KFC Halifax - Haley Hill in Calderdale

I recently visited the KFC Halifax branch and I must say I had a really good experience. The staff who was serving us (ateeka) was very helpful with everything.

Great customer service, Ateeka attended to me and she was lovely!!

I had a great experience at this restaurant, the staff are friendly prompt and pay attention to delivering good customer service.

Just picked up an order..got it wrong!! I have been trying to call the last 5 mins.no one picks up!.would be appreciated if you can contact me!!

Updated review-. Get rid of the self service touch screens, they're awful. Especially annoying if you have a dietary requirement or request for something a little different, I want to interact with a human. The screens don't give you enough options. Also do you think you could ask the delivery ppl to not ride their electric bikes on the pavement outside on Haley Hill and expect people walking to jump out of their way. It's so hit and miss here. Some days the food & service are great. Other times its like talking to a wall and the food is way below par. One staff member told me my raw in the middle Zinger chicken burger 'was pink because of the coating' 🤔 funny that, how was it pink in the middle from coating yet cooked on the outer edges. Too expensive now too.

NEVER get the order right. Absolutely useless staff.

Very nice staff on the front counter.They were communicating with each other and me, helping me get the best and cheapest deals.

I ordered on the kiosk and my order was ready a minute later. Really good service and the food was really delicious. Amazing service

The tables aren't being cleaned. There's a guy employee just standing looking confused at tables and not cleaning them. I had to clean my own table

Okay . Ordered the rice box not enough chicken .

they got my order wrong, i Orded Boneless Bargain Bucket: 10pc, but they sent me Bargain Bucket: 10 pc instead, how can you mess this up.

I ordered the meal to be delivered at 12:15. It arrived at 13:05. My lunch time ended at 13:00 so I did not get to eat the meal.

This place is incapable of getting an order right literally every time

The chicken was absolutely tiny dry and flat cold same as the chips

We were missing half the order we had a missing corn a pice, peace, of chicken and popcorn chicken

I ordered a rice box with an extra fillet and there was no extra fillet, the chicken bites were completely missing and the portion of chips was abysmal. The food came freezing cold because the time kept moving backwards

Fillet tower came as a plain fillet burger again think that is three times we’ve had what should be a tower come as a standard burger !! and no option to customise the mini fillet burgers with cheese and hash browns ??

when I order a "boneless dipping banquet" I expect dips! none in the order. driver did. ot find me correctly, and hung up on me when I was trying to explain where I was. do they not bother to use a satnav? too expensive for the service provided.

I haven't ordered from this company in a long time, i had been told it had improved. But not in this case. The chicken was well over it's keep warm time as it was totaly crispy and dried out. Chips barely warm and full of eylets, not edible

ordered food around 5:30 and it wasn't delivered till 7:15. food was flat cold when received and even had the wrong burger. burger had cheese on it and I am lactose intolerant completely inedible

The best part of this order was the delivery...because it sent him to the wrong address but he sorted it and found me...the food was cold...didn't look appetising so disappointed. The only person to rave about it was my 6yr old son but he eats his own bogeys...'Nuff said

Paid for trilogy box meal large bottle of Pepsi and 4 cookies. Received a cold box meal without the sauce, no bottle of Pepsi and two pineapple sticks instead of the 4 cookies

Driver made a partial delivery and it's impossible to get in touch with anyone to get the missing items. I literally saw the missing items in the bag before he left! Shambolic service, a refund should not be the only option to get this sorted.

This is the second order tonight. My first order had missing burger. I tried to ring and let the restaurant know that they have messed my order. Couldn’t get through. No one answered. So I had to order another order as my daughter can’t just eat a small bag of chips. So yeah tonight was ruined because KFC can’t do their job right. Fuming as it’s cost me over £35.
