KFC Halifax - Haley Hill in Calderdale

Always over the many years the staff at KFC haley Hill, Halifax are nice and polite. Last few times and today at the driveway the same young man at the counter was very rude and arrogant. Absolutely no manners and always rude in his response. Today he rammed all the food in a bag that tore as soon as he passed it across. He knew what had happened but closed the window and pretended to ignore me. I'm a senior citizen and i dont deserve this. Had to put the food in a plastic shopping bag. Absolutely no need for his behaviour and such a shame on the rest of the staff. Clearly he needs retraining or sack him. It reflects badly on the rest of the staff who are so nice and welcoming.

Please fix your self service machines to scan QR codes properly.

Tried to order and can’t get ahold of kfc on the phone this is my 20th time calling very angry just eat have taken money out of my account as well the only money I had left to last

I didn't get this delivery. I watched the driver on the tracker drive miles away from my house and then parked somewhere.

Didn’t receive food and staff so far unhelpful

you almost never get what you order, and most of the time the burgers are dry and tough

I usually order from here and have been doing so for around 2 years. Staff have been great but I got a zinger burger box meal on Sunday which gave me food poisoning and has made me violently ill. Won't be ordering from here again as I can't trust it.

delivery time kept changing and the food was cold by the time I got it. originally meant to arrive between 16:15 and 16:20 but then following updates arrived at 16:59

Items missing and the majority of the food came straight from the freezer. Ovens must be broken.

Did not receive sides of beans and gravy that were included in the double bucket deal

Took a kids' party here. Both adults got parking fines for staying 1 1/2 hours. None of the staff thought to ask if we'd bought a parking ticket- it's a restaurant. Shoddy, dirty tables, surly staff. AVOID

I don't think they've actually ever got an order right, every time I order there's always something missing, clearly the drivers brain was missing too as he dropped my cans of pop then smiled put them on the floor(spraying all over) said thank you and walked off... genuinely baffled

Everything was great apart from the missing item.

the chicken fillets were missing. I haven't received any compensation for this even though I reported it at the time 😔

Incomplete order, no chicken pieces, this is unacceptable as it is the main element of the meal.

Bucket of “wings” was more a bucket of bones and bread crumbs hardly any meat to the wings, very disappointing. Salad was really nice but again hardly any chicken, not what I expect for over £20

Only positive is it arrived on time, however it was not my order! I’ve accepted missing items before but wrong order entirely is a new one!! The receipt clearly said Richard!! I was told to keep order and sort out with restaurant…helpful! Ordered from elsewhere who got my order right and delivered correctly!

Late delivery wasn’t a big issue, however the food was cold and most of it ended up in the bin. Apparently lateness was due to waiting for delivery driver so suspect they prepared food and left for an hour while they waited for him to collect. I added a tip for the courier to my order too but won’t be doing that again!

Food was cold chips were burnt got different drinks than ordered and the sides were wrong

Order delivery time kept going up and up whilst order status said out for delivery. Once food arrived it was cold. Very poor service. If you can’t deliver for the initial time stated, customers should be allowed the option to cancel their order for a full refund

£3 15 for the smallest bag of dried out chips?...an absolute rip off!

The staff seriously don’t care at all, ordered A mighty bucket for one and a zinger burger in the drive through, once I picked my food up in the window and parked up I realised they had just completely forgotten the burger and the gravy side. I went back inside to get it and there was no apology, and one of the staff walked past and said they couldn’t be bothered. Baffles me how you can take a 2 item order and completely forget one of the items in a 30 second span. Won’t be coming back

I've made an order near 11am for 12 delivery to give a restaurant enough time, and yet I was waiting until after 1pm to get the food, it was " being prepared" from 12 to 13, it is not acceptable.

Ordered table service via the app but when I asked what table number I was at the reply was "whatever you want, we don't have table numbers". So I chose the 1st one. I then got my order shouted out from the counter and I had to go to the counter myself. Not great when I am waiting for a new knee! The food was not really hot but just warm enough. Overall, quite disappointed 29/08/24 - update Nothing has changed. Ordered via the drive through took 4 attempts for the person to understand me. Very very poor.

It’s a real shame because the food was absolutely delicious hot as you like all the dips and everything was there however on the buffalo tower box meal they gave the wrong burger out they put the BBQ Fillet Tower burger instead apart from that everything was gorgeous. So Just Eat please refund for the burger thank you I can send proof if necessary too.

Busy place to visit on a Friday evening. Food was hot and tasty. Staff friendly. Trying to maneuver around parked cars when drive through is busy can be challenging

Horrible and strange smelling,not fresh chicken without any spices with soggy breading that is falling off. I think that environmental food officer will visit you soon.

Chips were undercooked and the chicken burger was really dry. I have tried this branch of KFC a few times now and had a poor experience so unfortunately I will be going elsewhere now!

Not happy at all. I was delivered somebody else’s order. When I queried it with the delivery driver he just stood there all confused. I’ve contacted just eat for a refund. I know this may not have been KFC’s fault. But the driver delivering all the orders wrong.

Delivery driver cant read a map. Pinned my location and watched him wander around aimlessly about 20 meters down the road.. even after giving him clear directions. Poor. Get new drivers..

Quality and delivery on time no probs. But 2 separate items from my order were missing (bag was securely shop sealed) and it isn't the first time from this outlet. Thank goodness for the refund facility.
