quite clean and spacious. We ordered spicy mixed olives and Halloumi Sticks with dip as starters and 1/2 chicken with 2 sides and Garlic churrasco Burger as main dish. Chicken was well marinated and Halloumi sticks were melting in the mouth. 5 stars 🌟 Will definitely be eating here again very soon!

A large party from a local business visited on a Wednesday night. Liam and the team working so absolutely brilliant. I ordered for 4 different tables everything that was perfectly delivered, starters & mains. No errors which was fantastic. The staff were very attentive in checking on us, Liam personally came and made sure all was well. We all decided it was the best Nando’s experience we’d ever had and we have visited a few branches between the 16 of us. Well done Liam & team

Really quick service (even with what seemed to be a huge birthday party), and a lovely person with red hair went and found me some of the things I was looking for even though they were super busy and had no obligation to. They made the trip today 😇

I use Nandos quite a lot ɓut im complaining about the Bexleyheath branch. Went last week they had no livers I was really disappointed no explanation given. Then went this week still no livers as grill was broken. Then I asked for a quarter chicken and was told it would be a 30 minute wait Bexleyheath Nandos gives Nandos a bad name.

Lovely restaurant with great food

We visited Nandos bexleyheath a couple of weeks ago and staff were all very attentive! A special should our to Georgie who very kindly notified me that another customer was eating nuts and offered to seat me at another table. I have a nut allergy which my other half mentioned when ordering and it was very kind of Georgie to go above and beyond her job requirements. Thank you 😊

Horrible food the worst Nando’s I’ve ever eaten at and the service off the lady we had was shocking

Parking can be a problem if you choose to pickup but the location is good, staff friendly.

We arrive at 7:30 for a meal before our movie at 8:30. We were sat fairly quickly and advised the wait for food would be 30 minutes. We ordered and paid at 7:41. At 8:20 we asked where our food was as our movie began in 10 minutes and we had been waiting for 40 minutes. After a few minutes, we were advised that there were lots of deliveroo orders that were slowing down the kitchen. The resturant itself was only about half full, but clearly the resturant was over stretching itself. We were advised that it may take 10 more minutes. In the end, it took over an hour to get our food, which was hot and tasted good. It seemed that there were lots of tables around us who had similar experiences and there is no customer service from staff as there is no table service and food is paid for in advance.

My friend and I went here for lunch, the first time for both of us at this branch. We were greeted by Helen. She told us all our options and asked about allergies. She was an extremely friendly and attentive host. I don't often leave comments for restaurants. However, I felt this lovely lady needed recognition for a job well done 👏

Nando's bexleyheath is a great place to eat. It has a friendly atmosphere and the people who work there are nice. The chicken is really tasty, especially the peri-peri flavor. They have different kinds of food, so there's something for everyone. I recommend trying it out for a good meal.

The place is good as usual but the younger kids are bringing down the area swearing and shouting in a public place the staff should have kicked them out.

Honestly didnt get the name of the staff but I had the best experience I've been coming to Nando's for years now and I've until last night. I always thought it was very mediocre, but I came with my husband and my baby last night and had the best experience the best customer services and the most best tasting food I've ever had before, there was a young black man that was working on the audit till and he was so lovely and kind and attentive and I just really feel like he should be highlighted as one of the best parts of my experience last night

Not enough staff, restaurant is tired and grubby, food was OK, stunk of weed in there!

Liked the food as previously, liked the sweet potatoes, and the salty caramel cheese cake was quite bit moreish, service was good but quite busy around 6pm.

I ordered 1/4 chicken extra hot today and I got a piece of chicken which was white, not grilled, smothered in the extra hot sauce. Why? Shouldn't it be GRILLED? I'm pregnant and I can't eat anything and this was the only proper food I wanted to have in weeks and thanks to Nandos for spoiling it for me! This is not the first time this happened to me and also not just in the Nandos Bexleyheath. But today it was at the Bexleyheath branch!

Food wasn't piping hot but they replaced this immediately, couldn't have apologised any more and then gave us a free chocolate fondant dessert that was insanely delicious, thank you very much!
