It was a lovely meal with excellent service. They were very fast and prompt and polite. I always feel very looked after there and a massive thank you to Jehan who was our server who looked after us and treated us to a lovely desert at the end!

The place is OK to catch up with old friends. The food is nothing special, the chips were cold but the manager quickly got a cook to do some new ones, which were much better. In general,processed prepared chips don't have much quality and often go cold very quickly. I'm glad I didn't sit upstairs as it was freezing. Well, if you like chicken then Nando's is the place for you but not for me. The manager was very efficient,attentive and friendly.

Nandos what's gone wrong, you used to be so good. Had to wait 20 minutes for 2 cold chicken burgers ! Won't be returning.

I can do nothing but sing praise for Jess and her staff. They were absolutely wonderful! They made our night. The frozen yoghurt machine wasn’t working so without any hesitation they gave us ice cream. They were so polite at every juncture. Jess and her staff made our evening so relaxed and memorable. I will definitely be going back there in a flash. We loved them!

Came here after having gone for a few drinks. As soon as we got there we were met with by a member of staff who appeared more worried about getting home and informed us that we would have quite a wait. That came as a surprise to us as it was 8.30pm and quite a few tables were leaving. We sat down to wait and within a few minutes we were shown to a table by a more coherent member of staff who was more welcoming and friendly. Order was placed and the food arrived. Needless to say it did not look like the usual tasty chicken I was expecting and was luke warm at best. Not a great experience.

Food as expected, problem was cutlery was really dirty and we had to specislly ask for it to be washed before we used. Drinks glasses mot much better. Woukd not go back witjout taking my own cutlery

This place is very uninviting. They don’t clear the tables so you have other people’s leftovers around you. Food and customer service no more than average.

Visted Nando’s today and was so happy with the service . Rowshin ( not sure if spelt correctly , sorry ) but she was so lovely . The best customer service . Friendly and professional! Super happy

Walked in with 8 people on a Saturday at 21:15,refused table although tables were availables. The overall feeling was that They couldn't be bothered and wanted to go home. It's probably better if the staff(girl with red hair especially)change their job as their customer service and attitude are just not good enough.

The employees had an attitude and could have benefited from better customer service, small things like allowing you to charge your phone go a long way. Otherwise, very yummy food. This is not the case for everyday, maybe it was just an off day, other Nando’s I have been to the staff were very friendly and helpful

Went here yesterday after a trip to the theatre. Was nice to be able to go to the till to order in person & the staff were polite & friendly. However after waiting almost 15 minutes with no sign of our food I asked a waiter to chase up the order as my husband is diabetic & was in need of food to prevent him from becoming ill. He returned saying it would be another 15 minutes before our order (full platter) would be ready. I explained that we had already been waiting almost 15 minutes but there was nothing that could be done. When it finally turned up the waitress asked if we wanted plates? Did she expect us to eat it directly from the platter? There were no plates for us to help ourselves to so of course we needed plates! The food itself was fine but the waiting time for the food from order to table was unacceptable.

Went to Nando's with a few friends and had a great experience being served by Alex. Will definitely come back soon!
