Very nice. Small, casual place. Simple. Choose your pasta, add your sauce and an optional topping if you would like. I had the fusilli with tuna and olives sauce plus a soft drink. Very nice. Freshly made, authentic. Good portion size and well presented. Much better than the chain Italian restaurants. They do desserts and other items too. Very clean. Staff are super friendly. Efficient service. Highly recommend. Reasonably priced.

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante in occasione della nostra vacanza a Londra. Stufi della cucina locale, abbiamo “ceduto” alla voglia di pasta. Devo dire che in questo locale è come entrare in una trattoria italiana. Il proprietario Riccardo e tutto il suo staff (rigorosamente modenesi) offrono piatti della tradizione preparati con la cura classica italiana. Anche i dolci sono di tutto rispetto e veramente molto buoni. Abbiamo preso 4 primi, 3 dolci, 4 bottiglie d’acqua e un caffè e siamo rimasti sotto le 80 sterline. Lo consiglio con sicurezza. Non ve ne pentirete!

Fantastic fresh pasta. Asked by one day years ago and heard only Italian from the seating area. We go weekly and the kids love the tortellini with red or white sauce. Ricardo is friendly and warm as is the rest of the staff.

Great place to come to eat casually. We come here after a swim. Freshly cooked pasta. Lots of choice. My kids eat pasta, my favourite is the melanzana parmigiana! This week I had the minestrone soup, beautiful!

It feels great to be back at my tortellini, especially after the lockdown. there were some outstanding additions of desserts and carbonara! really highly recommended to everyone!

During the lockdown, I was always thinking about your excellent dishes. As soon as I could I went back for a good plate of Tagliatelle with bolognese sauce. I immediately noticed the vitality of the boys! The flavors have always remained the same, and I immediately felt better! They also added tons of new things, including desserts, pasta, and toppings. Always nice to come back and feel at home.

Had this for the first time since their rebrand and lockdown and was bitterly disappointed. This used to be my go to place for pasta. I ordered a double portion of my usual Gramigna with cream and sausage and the pasta was way overcooked. My husband’s Trofi was marginally better but nothing like it used to be - quality control issues with the expansion maybe? I should add that we had this as a delivery order through deliveroo but that’s how we have had it numerous times and the pasta was perfectly al dente in the past. Just so disappointed as this used to be my absolute favourite pasta place in town.

I take my kids here to eat once in a while. They love it, I like it. Dishes are simple but the food is very nice and affordable. Super friendly staff makes it very easy to keep coming back.

We tried the spinach and ricotta tortelloni and the ham tortellini and both were really fresh and delicious. The ice cream coffee was also great to finish on! The staff were so friendly and we will definitely be back soon.

My Tortellini is a fantastic little spot in the O2 Centre that serves a variety of freshly made authentic Italian food. Not only is it delicious but also very reasonably priced. You can dine in or takeaway which is a plus.The menu is structured so you can create a customized dish from the pasta type to the toppings... and then it's made right in front of you! Can't get fresher than that!As a side note the staff are super friendly and bring a fun flare to your experience! Highly recommended especially if youve just come out of the gym opposite and need to refuel!

my tortellini was a brilliant experience with super friendly and helpful staff and delicious food. The pasta dishes felt very good value and the perfect portion size, leaving me full but still wanting more because it was so yummy. Would highly recommend!

we were one of the first customers when my tortellini opened in 2014, and have enjoyed eating here regularly since then. The pasta is made in house and this really is a place that does simplicity to perfection. It's a great place to eat and i would highly recommend it.

Per chi - ahimé - viaggia con una piaga come la mia figlia minore, che mangia 3 cose di numero anche a casa, TortelliniCup si è rivelata una salvezza: le tagliatelle al ragù, cucinate al momento, erano buonissime. Niente a che vedere con quelle schifezze che passano per cibo italiano all'estero. Sicuramente merito del titolare, Riccardo, che ci ha accolto con grande cordialità. Ottimi anche i tortellini ricotta e spinaci.

My family have been going here since 2015. It’s my daughter’s favourite pasta place, she even insisted to go on her birthday. My husband and I love the tortellini as well as all the other bread, pizza and dessert on offer. The owner Riccardo has great passion on delivering great Italian food efficiently with a warm service always. (He is always so friendly with his customers and children!) I highly recommend the ham tortellini with cream and mushroom sauce, whole wheat fusilli with bolognese, tiramisu and the wonderful Nutella profiteroles. We love this place and cannot stop ourselves from going back again!

Hemos estado yendo aquí durante años, ya que este lugar se abrió porque es local a nuestro hogar. Mi hija adolescente se acercó a su mostrador sola para comprar un bocado rápido el viernes pasado y la señora del mostrador le dio una porción muy pobre. Caminó a casa, que estaba a una corta distancia, y cuando abrió el contenedor de alimentos, ambos nos quedamos impactados y decepcionados. 4. 50 por menos de la mitad de la pasta. Envié un correo electrónico de quejas inmediatamente a su bandeja de entrada, pero no recibí respuesta casi una semana después. Es triste que las porciones y el servicio al cliente hayan disminuido tan drásticamente ahora que han establecido su negocio en el área.

Como cliente habitual puedo recomendar este lugar a todos. Incluso mis amigos italianos dijeron que este es el lugar italiano apropiado, no como otras grandes cadenas que pretenden serlo. La comida es increíble, hecha fresca delante de mí siempre. Es bastante difícil pasar por allí sin pedir nada, incluso una pequeña taza de chocolate caliente, que es encantador. Todo el mundo es siempre encantador y acogedor, no importa si vengo justo después de que se abre o casi se cierra. El propietario es una de las personas más encantadoras y positivas que he conocido en Londres.

It's quite paradoxical that your tortellini is not as fresh as before. As a regular customer I noticed the difference respect to the past few years and now you always serve tortellini expiring the same day as the customer eats them.

We’ve been coming here as a family for about a year and I’ve finally got round to doing the review they really deserve. The food is yummy and acceptable even to my threenager. The staff are friendly and helpful and they even have gluten free options. Really great and much better than most of the sit down restaurants upstairs in the o2 centre.

Per trovare questa qualità a Londra è necessario spendere minimo il doppio di quanto abbiamo pagato. Ottimo cibo, come in Italia, servizio veloce e cordiale. Consigliatissimo.

This little food stall inside a mall was a good find for me. The food was fast, filling and reasonably priced. The pasta is cooked fresh and sauteed in the sauce right in front of you. I got the ham mini-tortellinis with the cream and mushroom sauce. Also they shredded Parmesan on top. The tortellini was perfectly cooked and there was ample sauce. It was a super filling meal and I could eat it as I walked.
