Went out for a girls night out to celebrate a friend's birthday. Atmosphere, food and entertainment not bad, however there were little things such as broken furniture when we wanted to move to another table which could have caused a safety hazard. The place is nice bit little atrention to detail would go a long way to enhance positive customer experience.

I went for snacks and shisha here. It was clean and shisha was good. There was TV and they were showing live football. Lots of parking.I didn’t have the food so I can’t comment.

The service was absolutely horrendous, the staff did not know what they were doing at all and never cleaned the tables before giving more on the table. They took down orders and then told us that the food was out of stock. I received a horribly stale burger bun that was cold and would leave marks if you tried to bite into it. They took an eternity to clean the tables or provide the cake. They did not know what they were doing whatsoever and some felt like they were too big for the role. We had to ask them over 10x for one thing and they still did not remember. They then had the audacity to charge a service fee when we practically did everything ourselves. Please do not go here, there are plenty of nicer restaurants around the area.

Its hard to know where to start really. Probably the strangest evening out I have had for a long time. This is a Halal restaurant and so is alcohol free - this means that they wont give you tap water, but WILL sell a £5 bottle of Voss water. I understand they aren’t obliged to do this under licensing laws, but come on! The food was ‘okay’ but the menu is generally quite expensive…and contains (wait for it) a section with 24 carrot gold dishes (eg. A 24 ct burger or steak). The evening was interspersed with a fire eating belly dancing Girl and (for no apparent reason) a waiter donning a scary face mask and setting fire to his grill station! The room is cheaply decorated and furnished , with laminated menus and the toilet plumbing didnt work. Dont believe the reviews that say its a classy joint…it isn’t!

Terrible service every step of the way. Average, overpriced food and drinks. Staff that didn't seem to know what they're doing. A laughably poor dining experience.

There were 6 of us and we tried Chicken or Beef Pulled Tacos, Rib Eye Steak , Fillet Mignon Sliced Steak and T-Bone Steak. To be applauded! We had dinner on Saturday night, the place was packed with people but this in no way prevented us from receiving attentive, friendly and always smiling service! We will be back!

Restaurant that in addition to great food offers pure entertainment. Good idea of the Halal bar. More than excellent value for money. I will be back with my group of friends.

Really not worth it . Waste of money . Very poor customer service . The staffs are very rude specially the guy was on the reception . Very loud music . We spent £185 for 5 of us . One of the staff said to us 2-3 times that what we orders was supposed to be only for 2 people . All the hype about this restaurant only because of tiktok . They even did not allow people to go upstairs .

Me and my cousin arrived at my shish, we were told to walk round as the lounge was around the corner. We were waiting for at least 10 minutes before somebody notice us to seat us. The music was ridiculously loud we thought we had gone into a club instead of dinner/shisha. Now seated and having a look at our surroundings we noticed it was like a shed, we did not feel like we were in a shisha lounge. There was no cutlery on our table, so when the food arrived, we were waiting an extra 10 minutes for somebody to notice that we had no cutlery. They also had a section on the menu that said ‘for the gram’ to which was not Instagram worthy and when the staff member brought over a drink for my cousin, he poured the dry ice onto the table when we weren’t even ready to record. We ordered ribs which came with rice and salad. The ribs were very bland. They tasted like they had been cooked on charcoal with no seasoning. Furthermore, I asked for shisha and was supposedly given grape which had absolutely no flavour, so I then gave it to my cousin to try, she also said it had very little flavour to none. I’ve then told one of the staff members that this is tasteless, he offered to change it so I asked for watermelon. For some reason, the security guy changed the flavour for me and when he came back, I asked him what flavour was it to which he responded ‘grape-melon’ so evidently he didn’t change it to what I had asked for. He was standing at our table for so long, inhaling most of the shisha to tell us he was starting it up. When he finally finished inhaling everything, he gave it to me to try, and for a second time, there was no flavour whatsoever. I became really infuriated at this point, I just told him to take it back. The fire show began at 9:30 which they then turned off all the lights and we were eating our dinner in the dark. It was not pleasant. Personally, I didn’t think the show was great at all. We then decided we had enough and wanted to leave, I tried to pay and their card machine was not working. We tried three times and their card machine kept failing. Which just added more to our frustrations. We also noticed that people seem to be leaving early. They would stay a short time and then go, now I understand why. I would definitely not recommend this place. Unless you like your shisha in a shed, then this is the place is for you.

Family members recommended this place. They weren’t over enthusiastic about it, but did say it’s somewhere one should try at least once. You should go for the experience, exact words. The price seemed extremely high for what we had, the appetisers were very disappointing, portions were small and the prawns were drowned in sauce. Just go for the mains. The mains were very nice. I had the ribeye which was delicious. We would go again but very sparingly, very expensive for what you are getting. Actually, my shish seemed like a flashy version of Christina’s in barking, which is ridiculously expensive too.

Depressing. Only visit this place if you prefer style over substance. Overpriced, showy menu. Our burgers arrived a suspicious mere 5 minutes after ordering. They were not burgers but steaks that had been cooked earlier (that's why we were not asked how we wanted it done) and came with chips from the freezer and plastic cheese a la MacD's. Inexperienced, juvenile staff. One waiter boasted about 'exploding food'. I was duly impressed. We were refused tap water. Paid £43 for tired, loveless food and left after 45 minutes to escape the soulless ambiance.

I went there in the occasion of one of my best friends' birthday. The atmosphere is quite nice accompanied by music. We ordered different plates from the menu and the "serving style" was amazingly entertaining. The staff was also very friendly, however some of the foods were served later than others which was a little bit inconvienient. Overall, the food was nice and we ended up having a great time. I went there for my birthday and my sisters birthday I had the worst experience ever. Our food order took nearly 2 hours the service was slow and rubbish. the decor was beautiful but just waste of a decoration. Do you not buy the lamb chops it had a weird smell and it tasted nasty. I went there over the week-end for my birthday, the decor is beautiful however the down part was that i had to wait for my food for nearly 2 hours, once my food arrived as we were a group of 11 my lamp chops was NOT GOOD AT ALL. The staff are very friendly and helpful i cant really fault them however the service is just way too slow. After wen went to the shisha section which was much better calmer and service was great. The staff was very friendly and on point. Overall my first time experience was not so great but i will sure be back for the shisha just not the resturant.

One of my cousins suggested this place for family birthday celebrations. The food, setting, ambience and entertainment was spot on. Only reason I didnt give 5* is because one of my cousins had to wait nearly 1 hour for her drink and we had to ask 5 separate times for her drink and also 4 of us paid for the drinks served with smoking dry ice but didn't receive that either but other than that the food was absolutely delicious and definitely worth the price and ambience was perfect for a birthday celebrations.
