Breakfast baguette with everything in it. Shame about the bacon, considering the price they charge for this they should at least use freshly cooked bacon in the morning instead of using yesterday’s leftovers, it looked and tasted like a used leather sole from the shoe shop next door, should do better considering the competition in the high street……

Hands down the best pizza in town! The crust is perfectly crispy, the cheese is gooey, and the toppings are fresh and flavourful. Plus, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. A must-visit for any pizza lover! Now i am regularly customer of Pizza hut and I avoid to go somewhere else for even try new!

Ordered a simple pepperoni pizza but the bread of the pizza had a funny smell.

I would like to share my experience the Ruislip Manor Pizza Hut was the best best for pizza and also for service . I ordered veggie sizzler it was very nice and testy and hot and it was yummy 😋 Whenever I came there always one lady is there Maybe her name is………Riyaa She’s was very Friendly. And she explains in a very nice way and always she’s smiling 😊 I ordered 5 times and now I m the regular customer of the pizzahut I loved the pizza Thank you such good service for customer and good staff.

Charged me twice for delivery. One margarita and one ham,mushroom and pepper pizza and chips £43......unbelievably expensive for mediocre pizza's.

Poor customer service in Ruislip Manor Shop!! Zero serieusity. Late and not informing the customer .Tried to contact the shop, but they refused to answer.The order was late, and nobody was inn .They marked the order as delivered! Totally dissatisfied. Not recommended !!

The food is good, delivery is usually on time. But it’s the only pizza hut within a 10 mile radius that does open for lunch. All other pizza hut opens at 11am-12pm. But the Ruislip Manor branch opens at 3pm? 🗿🗿🗿🗿🗿

Driver was very rude.Also the package was open and food tasteless.

Ordered deal with pizza and upgraded to cheesy garlic bread side. However they had no garlic bread and sent potato wedges instead. They did not call about the substitution nor did the delivery driver mention it. Had to call to find out was told it was the same price, but it is not. Potato wedges as a substitute for garlic bread may be acceptable but not for the more expensive cheesy version.

My pizza was ready but it took them 7 minutes to serve. The guys kept looking at me and ignoring me. One of them said my pizza is not ready and went back inside. Guys inside kept chatting amongst themselves

Now over an hour and a half after placing my order, still no food. No updates via the app and absolutely nowhere near the advertised delivery time. Very misleading. At this point I still have no idea if the food will arrive or not. Keep ringing the restaurant which goes to a Lyca mobile voicemail. Do not make the same mistake as me when there are so many better choices in the area!

Delivered very promptly and the delivery driver Owen was very friendly, he asked me if I'd been waiting long and checked that I had the box held comfortably before he passed it over - these small things made a big difference. Food was very good and a nice temperature when I took out of the box. Thank you I will definitely be ordering from Pizza Hut more in the future!

Don't pay attention to the time when looking add another hr and half

I'm on the phone to them now. I've just called 12 rimes in a row and no answer with being hung up on once. Clearly some prat is there but not answering. They seem so lazy but surprisingly the pizza is very nice when collecting yourself.

Rubbish service Won't order again

Arrived early and hot! Ordered a pepperoni & veg sizzler pizzas with wedges and wings - it was all great.

The quality of the food was great, however we ordered the pizzas at 17:10 with an estimated delivery time at 18:10-18:30. They didn't turn up till 19:10. My wife called the restaurant at 18:30 to find out how much longer the order would be. The member of staff who she spoke to said I'll just find out for you and then put the phone down on her. So she had to recontact the restaurant only to be told they hadn't even started the order.

I received the wrong pizza!!! I got margarita not vegetable supreme. I called and received no satisfaction very hard to understand…when I have proof in email confirmation of what I ordered!

Didn't provide all items, called to ask for the extra item as it might have been an honest mistake only to be told I didn't pay for it even though it was charged on the bill they gave me

Order never appeared.... Pizza Hut would not answer the phone for one and half hours, even though they are supposed to be open and taking orders. Not the first time this has happened with them but it is the last. The worst Pizza Hut franchises I have dealt with.

No ANSWER I rang regarding a dietary requirement and no one picked up the phone i rang 4 times!!! Not sure if this is how you run business but expected more from a Pizza Hut store. Hence the 1 Star

My whole order was cold and I was missing one pizza.

Wrong item sent and just sat won’t allow me to complain/refund

Ordered 2 medium pizzas and they both arrived with no tomatoe sauce base. 1hr30min plus wait for delivery, for what? Some warm bread with cheese and toppings thrown on it! When speaking to pizza hut they said to take it up with just eat. Did they put the order together. What a joke.

Missing a drink, notes was ignored and couldn't call them, pretty terrible customer service. Not the first time either.

I had a text at 7.44 to say my food is on its way. At 8.15 the driver called to ask where I live. Pizza was cold. Wedges had sweated out. Really disappointed.

Food over 45 minutes late. Called the restaurant 3 times. Not a word of English made the call extremely difficult. 1st answered and said on the way. Obviously wasn't. 2nd time no answer and 3rd was to say on the way. Appalling to wait on a Monday night for over 90 minutes nearly 2 hours for a pizza. Refund please

Really disappointing experience overall. After a very tiring day and not in the mood or have the energy to cook, we decided to treat ourselves with a takeaway. We chose Pizza Hut as its been quite while since ordering with them. I really wish we hadn't, the food arrived late and there was an item missing and after calling out to the driver ( who was really kind and helpful) he told us to phone Pizza hut, which we did. Only to be told by their member of staff they had run out of that particular item and couldn't help us and contact Just Eat. I really would have thought they should be able to contact us beforehand, surely there must be an option or facility for restaurants to do that, instead of leaving it for the customer to discover themselves. When we opened the box we then found a topping missing: one that we had paid for!!! And no way or option to report this. Just Eat can you help with this? Whatever we did receive did taste nice but this was also in disappointingly small sizes. The large pizza size is smaller and not enough to go round and fill you up. Another painful reminder of high food prices by paying more money for less food. Really disappointing.

I rang to chase my order after waiting 90 minutes to be told would be another 40. Beyond poor service had to cancel the order.

My order arrived without garlic bread. I was called and offered an alternative but I requested a refund of the item instead. Pizza Hut would not give me refund and advised that I must contact you instead. I’d be grateful if you could refund my Paypal account with £4.99 please. Many thanks.
