Okay . Ordered the rice box not enough chicken .

they got my order wrong, i Orded Boneless Bargain Bucket: 10pc, but they sent me Bargain Bucket: 10 pc instead, how can you mess this up.

I ordered the meal to be delivered at 12:15. It arrived at 13:05. My lunch time ended at 13:00 so I did not get to eat the meal.

The chicken was absolutely tiny dry and flat cold same as the chips

We were missing half the order we had a missing corn a pice, peace, of chicken and popcorn chicken

I ordered a rice box with an extra fillet and there was no extra fillet, the chicken bites were completely missing and the portion of chips was abysmal. The food came freezing cold because the time kept moving backwards

Cold as ice and what order it was missing half the order. This is second time kfc did this with my order

Absolute appalled how ive been treat .. took over 2 hours to be deliverd.. the food was actually very cold ... i tried to cancel as my family needed feeding ... i went thru the prosses to cancel and it wasnt cancelled !! Then option Button disappeare

I asked for no chicken leg as I’m allergic to them but you sent me one in the order !!!

Fillet tower came as a plain fillet burger again think that is three times we’ve had what should be a tower come as a standard burger !! and no option to customise the mini fillet burgers with cheese and hash browns ??

Ordered three 3 piece chicken meals,received 2 and a zinger meal very disappointed as the zinger burger isn’t what I ordered

when I order a "boneless dipping banquet" I expect dips! none in the order. driver did. ot find me correctly, and hung up on me when I was trying to explain where I was. do they not bother to use a satnav? too expensive for the service provided.

I haven't ordered from this company in a long time, i had been told it had improved. But not in this case. The chicken was well over it's keep warm time as it was totaly crispy and dried out. Chips barely warm and full of eylets, not edible

Food is good (although the prices have shot up quite a lot recently). Unfortunately, the service can be extremely slow as all the staff are focused on the drive-thru

ordered food around 5:30 and it wasn't delivered till 7:15. food was flat cold when received and even had the wrong burger. burger had cheese on it and I am lactose intolerant completely inedible

The best part of this order was the delivery...because it sent him to the wrong address but he sorted it and found me...the food was cold...didn't look appetising so disappointed. The only person to rave about it was my 6yr old son but he eats his own bogeys...'Nuff said

I was brought the wrong items, I ordered a simple meal for 1, and got someone else’s meal, very poor service when I asked for help as well

Paid for trilogy box meal large bottle of Pepsi and 4 cookies. Received a cold box meal without the sauce, no bottle of Pepsi and two pineapple sticks instead of the 4 cookies

Completely different order was delivered

Driver made a partial delivery and it's impossible to get in touch with anyone to get the missing items. I literally saw the missing items in the bag before he left! Shambolic service, a refund should not be the only option to get this sorted.

Hate the ordering system and I was ready for walking out... however the staff were pleasant enough and the food was fine. Its the machine only option that has resulted in a poor service score

It would be great if all the delivery team had Sat nav’s that’s work or when they do ring perhaps listen to the answers to their questions. I do actually know where I live

You guys make a nice box meal but who ever aims the sauce bottle needs glasses box had more sauce in it than my burger had on remember sauce man aim for the burger bun

This is the second order tonight. My first order had missing burger. I tried to ring and let the restaurant know that they have messed my order. Couldn’t get through. No one answered. So I had to order another order as my daughter can’t just eat a small bag of chips. So yeah tonight was ruined because KFC can’t do their job right. Fuming as it’s cost me over £35.

What’s the point in ordering a meal with a burger and you guys leave the burger out.. Not hard

Did not include one of the drinks unfortunately, but otherwise everything else was good.

Can you educate all delivery drivers that even house numbers are on one side of the road and Odd numbers are the other side. Every time I order it’s the same every single time
