Naga Saag in Barnet

BE CAREFUL! This place closed down about 2 months ago but their website is still allowing you to place and pay for orders. After my order did not arrive and no one answered my multiple phone calls, I walked round there to find it had gone! No idea if I'll get my money back

I've ordered from here before and was really impressed with the food so tried to order from here twice since however both orders were cancelled by them. The most recent one was accepted (after 25 minutes of waiting), payment accepted and then 30 minutes later was then cancelled with them stating they were closed. No idea if I'll get refunded.

BAD BAD customer service, STAY AWAY !

They are a disgrace to Indian cuisine and do not have an idea where to start. The chicken dhansak I have ordered was chicken pieces swimming in in sugary tomato sauce and my wife’s madras was similar in turmeric water. If you want to taste the worst curry do not hesitate to order. I was embarrassed to send the food back in front of my guests. One star is very generous rating shame on responsible party

Dreadful service! Ordered on Uber, didn’t keep to the delivery time, order arrived late, then part of it missing! Called them just to be told they are very busy, if you are that busy you should turn off your Uber deliveries if you are making mistakes because you are busy. Took them 40 minutes to send the missing item after calling 3 times being told 10, 10 then 15 mins, then did not even replace the hot items which had gone cold! Called back just to be laughed at then for them to hang up the phone! Disgraceful service! Rude and unprofessional when they have made errors! Never again if I could give zero stars I would, it’s a shame as their food is good, but not worth the risk to be given this service

This is a decent place for a quick takeaway. the food is vacuum sealed and the xontainers are stong. the portions are good. and it isnt oily. The kitchen is also open plan so they are not hiding a filthy kitchen. when i came to collect the food, 3 people just looked at me and dis say anything. and my food was packee sitting behind the counter. a bit strange. Also i feel the food has way to much onions that are coursely chopped. worth a try

They do the best paneer saag. Moved away 3 years ago and still haven't found anything that comes close 😢

Take to long to make your delivery. IF YOU order online from Uber for example the delivery driver arrive and delivery never is ready the delivery driver needs wait long time and I have wait too. They waste time of the delivery driver because he earn per delivery and if he is sitting waiting he isn't earning nothing and also waste my time.

Disgusting service. Half the food didnt arrive so sent it back and they refused a refund. AVOID

Food is very nice delivery driver was also very nice but the manager is arrogant missed something of my order and was rude about making a mistake wont be ordering again from them after the attitude I just recieved very disappointed

The chana masala was full of sugar, it was disgusting. Went straight in the bin. The raita was warm and sweet. The bombay potatoes bland and just had no taste. Did not taste cooked fresh either. The daal was extra soggy but edible with chapatis. Worst indian meal i have ever eaten wouldn't even call it an Indian meal. Don't waste your money if your looking to have a good Indian!

Worst vegetarian dishes I’ve had

SUGAR!!!!! LOTS OF SUGAR!!!!! Was added to the curry, sides that we ordered - Vegetable Dhansak, Lamb Tikka Pasanda, Onion Bhaji couldn't finish the food it was just horrible. Threw that food in the bin. First and LAST time to eat from there.

I placed an order with them through UberEats which said would arrive at 9:03pm. By 9:40pm the food still had not arrived. When I called them, they claimed that the Uber driver had taken the wrong order and that another Uber driver had just arrived and would deliver my order. The order ended up arriving at 10:10pm, almost 2 hours after I placed the order. The order was also incomplete. I then contacted the restaurant to inform them that after waiting almost 2hrs for my order, an item was missing. I was put through to the manager who was extremely rude on the phone and began arguing with me on the phone that it was not his problem and that the UberEats driver must have taken the item, claiming I should contact Uber. After a lot of going back n forth on the phone, I ended up going down to the restaurant and demanded that something be done about my order. I was met by the very rude manager once again, who I informed I would be making a formal complaint about his conduct and manner of speaking to customers. In the end I received a replacement for my order. I will not be ordering from this particular Naga Saag again! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered!!!

Fast delivery and delicious foods

Order half hr earlier than expected,no problem. However,the food was oily, nan bread bland,no garlic taste in it; plastic boxes with no lid on rice-is it prepacked? Hmm,wouldnt order again Im afraid.

Wonderful takeaway. Arrived on time, fresh, non oily and wonderful flavour on all dishes. Will be using regularly from now on.

Worst food...making fool in the name of Indian food...no cucumber in cucumber raita, no salt in matar paneer...ridic ridic food. I wish I could have had ancoan to give zero rating.

I've been ordering from Naga Saag regularly for over three years on tge recommendation of my daughter and I've never been let down. I use their delivery service and the process is quick and efficient and polite. Then there is the food. Always arrives piping hot and it is delicious, good quality Indian food. There is a good variety but I have my favourites and they are consistently good. Food takes about 40 mins to arrive, delivered always by a very polite member of staff and to reiterate the food has never needed reheating. If you like Indian food then I highly recommend Naga Saag every time!

Horrible microwaved s##t DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Not sure what’s happened to this place, it used to be amazing but sadly no more. Not only was our delivery over an hour late but it was cold and the wrong thing. The delivery driver was rude and aggressive and the promises made by the manager of a free meal totally relinquished as our food was literally held to ransome. Cochin is a great alternative or Sun and Sea Lounge (a little more expensive but worth it).

Right now ordering food based on everyone's reviews ...here's hoping the food is truly as good as described. So we enjoyed our take out tonite thanks naga saag for a most enjoyable dinner ..we will be back ! The chili paneer is very hot!

Worst curry I've ever had! Took over an hour for delivery and driver didn't even have change for me. Will not be ordering from here again. Didnt even finish it. I don't understand how people even rate this. Only gave it one star otherwise I couldn't write a review.

I have tried so many Indian in this area but this takeaway has an extra edge to beat all of them, everything we ordered came in sealed containers and printed labelled and the food was outstsnding.one try this has becomes my favourite Indian.very professional service, this people know what they doing, my only advise is to this guys keep the high standard as it is, thank you for the delicious food and can't wait to order our next meal from you,thanks guys from Steve x

Takeaway order, great service with fast delivery and good packaging, unfortunately the food itself was lacking. Chicken karahi was the only dish I enjoyed, the saag paneer tasted like a dessert and the daal makhani was an overcooked paste with little flavour. The garlic naan also tasted of sugar and not garlic.

This takeaway is one of the best in Barnet, the delivery was very quick, the food came with sealed container so no mess in the bag and printed labelled food name no mixing up with order, every dish we ordered was different flavour tasted really fresh, anyone up for Indian food don't forget to try this one, highly remomended, trust me you won't regret,
