Nando's in Bury

Really enjoyed the experience, food was great and service was amazing, especially by Charlie, he was a really lovely server

What an experience! Nando’s is a rarity in our household as I am surrounded by the meat and cholesterol police - in other words, I associate myself with few too many vegetarians. However, as I was paying and reign superior hierarchically on the food chain, Nando’s it was! Upon arrival we were greeted by a chap (Adam, I think) who was fantastic throughout our stay. He made us aware of the stray children causing havoc; Disrupting the rich and complex soundscapes and the interlocking rhythmic flow of their highly anticipated Luso-African bangers. To kick things off, a couple of boccles of beer were supped as we awaited our final guest. For our abstinent guest, the server offered to fill (and refill) their drink. This was a nice touch. We declined as it was rammed. Upon their arrival, starters were served; hummus & pitta breads and some halloumi sticks. The latter dish being mildly disappointing, a little pale for my liking. Hummus was 4x lush. Mains! No portobello mushroom & halloumi wrap for me my led, no no no! Straight in the with Sunset Burger (hot) with very peri-peri fries and some g-bread for balance. Now, I do love a drop of spice but on this occasion, although I selected hot, I wasn’t blown away, it was rather sweet if anything. I still throughly enjoyed this. Chicken was cooked nicely and presented well. My meat-free family also enjoyed their plants and shrubbery. They agreed they would return solely for a vegetarian outing, rather than any of its competitors (geographically). Overall, it is pricey but it’s the experience that counts and we had a lovely time. We will come again. Chicken on a Tuesday!

We got a take out it was awful chips cold and undercooked .we go quite often and have to warm the chips up but these were like cardboard we all left them.It is an expensive take out this was the worst Nando’s I have ver had

I mean basically it's Nando's. The food is always what you would expect. It does get very busy though and last time we visited the menu was down to about 50% of options.

as a regular nandos comer i arrive to be seated immediately and then went to order the usual (mango and lime pita with garlic bread and peri peri chips) i realised i had a free starter on my nando’s card so to my excitement i ordered a hummus starter. i was so excited for my food however my friends meal came 5 minutes before mine which left me devastatingly waiting in ore as i had to watch her devour her meal. in the end it cane and it was delicious.

Excellent food, as always, but the place is looking a little tired and is in need of an update! Ripped seat covers, tatty chairs. Toilets need a thorough clean too.

Visited with partner and was overwhelmed by the excellent level of service! The staff are a credit to this chain. the food was piping hot and delicious. Will certainly go again soon.

Fabulous as always! Food piping hot and well presented.....the starterarrived at the table before I'd even returned from the payment till! Staff friendly but not intrusive. All facilities clean and tidy.....see you again soon

He estado aquí muchas veces con un grupo pequeño o mi pareja, pero esta vez vine con mi familia y fue una mesa de más de 10, nuestra comida aún salieron juntos y a buen tiempo, todos calientes y muy bien cocinado. Muy impresionado con el servicio.

No es el mejor para empezar la víspera por estar hicieron esperar 45 minutos por una mesa. Sí había 9 de nosotros en el grupo pero hay mesas lo suficientemente grande para que el tamaño del grupo. Mi amigo ya sonó por delante antes de reservarnos como había 9 de nosotros. Elegimos mientras espera después pedimos cuanto nos dieron una mesa, pero sólo la mitad de las chicas dieron su comida y la comida que venía para ellos era el equivocado especia! Sí les dieron patatas fritas mientras espera por la comida correcta, pero debería haber sido correcta en primer lugar. Pedimos desierto y eso también tardaban años en llegar aunque tenía de oír mucho. Una pena, ya que es normalmente muy buena pero era basura y sobre todo por el precio!

The chicken is marinated good and the side dishes quite add the taste for the main dish. It is not too expensive. A place to go when we are lazy to cook.

I enjoy the taste of chicken and chips very much, and am only slightly put off by Nando's bewildering ordering system in which customers must pay for food at the counter, set the table themselves and then wait for the waiter to bring the meal over.

We walked in and I looked at the seat that the waitress pointed to, and thought, well ok I have my jeans on, they can be washed... !

Almorcé allí con mis amigos. No he estado en esta rama antes y no me decepcionó. Al estar en una dieta tuve la mariposa con cal y mango pollo marinado, el cual estaba bien preparado y muy sabroso arroz picante, que además era muy sabroso. El servicio era bueno y el lugar estaba muy limpio.

We went for dinner it was empty lots of dirty tables team looked miserable.our order came with wrong sides the girl did go and get what we did order and quickly took off the sides we didn't.sorry to who ever did get them as we had actually eaten from them wont be in a rush to visit there are better ones to visit.

Visité este Nando's debido a una recomendación. Déjame decirte que me alegré yo fui. Pedí la comida para ir me sirvió el encantador Liam! Que es muy fácil en los ojos tengo que añadir. No he experimentado servicio de atención al cliente como este en un servicio con una sonrisa mientras él no podía hacer lo suficiente para mí todo un caballero! Gracias Liam su servicio debería ser recompensado como realmente fue super! ! Así llegué a mi hotel y la comida era deliciosa! ! ! Very busy. Food was good however the table had been cleaned but was still dirty and toilets were disgusting. Not a good experience. Wont be back.

No había nadie allí para nosotros asiento así que quedó allí como gorps durante 5 minutos hasta que sentaron a mi propia luego dijeron que nos teníamos que mover, el personal es amable y atento, ya no como solían ser. I visited yesterday and the staff was absolutely lovely. Jordan (staff member) made my little sister and niece laugh all the time with his sense of humour! And the food, it was so so nice. All around service was brilliant too- felt very welcome

Living in Bury and loving chicken so much - Nando's is my 'go to' place.

Nando's is very nice to go to. Food is very nice and drinks as well. Very friendly staff, we went there so many times and still enjoy it.

there was 5 of us we got a table straight away the service was good ,you had a choice of chicken meals ranging in how spicey u like it ,we had lemon chicken with the rice that was really good ,they had some nice portugeese beers my husband said were nice ,the only thing I thought it seemed very noisy but it was ok if you ignored it .the price wasn't to bad but as we enjoyed it all was good .

We went to nandos for my birthday lunch, I ordered the Mediterranean salad with chicken but when it came the chicken was dry and not very warm, it definitely was not fresh off the grill, they did offer me another which I accepted but they brought it back within minutes, it was a lot better but no way was that chicken cooked fresh to order or I would of waited longer for it

Me and my other half went for something to eat before going to the cinema. Although we had to wait for a seat (we didn't mind and expected it) The food was delicious and the atmosphere is always jolly and relaxed!!

Si yo estoy pagando estos niveles de precios espero que me servirá en mi mesa y no tener que esperar en el mostrador para realizar mi pedido o llevar mi propio cuchillas y fork, estos deben ser verdaderamente en la mesa.

Just by virtue of the fact that this is part of a large chain, if you've visited a Nandos before you will always know what to expect - Bury's version is as good as any I've visited around the country

Hardly had to wait...(10 mins top) the front of house guy was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We were seated and even tho the resturant was busy our meals arrived quite quickly...and hot! Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Después de un buen día con amigos, nos decidimos visitar Nando's para comer algo. En primer lugar, el restaurante estaba muy sucia. Cuando nos llevaron a una mesa, la mesa estaba visiblemente sucio y había asientos todo el detritus pero nos sentamos allí independientemente sin primero ser limpiada. I've been to Nando's in Bury many times and it has always been great. The service is good and the food took no tine at all to be made. It is worth a visit.

This is my local nandos, I go every month once or twice and never had a problem. Staff are very nice and attentive, the food is almost always perfect. Looking forward to my free full chicken!

Llegó después de un viaje rápido. Siempre conseguir pollo de mariposas, pero esta vez me dieron el pollo pitta con fino col (mucho mejor que el ordinario de col) y probamos el nuevo supergrain... Mmm, aunque esperaba que sea cálido... Fue encantador. Queso halumi es obligatorio tener al lado también! Ah, y prueba el superbock welllll, es bueno. Servicio top como siempre. Ojalá hubiera más cerca de donde fue uno vivo!

Si te gusta el pollo y patatas, este es el lugar para ti. No es caro y la comida es rápido. El Bury Nando's es limpio y el personal es servicial. Nos gusta aquí porque puedo conseguir mi medio pollo especiado y mi bebé puede tener su comida, mientras que el marido se vuelve su rostro quemado, pollo caliente. Just plain bad. Burnt crap chicken. Service is borderline negligent- I feel like I was robbed of my money. Just avoid unless you want to see teenage kids with too much hair gel and layers of make up.

No complaints once again visiting nandos. We went for lunch today with family. Service and food were excellent as usual. All enjoyed their food.

On a visit to the cinema over Christmas we thought we would try a new experience aour older grandchildren had told us that they loved NANDOS ,so in we went it was quite full ,but the young lady on the seating desk showed us to our table quickly and made us feel welcome ,she asked if we had been there before and we said it was our first time ,she took time to explain the ordering ,and how the menu worked and she was really nice and made us feel comfortable with this new experience,we studied the menu which was much easier as she had explained each full chicken came with 2 free side orders and a choice of flavourings on the chicken, and also endless amounts of cold drinks refillable for free called bottomless drinks !! Also a very good idea ,my husband went to order and soon our lovely meal arrived and it was an absolute feast and tasted lovely,so were the orange drinks we chose, we were asked once again by another staff member if we required any sauces and they brought to our table Mayo and garlic peri peri sauce prices were fair and cost around £25.00 for a good feast of beautiful flavoured chicken and garlic bread ,salad ,large fries to share ,we were very pleased ,and the grandchildren were glad we had taken there as ice ,! Well done NANDOS ,BURY ,KEEP IT UP !!!!

Nandos are pretty standard, this one is no different. Apart from the pain re parking. I can only think it's aimed at local shoppers

Venga aquí todo el tiempo, siempre es agradable y el personal es siempre amable! La comida es un poco caro, pero como yo trabajo en la roca que conseguir descuentos, que es genial!

Tres amigos y yo visitamos son extraordinarias La Roca el pasado viernes (30 de octubre) y aunque la cola era bastante grande (como es de esperar en vez de té) nos sentamos en nuestra mesa en 15 minutos. Mi pareja y yo nos sirven bastante rápidamente, sin embargo mis otros dos amigos tuvimos que esperar 50 minutos para su comida. El director Tom vino y era extremadamente disculpas, y una vez su comida llegó él se ofreció una comida gratis para todos nosotros a nuestro regreso. Un gran servicio al cliente!

7 adults, 2 children and a baby had travelled from Manchester on the metro to Bury.Because we needed to visit different shops and then the market we decided to all meet up at Nandos for lunch.It was pretty busy but we were all seated at a big table immediately. Our large order of food arrived quickly. Lovely waitress.Will go back if we are in Bury again

Food is delicious and if you order carefully you can certainly get your monies worth, they also have bottomless soft drinks. Staff are very pleasant.

Food is very tasty and handy to have the endless soft drinks option which you can help yourself to any time. The chicken is so good and I love the Piri Piri salted chips. The cheesecakes are divine!!!

As a father of 7 children it's hard to find a place that pleases the whole family. However we all loved our meals, even with the hot spice! At least the free refills could soothe my mouth. Great dining experience

Esta es la primera vez que he estado en bury, o Manchester para ese asunto. son extraordinarias que comer en unos 2 o 3 veces al mes, así que era nuestro primer restaurante de elección. Visitamos el 16 2015 junio. Cuando llegamos allí, esperamos por lo menos 1 minuto para conseguir un asiento, a pesar de que el restaurante estaba vacío. Ya sabíamos lo que queríamos, así que nos fuimos directamente a la factura. Una mujer era ya que sirve un par así que esperamos nuestro turno. Excepto una niña y niño eran conversaba con los otros por la puerta, a pesar de que habíamos notado que estábamos esperando. El gerente noté y llamó a uno de ellos, a pesar de que estábamos esperando casi 5 minutos. La comida era increíble, como siempre, no hay quejas. Terminamos nuestra comida y la izquierda y no recibimos gracias o adiós. pobre calidad del servicio al cliente y personal grosero. Me encantaría comer en son extraordinarias, pero no en ese restaurante en particular.

He tenido dos viajes a son extraordinarias. La primera fue hace un par de meses donde pedimos comida para llevar que tuvimos nos llamó a través y presentamos un par de minutos después que nos habían dicho. 10 minutos después de esto nuestra comida ya preparada. Estos 40 minutos después, nos llamaron ellos y en ese momento había más personal y clientes. La comida no era la alta calidad que me habían prometido pero muchos amigos. El pollo estaba galletas insípidas que parecían y después de esto no estaba un ventilador de son extraordinarias y no tienes prisa por volver. Mi hermana me convenció para volver unos meses más tarde. Esta experiencia fue mejor. Un buen servicio con deliciosa comida y un restaurante limpio. La comida era excelente sabor increíble y rápido también. visto como después de la primera experiencia fue un -5 theyve hecho veey bien para tomar un 4 *

One of the best branches yet. The service was fantastic all staff pleasant and polite. Was very busy but all staff seemed in control. The food was of high quality.

Nandos is quick, easy and not too bad for you. Regular customer and always happy. Staff are friendly. Can be very busy at times.

We went yday afternoon, sat and watched our food sit on the hot plate for over five mins, one server finished shift, another had a huge plate and drink and went on her break, leaving one guy front of house who didn't even look at the kitchen, and the kitchen never even called him over, eventually a chef brought our food which was nice but the coleslaw dish was placed on top of the chips, sloppy.

It's just chicken and chips, too expensive,service not great, place was clean but probably won't bother again when I can make the same at home, food was ok but nothing to rave about

Visited and Customer Service was rubbish. After having to wait a while for a table on a Tuesday(early evening) our table as 'pointed out' to us, not taken to which you would expect especially as we had a toddler with us requiring a baby seat. nor where we asked if we had been before so we knew the procedure, Then we have the 'back ground music' So loud, if I wanted loud music while I ate I would go elsewhere, No chance of having a conversation with friends across the table it was difficult enough with the person next to you. The food was OK that,s what got it the 'average rating' I complained by email and the duty manager called back but to be honest he didn't seem that interested and was quite abrupt.....

After being disappointed copious times at the dry, rock hard chicken, I still find myself coming back to this place.

Fast food at its best, great flavours, good service, bit pricey but better quality than your average fast food chain

Tamaño de las porciones era grande, que estaba bien y mucho mejor que algunos de los otros sitios en los que hemos estado. El personal es muy amable, nos sentados enseguida, y buen ambiente. Muy contentos de haber venido aquí!

Llevé a mi hija a mediados de la semana en una delicia Nando es Bury; no dejarás en este lugar. Es un muy buen restaurante para una comida rápida y muy sabroso. La fuente para niños menú es realmente bueno y a un precio muy razonable; yo siempre comparten el yogur congelado al final es deliciosa!

Nunca habíamos estado en una Nando es antes, me sorprendió cuando la mujer mencionó que deberíamos probar. Fuimos en domingo por la tarde que estaba bastante concurrida. Tuvimos una agradable sonrisa desde la camarera/ portavoz oficial

Una vez más una gran pollo Ina muy bien cuidado restaurante con un ambiente agradable. La comida siempre parece ser bueno en el restaurante y preparado para que permanece suculentos y sabroso. La comida viene rápidamente, lo que siempre me sorprende pero es servido con una sonrisa. Nando es siempre deja una sensación de que me he disfrutado de la comida, pero he pagado por encima de las posibilidades por lo que es bastante sencillo actuallya comida. siempre parece caro para lo que ofrece pero sabroso. Las emociones encontradas extraño pero siempre regresamos!

Another visit and another fantastic meal. Food spot on and the wIt after ordering was very short. Staff polite, attentive and helpful. Mould recommend a visit and they cater well for children

Been coming here since it opened and can honestly say I've not had one bad experience. The staff are always very attentive and the standard of food is second to none.Really really good!
