I ate the the worst chole bhature in my whole life that i bought from Nandani's.

poor quality food not even cooked properly prontha had no stuffing in just corn flour. not worth spending money at this shop 🤬🤬😤🤧

I had 2 punjabi Samosas take away, they were excellent, very tasty. Service very good and friendly.

Got samosa was told it fresh, there is a rancid oil taste. Wil never go to Nandini again

Very bad experience recently. I took gujiya which were on the higher side first. Secondly, the filling was awful and they were like rocks. Extremely disappointed. They should work on the same.

David puri and Vada pav is good.

Food is very expensive campare to the nearby restaurant..if food was tasty I wouldn’t mind paying for it. we ordered lot of stuff like messal vada pav, paneer dosa, chole batura, cheese sandwich and tea. Messal pav (bread) was very dry and not fresh, chole was too watery, cheese sandwiche was little better.

Their price for the sweets are on the higher side compared to other sweet shops nearby. Samosas and Jalebi are also expensive. In Hayes you can buy samosas for sixty pence each but here they charge one pound.

I visit this place often order pranthas it was uncooked old filling inside .tables were full with dirty dishes.no hygiene at all after paying double price for food.I will not visit in future

We bought bada pav they gave us horrible pre made food I had really bad stomach ache. Would not reccomend the food quality

Ordered Shahi Paneer and rice from Nandini Restaurant, but unfortunately, the Shahi Paneer was spoiled. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they insisted it was made that way and were quite rude. Disappointed by their response and the lack of a refund offer. Spending money here without receiving proper hospitality is truly disappointing.

Worst vegetable Noodles I have ever had. Soo oily….. it seems they have mixed plain noodles with already cooked vegetables. The oil tasted bad as it was not blended properly in the noodles. It was not freshly cooked.

I've been a loyal Nandani customer since 2015, but my recent experience was disappointing. I purchased four packs of rasmalai for Bhai Dooj, and all were spoiled—sour taste, strange odor, and thick milk. It not only ruined our celebration but raised concerns about quality control. I hope Nandani addresses these issues promptly.

The basic hygiene was missing and sweets which were in the display gave a very bad impression. We specifically went to try chhole Bhature which was ok ok but idli and Vada pao were cold and couldn't be eaten. We spent around GBP40 but felt it was wasted. Kids tried to use the washroom but it was so stinky that they preferred not to.

It’s my first time to visit nandini restaurant with my family. The food is amazing and delicious here and service i also good. I recommend to all that must visit this place.

Paid £7.50 for a very tiny plate of Papdi chat. Tooo expensive and the outside sitting area was not clean either.

I ordered the Pau Bhaji, absolutely delicious, As I was waiting for my order alot of customers were ordering the Vada Pav which seemed very popular so I will try that next time I visit.

When it comes to Jelebis! This a must try place! And another feather to their cap is their unique noodle samosas! Just mind blowing! Staff are amazing and helpful. Their Masala tea is like heaven on earth.

Really nice place to shop sweets for home festival. The taste is really the sweet. I also like to thank the staff working there for the time they gave in letting me know the sweet knowledge. It was really great shopping over here. There are variety of sweets available here. They even offer dine in service which is also a plus point. Thank you.

Expensive and Doesn’t know how to treat a customer. Really bad . We drove nearly 30mints to reach there to have breakfast from the Airport on a peak time . Was so disappointed .

Bought dhokla today , for £4.35 it was around 4 pcs , which I think I expensive for steam besan, tasted and it was old and tasted like old mould, also bought about £4 worth veg pakora , these taste odd and not good the texture more like spong cake then pakora, all in all also had bought 4 pcs of gulab jamun which came to 3.85 , these were okayish. All in all not worth the money at all

Food wasn’t tasty, also sold wrong dish and when I complained about it she joked about the mistake. Utterly poor customer service.

Popped in on the way home. Was craving some kind of Indian food & couldn't be bothered to go to southall & both hubby & me were greatly pleased. Chana bhatura was good, bhatura was fresh & not oily at all. The chana was ok & a bit more on the oily side. Vada pav was perfect - all flavours & sauces as they should be & not at all dry. Samosa chaat was very tasty, again very full of flavours & all the right sauces. I ordered a chai whilst waiting- tea was piping hot & tasted good too. Mini rasgulla were tasty, mini gulab jamun were slightly lacking in taste for me. Looking forward to going back 🙂

Worst customer service The receptionist seems to be working for a long time with them. But very poor in communication and has a very bad attitude problem. Didn’t smile or acknowledge when I thanked. Rude behaviour. Though we like the food, we hesitate to go here because of the bad experience.

Visit was not so worth serving customers with long waiting time. Even though store wasn’t busy. Tidiness needs to improve and staff needs to vigilant and fast.

Young lady at reception had worst customer service . She barely says thankyou and sorry if u buy anything she will fight over to give free sauces i recently ordered 2 vadapav and one samosa and gave cold samosa child is uncovered and not even she reheats in micro vada how could a person eat without sauces which should be complementary she is so robotic nvr smiles feels always so uncomfortable to face her .some customer service tactics should be taught to her to say thankyou ,sorry, a good smile makespeople welcome . Only thing that make me go is thier food rest the customer service of their lady is horrible and pathetic . Moreover she has ego issues and her tone. Of speech is so rough seems like she is the principle and v r students . Nandini if u r reading my post now its time to replace your recptionist as she is not attracting customer . Don't expect the Indian taste for chole bhature and samose. Try bread pakode they are still good.

Ordered takeaway food - all the curries made out of old used oil - dal makhani almost taste of some left over sweet from this shop used up.. shahi paneer is running watery with again bad flavour.. worst exp .. question is how can you sell this stuff .. don’t you guys feel you are cheating your customer.. request to others pls dont waste your money at this shop.

I trusted to love this place but the standard is going down and prices are going unreasonably up. Plus some of the stuff would literally fight with you for a chutney and charge you for that

The Vada Paav and their Mirchi are great. As close as it get to Mumbai style Vada paav.

What an amazing wee shop with such a nice lady serving us at the front desk. All the Mithai and snacks were super fresh and so tasty. We also sampled some of the food in the pure vegetarian restaurant and it was delicious. The multi paratha 🫓 was just like what my mum makes at home and the chai was also very authentic. Thank you, highly recommend.

This place does the whole range of Indian sweets and pastries. Their samosa selection includes Punjabi style, spicy, paneer and regular, and these are my favourite items in the shop, alongside their most delicious tamarind sauce. There is also an attached restaurant that serves a vegetarian menu. Secure bicycle parking can be provided by the benches just outside.

If there is negative star... I prefer to give -10.... Horrible service... Horrible food... Over priced... Don't go here even if you don't have any other option... I have never asked for free items or refunds... I was just expecting simple sorry from your side... I wish I could have given them a negative rating, as they deserve this, the worst quality ever. Bad experience from within the shop as the lady on the counter have got no etiquettes that how to treat a customer, as she kept on asking me to order even after telling her that i am waiting for my husband whilst i was waiting i saw two men coming in the shop, they were seemed very hardworking and tired, they ordered something and requested the same lady if they can sit and have their food but she was so rude and refused them to have it in the restaurant saying there is a cleaning going on, i wanted something for my 2 years old son and chose to have a small portion of shahi paneer though she was filling it only with the pieces of paneer i requested her to add some grave, she then poured the whole bowl back in the dish and put back just couple of panner pieces and gravy, and when i came home and opened the container which was a very bad quality one and when I opened the container what i saw was very surprising that the quantity was just like nothing for a portion for £3.50. And icing on the cake was the bad taste of so called shahi paneer. Dont recommend anyone to have a food from this restaurant. I have attached a photo for a reference. Worst service, worst food i have ever experienced. 😫

Very unhygienic place. During this covid times they dont even wipe table for the next customer. And prices are way too high.. When you pay that price you expect good service. Even the cutlery looks so dirty.

Omg I had to delete my last post due to this restaurant giving me samosas at a £1 each and right for an Asian that's a little high than usual but that's not what I'm rewriting my post for real reason is I was about take a bite when I thought let me get a bit of the oil off due to they had not long been freshly fried and its common sometimes they are still

This is a nice and clean place to buy..only downfall that there is only one staff serving and there is a long wait.

Few items slightly over priced else good...

Purchased VEG Biryani for only meal for my lunch break. Biryani was extremely spicy, I could not taste anything. Had to throw away Biryani as started to giving me chest burn after having few spoons, even with Yogurt. You would not be able to eat on its own. They don't provide Yogurt with it. I won't be going there again. Previously they disappointed me with soggy, thick Jalebi's

Food was average, customer service was not great, lots of confusion and no clarity on on prices. Prices are much higher than the cached website advertises, portion sizes are small. No distancing in the shop, hygiene is questionable.

Huge Difference in actual price the the online Menu Please ask them the prices before you order. I order aloo & gobi paratha which is priced £2.99 & when I go to collect it they charged me £4 each

Me being from africa, i was a bit unsure with walking into an asian oriented shop, but lo, I was assisted by a lovely lady, and the food oooh the food.. Delicious and fulfilling. Defo going back when in the area. They should open a branch in wokingham.

Love the Punjabi samosas here & their mithai is awesome, they even sell home made yummy pickles, friendly staff always. Also cater for parties (pure vegetarian food) They were crazy busy on Diwali but still smiling & serving you. My local shop. Thank you for being there. 2021 - Standard, Service & flavours have dropped after lifting of National Lockdown due to Covid 19 especially for the Savoury Snacks, even spice levels have become milder, the Mithai’s are still good & the shop is always busy..

Cheap, cheerful. Good for vegetarians and loads of choice. Not sure how fresh everything is. Pakoras were a little dry.

I have bought sweets couple of times and few of them(kalakand,kala jamun) are good though expensive. Today I thought i would try Indian curry and took small(2.5£ each) mix veg and veg Biriyani . Mix veg was ok but the Biriyani was minimum 2-3 days old(I can bet my money on this) and was stinking. Rice was hard as stone. I’ll never try any Indian curry there ever again..yakkk!!!!...for a small glass of faluda they charge more than 4£!!!

Horrible Dhokla - totally dry and stale, horrible Pubjabi samosas - with Alu stuffing of poor quality and the daal rotli - very forgettable. Wont recommend at all.

Didn’t spend very long here but a quick bite of the samosa chaat was pretty good. I’m guessing the neighbourhood has more, equally good desi food options as there’s a big chunk of desis around.

Nice veg Indian restaurant. Many varieties of sweets and snacks are available but my personal favourite is masala tea with samosa, chole bhatura, aloo poori and different types of parathas. Note: Prices for dine-in is higher than take-away.

This place is absolute scam online they show £5 for tali in the shop they charge u £7 everywhere around London any Indian takeaway won’t charge you more then £4.50 or £5 the tali. The food was not fresh especially there veg smells like is been there for a good one week no hygiene measures in the shop Definitely not recommend you guys this Resturant.

I have eaten many a times in Nandini's.I have tried punjabi samosa's , many curies, samosa chat, dosa everything is tasty and reasonable. The service is really quick and the hygiene level is well maintained. I am a pure vegetarian so I have got one more reason to like this place.

Terrible place, slow service £5 for a cheese sandwich, £12 for 8 pieces of Besan (an Indian sweet). Our drinks arrived after our food was finished, dessert arrived first. Lot better places to eat in Hayes and don't rip you off.

Was very pleasantly surprised by this place! Such a good value for the money and a clean and cheerful atmosphere. Huge variety and the food appeared quickly.

100% Vegetarian food including very popular Indian Street food dishes, cooked in home style. Very welcoming staff behind counter. They have tradition and authentic currys + street food dishes + indian sweet. They have restaurant area and also do takeaways. Washroom available in restaurant area. Excellent place and highly recommended.
