Nando's in Surrey Heath

Came for my sons birthday. Fabulous freshly cooked food and top service from Demin. He's such a great guy, he made our visit today, thank you.

Helpless staff Rosy. Today I was with my two boys and had whole chicken combo which they wanted to share. She looked stressed when we asked for an extra plate and said we need to get it ourself.

Deliveroo is not trusted as we wait and no food turn up and they blame the error on the pindrop.clearly my postcode is there for them to deliver. But the indian guys doing the delivery just playing dump i beleieve they stole the food instead. Pleaee look into it

I am leary of chain restaurants but was very pleasantly surprised at how good Nando's proved to be.

Usual expected good experience with Nando’s. Super quick to arrive, hot, tastey and generous portion sizes. Always a family favourite for us and will continue to be so!

Ordered a nandos which is not cheap anymore. Order came and was missing chips and the sauces that I paid for. Food was nice but was really frustrating

This was another positive Nando's experience for a family lunch. Upon arrival we were quickly seated and had the new cocktails pointed out to us. Although there was a small queue to order we didn't have to wait long as the employee was very efficient, even with reading orders back to ensure they were correct. We didn't have to wait long for the food to arrive and it was of the usual good standard, and we were checked upon to ensure everything was fine.

Ordered food at the same time as my friend and she’d managed to finish her meal before ours came out. Ours also came out in a to go bag, we then had to wait for the food to be replated which ultimately ended up being cold. The teenage “manager” then came over and handled food that was pink, picked it from the wrap, cut it up and said it was a vein…. The thing was pink. Never going again. If you want your food run by adolescents that don’t really care, here’s your place

Well, been coming to Nandos for well over 10 years, today was the best nados I have ever had. Food was perfection, every single piece of food was piping hot which is uncommon. . Would definitely return to this restaurant.

A very nice open spaced clean Nandos restaurant with faultless customer service. It was very quiet and not busy at all which is the experience I like to have anywhere and this happened today. My food arrived very quickly after ordering, obviously because of how quiet it was when I was there today, but it was nice to have it served quickly. The food tasted great. Faultless experience!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately Nando’s seems to have gone extremely downhill, and the quality of the food is now mostly terrible. We paid £47 for two meals and two drinks, if the food was of a decent standard I could understand, but it was far from this. We were served within 5 minutes of ordering, how chicken can be cooked fresh in this time I don’t know. So it is either being microwaved or kept in a sweaty hot hold. The chicken was dry, chewy, hard and lacked any flavour. I had to dowse it in sauce. My partners chicken wrap was also the same. The one saving grace was the sides, nice coleslaw, the peri salted nuts were tasty and the chips tasted fresh, however the amount of peri salt used was extremely inconsistent from plate to plate which was disappointing. Overall, for a place that specialises in chicken, they don’t cook it very well. It’s extremely over priced. I remember going and sitting in Nandos and waiting a while for what felt like fresh cooked food. Not for a fast food experience. Will not be returning unfortunately.

I visited here after Legoland with my daughter. It was very busy but they managed to fit myself and daughter in fine. The host Masimba was very friendly and explained we could use the app to order. However he was attentive to my daughter's allergen requirements and directed us to order at the tills instead. I gave the order to the manager (standard allergen rules) who was also friendly and attentive. We expected a long wait for food due to how busy it was but arrived fairly quickly (10 mins max). Food was lovely and Masimba made sure my daughter was enjoying her meal. She loved it. It's not cheap (£32 for both of us with one drink) but nowhere really is these days. Great for a treat.

Pretty standard (good) Nando’s experience in this newly renovated location. It’s difficult to rate the service as it’s essentially self-service but the staff were friendly enough when engaged. Nando’s is great as a pre-theatre or cinema dining option as the food comes very quickly and you don’t need to hang around waiting for your bill.

App ordering and prepaying for food! Well, that's weird and meant we didn't order a larger number of drinks and no puds! Never been to a restaurant that did that before, and won't be doing it again. It totally put us off. As for the food, only 2 sides means you have to pay extra if you want a tiny side salad, as well as chips and coleslaw. I haven't been to a Nando's for 15 years, and the last time I went, you got plenty of sides, and it was a nice meal as a result. This time, I had to just get chips and coleslaw, meaning it was a bland meal. Totally boring and incomplete. And as for the staff, nice enough, but due to the app ordering, you don't get one server and no customer service. That'll be the last time I go to a Nando's. Sorry, not for me.

After being an avid fan of Nando's for years I'm afraid it's now a no, from us. The portions are an absolute joke now, and they've upped their prices. Added two main meals, and a large portion of chips for delivery and it was £50! We will now go to Troy in Camberley. Their portions and food is incredible and would much prefer to support local businesses!

I go to Nando's occasionally and the whole atsmophere is beautiful. The food is quality and is so enjoyable. I loved and would recommend the Butterfly Burger which is a chicken burger with fries and I have Coleslaw and Halloumi with it and it is outstanding. The service is brilliant and whenever we come the staff are always caring and passionate to serve you. They bring us our menus immediately and are very specific about if you have any allergies. The whole atmosphere is just stunning. Love the Frozen Yogurt at the end and you can fill up your drinks when you want to. You pay like £2-£3 on Frozen yogurt tubs. Just outstanding. I love this place. They just smash it 100% each time. 5 star for all. I always keep trying to arrange when I will next come. I am going to keep coming and having a fantastic time. Those who haven't been there, I think you would enjoy it so much. And those who have been might agree with me. Well done Nando's and keep smashing it. Money is all worth it.

Been here many times, staff and management are always really friendly and welcoming. Managers check for allergies which is great for us. Warm atmosphere with great deco! Great Nandoes. Highly recommend.

staff were very friendly atmosphere was chilled out the decor was stylish food was good portion sizes a little on the small size, ice machine was down hopefully they get it fixed makes a big difference, would of given it a 5 star but portion size and ice machine brought it down to a 4 star but definitely recommend...

Lovely good. We had a platter of chicken , broccoli and rice e. The rice was slightly cold. But the chicken was superb. Service was good. Decorated was unique and beautiful. Booths provide a private area for couples. Really nice eve. The dessert coconut ice-cream and salted brownie was delicious.

Located in Camberley town centre. Next to wagamama. Friendly staff. However the food portion has changed . Size of chicken tight is small.

Chicken - you have to love it. Plus a recent refurb. And bottomless peach iced tea. Flawless.

Went Nandos today first time since the refurb with my children…. We all liked the new layout and decor and also felt abit more private when dining which I liked because of how the tables are layed out. I was shocked at how quick the food came out (well done to chefs) and all very well presented and cooked. Also my children are very happy you now have a dessert menu!

I will never order chicken liver again. Last time, it was burned, and the same thing happened today.

Ordered a collection from here yesterday and the staff was amazing and friendly on there and the food was amazing

DO NOT get the extra hot chicken. It will make you die. I have lost too many family members to it and I wouldn't wish it upon another soul. The higher Nando's council may also be registered sociopaths. They tape trees to the walls. Let that sink in.

Nice restaurant, staff were very friendly even though it was a busy Saturday. Ordered directly via the app and service was prompt. The chicken was as expected and I wasn't disappointed with any of what I ate. As far as Nandos goes, it was very good. Will definitely visit again.

Service was quick as usual and they swapped the fries that were a bit under cooked. Gave us a good table to have enough space for a pram too.

I have visited this Nando’s counteless times over the years, it being muy closest one. Whilst it has always been incredible my last visit shone above the rest. Whilst I love Nando’s sauces I had often thought none were truly challenging in terms of their spice. As a huge spice fan I look for spicy sauces that many would (understandably) think I was crazy to eat. I thought Nandos lacked this until I had my last visit. It was a first date and keen to impress my date I ordered the hottest sauce on my Chicken Butterfly. This was no longer the extra hot option I was used to, this was Peri-Peri Vusa XX Hot sauce. We ordered our food and surely we had our food in an excellent time. I took one bite and the battle began…. I took two more bites before realising my mistake. The sauce had exceeded my expectations and whilst it tasted incredible and the chicken was cooked expertly, I struggled. My date sat there laughing at me after I had just told her how I am so good with spice. She suggested I stop eating and I responded saying I would not be defeated by a chicken. 5 minutes later I headed to the counter to seek help. I explained that I was on a date and although I loved the food I needed a glass of milk for the spice and I was happy to pay. Little did I realise on the other side of the counter was a hero, a server named Alex. After a few seconds of laughing at my situation (which was deserved) Alex kindly explained that ice cream would be a better solution, grabbing me a small pot from the machine compliments of the house. This did not save me from embarrassment but it did stop me from sweating or needing medical attention. When I offered a tip Alex declined. My date has agreed we can go again and I look forward to seeing Alex and his team again soon. Perhaps not with Peri Vusa sauce, but phenomenal customer service and excellent food will be why I return.

Went to celebrate a birthday, staff were great, helpful and friendly. The food was excellent, best nandos I've had in ages.

Always prefer coming to this branch. Due to it's spacious and light interior. The service is always good and the food arrives promptly.

Unbelievable! Tried to get a table for 3, restaurant 1/2 full but unable to seat us? The specific 3 person tables were full!! Unable to move tables together or move a seat....went to Chiquitos, much better! Will not be going to Nandos again!

We as three families went to Nando's and placed a big order. I have no problems giving 100% 5 stars at all. There were small issues but manager Alex came and solved the issue within 2 seconds. One of the best manager I ever came across. Food also very nice as always. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much Alex, I really appreciated your help and support. I haven't got any more words for you to say. Once again thank you so much for you and your team.

No frills tasty food, friendly staff, quick service, good value. Our 6yr old wasn't given the kid pack with crayons we could see as we walked in but you could ask for it. He's autistic and wouldn't have been bothered with it. :)

Service and the ccleaniness was ok, however, what happened to the portions? When did Nando’s started serving Peri-aperi pigeon? The butteffly chicken was outrageously small (as per pictures), the tights as well…. Dear people of Nando’s, we are grownups, we have seen chicken before!!! What the hell is that?? Discount chicken? Disabled pigeon?? Not even the cheapest chicken at the super markets aren’t this small….. 🤡

Haven't been to nandos for a while but enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was as good as I remember. Puddings for the adults where forgotten but was rectified soon after asking about the hold up. All in all good evening with the family and staff were polite throughout

We were recommended to use the QR code to order. After trying to do so it lost our order and we had to join the line to order. I mentioned this to the waitress and she said yes, it always fails. I think this needs to be addressed as it puts a bad atmosphere on the meal at the start. Meal was as expected for a cheapish chain. Wine was quite pleasant.

1 it is frustrating when missing something every single time. Not once or twice. Would understand if you were very busy .

Food turned up cold.. Deliveroo mostly to blame but I paid extra to have garlic bread which didn’t even get added to the bag despite it being on the receipt!? Barely any chips in the box either? Like what am I paying for exactly. I was not happy. Had to eat my meal annoyed which I’m sure is the reason for my acid Reflux. I won’t be ordering again not only for that reason but I just didn’t think it was worth the money.. £30 for some chicken and 5 cold chips ? No thanks. All a girl wanted was some juicy garlic bread.. Can’t stop thinking about how empty I feel without having eaten it :( …. Oh and the wasted money.

Absolutely horrendous service, cocky manager and awful food. Dry shrivelled up chicken thighs and seriously rude immature staff! Never going again....they can only cope with the deliveries now,they can not cope with both restaurant and deliveries.

On arrival there was empty tables however we was told there there was a 15 minute wait and when we got the message to say that the table was ready we were seated at a table that was available when we first turned up. Order was placed and then we was still waiting 30 minutes after the order was placed after asking a server about it we was told that the priority was on the delivery service. There was also no urgency with some of the servers. Was a very disappointing visit!

Every time we order online there’s a mistake . I go and collect from the restaurant and it’s almost guaranteed to be a mistake or something missing. Either my peri chips aren’t peri or they completely forget to add an item to the bag. Today I got home with an empty bag containing napkins and this was my cold soggy pitta double breast. It must be under new management because it used to be a solid decent experience but I’m finished from spending over £30 on a meal that is total rubbish coupled with terrible customer service by staff who obviously don’t care .

Quite mixed Nandos as the food was good but the premises are very tired and must be due a refit. Staff were friendly but they were missing a few menu items.

Worse place to pick up a deliveroo order. Went in there today and was told by a oriental guy to wait outside even thou the order was ready. I think he suffers from small man syndrome. When I asked why walk outside and wait when order is ready in front of me. That seemed to upset him, and he unassigned order from me. I guess that made him feel important. Well done big man....

Disappointing visit. I like the ease of the new ordering from your phone but its clear that in house customers are a lower priority than takeaway (and JustEat, Deliveroo, etc). Food took 50mins to arrive (you can tell now as you get emailed a confirmation which as the time) and the queue of delivery drivers was very long and was constant. Some food was cold and had to be reheated which again, took time. Shame, I really like Nandos but its clear that they arent fussed about making it enjoyable for in house diners. Staff were friendly but couldnt do anything and said we just had to wait - easier said then done when you have a 6 and 3 year old waiting for food). Won't be returning
