Staff go through the motions (although no one checked our meal was ok) but no more. Chicken a bit dry and the chips tasted stale. Garlic bread good though. Very quiet.

Orderd garlic bread and it’s burned, both peace’s, not edible one bit, the other food was fine it was just this little thing, do better

Really nice Nando’s not too busy and very polite and welcoming. Couldn’t do enough for us when we were there. Would go again!

We ordered take out and waited for it to be ready, restaurant was quiet and food was prepared quickly. Staff were uninterested and not friendly. An item from my order was missed, this wasn’t realised until we got home, 20 minutes away. The bag was sealed and I wanted it to stay warm while we travelled home. I won’t be going back and a lesson learned to check everything when receiving take out food.

When we arrived at nando's one of the staff who welcomed us did it in a Attitude way and then walked off then we finally got a booth our drinks came out on time with my starter but they only gave use small cups as the ran out of big cups and said we will get big cup but didn't then the same staff that welcomed us brought our food over and slammed them on the table and then was about to walk away but then came back I asked for the bigs cups which she bought over and again slammed them in a Attitude on the table which made us feel uncomfortable and upset which meant I had to speak to the manager and told them that what the staff did she spoke to her and then came over and apologise which I did think she ment as she was smiling as she said she's always like that which is Unprofessional for a waiter

Good service, prompt delivery of food, however food is now very expensive for what it is, would try other places in future simply down to the cost

Came out on a Saturday evening, entered premises, just stood in the doorway for literally 5-10mins with other parties at no time did any of the staff take the time to acknowledge any of us they would be with us shortly, just stood there like lemons! A member of the team eventually came over literally like he was stoned just shocking quality of staff there. Food no efforts to present, really has put me off Nando’s again, the Stratford one in such a nice place but just a waste of an evening!

I can only echo what others have said We’ve used this Nando’s many times since it opened. Admittedly not recently but boy it’s gone downhill It didn’t look like they were short staffed, we were seated straight away. I ordered off the app because that easiest. 20 minutes food arrives - no drinks. We ask about them and they only bring one of them, and they questioning if the other drink was ordered (yes it was). Food was cold, chips were dry like they’d been sat out for ages. Bread roll was awful, like it hadn’t even been cooked/heated up at all. First person (we assume the manager) asks us if everything is ok and we politely tell him the issues. He did apologise and offer to have it remade but we didn’t want to be sat around waiting any longer. Then another person asks us if our food is ok…then ANOTHER person asks us 3 minutes later. A total of 3 staff members asking if our food was ok! The manager did come back and offer free dessert but we declined Overall a real shame. It’s not like the place was busy either 6/7 tables. I’ve had better service in Birmingham Bullring than we had here. Won’t rush to go back

Food sat under the lamps waiting for the sides for 10 minutes. Management seem to prioritise take away and delivery. Told the manager, James, that it was poor service but he offered no reason for the wait apart from an apology. Terrible food, terrible management and won't be going back. Avoid

Depressing hour spent here. Uncleared tables outside to greet yet restaurant not busy.Unenthusiastic taking of order,food took ages and when we got it it was cold - the meal was waiting for the chips so hot chips , cold wrap! The vegan wrap was horrible to boot. No non alcoholic beer too. Shakespeare tragedy right there🥴

Order wrong but noticed on bill and advised immediately but after 40 mins wait for food the wrong (original) order came, was nearly cold and dried out. There were very few chips (ordered as large chips) as to be ridiculous. Just such a poor experience.

We Waited a long time for food and drinks and it didn't even come in the right order as drinks come first before food. When we asked for sauce and Vinegar and salt they had said they have run out and didn't even stock up and the refill drinks Machine Took 2 people to do it and they didn't even say to us that they had refilled it I have never seen it this bad before how disappointed 😔

Walked in at pretty much opening on a Monday lunchtime during school hols. The table could have been a big cleaner as it was a bit sticky, and the toilets need a deep clean, however the food excellent and well cooked. Everyone loved what they had. Staff were nice and friendly.

We visited here Saturday afternoon, the restaurant was not even half full surprisingly. We were seated and left to decide what we wanted to eat & drink. Once decided, my partner goes up to order (as they do not come to you). My partner waited, and waited, and waited.....

Unfortunately this wasn’t a good Nando’s visit. Whilst the restaurant wasn’t busy our wait was in excess of 30 minutes. If you are visiting with a family there are better options available.

I’m writing this review whilst waiting to be served. As I was on my own - husband at a play at the Shakespeare theatre - I thought I would go for lunch somewhere I hadn’t been before. They asked me if I wanted to sit outside as it was such a beautiful day. The waitress cleared a table for me and then disappeared (20 mins). I waited and it waited and I waited but she didn’t come back (I was the only one sitting outside). As this small town must have the most restaurants than anywhere else - I left and went somewhere else. Say no more. Service despicable!!

Can not fault this establishment. Had a bit of an issue with a salad but all the staff were so helpful and the Manager Mia gave us free desserts (we only asked for one). She also apologised so much for the inconvenience. The quality of the food was top notch but what made it was the service.

Most Nando’s are the same, you get what it says on the tin! The young lady that took my order was great and helpful. Really don’t know about 1 flat mushroom at £1.5 a little bit too much and would not bother again

It seems that leaving teenagers in charge of a restaurant is not the best of ideas. I’m short: dry chicken, had to wait 10 minutes for forks to eat our dry chicken and garlic bread that was more hard wearing than the soles of my shoes.

Can't fault this Nando's. I've been to a few over the years and this is a really good example. Really good service. Excellent food. I just love the chicken wraps with fries. It's worth a visit if you're in Stratford

Nando’s is really good quality food but it’s all quite spicy so if you don’t like spice i wouldn’t recommend.

Love coming to this nandos, friendly staff and quick quality service. The food is always great here. Out of all the nandos I’ve been too this one is definitely the best for quality of food and good service.

Stopped by for lunch - tasty food and friendly and efficient service. Sadly, a large family group seated near to us thought it acceptable to let their children run around while engaging in some rather choice language. The fellow diners near us asked to be moved and we should have done the same. Pity as lunch( food) itself was fine. Next time we’ll be more careful where we sit !

I took my son here for a birthday treat and it was great. Service was quick, and the menu offered enough selection and spice range for everyone. This restaurant was a little quite than the normal nannies which can be very noisy.

This Nando’s is not a credit to the chain at all, the staff were lovely but the place was filthy, there were no clean knifes and Forks at all. And the dirty ones were left in a plastic tray on the side for a good 30 mins before anyone took them to be washed. Consequently people were left waiting for cutlery with their food in front of them. Wouldn’t return and reported to head office

I'm sure there are plenty of Nando's lovers, but personally its boring, old fashioned and over priced for a poor return of your money. The menu is laid out so poorly and was very confusing and the portions were so small for the vastly overpriced items. It's chicken, not fillet steak. A complete rip off. The not so clever waiters couldn't even clear tables correctly and serve food in an appropriate manner. To be honest i don't think they had had any training. The whole concept is wrong and poorly managed. the sunset burger with 1 side was that small i was shocked and for £11.50 was a total rip off. Really poor and i wont be going back to this chicken farm.

My husband and I decided to go to Nando’s for our evening out, we have not been before and initially the staff were great - greeted and showed to a table with the menu explained. Then told to order at the till. Menu wasn’t great not that much choice and explanation of items and starters was confusing. Alcohol was limited to wine and a small selection of beer, no gin or spirts . Starter came with no napkins or cutlery, main then came with no cutlery or napkins and the starter plates were still on the table! We had to move our plates to another table for the mains to be put down plus he didnt take the starter plates away either, and no one said we had to get our own!! Or even ever to get it from! No staff came back to see if we were ok. Food was ok but we won’t be going back.

Nipped in to try the nandos experience only for the second time. The place was warm and inviting on a cold night and found the staff to be really friendly and helpful. The food was really tasty, piping hot and served quickly. I would recommend this nandos happily to anyone who wanted hat and tasty good served by friendly staff.

Viv is an asset to Nandos, really warm welcome and this begin my 1st visit to Nandos, she explained everything in detail. But when we got to deserts the service was bad. I asked for the cheese cake to be changed as it didn't taste right. The base and the cake were too gooey, and the ice cream had melted by the time it was brought to our table. When I asked for the cake to be changed the waiter brought the same cake back and said all of them are the same. Also the base of the cheese cake was like rubber. Poor service for desserts and it would have been nice if the waiter brought me another cheesecake instead of brining my old one back.

Visited during lunch. The food are nice as any Nando's. The place is nicely designed and the staff are friendly.

Sweet potatoes were raw, extra hot sauce was really disappointing. Vegetarian wrap was tasty. Really lovely staff!

We came to this Nando’s for lunch and Sunday and we enjoyed it very much. The staff were polite and friendly, particularly the happy lady who served me, Sam, and they were coping well with the busy atmosphere. Our food arrived in about 15/20 minutes and it was piping hot and fresh. I had the Sweet Potato and Butternut Burger and thoroughly enjoyed it. The seating in one side of the restaurant is a little cramped, but that can’t be helped on busy days.

Hungry family of three. Stopped by for some chicken alongside peri-fries and garlic bread. Easy and simple tasteful meal. Service could be better, smiling doesn’t hurt.

The food was ok - chicken a bit dry and the smallest portion of coleslaw we have ever seen. There were no forks so we had to wait until a new supply was found. Worst part was observing a member of staff smoking outside the entrance - horrible - let’s hope they were not responsible for preparing the food!

the staff was very pleasant and the décor was good very welcoming, however the food was ok but no as good as other Nando's locally, the drinks machine was playing up so couldn't a refill even though that's what was paid for, hopefully next time will be better.

Went here on my own while away on business and was very impressed, staff were very nice and friendly, the layout and decoration was a lot nicer than my usual Nando’s. As always a great meal.

Decided to come here with my sister for some Lunch, knowing a Nando’s is usually trustworthy. It says on the door it opens at half eleven, which we were looking for an early eatery as we had other plans. At ten to twelve, the door finally opened and I must admit, I feel sorry for the girl who was having to clean all the windows, tables and doors herself. Saw a few people go in between eleven and half past, but nobody helped her.

We just turned up without a booking on a warm summers evening and we were made to feel so welcome The service was excellent with smiles and interaction all round Food was hot tasted and HOT perfect!

Visited Nando’s this evening for dinner with my boyfriend. The food was lovely!!!! However, the service was not to the same standard in other Nando’s I’ve been to. Our mains were brought out when we were still eating our starters and it took a while for a waiter to come over to clear the table.

Nandos is always reliable for food being cooked fresh and quickly. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because I had to keep asking for the garlic sauce because there weren't enough bottles out at the time. This meant it had to keep being brought to my table then to another table. But other than that, it was good food and a clean restaurant with friendly staff.

Personally, I hate spicy food so as a normal human being would do, I ordered a chicken wrap that was completely extra-mild but of course it came with a spicy chilly jam and spicy mayo. Honestly they have no clue what Extra-mild is. Next time I’m going to ASK Italian which is next door.

Came for lunch today and have been coming to Nando's for at least ten years but never met any one like Poppy,I had asked for the 1/4 chicken breasts to be breast portions the gentleman taking the order said no problem as I do not really like legs of chicken,on arrival it seemed we had legs not breasts so I told the waiter who went to get Poppy to see me,she said this could not be authorised,how strange I thought I cannot pay for chicken breast,I said I have never had a problem before,Poppy just rolled her eyes huffed and walked off to get me a refund,when Poppy returned I asked if this was best management skills to roll eyes huff and walk off,Poppy just said have a good day and walked off again,I do not think I will be seeing Poppy again I would rather travel to Leamington than experience Poppy's management skills again,Happy Father's Day!!

was going for a meal with a friend to only have one of the members of staff come over and ask me my age and whether I would be able to give my phone number to one of the other members of staff that admired me.... completely ruined the evening and made me feel totally embarrassed and uncomfortable.

While holidaying we thought we would have a cheeky one. My wife cannot eat Gluton and is vegetarian. The thing that she picked out was off the menu which in most places causes a problem. But I have to say the staff were 100% brilliant. A chap called Reece could not do enough to help. He brought out their allergy guide and helped my wife construct an ad hoc Gluton free meal. This is a service we receive rarely with her allergys so well done Reece and well done Nandos for recognising allergys and having wash down procedures for allergy preperation.

Going to Nandos is like visiting a friend. Its comfortable and we always get a very good feeling after the visit. Chicken is always excellent and service is spot on. I am so happy we have Nandos now in Stratford. Keep it up!

First time ever at nandos today it was nice but I think the lemon and herb is s bit strong might see if can have plain next time! The peri chips were really night and the chicken was good my partner really enjoyed it. The staff were lovely 2 girls seeing to us though as it was dead. The only thing I would mention is that we could hear the staff on the grills all having personal conversations quiet loudly didn't bother us as it was quiet and we were just talking to each other, others may not be ok with it though that's all. Great service great food great location! :) x

Visited just after they opened at 11:30am and was greeted with a smile and shown to a table, friendly service and usual good quality food you expect from Nando's.

Family holiday lunch. Having eaten at Nandos and particularly this one before, left disappointed with this visit not meeting expectations. I ordered 4 boneless chicken thighs that were tough, chewy and way over spiced (lemon & herb), the sweet potato wedges were short of cooked and the garlic bread the best bit of the meal. Very mediocre and would not rush back. Lots more places in Stratford to get good quality food. Toilets filthy and need cleaning.

Our waiter was a great gentleman called Matt(strong beard btw) who was very polite and handled any requests we had. Food was good and arrived promptly, make sure you ask for their Mayo, it was top notch. The building itself is fairly new and has a very warm setting.

4 of us went on Sunday lunchtime. It’s relatively new in the redeveloped Bell Court. We were shown to a booth and my husband immediately hit his leg on the table leg, which is metal, a funny shape and not helped by the table being so close to the seats. He did it again when he got out! His knee is still hurting now! Food ordered and came very quickly. Ordered frozen yogurt but the self serve came out as liquid! Took 10 mins for them to fix the machine.

Good, not as good as the one in redditch. It lacks atmosphere maybe due to structure of the building. The waitress with the dark hair is always very pleasant and the food is good.

Had a late lunch for 2. Usual standard for Nando’s but I can’t help feel that something is missing from there menu. Never leave a Nando’s feeling completely happy. Food is average and way over priced for what you get in my opinion. Not that busy for a Saturday afternoon so we were seated straight away and food came quickly. Half a chicken is great as long as the chicken is not the size of a sparrow!!! Cooked well with good flavour but very small. Chips warm not hot. All in all left a little disappointed again from a Nando’s and £27 lighter, for basically chicken and chips with a coke x 2. Probably my last visit.

We came as a family of six for a birthday party for our daughter. You will however need to bring your own candles as it’s not something they have on hand nor could I find anything in town. Service was diabolical- they got three out of six meals incorrect and charged for things we never got. When we attempted to remedy the situation we got nothing but attitude from the staff. We haven’t been back since and I can’t say I’d recommend it. Many other places to eat in Stratford!

Come in here for a nice meal with two friends, spent in excess of £60, ordered starters which came out nice and quick but then half way through our starters came our mains at which the waitress asked “are you ready for your mains” well no we’re wasn’t! We said can we finish our starters and she said we will put back under the hot light so we said we’d have them now if the light is going to ruin it! The chicken was dry and the chips were luke warm. Just generally a really bad experience, probably the worse Nando’s I have been to! When we explained to the manager she just had a little chuckle and said she would let the “grill team” know? Well your the bloody Manager!! You do something!

My brother and I visited the Nando's in Stratford upon Avon on Monday 22nd January. It was my first visit to a Nando's for a number of years. This new addition to The Nando's family of restaurants is excellent. We were warmly greeted, and shown to our table which was clean. Menus were provided and we were given time to choose. The Mozambiquan beer was excellent and our burgers were cooked to perfection. The service was excellent. I am hoping to take my wife here in the future.

First visit to Nando's. the staff were so welcoming. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Ordered meal and waited a very short time. Meal was great. Well cooked and very tasty. Felt very comfortable and staff regularly came past to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this branch of Nando's.

My colleague and I were chaperoning a group of High School students and tried to have a meal together several nights before, at another restaurant in town, and it was a disaster. We learned quickly that Nando's was a perfect restaurant for our group. Each individual had to pay when ordering, and paid separately. The waiters delivered the food items as they were ready, and that meant that the food was hot and ready to eat. There was enough food for everyone, and we finished about the same time. This was amazing considering there were about 30 of us! Thank you for being organized.
