Pasha Chobham Cafe in Surrey Heath

I have just eaten the most delicious moussaka ever. My husband had a Turkish curry, sorry I don't know what it was called, which was also delicious. We had breakfast a couple of weeks ago and everything was wonderful, with extra care taken to understand my food intolerances. I'd happily recommend Pasha.

Delicious tasty food! Beautifully presented. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. We live locally, originally from South Africa, we will most definitely be back and become regulars.

We absolutely love Pasha. Max and his team are so incredibly welcoming, the atmosphere is really relaxed and the food (go for the Turkish dishes!) authentic and delicious. We generally have a Turkish breakfast of shakshuka and flatbreads washed down with Max's Tonic tea (fresh lemon, ginger and raw honey) and Max's Special Tea (Cinnamon bark, mint and clove). We always feel so cared for when we visit, it's rare these days to find such personal service. I urge everyone to try it!

Great authentic food and very friendly staff. We had the Turkish breakfast and a nice coffee. Interesting decor with a 17th century ship’s galley door as our table. Recommended.

Max & Jackie are both lovely, but the food is poor and overpriced. All of the other restaurants and cafes in Chobham have a much higher standard of food and are better value.

This is the best lemon cake I have ever had! This is a lovely warm restaurant and the staff is very friendly, which creates a nice calming atmosphere in which one can thoroughly enjoy the amazing food.

Amazing service from all the team here as usual, everytime we come they spoil us with extras on the house like little baklava treats, Turkish delights and all the excellent Turkish hospitality we love. You cannot go wrong here! I promise.

We go to Pasha several times a week and love it. At this family run restaurant, the food is always delicious, the atmosphere is super friendly and there’s always a very warm welcome (for us and our dog!). In the winter, it’s cosy and in the summer, it feels like you’re on holiday especially when you sit in the garden. It’s one of our absolute favourites and we’d recommend it to everyone.

Haven't been for a few months as live a bit away from Chobham, but was glad to return early this year for Brunch. The place is so friendly and chilled, and they always make you feel welcome. For breakfast or brunch, you can have the usual English options, however I love the Turkish dishes. Have tried pretty much all the Turkish options for brunch, and for the first time we had the Weekend Turkish Special. Its is a mix of dishes, and we both loved it. Another new favourite. And while there, try the Turkish Apple tea, it's nice just to try something different.

Everything was perfect as usual. I’ve been to Pasha a few times now and every time the food is amazing and there is always a comfortable atmosphere. But the best thing about Pasha is how friendly the staff are. They always manage to put a smile on my face and provide the best customer service. Love this place. On yet another wet grey morning, we were wanting to meet with family for a breakfast. By chance we found ourself travelling through Chobham where we randomly chose Pasha. What a great decision! Warm and welcoming staff in a lovely setting. The Turkish based menu was delicious and I had the breakfast feast. In spite of a busy morning, food came out fast and perfect. Meeting Max and his wife was a delight and we highly recommend Pasha. Highly recommended

I didnt think it was possible to beat a traditional full English but I was wrong. 4 of us sat down for breakfast, we trusted to Max to choose various dishes to share, we were not disappointed, tonnes of flavour and big fat bellies to finish, yum!

Nice restaurant and friendly staff but it’s just got too expensive for me now. £17 for a chicken wrap and a latte for lunch is just ridiculous. Shame as I like the food here and the owner is lovely but it is too expensive :(

As first time breakfast-goers, we were delighted to be welcomed as virtual regulars.The service and attention was first class but was bettered by the fantastic Ottoman breakfast we enjoyed and the rich dark coffee that followed. I haven’t been here in ages and popped in this morning for brunch. It was like visiting old friends I haven’t seen in ages - it’s still as friendly and welcoming as the last times, it’s so chilled out and relaxing and the food is absolutely delicious. I had an authentic breakfast dish Menemen and it was so good - freshly cooked to order. I’ll just never tire of this dish. Now I’m a puppy owner the even better news for me was that Pasha is dog-friendly. Thanks for such a lovely start to my day!

This is wonderful, independent, family-run cafe with warm, hospitable staff serving tasty Turkish/Mediterranean food at good prices in relaxing, comfortable surroundings. Max and Jacueline and the staff are so welcoming. The cafe really is a hub for the community. Highly recommended.

We were travelling back from Heathrow and knew part of the m25 was closed so we decided to find a coffee/lunch spot and found Pasha . What a result ! Fabulous coffee (and I’m a fussy coffee drinker !) We had poached egg and avocado on toast . Nicely presented and tasty . Really friendly staff . Totally recommend this lovely Turkish cafe . We also had 2 hours free parking in the high street snd a lovely walk from the car park across fields . Much better than a motorway service station !!

We had an incredible experience here yesterday, the owner and the young lady at the bar they were both very friendly and helpful , i could tell they run their business around their customers which this is what we all need as a customer. I've ordered something to go quick as we were on a lunch break and didn't had much time to have full main course but next time i will definitely try to house specials, I had a wrap with Turkish sausage and cheese it was lovely, and also walnut & cofee cake was so delicious, i would highly recommend this place..

Due to complicated allergies there were minimal things on the menu which I could eat. The staff were so kind and helpful in creating a couple of small dishes which catered to my needs. The food, though a little pricey, came quickly and was tasty.

The owner came a few times to check on us and he spent time with us and got to know us which is why we recommend Pashas because you are treated like family. We shared our interests of turkey and where i have been and had such great conversation. We had such a warm vibe that this will be our regular place to chill and be reminded of our trips to turkey. Of course we finished our breakfast with mehmet efendi pure turkish coffee and the taste took me back to the spice bazar in istanbul where i bought my first batch of mehmet efendi coffee. The taste was fresh and well balanced, exactly wad turkish should be a bold and refreshing taste.Pashas is a clean and tidy retreat where you can just hangout have coffee or come and have a meal, with friends and family. Presentation of food and how fresh and healthy the ingredients are is what makes it a place where you will go back time and time again and that i can guarantee to you.I cant wait to go back again and see our kardash which is brother in turkish. If you want pure turkish taste with a family warm vibe then head to Pashas in chobham.The meat and chicken is also HALAL and their is no pork served .

Popped in for lunch. The freshest squid, gorgeous falafel, houmous, olives, halloumi...... All cooked with care, served with a smile. Oh and effes too! To top it off, the lovely owner gave us baclava to finish. Simply fantastic. Visit!!!!

Max and Jacky have everything right. They have worked so hard and are unrelenting in knowing what good looks like and delivering it - front service and back kitchen- breakfast, lunch, snack…whatever! They’ve grown this business a step at a time. We’ve cycled in and out of Pashas for years, Covid broke the pattern for the last 2 years. Glad to see they’re back stronger than ever - amazing menu, superb fresh ingredients, abundant smiles, as always - a Turkish delight on exit. Now an amazing garden, comfy sofas… We’ll be back, but for now after 20 years we’re leaving to go homeward to Scotland. We’ll miss you!

There are not enough stars to visually represent the quality of food and accompanying service. Having travelled the world I can say that the warm welcome and heart felt service is above and beyond which makes the whole experience impeccable. I love this place it is a rare gem. Visited here after a Sunday morning walk and were so glad we did. The food here is lovely and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I was mesmerised by the owner cutting up a water melon in the kitchen area, he was so good at it and made it look easy. Would definitely recommend this place.

We popped down to Chobham to see our friends to celebrate our first anniversary and came here for brunch. Potentially the best breakfast I've had, lovely sujuk. Very friendly staff, well worth the visit!

Super friendly staff and wonderful, freshly cooked food. This was our second visit and my friend and I were really looking forward to our lunch. Pasha’s didn’t disappoint. The waiting staff/owner were extremely welcoming. We chose to sit in the lovely garden this time. Once again the food was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed several mezes and finished off with coffees and baklava. The portions were generous and the service was really efficient. We can’t wait to go again - we don’t live nearby but will happily travel for such amazing food!

The food here is really lovely snd staff are very welcoming. I’ve enjoyed their Ottoman Vegan Curry, the Turkish Miuntain village Soup and their Shakshuka, an aubergine mezzo dish. The restaurant is relaxed and spacious, with lovely outdoor seating areas both at the front and at the back of the restaurant. This is my local go to place for lunch with a friend.

Came here for a birthday treat for breakfast after a colleague's recommendation. Had driven past this place for the best part of 10 years but never visited before. They allowed us in despite the fact we hadn't booked which we apparently should have. The furniture and decor is really interesting and different and really sets the scene. Food was amazing, had the Turkish Breakfast. Highlight for me was the service. The man who I assume was the owner (should've asked really) was so friendly and attentive. Gave me a whole second helping of the breakfast with no charge! Really went above and beyond. Also, when he found out it was my birthday rustled up a birthday Baklava complete with candle and whacked on a happy birthday tune on the stereo. What a great guy and great place, will be back for certain!!

From the moment I stepped onto the front terrace, rather tentatively on my own, I was welcomed and looked after like a lifelong friend ! The service was friendly and relaxed, (whilst being effortlessly efficient), and it was evident by the ambience that it was run by a wide range of ages from the family, who all obviously love and care for their restaurant and clientele. There was also a lovely terrace at the back or tempting armchairs and sofas in the cooler inside, all delightful in their own ways, as was the array of dishes on the varied menu.The food was amazing, authentic and fresh (I watched Pasha himself picking the mint from the garden for my meal). Even the coffee was delicious ! When I left, and was waved off by smiling faces all round, it confirmed my initial view that I I'd just been lunching surrounded by friends !A real gem.

Ask Chef for the feast wrap off the secret menu. You will not be disappointed! Like everything else - from the ambience to the hospitality - Pasha is outstanding. Best breakfast venue in the area!

Best mezze dishes I’ve had in a while, every dish ordered did not disappoint, all followed with quick yet friendly service with some surprise fresh water melon to finish, delicious!

Max and his staff accommodated a booking of 9 which had to be re-scheduled however this was no trouble at all. This is my absolute favourite restaurant in chobham. Me and my colleagues went here for Lunch, the food is fantastic and the servers are also friendly, happy and polite. I will definitely return to Pasha and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in or out!

Booked this place after searching trip advisor for a lunch stop near Virginia Water. I saw all the good reviews and decided to give it a try - so glad we did. Delicious food and very friendly service. We even had birthday banner, balloons and “happy birthday” by Stevie Wonder played when our baklava was served with a candle, all provided without request. So lovely and made it a memorable occasion. Wish I lived nearer so I could visit again!

You are always guaranteed such a warm and friendly welcome from Jackie and Max if you visit Pasha whether it be for the first time or a regular visit. The food is all prepared and cooked fresh for you, it’s so tasty. An Ottoman curry is a particular favourite but if you cannot decide what to have just ask what is good that day and it will be cooked with pride and bought to you with a smile. During lockdown we decided to make sure we supported local businesses and a quick call to Pasha had us collecting meals to have at home, maybe part of the business that is not so we’ll know but we’ll worth checking out. In a time of faceless takeaways delivering to your door try somewhere that you don’t ‘just eat’ enjoy the welcome, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and enjoy the food.
