Pizza Hut Delivery in Hillingdon

The food was delivered hot and it was well prepared. WAQAR delivered the pizzas quite quickly and he spoke with kindness & had good communication skills. Will recommend this Pizza Hut outlet 👍🏻

Good pizza and good service from driver Rahim , very polite and friendly!

The app said delivery was at 19:05, the food didn’t turn up until 19:45. I phoned the restaurant 3 times as delivery took over an hour. The food turnt up cold so the man in the restaurant when I phoned said to complain to get a full refund.

Had barely any sauce and quite dry

We had our food pizzas delivered very promptly and early by Patel. We ordered any 2 for £22 but received a supplementary pizza too which was a great surprise.

Ordered my pizza at 7pm, didn't get delivered until after 8.20pm. Terrible delivery service. I doubt pizza hut will get any further orders from our household.

Having been to several different pizza huts in England this one is the best one thus far! Great food!

Absolutely shocking from this pizza hut. Habib, the person on the phone straight up lied to my face. I have the call recorded and will be sending it to his head office. food gets delivered stone cold. I call them up and say what is going on. He's apologetic and says he will refund the food. 40 mins later a driver comes to pick up the food. Shocking. I will be going to my bank to get the refund. Habib, you're an absolute liar. Call has been recorded and you'll be called up on.

Great food just frustratingly early which meant cold food as not all our guests had arrived

The last few times the food has been piping hot and delicious! Waqar, the delivery driver is extremely pleasant and kind and we look forward to seeing him. We ordered 8 large pizzas for our new year's party and all our guests really loved the pizza, especially the honey pepperoni and veggie sizzler

Very poor , very dirty, I bet if trading standards was here they would agree, I'm actually standing here watching them touching dirty things, including clothes, mouths ect , no hygiene whatsoever Enjoy your pizza

Breakfast baguette with everything in it. Shame about the bacon, considering the price they charge for this they should at least use freshly cooked bacon in the morning instead of using yesterday’s leftovers, it looked and tasted like a used leather sole from the shoe shop next door, should do better considering the competition in the high street……

Hands down the best pizza in town! The crust is perfectly crispy, the cheese is gooey, and the toppings are fresh and flavourful. Plus, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. A must-visit for any pizza lover! Now i am regularly customer of Pizza hut and I avoid to go somewhere else for even try new!

The management here is a joke, pretending to be out but audibly complaining about customers. Quality of food is terrible, go to Rayners Lane, much better.

I have never eat pizza from pizzahut but suddenly i was ordered online 1 vegi Supreme and 1 vegetarian sizzlar and it was amazing and delicious and hot and now i orderd every month

Poor customer service in Ruislip Manor Shop!! Zero serieusity. Late and not informing the customer .Tried to contact the shop, but they refused to answer.The order was late, and nobody was inn .They marked the order as delivered! Totally dissatisfied. Not recommended !!

The food is good, delivery is usually on time. But it’s the only pizza hut within a 10 mile radius that does open for lunch. All other pizza hut opens at 11am-12pm. But the Ruislip Manor branch opens at 3pm? 🗿🗿🗿🗿🗿

Driver was very rude.Also the package was open and food tasteless.

Ordered deal with pizza and upgraded to cheesy garlic bread side. However they had no garlic bread and sent potato wedges instead. They did not call about the substitution nor did the delivery driver mention it. Had to call to find out was told it was the same price, but it is not. Potato wedges as a substitute for garlic bread may be acceptable but not for the more expensive cheesy version.

My pizza was ready but it took them 7 minutes to serve. The guys kept looking at me and ignoring me. One of them said my pizza is not ready and went back inside. Guys inside kept chatting amongst themselves

Now over an hour and a half after placing my order, still no food. No updates via the app and absolutely nowhere near the advertised delivery time. Very misleading. At this point I still have no idea if the food will arrive or not. Keep ringing the restaurant which goes to a Lyca mobile voicemail. Do not make the same mistake as me when there are so many better choices in the area!

Delivered very promptly and the delivery driver Owen was very friendly, he asked me if I'd been waiting long and checked that I had the box held comfortably before he passed it over - these small things made a big difference. Food was very good and a nice temperature when I took out of the box. Thank you I will definitely be ordering from Pizza Hut more in the future!

Don't pay attention to the time when looking add another hr and half

I'm on the phone to them now. I've just called 12 rimes in a row and no answer with being hung up on once. Clearly some prat is there but not answering. They seem so lazy but surprisingly the pizza is very nice when collecting yourself.

Rubbish service Won't order again

Arrived early and hot! Ordered a pepperoni & veg sizzler pizzas with wedges and wings - it was all great.

The quality of the food was great, however we ordered the pizzas at 17:10 with an estimated delivery time at 18:10-18:30. They didn't turn up till 19:10. My wife called the restaurant at 18:30 to find out how much longer the order would be. The member of staff who she spoke to said I'll just find out for you and then put the phone down on her. So she had to recontact the restaurant only to be told they hadn't even started the order.

I received the wrong pizza!!! I got margarita not vegetable supreme. I called and received no satisfaction very hard to understand…when I have proof in email confirmation of what I ordered!

Didn't provide all items, called to ask for the extra item as it might have been an honest mistake only to be told I didn't pay for it even though it was charged on the bill they gave me

Order never appeared.... Pizza Hut would not answer the phone for one and half hours, even though they are supposed to be open and taking orders. Not the first time this has happened with them but it is the last. The worst Pizza Hut franchises I have dealt with.

No ANSWER I rang regarding a dietary requirement and no one picked up the phone i rang 4 times!!! Not sure if this is how you run business but expected more from a Pizza Hut store. Hence the 1 Star

Wrong item sent and just sat won’t allow me to complain/refund

Ordered 2 medium pizzas and they both arrived with no tomatoe sauce base. 1hr30min plus wait for delivery, for what? Some warm bread with cheese and toppings thrown on it! When speaking to pizza hut they said to take it up with just eat. Did they put the order together. What a joke.

Missing a drink, notes was ignored and couldn't call them, pretty terrible customer service. Not the first time either.

I had a text at 7.44 to say my food is on its way. At 8.15 the driver called to ask where I live. Pizza was cold. Wedges had sweated out. Really disappointed.
