The food is very beautiful and has an explosion of spices and herbs, honest cooking with love. The restaurant itself is comfortable and quiet and has a perfect vibe. The decorations are spectacular and brings yous on adventure to Nepal. I recommend anyone to come here and have the Momos, perfectly cooked filling and the meat is cooked very well and seasoned perfectly!!

I recently visited this Nepalese restaurant with some of my friends, and it was an unforgettable experience. We ordered chicken chowmein, fried momo, and a variety of other items, and I can confidently say that it was some of the best food I've ever had, even while living abroad. Every dish was incredibly flavorful and delicious — I’d give the food a solid 10/10 without hesitation. The service was just as outstanding. The staff were warm, kind, and attentive, making sure that every customer felt welcome. Their professionalism truly enhanced the overall experience. Lastly, the atmosphere was perfect. It had a cozy and inviting ambiance that made us feel right at home. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone craving authentic Nepalese snacks.

Recently ordered through Uber Eats and I had a very disappointing experience with NAMASTE GURKHA HAYES. I have discovered the rotten meat in Lamb Dumplings and the Chicken Lolly was tasteless. The chicken was not fresh. The rotten lamb caused me sick and this has to be reported to Health and Safety immediately. I would never order again from them.

The food here is delicious and the atmosphere here is very warm and inviting. I most definitely would recommend comming here if you haven't before. The only negative thing I could pick at is the fact I ordered something off the menu that states "Glass of wine" and was given a plastic cup with a small bottle of wine. I was expecting to get what I ordered off the menu and that was a GLASS with my wine but they said they don't have glasses. But all that aside if you haven't been here before I definitely would suggest you come here, the tasty food with so much flavour made up for it, at a bargain of a price too! I'm definitely coming back here myself. There are no customer toilets here. There is plenty of space and room to sit down. I give this place a 9/10 (would have been a 10/10 if they had glasses instead of plastic cups to go with the glass of wine I ordered. Would have made my experience here so much better.

This is one of the best food outlets one should try. And if you are from India, then this place is heaven because not only the food is good, the food is pocket friendly. And the staffs are quite friendly and polite.

I recently visited Namaste Gurkha Restaurant in Hays for an evening snack and had a mixed experience. I ordered the tandoori momos, which were decent in taste but didn't really stand out. The flavors were okay, but they lacked the boldness I was hoping for. The ambience of the restaurant was just average. It was comfortable enough, but there wasn't anything particularly special or memorable about the atmosphere. It didn’t add much to the overall dining experience. One thing that stood out, unfortunately, was the pricing. I found it to be on the higher side for what was offered, especially considering the quality and portion size. While I don’t mind paying a bit more for exceptional food or a great dining experience, this felt a bit overpriced for what you get. Overall, Namastey Gurkha was okay, but I’m not sure I would rush back given the high prices and the average experience. It might be worth trying once, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations.

The food is mindblowing. We had himalayan veg curry, saag alu, daal jhenko, jhol momos. Fresh and nicely prepared. Not too spicy, not bland, perfect balance of flavors. Toooo good.

Personally I don’t like the chatpate where I clearly mentioned I don’t like mustard oil and red chilly powder to’ spicy for me

I just wanted to share my experience at this fantastic spot, Namaste Gurkha! If you're craving authentic Nepalese cuisine, look no further. First off, the vibe in this place is super chill, and the staff are some of the friendliest I've ever met. The foods over there are fantastic. Zero complaints. Seriously, if you haven't been to Namaste Gurkha yet, you're missing out. Can't wait to go back and try more dishes. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Steamed momos are so good. Freshest Naan I've ever had. That lamb sagamatha curry is so spicy and rich in flavour! Great decor in the restaurant. Hayes is lucky to have this place

I recently had lunch at Namaste Gurkha hayes and tried their chowmein and momo. The food is top-notch and authentically Nepali. Both dishes were delicious and full of flavor. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for great Nepali food.

They have this second branch of Feltham being main. Visited there last week , brilliant food - never disappointed us -. Newark khaja set and momo was brilliant . Will visit again next time for more food to try .

I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for quite some time and I have always been impressed with the quality of the food.I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service on my last visit. The food, as always, was delicious and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for the authentic Nepalese street food.

Momos and curries were absolutely fantastic - reminds me of my time in Nepal. I highly recommend.

They gave my order to someone else and I wasn’t given any food. I placed order for collection. They called me to come for collection i went in next 4 minutes. Their shutter was closed and when called they said somebody already collected the order. They assumed no sense of service to cross check. Also the lady i spoke to was rude. It wasn’t the tall lady who usually serves. Horrible experience.

Restaurant is very clean but small. The service style is more like a fast food place, you place the order at the counter and then collect it from it when ready. Food is absolutely delicious, favourite was Sadeko Momo, the relish of onions, tomatoes, green chillies and mustard oil was a knockout. The vegetarian main of rice, dal and mix veg was hearty and delicious with the Gurkha chicken being middling. They were happy to take requests and served the food hot. Will definitely visit again.

If you craving for some authentic flavour food…Namaste Gurkha should be your go to! It’s a very warm place to have delicious lip smacking food.

Ordered butter chicken with naan butter chicken was plain chicken was hard to chew… when requested for extra naan lady told me to pay while i was eating they gave me a wooden spoon and plastic plate to eat on and put my food in a plastic container as i was dining in food tasted disgusting and im not only saying that for the review it genuinely didn’t taste nice bill came up to £12 what a waste of money ended up throwing the food in the bin i wouldn’t even give this food to a homeless person !

Customer service was poor, call receiver was very rude and hung up when asked for manager's details and her name. I made an order for steam mo:mo and sekuwa via Uber eats. they forgot to put mo:mo achar. When I called (26/03/2024 at 16:30), the other party first refused to acknowledge and blamed on uber driver. Later she agreed on her mistake but asked me to come and collect acher when, i cleared her up that i work and cannot travel to the place. She replied saying this is waht i can do and she was very rude as well. When asked her manager's details and her name she hung up. Very unpleasent experience with customer service.

I like नेपाली food, but this one not as good. MOMO IS OK, REST I wouldn't recommend. If u want really Nepalese food. I can suggest better place.

If they want to improve the business, they have to improve in everything. Only opening business is just a waste of time. Food and service are key ingredients of restaurant businesses. Which I found miles and miles away.

This Nepali restaurant in Hayes Town serves the best momos I've ever had! Their Tandoor Momo, Sadeko Momo, Jhol Momo – each variety is impressive. And the Sekuti, it's simply wow! A must-try for anyone craving authentic Nepali flavors.

Told them my daughter and I have dairy allergy. Asked if the veg curry had dairy. He said no. My 7yo daughter and I, vegan and allergic to dairy, consumed this. I am also pregnant. Called back to ask after becoming very sick. Told "yes it has dairy but I don't think it will do anything to you."

Discovered this gem of a Nepali restaurant and it's a game changer. The food is authentic, just like what you'd enjoy in Nepal. Being Nepali myself, I'd gladly journey 90 minutes from my place to eat here again.

Every time i went there for a meal i spent 30 pounds when I asked for free sauce they still wanted to charge me even though I asked I was regular They didn't want to know i will not recomend it at all

I have ordered a vegetable noodles but instead it comes a chicken noodles. I am a pure vegetarian along with the food i have to through my own cutlery as well and in return what i get just an apology?but this much carelessness. Can’t believe they can play like this. Shameful and disgusting as well. I am a hindu brahmin it hurts my sentiments also.

Been a customer of this restaurant for a long time now since it was Pasa Kitchen.I picked Chicken Chilli Momos today went back home and tried to eat them. The momos covering was raw, they were hard and clearly were not fresh. The sauce was not like it usually is and was very sour. I called them and complained but the lady at the counter kept telling me it's cooked when it wasn't. They asked me to send a picture of it on whatsapp and I did but she still didn't take my feedback and had 0 customer service skills. The food ruined my friday evening and I went back all the way to return their stale food and get a refund. I asked the lady for her name as she was rude and in denial of my feedback but she refused to give me her name on the phone as well as in the store as she didn't obviously want it in this review. It was an older lady ( this was not the young professional girl who usually has served me). As a restaurant learn to take feedback from customers and not rubbish it especially from someone who has ordered from you many times. Train your staff better as this lady honestly didn't know what customer service is and went on ranting that the momos were cooked when they clearly weren't. Nobody is stupid to complain if they are happy about the food and will raise a complaint only if they are unhappy. You deserve a 0 for my experience today.

Food here is very nice. Wide range of Nepali food as well as some Indian curries. Staff are friendly. Only downside is the door doesn't shut properly so during winter all the cold air from outside comes in. So if you are eating-in during winter, make sure to have a coat.

Full stars for this heart warming place. The food was mind blowing, full of favours. I wasn't sure what to order, was guided through the menu to go for authentic dishes. So friendly. I loved the momo's, my curry and my turmeric pickle, absolute heaven. handsome potions too.Even loved the music. I'm back in the area next week and my heart has a special place here, Will be having all my dinners with them. Food for the soul...thank you taking care of me.

In my view It has the best jhol Mo:Mo in the world . I often come here to have jhol Mo:mo 😌.

Authentic Nepalese cuisine! Good option even for vegetarians. Must try their momos and chana chatpata. Pulao rice is also tasty along with their curries. Highly recommended!!!
