My pizza came with a used plaster in it!!! I complained and sent pictures but I got told the investigation was inconclusive.

The management here is a joke, pretending to be out but audibly complaining about customers. Quality of food is terrible, go to Rayners Lane, much better.

Hands down the best pizza in town! The crust is perfectly crispy, the cheese is gooey, and the toppings are fresh and flavourful. Plus, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. A must-visit for any pizza lover! Now i am regularly customer of Pizza hut and I avoid to go somewhere else for even try new!

I ordered veggie sizzler it was very nice and testy and hot and it was yummy 😋 Whenever I came there always one lady is there Maybe her name is………Riyaa She’s was very Friendly. And she explains in a very nice way and always she’s smiling 😊 I ordered 5 times and now I m the regular customer of the pizzahut I loved the pizza Thank you such good service for customer and good staff.

Charged me twice for delivery. One margarita and one ham,mushroom and pepper pizza and chips £43......unbelievably expensive for mediocre pizza's.

Great service, friendly staff with a nicely cooked pizza.

The food is good, delivery is usually on time. But it’s the only pizza hut within a 10 mile radius that does open for lunch. All other pizza hut opens at 11am-12pm. But the Ruislip Manor branch opens at 3pm? 🗿🗿🗿🗿🗿

My pizza was ready but it took them 7 minutes to serve. The guys kept looking at me and ignoring me. One of them said my pizza is not ready and went back inside. Guys inside kept chatting amongst themselves

Very greasy pizza and missing garlic bread with the deal I ordered. Tried to call but no response . Very disappointed.

I'm on the phone to them now. I've just called 12 rimes in a row and no answer with being hung up on once. Clearly some prat is there but not answering. They seem so lazy but surprisingly the pizza is very nice when collecting yourself.

No ANSWER I rang regarding a dietary requirement and no one picked up the phone i rang 4 times!!! Not sure if this is how you run business but expected more from a Pizza Hut store. Hence the 1 Star

Ordered 2 medium pizzas and they both arrived with no tomatoe sauce base. 1hr30min plus wait for delivery, for what? Some warm bread with cheese and toppings thrown on it! When speaking to pizza hut they said to take it up with just eat. Did they put the order together. What a joke.

Im Sorry to say I had to select at least one star(zero star should be an option).Order incomplete and food cold. I tried calling the Ruislip Manor branch to try and rectify their mistake.and either engaged or don't bother answering. Absolutely shocking service. £40 I could have spent elsewhere.

Called today the guy made me repeat my postcode 6 times after calling 4 times having had the staff member whispering on the phone, Then the 2nd and 3rd time cutting us off and still couldn't get it right!!! If they can't get that right, you know the pizza is going to be WRONG!!!! I HUNG UP WITH ANGER AND FRUSTRATION!!! Management need to look at the staff they have who clearly can't even get the starting of an order right over the phone!! bloke I spoke to sounded like he was half asleep!!!!!! ruined our pizza take out for tonight!!! Spent 5 minutes on hold, rang back to be put on hold again, after 3 minutes on hold I gave up and rang Dominos ! This week the phone does not get answered and timed out twice. The Manager needs to either employ more staff or realise that there is a large number of regular customers going elsewhere

The worst pizza experience I've ever had ! Over 1 hour wait to recieve an order that was completely wrong and to top it off did'nt answer the phone after 5 or 6 attempts. Had to drive to the branch and physically show them the order is wrong. Pineapple missing Barely any BBQ sauce Barely warm and dry Thin crust not pan No real apology...amazed they actually took the pizza away in view of the above. They didn't answer the phone because they were busy (f**king up orders). Will never order through this branch again. Apparently a full refund on the way.

Slight issue over the phone but when i arrived in store was greeted by the manager apon my request. He ammended the situation as was very respectful throughout. Lovely pizza also !

Never deliver on time. The delivery promise is 25 to 35 minutes. This is the second time it happened. Spoke to the branch manager Micheal who apologised. Dont order from this pizza hut if you want your food delivered in time. AVOID!!

Ordered 2 pizzas and a starter for 22 pounds. The delivery was stated as 25-35 mins. Our food arrived at the 1 hour mark. This was on Monday at 5:30pm. Upon trying to call the restaurant no one picked up. This made it impossible to claim the speed delivery guarantee 10 pound voucher for a late delivery. The tracking website was not accurate at all, as the driver came when it was still in the packing stage. Upon delivery, the food was given along with a 1.5 liter bottle of Pepsi, so that was a nice bonus. Overall, the food quality was as expected, it was the delivery time and no answer from the store that pushed the rating down

The ETA for delivery at the time of order was shown as 35 to 45 minutes. The food delivery actually took 1hr and 20mins with no apology. I was tracking the delivery online and the ETA kept increasing almost if the driver was lost or tending multiple routes. I would prefer if the restaurant rejected or refused my order if they are not able to commit / hard to accept this from a large chain. The net result was my 5 year old child had to eat her dinner around 20:50-21:15 which is not at all acceptable (school night) and the food was cold. I will not be ordering my food from this Pizza Hut again. I can suggest Manor Pizza, Domino's Pizza, Papa Johns as a decent alternative (certainly not experienced delays at this magnitude).

Orders online . They took payment. Went to collect. Shop was locked and no one there. Rang them for 30mins no answer. Had to get refund from head office. Waste of time

I just ordered cheesy bites with extra chicken and onion and tomatoes from Ruislip Manor Pizza Hut. Really dissapointed, Not recommend, please do better, pizza was wet soggy, and there's not chessy top, all falling.

I phoned up yesterday, I spoke to someone called Alex. My delivery came late and when I spoke to alex on phone he was not very helpful at all. He doesnt even know what he is talking about. He said there were no delivery drivers at all then an hour later a driver turned up with my pizza. Pizza hut need to stop employing people who havent a clue what they are talking about. I am a regular customer I am never coming back to pizza hut again because of Alex. He needs to get sacked otherwise there will be no customers left if he stays.

Had a takeaway from there. It was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. Really oily and super thin crust. Go elsewhere

A tasty veggie option with decent nachos but a bit overkill on the garlic seasoning in places.

Order 2 small pizza . Pizza was covered withlot and lots of flour. The flour in picture is not from pizza.it was in the box. Pizza flour was seperate which you can see in the middle of box. Thats way too much .

Simply put, useless waste of spaces. No delivery after 1.5 hours. Phones 3 times and met with poor excuses and no shows. This branch should be shut down.

Ordered a meal on 22nd December 2018 that never arrived. Furthermore the delivery driver told me to F**k off after calling me several times to say he was outside, he was not. It is now 14th January 2019 and I have still not received my refund. Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid at all costs.

Went in the other day there was this tall driver with glasses and a beard he was very funny and very easy to talk with I think his name was eman he was extremely polite and very friendly I have to say he made my day

I ordered from these guys a year ago and they got the order wrong and took ages to deliver. Thinking they may have changed I ordered again and 1 hour later I called up only for hen to tell me they sent the order to wrong address!! Didn’t even call me to tell me or ask me if we still wanted the order. Shockingly bad service

We ordered our pizza online with cash delivery but only to chase after 1 hour still waiting for it. We were then told they had sent to the wrong address and this wrong customer accpeted the pizza and wasnt charged. How can that happen? Why werent we called and informed? Why would they give that pizza away but then a customer be charged the full cost when they were in the wrong. The person on the phone apologised and then said he would get our order remade in 30 minutes. We also didnt get an email conformation of the order and they adjusted our payment method from cash to card, which all doesnt make sense. Maybe they delivered this to one of their friends instead? Really bad service, they have got our order wrong once before but this topped everything. Last time we'll use this pizza hut. Good luck to everyone else, better odds on the lottery.

Ordered 4 pizzas for delivery and 1 pizza for collection.All were great tasting as usual. Delivery was slightly delayed due to bad weather which is understandable. No other issues.

I had nothing as website kept refusing my debit card even though my bank authenticated payment and you can’t pay over the phone in the store as their card machine isn’t working .........shocking performance

Delivery is shocking. They keep arriving later and later. 2hrs I've been waiting despite me calling 30mins ago and them telling me it was out for delivery 10mins ago. Email said I would receive it in 40mins. Honestly if you value your time don't bother.

Can't put 0 star so have to put at least one unfortunately! Such a bad service from this branch. We ordered via the online platform and got a confirmation tonight at 6.01pm. By 7.30pm the order was still not delivered despite a phone call to them at 6.40pm being reassured that the driver was on his way! When the driver finally arrived he handed me the bag to take everything out myself without opening it. After asking him he took the pizza out and one of the side fell on the floor but was still expecting me to take it! Will definitely get a full refund for that and will never order anything more from them that's for sure... AVOID IF YOU WANT TO EAT ON TIME!!!!

They are supposedly open until 12am but if you ever call any later than 8:30pm they simply do not answer.

The only thing I can say that isn't bad, is that they do cook pizza here. If you want an order delivered, I would recommend ordering literally anything else from anywhere else. The last time I ordered a delivery from there, the delivery was an hour late. I called to say do not deliver, I will come and collect it. When turned up, they had "just" sent it out for delivery. I went back home and waited another 30 minutes for the delivery. At which point the delivery driver, called me to argue with me about where I lived. After about five minutes he realised that he was on the wrong road. It made for good evening entertainment though.

Please believe the reviews, I didn’t! Despite always being told bad things about the restaurant I still ordered from this Pizza Hut. After 1 hour passing and the pizza still not arriving, I called the store, only to be spoken to rudely by the man that called himself the manager. I was told that there was nothing they could do and my pizza would just arrive when it does. In the end my partner had to drive down to the store and wait there as they cooked it! Clearly a glutton for punishment, I ordered from them another time and again, after an hour passing had to call the store. My partner again had to drive down there only this time for the manager to say that the pizza was now out for delivery. My partner returned home and yet we still had to wait another 30 minutes for the pizza to arrive at our door. The driver clearly took the scenic route!

Customer service is non existent every time I've called the store they are rude and don't care for what you have to say the managers are clueless and I don't think anyone in the shop can tell the time as they always say 30 minutes but never comes quicker than a hour and a half. Domino's from now on for me

Ordered a pizza deal and even after 45 mins no show. Rang the branch to be cut off deliberately numerous times! 1.5 hours later the pizza finally arrived but the rest of my order simply got forgotten about, and the driver even admitted it! This branch doesn't even deserve 1 star. Not recommended. Seems like this is nothing new with this particular branch, judging by the reviews!!

Ordered 1 Pizza + 1 starter @ 19:42. I waited till 20:45 and decided to contact the hut directly. I spent around 15 mins trying to contact them (no answer). I had to contact Customer Service (HQ) and requested a refund. The driver arrived @ 21:25 (I rejected the order). Very dissatisfied.

This review is for pizza hut ruislip manor Worst experience ever my husband made an online order for cookie doughs and it took over an hour for them to arrive and my husband called them to find out what was going on and where are order was and the person he spoke to said they don't have any order number relating to the order number we provided and said that it wasn't there branch which we should have been calling and that we had made a mistake. So my husband got a text to say the delivery was on the way and this was the 3rd text he had recieved from them about the same thing over and over again. But when the delivery arrived 5 cookie doughs all burnt to a crisp disgusted I called them up and spoke to the manger named ali he thought there was nothing wrong with the cookie dough and that this was how they went out each day they sold this is unacceptable and I was not able to give these to my family. Issue was told to be reported to customer service and he wasn't going to do anything as it was an online order and that he said nothing was wrong rude and not helpful at all. I've since reported this issue and posted the pictures and named and shamed this pizza hut so that this does not happen to anyone else again.

Ordered a pizza at 6:53 pm, got it delivered at 9:20pm. Didn't accept it coz I ordered another one from Dominos. Should have done that in the first place.

Ordered three pizzas tonight. One arrived very badly burnt, should not have been sent in the first place! I rang to complain and got a replacement sent. This took over 45 mins and was cold. No empathy from manager or delivery driver. Won't be ordering again. I wasn't offered anything as compensation. They just don't care!

Dont bother calling them... its seems a simple landline phone it outside the buinesses financial capacity, as well as customer service, any sense of time keeping and preperation. If you value your time, or are looking for a quick meal, your honestly better off starving.

Always 30-45 mins late. It's crazy. So many burnt pizzas or wrong/forgotten toppings. Monkeys could do a better job. Not worth the money or time.

Friendly drivers, however due to previous bad experiences (late delivery/ not turning up) with them I cannot give them a higher rating.

Our pizza turned up 2 hours 20 minutes after we ordered it and by then we had given up and gone to bed. I rang them after 1 hour and was told it was 10-15 minutes away. We rang after two hours and no one was picking up. Surely waiting over two hours for a pizza delivery isn't acceptable??

We use this Pizza Hut atleast once a week and it seems to be falling to pieces! The quality of the food is going down hill - we were promised £20 off our next order by max. A week later we tried to order our pizza with the most unhelpful & arrogant member of staff Rolfe who said we only had £5 off , typically max wasn't in! The refused to do is a delivery even though the order was £15. We spent untold amount of money with Pizza Hut and the service is next to none. We will be using a cheaper smaller company from now on!
