Nandos in South Bucks

Was passing this Nando’s and as I wasn’t in a hurry,I decided to say hi again to this Nando’s and go back after it’s been quite some time since I visited this location.It was a lovely dinner,the lemon and herb chicken wings were delicious,the chips were delicious too and more delicious than usual actually though Nando’s chips are always delicious and the halloumi was delicious too.The sweet chilli dip also tastes delicious too,goes really well with the halloumi and I dipped so many of my chips in there as it adds so much flavour.Therefore there could be new menu item suggestion sweet chilli coated chips.Also the service was great too,very quick service,staff were friendly too.Also decor in here is fantastic and transports you to Portugal in the middle of a service station.I love the plants in the restaurant too,they are very nice.I love the walls,paintings and lights too.They have a sink in the restaurant which is good.The water machine is slightly different here as instead of pressing a button you pull a leaver and the ice cubes were bigger.But still a nice water.They even have an outdoor seating area which is nice to see especially in the 31 degree heat.I would recommend you wash you’re hands in the Nando’s sink if you are planing on washing you’re hands before eating,I would recommend you wash you’re hands here as the actual toilets are fine but the taps are very dirty in the services toilets,but Nando’s was much cleaner.They were well organised and had a wide range of condiments available.So lucky to have a Nando’s in Beaconsfield services and certainly very effective.Would highly recommend it

Great food and quick service, it was a good sit down meal in a service station that is much better than most. Have been here before and will definitely return in the future when I'm in the area.

My elderly mother and myself stopped at this nando's for lunch on the way up to Liverpool. We were greeted by the young man 'Adam' who went way out of his way to be friendly and helpful. The food arrived promptly, was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed. But it was the young man that impressed us so much, he is such a great ambassador for the firm with his cheerful demeanour. The whole restaurant was buzzing due to his effervescent personality. I hope he has a bright future ahead of him

Extra Services at Beaconsfield, has a Nando's with full seating etc. Great food as always, solid but tasty and good value.

the food was average. i have had better at different nandos branches. the staff were absolutely lovely and the only decent thing about the visit. if you are looking for a brilliant dining experience, i would suggest just driving the extra 5 miles up to High Wycombe and dining there. quite frankly, i would not recommend.

stopped here in July, expected it to be rammed but there was plenty of room available. food arrived quick and was great as we expected it. vegan chicken alternative was superb according to my partner!

Good service from Zak. He was good yes. Very much so ....... Nice lad and very understanding. Good food too. Average nandos visit but zaks service was good.

Had a really good meal, our server Jake was fantastic, friendly and exceeded our expectations all with a big smile. Will definitely be visiting again!

Arrived and was directed to 'check in via a QR code. I asked which app to use to check in with, I was informed...just 'use your camera'. I did, my camera wouldn't not connect to the 'check in. Meanwhile the Que behind me were being asked to check in and jumped ahead. When, I pointed out my frustration I was met again with the refrain 'just use your camera'. Eventually my 15 year old son whipped out his Apple phone and immediately 'checked in. We then went to the table to find the next QR code on the actual table wouldn't connect so we could order. Whilst Nando's are clearly saving money with fewer waiting staff, due to technology the service and system is horrible. Avoid like the plague, till this company realises there are other types of phone users. I left and grabbed a Leon which was fast, uncomplicated and VERY tasty.

Random stop. Seated fast, very friendly and helpful staff. Literally waited on hand and foot. To be honest, probably the best service Iv experienced in any NANDOS (or at least for so many years I can remember). Food was cooked really well. Great work to all, very happy!

First time visit to this service station, lots to choose from but decided on nandos. No queue to get in, although before entering you have to scan the QR code and join the virtual queue?! Anyway, orders are now done via phone by scanning the QR code. Food was delicious, the best nandos we have ever had, and plenty of it!

Ordered from here before and not had issues- this time my husband popped down for click and collect and when got back we realised that my daughters chicken was missing- Nando’s is her favourite and she has disabilities/learning difficulties so thought we would have major issues as a result of it missing- we phoned to say chicken was missing and got to say how well it was managed - thank you for handling it so well and perfect customer service reaction

Upon arrival, my two best friends and I were ecstatic to say the least about stopping in what could arguably be the best service station since sliced bread. If you are English and not proud of this service station you might need to grow up or go live in France. It is a national treasure. However and this is a big however, their could be a chink in Beaconsfields impressive steel forged armour. My friends and I decided to pick a food spot to appease our hangover. After heated debate we decided to put our peri peri chips on the famous (cheeky) Nando’s. Fair play cheeky Nando’s you and your staff had the “cheek” to give us the service from hell! See below for details: - Excessive questioning and riddle like entry process - Lack of WiFi and no phone signal - Expected us to order of phones.... go figure - Had to use our tired and hungover legs to walk to the counter and order - Starters arrives as pudding (they weren’t even sweet) - Quantity was lacking on mains for three burley and charming chins - Sauce bottles had crust on them #crustjugglerscafe - Table 25 could have kept her marital issues to herself - Lastly staff went missing like Man City’s Kevin DB in the champions league final. I will refrain by only giving one example. When asking for drinks fill ups she/he/it gave us a thumbs up and we never saw her again. We feel royally mugged off. Morale is low for the burley, charming chins. Apart from that an olive branch in the form of peri peri chips was gratefully received. Would recommend to a friend, family or foe.

Fantastic on every level, visit regularly and have never had a bad thing to say. Quick service, delicious food.

Was due a refund 3 weeks ago, and am still awaiting this. I appreciate there is a delay in the refund dates, however the lack of urgency from the staff in the restaurant is not appreciated. I have called a numerous of times to chase this, and due to hear back from the manager today - however my call has not been returned. They are well aware of my call and would rather me have a gift note, which makes me question their delay. Also the virtual queuing system isn’t great- waited an hour when told 20minutes, so just unrealistic expectations from the get go.

Great food Highly recommend to try their boneless grilled chicken and bowl of spycy rice, you will not be disappointed

This Nando’s is not an ordinary Nando’s the food has progressed soo much. It now only takes 15 minutes for the food to come out it is like no other the food is amazing, especially the wings and the sides are to die for and the peri peri chips are significantly better than the other Nando’s I have been to and they are not soggy

We eat at this Nando’s once a week. Had a house salad with chicken yesterday and it was totally different to usual. It was served on a flat plate instead of salad bowl, had a few slices of cucumber, not many tomatoes, 2 pepper strips and zero olives. Not one. They’re generally good but they must have realised the salad was sub-par and chose to serve it without explanation anyway. Don’t get complacent Nando’s Beaconsfield!

I have eaten twice here in the past two months.The chicken livers on both occasions was quite tasty.Sadly the chicken pieces were dry.After using Nando's on and off over a 25 year period in two African countries and the UK, it is obvious the normally beautifully cooked chicken moist chicken pieces are often over cooked. I watched what looked like already cooked chicken come out of a cupboard below the barbeque and be basted and tossed on the barbeque for a short time then served. Maybe that cupboard is a warmer and the chickens are becoming over cooked in them.I had similar experiences Nandos Worcester this year.Come on Nandos get back to serving moist chicken pieces again please.

Comer em fast foods nas estradas britânicas,é quase certeza de ser um mau programa.O Nando’s,foi uma honrosa exceção,suas asinhas de frango ,grelhadas com diversos temperos,são uma delicia (escolhi uma com limão),os acompanhamento,no caso um purê de batatas e uma coleslaw ,apenas razoáveis.Serviço ágil e preciso,preços razoáveis .

When I arrived there was nobody to tell you what to do. Luckily I have been to the counter before so I knew what to do. Giving a table number was a slight palava as someone took my table while I was ordering. Service friendly enough. Food was bought to my table. It tasted fine but could have been presented a bit better! There was a general issue with noise coming from the remainder of the service area - screaming kids at McDonald's etc. This is not a place for a quiet meal.

Its a really busy motorway service station at Beaconsfield on the M40 so its great to be able to get food to the standard of Nandos. Hot and spicy chicken in true Nandos style. The service staff were excellent and service was quite quick but we wanted a pause in our travels anyway so enjoyed the drink while we waited. Enjoy !!!!

Usually good service and great food here. Unfortunately on this occasion we were (not) greeted by a terrible host who had to be prompted by another staff member that we had arrived. He showed us to our table without a word or smile and without looking dumped the menus and left. As we were sat near the air-con and there were plenty of other tables we considered moving. The member of staff who showed us to our table was busy so we picked up our menus and cockerel stick and stood to move (this has never been an issue before) as quick as a flash the member of staff, now apparently very attentive, angrily told us that we ‘can’t just move’, snatched the stick from my hand and said ‘if you want another seat follow me’. We left instead as we certainly didn’t feel welcome. Very poor service.

Wasn't expecting much since most Nandos I've been to have not been the best experience, but there wasn't much choice at the service station we decided to go here. However, turned out to serve pretty great chicken burgers! Lots of flavour and good servings, alongside a good view of the nearby river, made this a memorable meal. If you are needing a break on the road this is the place to go!

The food was great and I loved we food. Hot chicken and great coleslaw with a lovely side salad. Butterfly chicken burger with awesome spicy mayo.We were seated very close to the pass which was a busy and a bit distracting at times but it's the motorway services so it's to be expected.

We come here an awful lot and food is always cooked lovely and the staff are helpful and polite. Sometimes the food comes out before we get back to the table after ordering . This review is mostly about the new manager Amar. We used to see Amar at Frankie and Benny’s when he worked there and he was always polite and friendly. Was really chuffed to see him working here as a manager, he remembered us and had a nice chat and made sure we were well looked after. He was in and out of the kitchen and seeing people to tables and was wherever he was needed which is great to see from a manager! I hope you enjoy your time at Nando’s Amar and I’m sure you’ll see us again soon!

We stopped for a bite to eat and found it to be one of the best Nandes we have eaten at. We will come back in the future.

Fast efficient service with a wide choice of dishes very good value for money. An excellent choice if you find yourself in this service station

Called in on way home from meeting. Service fine staff friendly. Had a chicken and Rice meal and Caesar salad with chicken. What a rip off the salad was, Hugh amount of lettuce about 8 croutons,a sprinkle of cheese and 4 pieces of chicken charge for the salad £10.30 what a rip off, come on Nando’s let’s be more reasonable here and charge a more realistic price.

Food is always excellent at Nando’s that’s why we love the place so much! Can’t go wrong! Although they could grill fresh corn on the cob instead of the one that’s vac packed. Believe me, customers know the difference and it’s not nice when you’re expecting it to be fresh!it happened on more than one occasion.

Fair price, helpful staff, quick food seated quickly..... not bad for a services. I would re-visit!!

Everybody in the region knows that Beaconsfield is the king of the motorway services....there is so much to choose from AND it has a pretty decent Spoons! I had been loads of times on the way down to London, but always had something quick like McD's etc. This time me and the old ball and chain had a bit of time to kill whilst driving to Heathrow so decided to try out the Nandos and it was really really good! I was sceptical at first, motorway services are not synonymous with quality eating, but the food was great - it is probably the best Nandos experience I have ever had. The staff were very nice, and considering how manically busy it must get, this is not to be overlooked. We were very happy with the experience and will deffo go again!

Very happy, but thought it was a strange suggestion my lad wanted to go to Nandos as its his Birthday and he lives not far away being in the motorway services is not ideal place but was pleasantly surprised .Shown to a table straight away quite a few tables available so we had a good choice away from the busy part at the front happy to oblige the waiter explained how to order once we selected our dishes we only had to wait 15 mins.young waitress came to our table asking if all was ok which we informed her we were happy had half chicken my lad a whole chicken good choice of foreign beers had one called 2M from Mozambique very tasty.Good value for large families or just the three of you, i had the coconut ice cream he had the caramel cheese cake,afterwards so full glad i wasn't driving, nice setting too you wouldn't imagine it was in a bustling motorway services station off the M40 would recommend to everyone :))

If you want to have a quick bite to eat, this is great. Food always served hot and quick. No complaints.

Ordered a take away and asked for the corn on the cob to be cut off the cob instead they just cut the corn in half! Asked again for it to be done and they said they couldn’t do it! I wasn’t impressed as I have this done in other Nando’s, it takes seconds to cut it off and pop in a rice take away box. The manager finally agreed and came back with it. When I opened it later it was a tiny amount of corn which wasn’t even half a corn on the cob. Something so simple couldn’t be sorted!!! It really disappointed me as it’s normally good Nando’s!

This branch of Nandos is by far the worst one I have been to! (I have been to many!).

Think nandos is the best thing to happen to motorway services. I was in heaven beats the usual fast food chains. This was great. Served quickly with food cooked to perfection.

This is local for me and I tend to order online and pick up, the food is then good (just check your order before you leave as they do tend to miss items out). Eating in is hit and miss. We have had food left on the hot plate for quite some time and I have refused it, I expect fast food to be fresh and hot and it concerned me! Service is great if the bloke manager is in, if it’s the woman the service is shocking

Lovely, quick good. Was prepared well, and tasted great. The staff was also really welcoming and helped us with getting the best for our money. Overall great experience.

Perfect food as usual with great tasting chicken and exquisite corn on the cob! It’s a good place as it can be reached quickly from the surroundings and parking is free while you are eating whilst in town you have to pay for parking.

Called into Beaconfield Services on the M4. Lots of food outlets to choose from but tonight we decided to try Nandos. The service was quick and when the fo0od arrived it was hot and very tasty. The tables were clean and restaurant tidy. We have been to quite a few Nandos and I must admit it was the best food we have had. Well worth a visit

We visited the Beaconfield Services Nandoes for lunch on our way to our Cotworlds holiday destination. We had four meals. Half a roast chicken, a prego steak roll and two 5 chicken wing meals with seasoned chip's and coleslaw and thoroughly enjoyed our mealz. All...

We love our Nando's, and we're not let down by our meal , waiting a little while to be seated, but when it arrived it was up to Nando's normal standard, excellent.

Good service. The food was ok (a bit cold) as it had been sitting on the counter for a while before it was bought out. Generally ok quality, although it was busy when we went.

I visited Nando's for the first time since being diagnosed with coeliac, I had been loads before the diagnosis. As soon as I told them I had coeliac the manager was called over and over saw my order and made sure that I was able to eat what I ordered. They got out a folder which shows all the allergens in there food and checked the rice for me. They then clean down a section of the grill and cooked my food on this to ensure there was no cross contamination of gluten. This is the first time I have eaten out since finding out and Nando's did an amazing job in making me feel comfortable that I was not going to get sick.

Stopped here to Introduce my friends to Nandos. They loved the food and some of the staff were amazing. The staff incharge of seating did not look happy bit grumpy

I tried it for the first time and it was nice but I would prefer breakfast from Wetherspoon over Nando's but it was good for something different.

Let's start with a positive, got served really quickly and the food was as good as always. While eating our food most the staff were crowded round a table with what looked like a mother's meeting, high fiveing each other and giving man hugs. When they finally came to get our plates I asked why they were doing it as it looks unprofessional. He didn't have an answer then said it was because they were doing hand over. In my opinion it should be done out the back with management not everyone who works there. Will happily return to nandos just not this one

Stopped here and introduced my Dad to Nandos - he's a notorious fuss pot when it comes to eating out, but this hit the right mark!- Good staff- Friendly service- Good food- Arrived quickly- Staff were attentive and efficient. We left feeling satisfied and my Dad announced he'd definitely try Nandos again - success!

Went here as no parking again at the Royal Standard PubWaited for only 5 minutes to get a table, cheerful welcome and menu came straight away.Ordered food and only wanted 12 minutesWe had double butterfly burgers, fries, spicy fries and house coleslaw plus the renowned Medium Peri Peri sauce.Really tasty food, great service, bargain £25 for 2.Why not give it a try?

Visited here at the start of a long 7 hour drive. It wasn't particularly busy and there was only 2 of us. They sat us within a large booth table which is good as there is nothing worse than being cramped on a tiny table as i've experienced in other Nandos restaurants even when there are plenty of large tables free. Usual tasty chicken, food came very quickly and staff were very friendly. If I was being really picky I would say that the wait to be served at the till was probably a little longer than average & they should have had more than 1 person on the till because the person in front of us took forever to order. However other than that... a great visit & I would certainly recommend :)

Every weekday you come tired home from work and sometimes late as well. You come home to have your regular old meal, but why not to change that. With the addition to Nandos in the Beaconsfield Services you can enjoy a meal with free wifi even if you come back from work late. And as well as the brilliant catering you also get amazing staff who always chose to welcome and serve you with nothing other than a big smile on their face. So the next time you are feeling Hungary after a tired and hard work day why not pop-over and brighten up your day?

This is a large, well run NandosThe Services was extremely busy on Friday 29 July in the evening but I was served very quickly at the till and my food was hot, fresh and tasted great - this was served not long after I ordered itStaff were very friendly and helpful too

I eat in this nandos regularly because it is based in the service station and I drive the m40 a lot. The food is as expected, like all restaurants. However I've had a few problems with getting the wrong meal and the chicken being burnt. But whenever I have complained, the staff handle it really well.You get great service in this place, every time.

We had just travelled from Southern France and had got off the eurotunnel so thought we'd stop here to have a break and feed our hunger but not add too much time on to our remainder of journey.Firstly, we were waiting at the front of the store for a few minutes before we were even acknowledged and asked if we wanted a table.My fiancee went to queue up and there was one person on the tills so there was a long wait then. When she got there she was mid sentence ordering food when the guy serving her started having a chat with his mate about something irrelevant.We ordered the red pepper dip which usually at other nando's you'd receive before you got back from filling up your glasses but we were waiting 20 minutes for it and the pitta was cold and we only got it because we asked the same member of staff twice! I spilled some red pepper dip and went to get tissues to only find there wasn't any, I asked a member of staff for some and they said they'd get me some and either forgot or couldn't be bothered.We ended up getting our main 45-50 minutes after ordering which for Nando's is a complete joke. There seemed to be one plain dressed woman, I presume she was the head of everyone, she was run off her feet, and the staff didn't care one bit. The amount of people who had to wait to get seated just because no one was there to welcome them.They need to get rid of the terrible staff and get some order in there. Worst Nando's I've ever been to by far

Nando's charges a premium for their food why cannot they employ capable staff!!!It's really not the first time we had poor service from Nando's, they have a reasonably good brand and product but service let's them down.It is sad to see that there is NO drive towards customer service, even if contact Nando's Head Office. "We apologise and will speak to store management" Guys it is still not improving!! Try and find a contact number for Nando's Customer Care Line in store or on your receipt, it feels like they know its a problem and make it difficult to speak to a person directly rather let the paying customers email them or search for number on the web.Please get your act together........!!!Will be interesting see if someone from Nando's will even reply, looking at previous post seems like it does not phase them at all.I am not slating the product just extremely frustrated with poor service. If you visit I would just make sure you make the staff and management aware that you not going to tolerate poor service.Enjoy, hope you have a better experience than us.

Been here twice in the space of a month, first time we went we waited about 45 mins for food. We thought this was a one off, until the next time we came we waited 1 hour for the food and our halloumi was missing. The waiter assured us it hadn't been forgotten and would be out soon.15 mins later still never arrived, so went to counter to ask they said its on its way. We finally received the halloumi once we had finished our meal!When the waiter came over to ask how our meals were we expressed our disappointment at our time we had to wait for the meals and halloumi.He was very apologetic and said he would get something done about it and asked me to leave my name and tel number on the receipt and leave it with him when we left.It's a services and correct me if I'm wrong but people stop off for food and continue on to there next destination, which no doubt most people are in a rush.Most nandos we go to are extremely busy and food comes out within 30mins.After leaving my details I am yet to get a call.

Stood at entrance waiting to be seated for 5 mins so asked someone and they said just seat ourselves. 5 mins later we were moaned at for not waiting by another member of staff!!! What happened to the customer being right?Every spare table was uncleared probably about 20 tables, so we cleared it ourselves. No sign of anyone actually tidying up.Place was filthy! Staff rude. Food bearly average.Staff need training on customer service and more staff need to working the floor. They couldn't cope with demand.Shall not be returning. Not a pleasant experience.

Arrived around 7pm at the Beaconsfield services a place equipped with Mcdonalds, KFC, Whetherspoons, Starbucks and Nandos. Probably better choice than most northern towns and a population to boot. Asked for a table and waited 5 mins. Taken to our table, I could already make out the over abundance of take away orders waiting to be shipped out on the hot plate and staff erratically running around. After two take away customers (obviously they are the priority) pushed in front of me I was finally served. Placed the order and headed back to my table. This place is small for a nandos and really isn't comfortable at really busy times. The table was too small for me and the other person in my party and we struggled to fit everything on our table (I stress that our order wasn't particularly hefty)After 40 plus minutes the food arrived and it wasnt just us that was disgruntled with waiting for what is just glorified fast food that they bring to your table.The place is too small for such a busy place on peak times, so people have cottoned on and decided to call ahead for take away. This has a direct effect on customers dining in and makes food waiting times despicably long. The place cant handle the demand of operating to a satisfying level so why operate at all. Don't go when its busy, you have more chance of meeting the pope than getting a table. Next time I shall endeavor to have a microwaved meal at the whetherspoons.

Having eaten in about 20 different Nandos, I can safely say that the service in this one is amongst the worst. It took over 35 minutes for my food to come out when my friend, who ordered at the same time, was served after 20. When I went to enquire after half an hour, my wings were still on the grill. The staff here need to get their act together, they didn't seem to know what was going on and we had to wait ages at the counter before our order was taken. At a service station, you expect to be served relatively promptly, and a couple on the adjacent table also complained about the slow service. I won't be coming back to this one.

Perfect place to put a nandos pretty much in the middle of my journey from Oxford to Gatwick, couldn't be better placed! :)

Poor customer service . Called in for a takeaway which would be ready in 15 min. On pick up a delay of nearly 40 min. No apologies from staff.

Despite living close by to Uxbridge we now choose to travel a little further to this one.It's never as busy I don't think we have ever had to wait longer than 15 minutes for a table. The service has always been great with our food served so quickly and is always great. Surprisingly the best Nandos I've been too being in a service station and we are regulars and this is now our favourite.

The Nandos at Beaconsfield services was the first place I had it it was so good I look for Nandos in other places.

One table left, we were sent to the place only to be told we wil have to wait 30 minutes before any food could come. Expressing my 'surprise', we got the standard patronising, 'but we are very busy, you see'. They could no care less and we were misled about the waiting. Sorry, all yours...

Having been before decided to stop off for a meal whilst en-route to Heathrow. I must say our experience was not good this time. Service was slow and the quality was not what we have come to expect from Nandos, probably the worst we have ever had. Disappointed

The food was ok but as we go to nandos quite often it was not the best we have had been, as my friend waited for 25 minutes this is not acceptable. We did not once get asked if everything was ok with the food, which is something that shocked us! When we complained to the manager all he done was make excuses and did not even apologies. Will not be coming back here!

Never had a Nando's before. My mates rave about it but I have never felt the need to go.We stopped on the way to our destination the previous day, so planned a stop on the way home on this journey. We were going to go for a more fast foody option. However I didn't want all that grease.I was waiting outside the Nando's for my wife and children, who wanted a McDonalds. So had got them a nugget meal each. I asked the Nando's staff member if they could eat that in the restaurant while we ate our food. Was no problem and the waiter was really polite.It's alot more expensive than the fast food alternative but healthier too. I had the 1/2 chicken with medium sauce, corn on the cob and spicy rice. The food was hot and tasty. Not sure it was as good as people rave about and there is alot of hype but I would go back and eat there again.

Arriving at the Beaconsfield Services, we were confronted by the usual food court, but tucked away on one side was Nandos - comfortable seating and a bit more privacy and quieter than the central area of the food court. The menu was the standard fare from this chain, but it was tasty and a lot healthier than the alternative options. Would eat here again on a long journey.

We arrived here after a very long way it's an ok place you are welcomed by happy staff but you have to look at the menu then get up and order then when it's ready after going back to your table you have to collect it at least we did and the food was better than anything else like McDonald's Kfc etc but it's to expensive for what it is but that's just my opinion if you like it that's good too.

Having eaten many times (6?) at the Nandos at Beaconsfield services, it is normally good.Although the last time I visited the service was painfully slow and when the food arrived some of the chicken pieces where cold, whereas other pieces where hot!

Nandos works - the food is super tasty, well prepared and pleasantly different to all the other comparable offerings which tend to be largely Italian in theme. The M40 Services is a good break before hitting the M25 or heading home to Gloucester but one has never been spoilt for choice. The floor manager who greeted and seated us was charming and helpful and the food came quickly in site of us being warned that it could take up to 25 minutes. One of very few examples of successful under-promising and over-delivering and it was good. The chicken thigh menu options are excellent - tasty and succulent. The mango juice and fresh lemonade always hits the spot and the sides were as good as ever - the grilled veg is a nice new option and the sweet potatoes work well with the chicken. What impressed us was not only the good value but the very quick and friendly service - it always surprises me how we never expect this but it is certainly both impressive and appreciated.

Everything about Nandos is formulated, from the food to the service. So the upside is you always get a great tasting Chicken and service with a smile. The Bottomless soft drinks are great value, hopefully in the future every Restaurant will offer this (wishful thinking), Beaconsfield Nandos is the best offering at the Service Stop.

It was a welcome relief to see a Nandos at a service station in the midst of other fast food chains, and it did not disappoint. Very lively interiors, quick service, eager staff and tasty food. The only sight negative would be that the chicken in the chicken salad was a bit cold but tasted alight. Over all probably the best option at Beaconsfield service station and well worth it.

Idea location to take a break or fill up with fuel if you are travelling up North or South. Good selection of restaurants & reasonably priced -not too expensive.

I visited Nando's with my friend yesterday and only waited for 5 mins to be seated. Our food arrived promptly and the waiter was lovely. I love visiting Nando's at the service station, as there is lots of parking with other attractions.. very welcoming!!

What can you say, a nandos in a services on the M40. Delicious food, served with a smile. Ordered a butterfly chicken which was lovely, not dry like I've at some restaurants in the past, staff where friendly, even got my NHS discount at the services. All in all a great mean

Came here as i was amazed that their was a nandos in a service station! After a long day at thorpe park we decided come here, Food was excellent, staff were very friendly and attentive, the downside that their was no Hallumi cheese :( But this didnt spoil my experience

Me and my boyfriend went here shortly after it opened. We went late lunch time on a Saturday and ordered 2 main meals. We waited for 40 minutes when my boyfriend saw his meal on the side waiting under the heat. It sat there for 10 minutes when we got fustrated and my boyfriend had had enough so we went to the counter, the woman behind the till did apologise and called the manager who was very apologetic and agreed that 50 minutes was too long to wait. He refunded the money. Then offered to get us a voucher for a free meal for 2, he left and again we waiting for 15 minutes but he never came back. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Not the best service to be honest and closes early plus opens late . Nice idea but does not work too well . ££££ for what it is

The chicken was superb and we had to order more (however they forgot it). Despite this the food was amazing, hot and fresh. What better to eat Nandos on the way to Birmingham from London. This will be my regular put stop. Well done

It was New Years Day when we went to have a meal at Nandos and I was served the most amazing cappuccino by one of the female waitresses ever!!! It had soo much froth that I could literally scoop it all the way to the bottom; nom, nom!

I live close, so very easy to get to. Baring in mind its a service station, this Nandos is better than the ones you have at the high street. I would reccomend people to go to this one, even when there busy they still manage to get the food done quick. Staff are friendly and service is great.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this particular nandos. A group of friends and I decided to take a trip to nandos, we all only live 10 minutes away from the services. We have been to this particular one many times with no faults. The night we went it wasn't very busy, we sat down decided what we wanted and proceeded to go to order. We all ordered at the same time, I got a chicken salad. About 10 minutes went past and our food was brought out to us, or so I thought. The three friends who I went with all got their dishes, apart from me. Another ten minutes of waiting went past so I told them to start eating otherwise it would be cold. 25 minutes later, my friends have now finished their food and mine is yet to appear. We called over a waitress and asked to speak to the manager.A young guy, maybe 20-25 appeared, you could not tell he was the manager, we actually thought he was a guest! He asked us what the problem was and we told him. The attitude we received from him was absolutely disgusting. Not only did we not get one single apology, he then argued with me and began saying how because it was busy and we ordered at different times that was what the problem was, which we replied saying that wasn't the case as we ordered all together. We then asked what could be done to rectify the issue, he said and I quote 'there's nothing I can do about it'. By this point we were all absolutely fuming. Another waitress came over after he left (with still no apology!) and asked us what the issue was. She was an absolute diamond, she apologised over and over again, she gave us a little card with a website address on to complain to, she then gave us all pots to help ourselves to free yoghurt. I was even more surprised to find she had only been working there for TWO WEEKS and they were letting this idiot be the manager.Due to this experience I will not be visiting this Nandos again as the service we received of the manager was appaling.

Love Nandos but not this one! Service isn't great as the staff seem to be wondering around, food not so great either don't understand why because you would think it shouldn't be any different to any other Nandos? Given this particular Nandos a benefit of doubt on many occasions but it's always manages to disappoint, it has actually put me off Nandos completely

Stopped on the way back from London (after 2 hours trying to get out of the city) and were pleasantly surprised to find a Nandos at the services (we were expecting to have to make do with the usual fast food offerings). Food was typical Nandos fayre, as was the service. Only downside was the staff weren't very good at getting the food ready at the same time. My wife's chicken was sat on the hot plate for over 5 minutes before my food joined it and was ready to be served. The garlic bread was stored in a tray on the hotplate so had gone a bit dry which was a shame as the rest of the food was nice. Prices fair for a service station!

fantastic service , fantastic food.Healthy as well.Nandos chichen beats the other famous fast food retailers and restaurants because their chicken is never fried in deep fat.

Have visited this nandos many times as its near where we live. The restaurant like all of the chain has very nice food. Generally here the staff are friendly and helpful. However as it situated in a busy motor way service area which means that often the restaurant is very busy. Meaning often long waits for a table and a long que for food when there. Also, it's always very loud in there because of its presence in the service station. Food does seem to take a long time to come but is very nice when it arrives. All in all, a good restaurant, just very busy. But that's not there fault. :)

Nice place, muy better looking than the one in Princes Hwy, Narre Warren. I called the N. W. restaurante about 35 times and it was always "busy" seemed to me that someone took the phone off the hook! (Happened before) I really needed to order chicken that night, to take it to my daughters cause we were visiting, lucky for me there was this one in Packenham, a little far away but at least I was able to buy it!

A lovely Nandos! Smaller than your usual Nandos restaurants but that's to be expected in a service station. Nice view especially if you go through to the back, there are some lovely couple booths with a view of the lake. Have also ordered take away from here and was ready by the time I drove up there which was about 15mins. Staff are friendly and the food is your usual standard that you would expect at a Nandos restaurant. Would eat here again as is easy to get to, free parking and once your inside you forget your in a service station!

We tried to eat at this Nandos within the Services on the M40 at beaconsfield on three consecutive nights while staying at the nearby Ibis budget hotel.The first night we waited 15 minutes for a table only to be told once seated that their was a 30 minute plus wait for food. So we went next door! We could see multiple empty tables in need of clearing, but little clearing going onThe Second night we were told a 15 minutes wait for a table and then that their was a 30 minute plus wait for food. So we went next door!The third night having got board with next door and partly for the joke of it we went back to Nandos for the third time we waited the 15 minutes for the table and were again told at least 30 minutes for food once ordered... Again we could see empty tables...This night we waited, we barely had time to eat our starter of Olives before the food arrived...You need to get a grip of this Nandos. You are loosing customers in a place with multiple choices of other foods within a 30 second walk!The food when it arrived was a pretty good version of Nandos standard. The chicken livers were excellent and the "Boneless Platter" much better than our regular Nandos. The service was very good attentive but not too attentive.This place would rate an excellent from me if they could get over this having to wait thing they seem to have.
