I stayed there for 2 nights on the first night there was no heating the room was freezing I had to wear my coat all night I'm now suffering with a really heavy cold due to this when I reported to reception about the heating they said if it still didn't work on the second night they would move our room the next day however we were only there for 2 nights so didn't make any sense we had to make quite a commotion to get another room with heating, and once moved the room was cosy and warm but I don't think I would ever stay in this hotel again.

Glad to say first time I have slept properly in a premier inn hotel normally find them unbearably hot Nice room nice beds building was quite cold felt like you could breathe would stay here again. Park in chimes walk round from car park vehicle number plate touch pay on way out. if you have lots of luggage I’d suggest you drive round and drop off first as it’s good few minutes walk

I had a very very bad experience in this premier inn branch. Very poor rooms, less spacious, tv remote not working. We booked family room and we had to change the room 3 times after discussion and arguments to get the better space room. No telephone in the room so you have to always either call them from your personal number or have to go down to get your request mentioned. I had previously booked in other premier inn branch but it was never that bad experience but this branch is terrible I felt like as if it’s a new built and they are still in settling phase.

Great location for Uxbridge town, very comfortable bed slept well, I don’t like moan but the shower took a very long time to get hot, also lacked any power, the hand basin was the same with no direction as to where hot or cold, and no toilet brush. The window was locked so I could not get any fresh air, also not much of a view. Paid £10.99 each for breakfast, it wasn’t worth it, we both left most of the food and I noticed over customers had done the same, overcooked bacon, cold sausages, can only describe the black pudding as wet goo, cold fried egg, When I was asked if all was good with my stay I complained about the breakfast and got a reply of sorry

Honestly I have a really really worst experience. As I booked hotel for three days as I have my EU charger when I asked to reception to get the EU plug they said they don't have or I can buy spend more money just for three days. Then they promised to arrange the plug for me the next day still not. Give me the option that i can leave my phone on the reception . It's really annoying annoying. Moreover there is no drinking water available in the rooms when I asked about it. They told me to use the bathroom tap water. Oh my god it's really disgusting to use the and touch the same tap when you use the toilet seat and to fill water bott I had the worst experience at this hotel, and I deeply regret booking it for three days. From the moment I checked in, it was a series of disappointments. First, I brought my EU charger and asked the reception for an adapter. They told me they didn’t have one and suggested I buy one myself—spend more money for just a three-day stay? Ridiculous. Then, they promised to arrange a plug for me the next day . Their "solution" was to leave my phone at reception to charge. Absolutely unacceptable and beyond annoying. Second, there was no drinking water in the rooms. When I asked, they told me to use the bathroom tap water. Seriously? You expect me to fill my water bottle from the same tap I touch after using the toilet? Disgusting and unhygienic. The nightmare didn’t end there. The pillow covers were dirty, with visible brown stains. When I requested clean blankets and pillowcases, they informed me they would only change them once during my entire three-day stay! Even after asking for basic housekeeping services—cleaning the room, emptying the bins, and fresh towels—they failed to deliver. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I paid a premium price for what? Filthy rooms, poor service, and zero amenities. I made a huge mistake choosing this hotel, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs!

Perfect location for a trip into central London. Clean rooms, the most comfortable bed, and check in was quick and problem free. Located just outside Uxbridge tube station. Highly recommend.

Very Bad Experience - Room Cleaning Service - did not clean room for days Room Card - was deactivated after a day and had to activate at the front desk Vending Machine - Food was stuck and had to call the front desk to shake the machine, ordered cola, recieved my payment but machine did not dispense the drink.

I have been staying in this hotel for the last 7 weeks for work. The staff do not even smile with you, I have never stayed in such a soulless hotel, and I have stayed all over the country. The only reason I keep staying there is the location is very close to where I work.

Back in Uxbridge, back at Premier Inn. As always, at the check-in I was welcomed like an old friend by the Reception team (Matteo). I was given a comfy, very quiet room that make me sleep soundly. Breakfast in the morning was great, with a good choice of both salty and sweet food.

Not good, WiFi is bad and the facilities did not accommodate Muslims for Ramadan as the breakfast is not served before 6am which caused me and my beautiful wife inconvenience. They should care more for Muslims. Did not get our money's worth. (£200 for two nights) There were marks on the roof from a previous flood. Tea bags and sugar sachets was not replenished in our room. It is a shame because me and my beautiful wife love London Uxbridge just not the hotel.

Premier Inn are great at tyring to keep things quiet and peaceful. Refurbished recently, neat clean and tidy. Proper little reception desk with staff!! Literally 100 yards from Uxbridge tube station. Great for going into London, and a damn site cheaper than city hotels. Breakfast £9.99. Great hotel for going into the City but takes about an hour on the tube.

Stayed three nights in room 415 - bed was ridiculously uncomfortable. Stayed with a party of three other guests who were in two different rooms without issue. We didn't have chance to speak to reception as we were visiting family for 90th birthday celebrations and reception was often empty. I put in a complaint under Premier Inns good night guarantee regarding out room only and was told the bed couldn't possibly be uncomfortable as it was less than 2 years old. I strongly suggest that if you are assigned room 415 that you ask to be moved when you check in. Also - apparently a good night sleep guarantee isn't worth the paper it is written on at Premier Inn so I don't know why they bother offering it

My wife and I have stayed in this Hotel for 1 night and had a great experience. We were welcomed by Matteo C. at the reception and he was extremely professional, polite and went above and beyond our expectations. We can’t recommend this hotel enough. This is our 2nd stay here, in short no working heating in the room, inadequate information around use of blue dinner voucher and no mattress for baby cot bed. Expanding further: unfortunately the room heating didn't work during the entirety of our stay. Hospitality didn't pick up the phone on the first few tries (in their defence they had a massive check in queue). We were ultimately able to get through to someone and were given a standalone plug-in heater. This isn't great news when you've got a 10 month old baby with you. Then came the issue with the blue dinner voucher we were offered. We went down to dinner for 8pm, once baby had had her nap, and the lady stated that the buffet dinner had finished. She then made a call which enabled us to have a menu-based dinner restricted to £30 per person with no money allowance for our little baby to eat. We fortunately therefore did have dinner in the end, we paid the difference including the cost of feeding our little one some mashed potatoes. If my husband had not queried things we might have not had dinner at all (the lady at the buffet reception was happy to turn us away, not bothering to signpost us at all to the option from eating from the menu as an alternate) and we would have had to make our own arrangements. There is a clear lack of signposting around use of blue vouchers in the hotel. We were simply told, upon check-in, we could use the Oxbo restaurant which closed at 10pm, we were not signposted to the dinner buffet ending at 8pm until it was too late and we were not aware that we then had the option to eat off the menu after this time until my husband had raised the issue of it being unfair that we were being turned away for dinner, it was only after all this and the buffet reception lady checking with the front desk that we were told to "take a table". Additionally dinner voucher stated that it was for 2 adults and 1 baby but no monetary provision was included for our baby to eat (just the adults). Finally the cot bed supplied in the room had no mattress for our baby. There was a folded sheet placed at the bottom but the cot bed was still too hard. Baby ended up having to sleep between us in the main bed, neither of us had a good night's sleep at all in the end. The room just ended up being far too congested for a couple and a young baby to stay in with far from ideal heating arrangements. We are checking out later today but I thought to leave this review whilst it was fresh in my head. It is a nice enough place to stay but there is a great deal of room for improvement (no pun intended). This is not a hotel that is all that child focused.
