MyLahore in Bradford

Went to my Lahore’s today with my husband and got the butter chicken with sweet chilli chips. The service was absolutely spot on, very attentive and friendly. We were served by shaf, he was very polite and made sure we had everything we needed, would definitely recommend coming to the Bradford flagship branch! Excellent experience!

My decision to come to mylahores with my friends for dinner was one that was certainly vindicated by the outstanding service that I received. We were warmly welcomed by the manager Shaf, who showed us to our table and introduced us to our servers Ali and Iram, who were friendly and well-versed in the menu, facilitating a smoother ordering experience for us all. The food arrived promptly and was brilliant. Our table was cleaned swiftly by Sami, who then provided us with menus to order desserts, which were also lovely. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I would recommend it to any person either from Bradford or visiting from out of town.

Había tanta selección para la comida, con algo adecuado para mí como un comedor quisquilloso, así como tantas opciones para mi marido que él seguía cambiando de opinión lo que quería! Honestamente, fue una de las mejores comidas que mi esposo y yo hemos tenido cuando salimos en mucho tiempo. ¡Estamos emocionados de traer a nuestros hijos la próxima vez!

Iram was very lovely always asking if we needed anything. She was very interactive with my family and ensuring my children were happy with their food and ice creams. Food was very tasty lots of flavours and even the kids meals were fresh. Overall excellent service will be coming back soon.

MyLahore more like Mylahair 🤢. I am absolutely horrified and disgusted by my recent Uber Eats order from MyLahore. Finding one hair in your food is bad enough, but I found three long strands of hair tangled in my meal🤮! I am revolted beyond words and literally feel sick to my stomach remembering all the bites I had before I found that. Clearly the 5 star hygiene rating displayed on their Deliveroo is a lie, because they have no hygiene standards whatsoever. Argh , knowing that I nearly ate something so filthy makes me sick to my stomach. This is not just gross, it’s a complete health hazard. I feel utterly violated by this experience. I cannot stress enough how unacceptable this is! A serious investigation into their food prep practices needs to be carried out . Permanently put off from this unhygienic place and to think that before this I actually thought the food was good . But maybe if they took the proper precautions and follow their due diligence , this wouldn’t have happened 🤮🤢.

Last night the service was below par. But, Jess came to the rescue. I just mentioned the service & that it was my birthday visit & she just couldn't do enough. She single handedly resurrected the experience, surpassing even MyLahores normal high standards. She is a credit to the organisation. The service went back to excellent.

Warm welcome, excellent food quick and attentive service. Really buzzing atmosphere with a real.mix of customers. Families, couples, pre-theatre (great choice for before a show - fast, delicious, and you can take away what you cant finish!). The keema biriyani was delicious and the aloo parathas were amazing! Brilliant service from Iram who was friendly and fast. Shaf the manager checked in on us too which was a nice touch. Top notch!

Went there as travelling from Leicester. First if all no consideration thay we were with a small baby. They decided to place us next to people who were relatively close to table now that would block them. Then when questioned they placed us to this round table which would again block the opposite table. We still thought its ok. We sat there no one actually came to hand the menu until 10 mints later when asked. The high chair given to us for our baby didnt even had belt. Feeling quite frustrated we simply decided to leave.

Food was lovely, Parmesan was stunning and Sahil was very attentive and made sure we got chocolate sauce with the ganache cake.

Outstanding food. The lamb handi was unusual, served on the bone but the flavours were divine. Service friendly and attentive especially from Shahid and Ali. Excellent all round!

This is our second trip to My Lahore Bradford. My brother and I come up here from London for business purposes and I must say we came here for a second time because the food was phenomenal, the atmosphere is soothing and lastly the service from OMID was second to none. Customer service is single handedly the most important aspect that I look at for any restaurant before I decide to go back there or not. Bravo Team MyLahore Bradford 👏🏽

I will give rather than 1 -5 star if i can just waste of money guys dont waste your money here your money value go to reall standard restaurant not just like this fake cooking no taste just chillies in curries prawns taste like nuggets very noisy restaurant
