Mediocre branch. Good in the day when it’s empty, can’t cope on Friday nights. Went tonight, a Friday at 8pm, 25 minute wait and to boot, they had no butterfly chicken, no thighs, no wings. What chicken DID they have?! How can a Nando’s run out of chicken! Laughable.

Always love to visit Nandos with a friend today ,Good quality food , Ordered our usual sharing platter, I had noticed that prices have increased , £5 extra for a sharing platter, My friend had to ask for some plates which arrived quite quickly , none were left on the rack, Atmosphere was lively for a Saturday afternoon Delicious as always, hot 🔥 and spicy today with nice accomplishments, Very moreish French fries Comfortable and warm leather boxed seating, Very nice stylish decorating, open styled grill area so we can see staff work. My friend could use her NHS service card for some discount which is nice and my loyalty points are added to Nandos account We were both very full after our meal. Where Nandos is situated is nicely designed with great themes surrounding nearby in town close to clock Tower

Quick service considering how busy it was. Delicious and very big portion of chips compared to other Nandos I've been in. They also had some veggie options so perfect for my friend as well.

Had a lovely lunch with my Cousin. We both had very nutritious rainbow bowls with chicken breast and houmous. A wide variety of Peri peri sauces to chose from. Had lovely hot halloumi with chilli jam to start and last of all a 'bottomless' mango ice-cream. Great experience and would highly recommend 😃xx

The Aylebsury branch should be one of the best branch in UK. Amazing food quality! But food wasn’t good on my last take away order. I will still come back.

I had a lovely dinner with my son. The food was delicious. We were served by Mimi, she was very nice and helpful.

This branch is not good. The chef doesn’t season or cook the chicken well. I love Nando’s but unfortunately this doesn’t come close to what it should be.

The sauces are the best at nandos

Went in Friday 29 Sept arrived 6:10pm could see the restaurant was busy seated customers and take away customers waiting for food. We were told the wait time was around 25mins. The food arrived after 1hr 40mins later. We left at 8:10pm after we collected our refund. We sat opposite the kitchen and could see the manager and kitchen staff were focused on preparing internet takeaway orders , the takeaway orders were coming in at a faster rate they could deal with , meanwhile walk-in takeaway customers were placing orders pushing restaurant customers orders further and further down the list. The manager failed to recognise this and ended up refunding around 15 to 20 customers. Meanwhile they stopped letting in restaurant customers in , they got fed up with queuing outside and left for elsewhere. Advice to anyone going in at the end of the month when most people have been paid is be prepared for the wait ! Nando’s and the manager need to recognise their priorities is it the restaurant or is it take aways , because if it’s takeaways you may as well take the table and chairs away. Word of advice to the manager get your priorities right and organise your teams accordingly.

i’ve been stood here for 2 hours and my mate Charlie is in my belly i’m so hungry. this manager won’t let us sit down even though we’ve had a table booked and it’s been ready. HOW LONG IS THIS GOING TO TAKE!!!! poor charlie is almost about to eat the whole restaurant he’s really struggling

I won’t be returning to the Aylesbury branch!! Ordered our food at 7:40pm, had to ask where it was at 8:05pm after the person next to us who arrived after us got their food. Waitress went to check then came back saying mine was almost ready but my daughters food would be another 8 minutes. I also noticed another table got their food at separate times and another table got so frustrated that they asked for their money back. When our food arrived it was the usual Nando’s standard but service was dreadful. I was asked if I would like a dessert to compensate, I asked for one of the Portuguese tarts but again unfortunately I got fed up waiting for it and left.

Great place to go for lunch very reasonably staff friendly and helpful.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was standard Nando’s fare - but as always, reasonably priced, arrived quickly and was tasty. Parking in exchange car park cost £1.60 all day on Sunday.

I Was in Aylesbury for a week few months ago, the food was delicious as always in nan, the staff was nice, good atmosphere.

The food as always was good but I'm disappointed with the cleanliness. The tables, chairs, cutlery, plates were not clean. I had to run it under hot tap water and wipe the stains off with napkins. I've wiped down the table with a white tissue to find that the tissue was brown from grease. On several occasions, the glass was stained with lips prints on them. The staff seems uplifted and bubbly but too often they spend time chatting to one another, laughing and making jokes, instead of keeping the place clean. Poor management in my opinion.

Not really my thing but the youngsters seem to enjoy it. I could see this would be the type of place I would have gone to with friends in my teenage years.

Nandos is five-star cos they have the spiciest Chicken in Aylesbury. If you disagree, show me evidence. The ambience is another plus.

To be completely honest, I don't plan on being back after watching my food sit under the heat lamp for twenty minutes until my partner's was ready. Confusion seemed to reign supreme, as servers were unable to serve dishes that were missing items or had the wrong ones accompanying them. I sent back part of my meal that was congealed and inedible, despite the fact that I had watched the floor manager ask them to remake it as it was sitting under the heat lamp for so long. In the end, my wrap (halloumi and mushroom) was nice despite the wait, the corn was edible if a bit dried out, and the mashed potatoes were (eventually) okay. I appreciate that there are several veggie and plant based options on the menu. However, the decent was not sufficient to make up for the rest of the experience, and while I wish Nando's well, there are lots of other places to eat in Aylesbury.

I visit here often with my boyfriend, friends or family and they never disappoint. Food is always brilliant and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Ordering is easy as you have options, you can either go to the till or you can order via QR code on the menu so it suits everyone. Parking is right next to nandos and it is amongst many other restaurants in a fairly nice part of Aylesbury. Would have no problems recommending here.

Fairly standard nandos experience, but that isn't a bad thing

I have not been to a Nando for about a year so took this holiday opportunity to visit the one in Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire. For me the menu has changed for the worse. The side orders are an important aspect of a good meal there with the Peri Peri Chicken but Nandos have dropped the Sweet Potato side for a mashed Potato alternative. When having half a Chicken, the drier breast part needs a good side order to add more flavour! The replacement side of Mashed Potato was as insipid as it can ever be- no seasoning and no taste and certainly not fluffy as it said it should be. It looked dry and lifeless in the bowl and that is exactly as it tasted!

Staying in Aylesbury for a night away and popped into to nandos for dinner before going for drinks food was fast nice and hot best nandos in a long time staff friendly

Attended at approx 4pm 02/04 Ordered meals in app which arrived after about 20 minutes order. Had between group a selection of sides , burgers and sides and a vegan burger . Non vegan meals were very good , chicken cooked very well and hot . Feedback from the vegan burger was that the burger was a bit mushy in the middle and needed to be cooked a bit more . Restaurant was clean and all staff we came into contact with were great , in all a very nice visit

Appalling. Ordered via Delliveroo. Only got the chicken side of the order. No sides. Told by restaurant I had to ring Deliveroo. Deliveroo offered refund of missing items as "compensation." Ridiculous. Anyway regarding restaurant. Chicken tough like it's been sitting there hours. So not even edible. So paid £74 for dry, tough chicken. Shame as love a Nandos and never had issues before. Not only did the food fail in expectations but the transaction between restaurant and driver failed. Sadly a failed family get together food wise.

My son had a table booked at another restaurant for his birthday but due to a water problem the booking was cancelled at the last minute. I phoned Nandos in Aylesbury and the manager set up a table for 12 within 15 minutes. Thank you so much - without going out of your way we would have had pizza at home. Great food, great service - food arrived together within 20 minutes. Thank you Nandos Aylesbury.

Ordered via the app as the service wasn't very forthcoming but that was really easy and convenient. Children's options are very good. Chips lovely and crispy.

Such shame this restaurant isn’t Halal considering theirs a big Asian population residing in Aylesbury's surrounding areas. Come on Nando’s sort it out!!

Nandos is as Nandos does. They have never failed to have chicken (take note, KFC) and the spicy selection is more than warming when you realise that only the feeblest of your friends can't attack anything hotter than Medium. And if you're collecting a takeaway there's a cosy bench to wait on and watch the occasional first date go south.

It is located in the city centre, tasty food, small inside but comfortable

I am generally quite anxious about eating out due to my food allergies, but the manager Tracey was really lovely and double checked everything for me, and even made sure all the chefs were aware! The food was delicious as well (I’m vegetarian and the veggie options were a lot better than I was expecting!) I would definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for a delicious and affordable meal (with quick service as an added bonus) :)

Dunno what's happening in the kitchen but this nandos has fallen downhill so much this past few months. Food is alright, got given the smallest butterfly chicken iv ever seen. Left waiting hours for food to arrive only fir it to be lukewarm. Very disappointing.

Nando’s staff are extremely courteous every where. They could be checking up on you every minute and making sure you are enjoying your meal. I don’t know how they manage to instill this value on all their staff but it is a very good thing to be customer friendly.

Service wasn't great. Coke machine only had 2 drinks, no zero alcohol drinks on the menu. All in all a bit of a let down.

Visited here a couple of weeks ago to collect a takeaway, the service provided by Kay (I believe this was her name) was exceptional and a relentless focus to ensure everything was double checked, I had everything I wanted, a truly rare experience which is why I will be recommending and coming back soon! Well done Nando’s and Kay, oh and the food was amazing! 💫

It was OK, waited 1 hour for food , even though there was so many waiters ,the chicken wasn't cooked properly, then had to wait another hour for dessert

Nice food, if you like chicken. Bit confusing on how we order, then realised we had to do it online, spent 10-15mins just ordering it. What happened to the days of a waiter/waitress coming to table and writing order down in 3mins. Expensive but then everything is expensive these days.

Cibo portoghese molto buono, soprattutto il pollo. Consiglio anche la pannocchia di mais. In sostanza ottimo posto per cenare bene in compagnia della famiglia o amici.

Burger a bit messy but servers nice and friendly

Walked in and got a table straight away. Not too busy so served very quickly. The food was absolutely delicious. First time I've ever had to split a chicken burger in to sections to eat!!

Not a great wheelchair access due to 2 huge construction posts situated exactly in the middle of the path, more space at the back and plenty more upstairs. Welcoming, friendly staff. We always order the same (boneless chicken thighs) anywhere in the country we eat, unfortunately in Aylesbury chicken was rather dry. Overall good place to eat.

This was a nice experience. The boneless platter was delicious and came out quickly. I liked that they have bottomless fizzy drinks and the large selection of condiments. The spicy rice was also very good. The vibe was nice here and it seemed to be a relaxed atmosphere. The only criticism is that the online ordering system seemed to take a while to actually allow us to pay for the meal. Overall, I’d recommend this place.

Pita look not nice. Just chicken ,pita and luckily ordered extra pineapple.Otherwise dry ,without caramelised onion and others items. Plus day before we came and no one was by the door. We see 3 empty table and seat. The girl told us we can't seat,cos need be precooked online table. Then we go out. Next day Sunday try book online but nandos don't have that option. My husband go there around 12:45 to book table for 3 the stuff member say don't need cos is not busy. We back 20min later no space ,downstairs. Finally some other member stuff seat us upstairs. Disappointing. Food not taste.

We stopped going a few years ago due to customer experience with staff . We thought we’d give it another go, wife vegetarian they went through allergies efficiently. Wife’s vegetarian burger cold in middle and the worst was her favourite corn on cob not cooked properly no butter. I had butter fly chicken top hot, my chicken was not hot spicy I had to get Vesuvius sauce and it was dry and had to swallow. We had to get home as dog on his own to long so never complained but to be honest never had staff asking if all was okay.

Got a seat quickly and the food and service were great! The only improvement is I had a reward on my app but the staff needed the loyalty card number and no one could find it in the app (using an android phone), so ordering took longer as we tried to find it!

Best nandos in Buckinghamshire, Klaudia was the most helpful staff member with her confidence and communication, every nandos should have a staff member like Klaudia, Will definitely be buying nandos on a daily now from them

The place was filthy! Went at 4pm and the walls had food splashed up them that had clearly been there a long time and the sauce table was covered in muck. Seats covered in food as was the floor. Ended up leaving and driving to mk arena nandos and that place was spotless. Very disappointed 😞

The food was lovely but that's the only good thing about this restaurant.. it felt dirty, other diners larking around making loads if noise, toilet dirty no paper..staff looked uninterested... compared to the first experience of Nandos in Newport Wales I can't say we would rush back to Aylesbury.

So sketchy on delivery persistently. One moment you can deliver and I'm halfway through ordering and then the app cancels my order as you're suddenly not delivering. So frustrating.
