Waited an hour for Uber Eats order then order was cancelled with no reason. Terrible service.

First time having a takeaway from here. Was definitely pleased with the service and the quality of food..definitely our new Chinese takeaway

Excellent value we love the Kung Po And Crispy Lamb as well at the Crispy Beef. Still super.

I recently visited Dynasty, and it exceeded my expectations! The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic flavors that were spot on. The portions were incredibly generous – you definitely get your money's worth. The lady who owns Dynasty is such a lovely and kind person, making the experience even more enjoyable with her warm hospitality. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend Dynasty for anyone craving a great meal and a welcoming atmosphere.

Loving this place,clean and tidy. The staffs were friendly and atmosphere was brilliant especially their fish tank.Highly recommend their crispy shredded chilli beef was crunch-munchy and Singapore rice noodles so yummy delicious. Definitely will come back again.

Our weekend favourite take away place . Been visited this place regularly . Very friendly staff , she always greet us with big smile on her face . Love everything from them , my favourite dishes are singapore rice noodle and fried rice . Strongly recommended , worth to visit .

Been going here for over a decade regularly. I completely recommend both pick up and delivery. Delivery will be very fast (unless you order in a busy time, be patient then!) Food is just right, not sugary unlike other Chinese I've had in the area. Best Chinese around :-)

The Food was terrible . Chicken fried rice had hardly any chicken , no onions but loads of peas! Basically a portion of greasy rice with tiny pieces of chicken . Not even white , brown bits . Ribs were bone dry with hardly any meat on them. The Worst Chinese Take Away Ever ! Don't waste your money !

Food is not as tasty as it used to be inside batter of chicken/pork balls is not cooked through and is doughy where I think it is rushed cooked you get told when ordering delivery 30-45 minutes but they turn up within 20 mins

Avoid if you are hungry and like food with taste! We first ordered from Dynasty about 12 months ago and they forgot half our order, which we obviously only noticed when we got home! Disappointed but not deterred we decided to give it another go tonight... what a mistake! Paid £11 for aromatic duck and it was so small it barely made 2 pancakes! The egg fried rice, although plentiful was brown and stodgy. We always chose a wild card dish and this time chose twice cooked pork in Schezwan sauce which was tough and inedible! Not sure what the people giving the 5 star reviews are eating but I think they may need to broaden their take-out horizon and try a different Chinese!

Food was disgusting, no taste over priced and rude staff never use them again

Very very stale salt & pepper wings and chips. Everything else was okay. Not the best. Also rude customer service over the phone.

Buy from here on a regular basis, I have special food needs so I have to eat vegan, on odd occasions they have given me food with sea food in it, to eat sea foods or any type of animal product could kill me. I can only (normally) have my food delivered, unless you make it clear when you order about your order there can be errors. The service is very friendly and very prompt. The quality is very good and depending on the chef always tastes good and arrives hot. One let down is that they tell you the minimum order for free delivery, but when you order you end up paying for the (Uber, Just Eat, deliver on, etc) charge on top, which is not so good.

Chinese takeaway, I go there a lot, nice people and food.

I have been looking for a decent local Chinese takeaway for some time. I have now ordered from Dynasty few times and I have been very satisfied with their overall quality of food. Some dishes could be a hit and miss for my taste but overall I like their food and I will order again.

Food has changed rubbish customer service can't tweet changes to à order not as nice as before don't use go to Hillingdon Hill instead

I ordered off uber eats and got another duck sauce to go with the duck I ordered. On delivery both pots were half full and the amount in both would have fit in one pot. £3.50 for additional sauce is extortionate, but for them to scam me into giving me the same sauce over 2 pots is very disappointing. Never ordering from here again and if you do I would suggest to avoid all additional sauce. Better to go to the local supermarket for a full size bottle.

The worst curry i think ive ever had from a chinese.i ordered a beef curry,pork rice an chicken balls.the rice..dry an under cooked.the curry..bland no taste of any spices whatso ever,the sauce was bitter tasted like it had coffee in it, yuk was nasty an the beef was so chewy.horrible.the chicken balls..probably the best part of the meal,horribly overcooked batter but the little bits of chicken was ok,just ok.i only ate under half my meal struggled with it,at that point started makin me feel sick so i binned it.never again will i order from here again

Not too good chinese, meat chewy, lack of flavour

This has to be the most expensive takeaway in the area. The food is just average, no better than any of the many other Chineses around Uxbridge and Hillingdon, but the prices are just silly. You must have more money than sense if you go here more than once. Still searching for a good Chinese takeaway in this area.

We ordered a take away for 2 for Valentine’s Day. £50 was quite punchy for what we ordered however we haven’t eaten from this restaurant in years and was looking forward to trying again. Big mistake. The food was terrible. I’ve been trying to call today to complain but no answer. The beef in black bean sauce had a taste that was off in the sauce and smelt like vomit. The egg fried rice also had a sour taste. It put us off the whole meal and we had to throw it away but none of it looked appetising anyway. I wish I took pictures of what we threw out, very disappointing because we was looking forward to a treat.

I bought my Singapore noodles from here alongside vegetable spring rolls,they were the best I have ever had,they are a fantastic Chinese takeaway in the Hillingdon area ,dont bother with the others this is the best hot food and tasty as well and very welcoming owner Michelle always so kind and smiling. Try it you will love it.

Disappointed with food today. Ordered Hong Kong style chicken, Chicken Po, Lamb with spicy sauce. The 2 chicken dishes looked and tasted the same , other than a few bits of scotch bonnet in the Po dish - sauce was pretty much the same for each dish . The spice sauce with the lamb was basically Thai chilli sauce poured from a bottle.

This was my first time ordering from dynasty and it was delicious. We had ordered the lemon chicken, sweet and sour chicken hong kong style, prawn crackers, vegetarian spring rolls and prawn toast. It was all very nice and delicious I will definitely order from here again.

Best chinese food in the hayes/hillingdon area. Lemon chicken best ive tasted and i have tried many. Consistently good. I have moved out of the area but still pop through when im around.

This is good value for money but the food is average. My husband and I ordered chowmein, Thai egg fried rice, kind prawns in bean sauce and Szechuan chicken for around £19 (and it lasted another meal for the both of us), so definitely great bang for the buck, but the rice wasn't that great and I really didn't understand the chicken dish, its flavour somehow didn't make sense. My most concerning feeling was the chicken - something didn't feel right, instead of being chicken-y, its texture was kind of like tofu. The prawn dish was not bad, and neither were the noodles.. if i am ever craving Chinese, perhaps I would only go for the noodles.

What a lovely Chinese Take Away, lovely food prepared by lovely people... been their customer for 6 years and recently found them on UberEats and that made my food life a lot easier. They are always kind, cooke fresh food, great packaging and delivery service. Their food taste amazing and their prices are a lot cheaper than else where. OMG, I just found a bug, a BUG in my food. It wasn't a cockroach but it had a torso and wings, measured about 3cm long. I am not lying. I literally stopped mid chew and spat out the remainder of what was in my mouth and trew the rest of the food away. I think I froze for a full 20 seconds when I realized it was a bug --_--. Order from here if you want but I find that unacceptable and slightly shocking. To add insult to injury 1 of the 4 items I ordered was incorrect. Order made via Uber eats who refunded me for the error.

I ordered from here few weeks ago after having read all the positive reviews and I have never been so disappointed in my life. The food was absolutely awful. It had no taste or flavour, the rice was undercooked, the wontons were oily and everything had this really horrible distinct smell which basically made the food inedible and we ended up throwing the entire lot in the bin. My brother is not a fussy eater at all and he would generally eat anything you give him but this was so bad that even he couldn't eat it. I don't get why there are so many positive reviews but after this incident, I would be very skeptical in believing them.

Just finished our Chinese which on the whole was good as always. My son tried the Fried chicken with ginger and garlic. The chicken was nice but the sauce was like water 😢 also no Prawn crackers. We have ordered from here many times over the years and have always had free Prawn crackers... But not today. Had I known I would have ordered some!

The restaurant itself features the option to order from a menu, but the real star of this place is the buffet which I high recommend. My favorite thing to get here is absolutely the sautéed green beans...incredible! I also love their shrimp fried rice, and the cream cheese wontons are definitely not something to miss. However, it's not only limited to Chinese food.

Food only took ”5 minutes to cook” so it's definitely not fresh. It was the worst green curry we've ever tried. Chicken was hard and over cooked. Other sauces in a different dish didn't taste right either compared to other locals down the road. Won't be eating here again.

Great taste in hillingdon borough. 5 professional chefs work together as i saw them personally at back. Kitchen area is very neat and clean and chefs wearing proper dress code. Very nice... Delivery drivers are fast, smart and smiling. I love to pay them tip as much as i can as they r so quick.... Food smell nice and always hot. GREAT SERVICE GREAT FOOD....

Ordered from dynasty this evening and expected to have to wait longer than we did. The delivery time was amazing! I'm not sure if this is because we ordered food that either doesn't require much cooking but we received our order within 15 minutes of ordering. The food tasted great and the portion sizes were really good. This is the first time I personally have ordered from here and I would definitely ordered again. Prices are also very reasonable and the free delivery is an added bonus. Superb!

This is the best Chinese/ Thai takeaway within the local area maybe within the m25 hands down. I have eaten at many top end Chinese restaurants over the years and this place is on par if not better. They are quick to deliver, polite on the phone and the food is always hot and tasty. Well done and keep up the good work guys.

Dynasty is by far one of the better Chinese Take Away's in Hillingdon Borough, food always arrives hot, and they are happy to change ingredients if you are allergic to certain stuff or just want it a little bit spicy. Cost wise they are slightly more expensive than competitors but to be honest I am happier to pay that little extra. If you have your favourite take away just give them a try for something different.
