My Punjab Express - Punjab Pizza & Balti House in Calderdale

Just had a Asian style pizza dropped off I'm from out of town so haven't used any take out around here , very impressed nice and fresh and not half cold like some places , nice one Punjab express I would Def order again

Food was hot and arrived early! Good sized portions and well worth the money 👍

Very disappointing curry, spicy (hot) but almost tasteless, same with the pilau rice. I can only assume this place cooks Asian style curries, not the typical curry house style.

usually really nice currys had one a few days ago asked for not too spicy and same today but unfortunately it came with pure green chilli's in and its too spicy for me to eat also ordered apple crumble and thought it may come with custard but was dry not happy with my order today :(

ordered for the first time tonight got a chicken bhuna was spot on best curry I have had in awhile just wish the seekh kebabs was abit bigger as they was 2 thin ones but really tasty my partners calzone pizza was delicious aswell thankyou 10/10 😊

Amazing, quick and friendly service. Food came nice and hot to the door. The pizzas were so nice with perfect amount of toppings on. And the loaded chips were really nice. Ordered multiple times and they didn't disappoint. Much better quality of food than previous owners.

Delivery driver didn’t even bother to get out the car and gave food to a child playing on the street. Food order was wrong, missing items and wrong items included.

Ordered the mix grill box was absolutely beautiful can't fault it 1 bit well worth the money for what you get and reasonable waiting times two it's a must try from me would recommend to anybody 5/5 from me

Website needs updating states open and let's you order takes your money when they are closed!! I waited an hour and had to drive down there to find it closed with noone to get a refund from!! Luckily the delivery service YOYO helped me and refunded my order!!

Very dissapointing owner is away and food is normally to a good standard missing chips from my order obviously by the time the came other food was cold 🥶 also ordered large garlic chicken masala they was only a couple of and rest was sauce

Disappointed with the food this time, used to be good here. Curries lacking in flavour and makhani was disappointing. Maybe we got the wrong order packed . But a shame, as we used to enjoy the food from here. Long wait for food also. But staff were apologetic and polite. Spent over £30 , probably won't buy again from here

Absolutely amazing!! Been going here now for the last 6 weeks and it’s always freshly made and the curry is the best around. Pizzas are excellent and you have to try the cake it’s homemade. Extremely friendly staff highly recommend.🙌👍🙌

been here twice, first time couldn’t fault it second time, was waiting just under 2 hours for food, when it got here it was cold and not even edible, not sure about this place..

Rude! appalling service from these guys. Ask for coriander On my curry yet there was none. There were no peas in the curry when there should have been either. When I rang and asked why they didn’t add coriander in the curry I received nothing but a whole load of abuse and disrespect! The chips were stone cold too. If a customer asks for something and doesn’t get it then obviously they’re going to wanna know why, not receive backlash! Shame because they’re actually nice in person, shame it isn’t so on the phone

Ordered through the app, the food is nice, but they keep getting the order wrong, and the app says 20 to 30 mins, they have never even started it when we arrived, won't be going again

The curry was beautiful and the pizza,chicken burgers,were really nice.They said it would be be a hour and half for delivery and I can understand why.freshly cooked and really tasty will order again,thanks guys.

Ordered a large cheese pizza because we're vegetarian and received a pepperoni one. I'd appreciate if orders were read carefully so others are not put in this situation.

AVOID!!!! Watery curry and hardly any flavour, chapattis were like thick cut bread. Cheesy nan was cheese less. They don’t deserve the one star I’ve gave them. AVOID

Just ordered a chicken balti and chicken masala Asian style, omg it's been a long time since I truly enjoyed a curry,the chicken pieces were pure white breast meat, no oil floating on top,just thick sauce,tbh it was restaurant quality, The chappatis were made fresh,the chips wasn't oily and the rice were to die for...5stars isn't enough for this place . They certainly have a new regular customer ....

Hi just ordered a CHICKEN curry from this place, never again I don't know what meat was but it certainly wasn't chicken, don't even think it was the cheaper meat turkey as could barely chew it ,it was seriously like chewing on rubber. On the plus side the dogs got a treat.never again!!!!

Never going to use this place again it took two hours to bring the food they said numerous times it was on the way . It took 30 minutes to deliver it half a mile the food was cold . The fudge cake didn't have any fudge with it would avoid this place couldn't give it zero stars or I would have

It was recommended to me from someone who gets the lamb bhuna and chicken tikka which was described as very nice. However in my experience it was terrible, I ordered a chicken mikhani and it looked like soup it tasted like warm baby food and it has been quite a while since ive had that. The curry was not good. At all. Freezer curries from supermarkets have been better. Disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Misprinted menu. And when we ordered they missed off food, when we rang up just got passed over to different people, they sent the food out and when my partner tried explaining and showing the delivery driver the misprint he got really defensive, started shouting and swearing infont of my two year old daughter. First time ordering from here. Not happy at all and will not go her again! Rude and unprofessional. Chips were freezing! Not an enjoyable meal!!

Terrible food ordered a vindaloo with extra chillies and my pilau rice had more kick the vindaloo was bland asked for potato in it so they basically gave me no chicken and the chicken they did give was like stone

I wil say for the 1st time in a long time I have realy enjoyed my curry without putting it in the bin. I will give it 5* very friendly staff and delivery time was good I wil be ordering in the future thanks

Been there 3 times now they have got the food I orderedwrong again, it was always different how hard can it be to get 2 large donner meat and chips chilli sauce and sallad separate what a load of crap going back to planet taste which is just down the road which is more better than this one 😡😡😡😡 GO TO PLANET TASTE AND ENJOY 👍

been hear a few times good food but waiting over 2 hours for our food on a Wednesday night was not good in the end we cancelled our order after nearly 3 hours of waiting I wouldn't mind but we live about 1 mile away then after cancelling we got several FUNNY phone calls good food but not worth the trouble and the funny phone calls
