Have been going to MyLahore from back in the day when it was called Cafe Lahore and was just one decently sized fast-food takeaway next to Bradford Uni with a downstairs seating area. Been going for more than 10 years with my family to the Bradford and Leeds branches yet it seems to be the trend that they start off really well and then go downhill after some time. Same thing with the Bradford one. Service and atmosphere is pretty good, they know we’ve been coming for a while but so much has changed that just doesn’t make this seem like the kind of place to take your family to for nice Asian food, it’s mostly an issue with the food. The management at the Leeds branch have always been so kind and nice. They recognise regular customers and always seem to do more than their best to keep customers happy. Unfortunately the food is always inconsistent, either it’s got too much oil, or it’s incredibly bland tasting, and there’s always some different response every time about this. We order Chicken Karahi or Fish Karahi so it’s hardly like we’re ordering something that isn’t a common staple dish. I was recently told that if we dont ask the waiter specifically to make our food “desi style” (even though this isn’t mentioned on the menu) that the food would be taste bland in order to cater to the non-Asian demographic? I don’t always eat spicy and oily Asian food but the reason we used to come here was because they made dishes to a good standard. Now it all just seems rushed and inconsistent. Other various reasons I have been told why my family’s experience wasn’t good have been: - allegedly new recipes - new kitchen staff or a different team in the kitchen - changes to how to order our food (as previously mentioned) After a few times of feeling as if we’ve been let down for whatever reason and always discussing this with the managers each time our experience was sub-par, we’ve just decided that we will go elsewhere rather than eat somewhere that is inconsistent like this with a different reason every time.

Visited on 26th Dec 2024. Food was made quickly and great service. Promised to mention the waiter by name but unfortunately his name has escaped me. Did not have to wait long for a seat for lunch and were greeted warmly by all members of staff.

An outstanding restaurant with very delicious food. Had dum biriyani, which was flavourful and generously portioned, the crispy and flaky bread on top was a standout feature. The drinks desserts are also great. The interior design, service and atmosphere is also very nice.

We stopped off here on a visit to Leeds and the food was to die for! Fantastic service from the lovely Venera who couldn't do enough for us - all staff members we dealt with were lovely. The restaurant has nice decor and a pleasant atmosphere. My husband and I shared the spicy chicken tikka masala and the biryani and both were mouthwateringly delicious. The garlic naan was fluffy and perfect. We love British South Asian food and this was definitely some of the best we've tried. Thanks MyLahore!

The food is really good!! We had Indian foods and that were so tasty. The service is quite good. Mohamed was one of the staff who managed our table and his service was excellent. Definitely one of the best restaurant in Leeds.

This restaurant is truly amazing! I had the Baked Parmesan and Sweet Chilli Chips, which were absolutely delicious. It was my husband’s first visit, and he opted for the Salmon, which he thoroughly enjoyed—he’s already looking forward to our next visit! The service was equally impressive; our waiter, Khizer, was very nice and professional, ensuring we had a wonderful dining experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant for its amazing food and outstanding hospitality!

Just had dinner here with my husband. The service was amazing, Mohamed anticipated our needs and went above and beyond. The food came quickly too. My husband had the mixed grill, and to quote him, it was the best mixed grill he's had in a long while. What I tasted from his plate was moist and juicy and full of flavour. I had the chicken burger and it was so juicy. The fresh jalapeños were the perfect zing to balance the sweet BBQ sauce. We finished the dinner with some fresh waffles and cappuccinos. Couldn't have been a better end to the meal. Overall this was an amazing dining experience and I hope to come again while in town.

Been coming here for over 5 years and the service has been spot on everytime. Never any complaints about food and they’re always expanding and innovating their menu. On this occasion, Salman and Muskan were very helpful and attentive and even introduced us to their new dessert menu where we had the Tiramisu which was very nice.
