I recently dined at YO! Sushi, and the experience was fantastic. The food was fresh, flavorful, and the variety on the conveyor belt made it fun to try different dishes. What truly stood out, however, was the service. Our server, Miss VG, was exceptional. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her warm demeanor and prompt service made the experience even more enjoyable. Miss VG made sure our drinks were always filled, and she checked in regularly without being intrusive. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really added to the overall positive experience. I will definitely be returning, thanks to the excellent service and delicious food!

I came in and ordered food, and after paying, I went to sit and wait for my order. A waiter then approached me and said I couldn't sit there because the price was different for dine-in. I was willing to pay the difference, but they insisted that I would need to get a refund for the original payment and reorder everything. At this point, I was frustrated and asked them to cancel my entire order. Although I had opened a can of Coke, the manager, Dominic, refused to refund it because it was open, even though I hadn't drunk it. Instead of being apologetic for the inconvenience they caused, they wanted to charge me for the Coke. Now, it's been two weeks, and I still haven't received my refund of £54 for three people.

The waitress, VG was very polite and welcoming. She explained how it works so patiently and made sure everything was okay.

Waited 15 min for a breakfast order that never arrived at quite time. Waitress was not helpful. Kept repeating "it's coming" while standing at till talking to her colleague. Bill was reduced when I complained but meant I did not get breakfast.

Israel was really attentive and quick with bringing out the food. Super polite and kind, was a really lovely experience in store to eat. 10/10 would recommend his service!

Unbelievably good food, very healthy, and reasonably priced (especially considering its central airport location.) staff is kind and helpful, and service is fast. 100% would recommend to any sushi lovers traveling through heathrow.

So fun! Server was polite, helpful, and always available when we needed her. The atmosphere is great- everything is so colorful and fun (especially the conveyor belt), and the interior design gives a spacious illusion. Lots of delicious vegetarian/vegan options on the menu, just a little hard to pick out from the belt. Overall vibe is fun and the food is great. Definitely coming back next time we’re passing through.

For European kaiten (rolling belt) sushi restaurant, this is a great place to eat before flying out.

Excellent service and staff was very friendly. Alwyn was nice and kind and looked after us so well. Explained veg options. I will go anytime. Wish God bless us more people like Alwyn. Terminal 2 Heathrow, Yo Sushi staff rocks!

Had a really good meal here considering was the airport. Better than my local Yo that doesnt have as big a menu and always has lots out of stock. Recommend the popcorn shrimp, teriyaki beef and seaweed salad

Quick to be seated, took a while to order 🥤 as the QR ordering wasn’t working. Ordered Korean fried chicken that never came, they forgot to order it. The running sushi was ok, but mainly the same 9-10 different plates, and the seaweed salad tasted like soap. The waiter took away the seaweed salad from the bill though 👍

Overall good standard. The service is much better than in the city. Polite staffs with quick service. They leave you alone to enjoy your meal until you call for their attention. The portion is much more reasonable than the ones in the city, compare to other Yo Sushi I have been to. Well done.

The service was really good - in particular, one of the waitresses, Gabi, was incredible and very friendly and made our experience very enjoyable. The manager (who was dressed all in black) also provided us with really good service.

Service was good, but the thing that threw everything off was the chefs cutting the fish. Fish was right next to the seating area and you could tell it wasn’t very fresh from the look and smell. One of the chefs walked out of the back with some food and then proceeded to pick his ear before grabbing the fish with the same hand. Very disgusting and no hygiene at all…wouldn’t recommend with the careless chefs…

Food is good in general. The quantity of fish in sushi or meat in fried rice is very sparing. Portions are small and overpriced. Service charge is added without specifying.

Please pay more attention to cross contamination especially with the cream cheese. There should not be any cream cheese on a salman nigiri.

VG went above and beyond to accommodate my food allergies it was very appreciated

The staff are amazing and so thorough!! I was even asked if I had allergies when seated. The food was presented really well and looked very appealing. Everything was a good temperature and the whole place was so clean!!! My only complaint is the music is too loud. It’s not a night club.

Food was not bad, very simple. A lot of salmon choices than anything. So I ordered a tuna plate from the menu. Tuna was not good. Didn’t smell bad but it just did not look fresh or tasted fresh, so I did not like that! Place is good for a quick in and out of the airport. Very quiet just eat and go. Service was good. My server VG was super nice and courteous. She quickly removed the tuna I did not like and didn’t have to pay for it. So I appreciate her quick customer service! She greeted me as soon as I walked in and sat me down. Explained how the ordering process goes etc…great customer service!
