Costa Coffee in Hillingdon

The drink spilled and I’m very disappointed in how sweet the drink is. Definitely not recommending

I got as far as the door before finding dogs weren't allowed. It appeared to be the first time someone has asked - as the staff stared silently at each other before telepathically deducing that the answer was no. Anyway, my wing man ordered the coffees which were of good quality and supplied in a timely fashion. Sadly, I was only able to get a picture of the inside through the closed door, but it looked nice, cosy and clean inside. Outside seating has been created in an imaginative and optimistic way...which makes it difficult to get a picture of the place without including an industrial bin!

Good service from delivery driver

Bought medium cappuccino, a fruitshoot and a bottle of water for £8.05. Not a minute after we sat down an accident happened and the takeaway cup fell from the table and the coffee spilled. The staff acted angry and refused to come clean the mess never mind offering us a replacement coffee like any reputable establishment would. In the end we decided to just walk off. In all, workshy unhelpful staff that can't be bothered.

Very good service by Yashmeen, she was very efficient and friendly.

Come here first time the staff are always very warm and welcoming, overall always have a great experience!

My son loves costa hot chocolate

Was here at 0745 on Saturday 3rd Feb. Did not appreciate going round into the seating area find two laid over the Sofa feet on the table and vaping.

Very good staff also communicative.im regular customer of here they always treat me very well.would recommend this store for everyone among all.its the best ♥️😀

Coffee shop that could not provide coffee?

Everything was cold and sandwich was soggy. Took photos of evidence. White hot chocolate I took the lid off and it looked like it had melted butter on top . Terrible ! Also was 10 mins late !

Last week , I went this costa shop with my wife . Their services are very good and their staff also very friendly. Very fast and good customer service they provided us especially their staff member named Manpreet Kaur she really helped us .

I ordered from the app went in to collect and they were apparently shut even tho the website doesn’t say that. The doors were shut and we knocked but they didn’t even care. The women was trying to communicate through the window😂 she wouldn’t give our drinks even tho we paid.

We came into this costa shop at 5.17pm as I googled that it all closes at 8pm. We went inside and there was a customer inside ordering and then sat themselves into the seating area inside the store. We then proceeded to order after them and said we would like to eat in. To this the barista responded saying no eat in aloud at this time because we close at 6pm. I responded surprised and said I thought it was 8pm as said on google, she responded saying it hasn’t been updated. She said to us I can give your food and drinks in takeaway though there was 40 mins to closing time. We agreed anyway as I came to treat my two year old to cake with her aunties and uncle. She said we can only sit on the bar stool area despite there already being customer further inside the costa shop in the more comfortable seating areas. Again we agreed. We sat down for coffee and saw more customers come into the shop and took their seats in the areas we were not allowed to go because they said they’re “closing” soon. I felt discriminated and disrespected, I feel that it was because of my Islamic dress code I was being treated differently to the privileged white people that entered the coffee shop. This has deepened saddened me as I have been a long time customer of costa and now do not feel the same way about the shop. I was served by Manpreet.

Incorrect item delivered SO dissapointing

Ordered 3 drinks with whipped cream. All 3 came without??

Rude staff....10 a clock in the morning and already tired to be polite even if they in fault.

Enjoyed the frappes the new ones, blueberry boba and popcorn, are tasty. As vegetarian hot food is limited to cheese toast or macaroni cheese but both are enjoyed by my kids.

Love coming here in the morning always welcomed with a smile and know ur order to heart, I often have (Annabelle) I think that's her name pretty blonde always goes the extra mile, but they are all wonderful wouldn't get coffee anywhere else thanks for Perkin up my mornings

For the second time this week this branch of costa has decided to ignore my order and instead send what they feel like sending. I ordered 1 blueberry muffin, 1 banana loaf cake slice and 1 chocolate cornflake cake. The muffin has been sent but the banana cake slice has not been sent. Instead, I have been sent 3 chocolate cornflakes cake. This is becoming a pointless exercise and so I am scoring the branch low.

I'm a Costa Virgin...my first time visiting the shop on the junction of Uxbridge and Marlborough Roads. I never drink coffee, so I ordered hot chocolates and bacon baps for my son and me. The hot chocolate was delicious, but the bap could have benefitted from butter, as it was dry, and the bacon had fatty rinds, which make me feel sick. We met up with a friend and her daughter; our offspring both have special needs, but the premises are easily accessible for both able bodied and wheelchair users. The premises are clean, the assistant was pleasant and helpful and there was no piped music to drown out conversation. A very pleasant experience.

I love this costa! Cosy, friendly and the staff is very professional and efficient!

I visited this costa on Friday just gone and you could tell they were rushed. They forget my coffee in the frappe and when they took the frappe back to mix it, it was no longer cold but very warm. They also didn’t have any pastries left. Not like the standard of Costa.

Ordered a hot chocolate and end up with a coffee?

Like many Costa Coffees, the staff have little interest in clearing the tables. The toilet was a disgrace.

I always come to this costa quite regularly I am a costa addict. I love this costa so much the staff are really friendly and they practically know my order off by heart now. They are really efficient and quick at making my order and they're always really polite. I come to this costa quite often and I would 100% reccomend this costa to people who are looking for something nice to drink.

It’s a nice new Costa on Uxbridge road, staff are polite, drinks are the same as in other Costas. One suggestion if anyone from Management is reading: please add some blinds or UV stickers at least on the top part of the windows. The light is so blinding that no one wants to sit near the window. Also when I was queuing the sunlight was heating me so much together with the eye blinding effect is not so pleasant. You’ll get more customers and more pleasant experience for them. At least I’m speaking about myself and my friends. :) Thanks!

excellent service received, the coffee was hot and the cakes delicious, will defiantly order again.

Very nice new Costa with great service and standard food and drinks. The only suggestion is to add blinds or UV stickers on the front top window to protect the eyes and your head from harmful bright Sun 🌞. It will improve the experience and allow customers use the space that is under the very bright blinding and heating sun rays. :)

Went there at 17:55, was devastated when the waiter Sarima said that she will serve us in paper cups. She said that the Coffee Shop closes at 19:00 whereas Google says that it closes at 20:00. Still there was over an hour left until closing time and they still refused to serve us in normal mugs. I've been to many Costas before and never had experienced this ever before! Please update your opening times. Thanks.

Ordered a semi skimmed iced latte but it was sent with full fat milk

I ordered two tropical mango bubble frappes and got them without bubbles and hardly any mango syrup, and they delivered them without straws. how on earth I'm going to drink it ??? Very disappointed with Costa's services recently.

They didnt put syrup in iced latte even though i payed extra for it and they didnt put the crunchy bits on my frostino even though i wrote it on the notes in capital letters.

Staff clearly can't be bothered. Waited ages on a very quiet afternoon for my "caramel latte" which looked and tasted like watered down instant coffee. Returned it and explained it wasn't up to standard. New young lad on the till apologised. 2 female batistas had faces like slapped behinds as they were made to make it again. Heard the girl utter an offensive swear word beginning with P as i walked away. Could be much better Get new staff that want to work. All I all my quick takeaway coffee stop cost me 35 minutes of my day! Awful service.

I selected 'no coffee' but my drink had coffee added. Called Costa and was advised I'd I wanted another one that I would have to come and collect it. They refused to deliver another one.

Completely wrong order turned up. The delivery guy was completely useless and unhelpful. He wanted us to ring the customer who the ordered it. Why would I do that ? . And deliver it for them. The whole order has gone in the bin ( which is not great but have an intolerancer to caffeine so can't touch it )

Lovely, sunny, friendly staff and delicious latte. Not sure about the toilet cleanliness because I haven't used it. But overall a pleasant environment as there's lot of light coming in😋👍

This place closes at 20:00 but I'm here at 18:35 and 70% of the area has already been closed off which leaves hardly any space to sit. Absolutely ridiculous!

Rude staff and doesn’t care about giving a good customer service let alone expecting anything above from them. The Assistant manager made no apologies for the wrong order placed and instead she was showing attitude about the whole situation!

Well situated but parking can be difficult, depending on the time of day. Friendly staff, coffee to standard, good space separation between those who just want to take out their drink and those who want to sit and sup.

Confusion about the sandwich ordered .... Certainly NOT as advertised .... What your providing is egg SALAD ... Yet what is on the menu is egg mayo .... It may have egg mayo on the packet but it is certainly not ! Egg mayo is supposed to have mayo in it this is just sliced egg ! False advertising and very misleading

Great fast delivery & quality items

When I came here, I was denied an ice latte with my friend by a worker called Martha for a policy about people 15 and under not being allowed coffee. There were no signs or policies on the website stating that this is a rule, and the workers before this one served us.

First visit to this particular branch this afternoon. Peaceful & relaxing. Lovely staff who got my iced drink perfect. Not busy like the high street branches. Definitely be going back again. Rebecca
