Creams Cafe Edgware in Barnet

I visited today and do not recommend compared to all the other branches of creams in my opinion this is for sure the worst one poor service the atmosphere is off and the food was awful does not taste like other creams.

My friend Shoiabe is excellent server and I highly recommend visiting this branch of creams. All the staff and service were incredible! 👍

I’ve been visiting Creams Café Edgware for years, and while it’s always been a solid spot for desserts, I can’t help but feel like it’s lost a bit of its charm over time. The food itself was good in terms of taste and quality, but the presentation just didn’t have that extra touch—it felt more like it was quickly put together rather than carefully crafted. A drizzle of sauce here and there doesn’t quite match the standard that other dessert spots have been setting lately. It’s still a good place to grab a treat, but compared to newer dessert chains that have really stepped up their game, it feels like Creams hasn’t quite kept up. I gave the food 3 stars, not because of the taste, but because it lacked that “je ne sais quoi” that makes a dessert feel special. I hope to see them bring back some creativity in the future!

If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. had a really disappointing experience at this Creams location. I was served a completely cold waffle, and when I politely asked for a warm one (as you'd expect), the owner-whose name I believe was Jane or something-was incredibly rude. Instead of addressing the issue, he just shrugged it off and said, 'Well, it's already here now' No apology, no effort to fix it. The lack of basic customer service was shocking. Definitely won't be coming back.

Silva made us delicious crepes and waffles. Highly recommend the tiramisu crepe!

Months ago the milkshakes were super nice (creamy and thick consistency). Recently it's just watered down milk with chocolate bits. I'm not sure if its down to laziness or it depends which staff makes them correctly. We were a group of 3, not worth paying almost £20 for shakes (2 large and 1 regular). UPDATE 2025 - Milkshakes are even better! Packaged with care whenever ordering a takeaway.

The ice cream was amazing and specially their oreo shake. they maintained hygiene and they keep it very clean. I visit that place every Saturday and they welcome us very well at time. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I ordered a Oreo milkshake last night around 10pm and it tasted like milk and chocolate powder!!! Nothing like an Oreo shake!!! Normally they do it really good!! 😏

Always want to tell you where to sit in an empty establishment.. never give you cutlery you always have to get up and get it yourself. The chicken waffles are good but so hit and miss.. they don't pour enough batter in.

I placed an order today for delivery and there were several issues with my milkshakes. The milkshakes were missing whipped cream and straws and were extremely watery. DESPITE the milkshakes being “large thick milkshakes”. The Oreo milkshake was truly horrendous, extremely watery and tasteless. It was as if the staff rationed the Oreo’s. The Kinder bueno white milkshake was also watery and lacked substance. Unfortunately, neither the manager nor the team members offered any solution or took accountability for the mistakes with my order when we called them which was very disappointing. Order via Deliveroo.

I just placed an order today for delivery. My milkshake was missing the whipped cream and missing straws. How do you expect someone to drink their milkshake without a straw?! I am very displeased with the service provided. As you can see in the images attached there is no whipped cream on my milkshake. The Oreo milkshake is also ridiculously watery, despite having ordered a THICK Oreo milkshake. It’s like I’m drinking water with floating chocolate bits in it! Hands down the worst shake I’ve had! The manager and staff provided no solution or genuine accountability for the poor service and or messed up order when I called them to let them know about the order issues! Such terrible desserts and even worse service!

I wish I can give them 0 star . Whoever works Saturday night and pick the phone has no sense what he was talking with customer . First they ruined the order because it may be last few minutes of ending their shift. I paid £10 for the waffle which they drizzle few chocolate , very cold and not prepared correctly . Poor service Bad mannered

Unhygienic. The forks were dirty and not only one set,all of them. Wash them better next time please otherwise you lose customers. I like Creams ice cream and crepes tho. Thank you.

I ordered a waffle with NUTELLA and strawberries. I received my order promptly however when I opened the box it was revolting. The waffle was soggy, the NUTELLA was replaced by some cheap chocolate sauce which was bitter and worst of all the strawberries had gone off. I called to let them know about my order, instead of understanding and listening to what I was saying they continue to state that the Nutella is Nutella it’s their Nutella and that they do not have any other Nutella sauce which is incorrect. I tried to explaining that the strawberries had gone off and their excuse was it is because we cut them directly onto the waffle which makes no sense at all. I will not be ordering from them ever again as the quality of the food is atrocious.

The desserts taste absolutely terrible. Just throw your money away instead.

I am a 15 year old boy I went there with my mum and siblings one of the workers treated us poorly and didn't let us sit where we wanted.He swore at my mum and was really rude to us. It was the worst experience I've ever had in my life going out with my family.

Firstly, I’d like to say that the service was soo slow, had to wait 20 minutes for a lychee and mango bubble shake and 2 white kinder beuno shakes. Secondly, Brother on the tills known as “Habib” was not helpful with the vegan options as my friend doesn’t eat anything that has gluten. Thirdly, one of the hijabi girl and habib were “flirting” and when I went up to the hijabi girl shortly after to ask about my order that has been taking forever, she acted confused and didn’t have a clue on what she was doing so I had to go to habib again and ask. Won’t ever be coming back as I have never experienced such slow pace work. This was Edgware Road branch, not Marble Arch. Don’t blame others for the mistakes that you have made. Doesn’t seem professional for you to be doing this. And I will not be deleting my comment. This is for the public to read.

We had delivery and they didn’t have the option to add sprinkles to the ice cream and left a note to the team if they would leave us some and they did! Yay!

Dined in the restaurant about an hour and a half before closing and we were welcomed with dead stares by all the workers as they were cleaning and perhaps preparing for the next day. While ordering the service was quite dead, no smiles, workers chatting in a different language, and someone else started mopping in the restaurant while others were eating. The desserts as usual were really good and it's just a shame that the workers are not willing to enhance the customer journey. Takeaway is fabulous too and I'll definitely order again but I do recommend a different customer approach.

There was a flattened fly inside of the speculoos ice cream, by this point most of the ice cream was eaten until we noticed. Nothing was done about this, no refund was offered, and was told that the fly landed in it although there was no flies about as we would’ve noticed. Additionally, the cutlery was appallingly dirty.

Excellent service and great packaging. I accidentally ordered different sundae than I wanted and I called them and they happily replaced with the one I wanted. Will order again.

This store is very unprofessional. It clearly lists online that there is a student discount, however when I ask to use my student discount employees act very disgruntled and I was told a lie that after 6pm discount doesn’t work (after employees discuss in another language). Will not be going here again and spending my money here!!!

What a waste of time and money, so arrogant and rude staff, they misbehave and did not liked there scoop shake, which is worst ever i tried. They did accept they have worst shake and said we even never have our own shake.

Reason of 1 star is manager who was on duty . It was 23march. We went with family. And manager said its only Take away available . However at was just 11pm and open till 12. We are regularly visiting this place but this time we are disappointed. The main reason is manager wants go home for iftari so he wants to close early . And behaviour was also very rude. I don't think this person is deserving manager position. It was zero customer service. He don't know about customer delightness.

Food wasn't as advertised and was a bit of a let down unfortunately. The vegan chocolate icecream tasted of ice and the chai latte just tasted like hot water. The cookie dough was good but the chocolate fudge cake was disappointing. The atmosphere was bad, there was man seated near us(who was clearly friends with the staff) who was watching a video on his phone very loudly it was very off putting and ruined the atmosphere and the staff just ignored it.

Worst creams ever, waited 20min for a milkshake they gave me the wrong order. Absolute waste of time. I have gone again and yet again been disappointed with their service. A nachos plate had 3 nachos and hard cheese. They refused to add more cheese and nachos, the staff was rude.

ordered through just Eat and one item was missing. When called up someone called Shoaib said "just go get a refund" and was very dismissive and hung up the phone. When called back another staff member picked up and accused the driver of stealing. Very bad customer service!!!

Horrendous experience twice in the shop. They advertised closing at 12am but want you to takeaway as from 10.30pm. Got the nuttela and strawberry with only 4 slices of strawberries. Shame I used to love this shop. Very disappointed this time. Will not go back anytime soon.

The waffle was so decadent and amazing!!! The vanilla ice cream was also really nice and the fruits were fresh. Wished the chocolate ice cream was richer, it was rather basic and that was disappointing for a chocolate lover. Presentation was great nonetheless. The customer service was ok and they are open until very late.

Absolutely terrible service I paid £8.95 for cheap dry tortilla chips no sauce 5/6 jalapeño pieces, I called to complain the manger Hardeep had no communication or customer services skills. He told me he is unable to offer a a refund and he was happy for me to leave a review. This was my first and last time. AVOID AT ALL COST They have plently of bad reviews I don’t think they are bothered.

Ordered cookie dough and cake Cookie dough was cold and tasted bad Cake tasted actually bad. Like i wasnt expecting incredible but after i threw out the cookie dough i thought well at least i had cake. Nope. I could buy a £2 cake from sainsburys that would have tasted infinitely better than this overpriced food. Fortunately delivery company refunded for cookie dough

Staff very friendly, desert came out fairly quickly and was warm. The cookie dough was really nice and warm and chocolatey. However it is quite rich, due to the amount of chocolate ,so struggled to finish it all. Service was excellent!

Very nice atmosphere. However, the place was significantly warmer than expected.We tried the white chocolate and raspberry Very delicious 😋 ,however, one slight letdown was that the raspberries were still frozen

The ice cream is delicious, nice design, BUT: we ordered 4 desserts, in one we found a hair, we replaced it, and in the second there was a fly. Ugly and disgusting!

When you order via uber eats or any of the others please tell your staff to check that they giving the correct item to the driver. The restaurant said they had my order in front of them, they also said for me to order 1 scoop of ice cream via ubvsr eats and they will send my correct order, what a joke. And now uber eats won't give me a refund, even tho the name of the receipt isn't mine!

The icecream ordered was melted, and the waffles was also not eatable. When called the store, the staff wasnt also able to help blaming its busy, and was also not helpful at all. the service is rubbish. Not a good place for deserts and also the supervisor was not helping us. Never going again. When we asked for email, he didnt even knew the email for the store as he was a supervisor too..
