Usually something is missing when I order on Just Eat but everything was there hot and fresh.

The food was never delivered, indicating that the driver likely kept the meal for themselves. This raises concerns about whether Just Eat drivers can be trusted.

This is the second time in a row ive ordered now where the food has come freezing cold to the point were you carnt even eat it, im told the food will be delivered within a certain time and it never comes that time its always pushed back and then finally when it doed arrive the food isnt even edible because of how cold it is

Food was on the front seat not in a bag keeping it warm. Chip like rubber and inedible. Chicken cold like rubber. Nog happy at all

Very unhappy with my order , ordered a boneless banquet came with no supercharger dip or beans also ordered a corn on the cob which I payed £2.99 for (rip off) and it wasn’t with my order.

This place is constantly getting my orders wrong its beyond a joke, this time didnt include any fries, chicken was missing, no cutlery or napkins provided or salt. Cutting corners to try save money at the expense of customer service. Rubbish

Food arrived, cold, half order was missoing. Rang kfc wont send a replacement as ordered through just eat. Response time to get back to me is 48hrs. So i have to now drive to get the meal thats missing and hope we get a refund for it

One missing item & two incorrect items sent. Very little care had been taken in getting the order right. It arrived in good time though & was still luke warm when it did.

All good was absolutely freezing and what’s the point in asking it delivered at a specific time when it don’t turn up on time

Always over the many years the staff at KFC haley Hill, Halifax are nice and polite. Last few times and today at the driveway the same young man at the counter was very rude and arrogant. Absolutely no manners and always rude in his response. Today he rammed all the food in a bag that tore as soon as he passed it across. He knew what had happened but closed the window and pretended to ignore me. I'm a senior citizen and i dont deserve this. Had to put the food in a plastic shopping bag. Absolutely no need for his behaviour and such a shame on the rest of the staff. Clearly he needs retraining or sack him. It reflects badly on the rest of the staff who are so nice and welcoming.

first time using just eat the food from KFC is usually wrong but this was all correct chips could have been a bit warmer but it was all ok

Ordered as delivery time was estimated as 15-30 minutes. It took 50 minutes, but I think the kitchen must have packed the order and left it on the counter ready for a quick delivery as when it arrived it was flat cold. Complained and got £15 compensation but for a £40 order that went in the bin, this is simply not good enough. Whilst I don’t expect the most amazing food from KFC, I’d expect service levels to be much higher

For the money not very good, zinger buger one piece of lettuce and that's it, where's the sauce to make it zing. way over priced.

Delivery time kept getting pushed on and on. Wanted for dinner however turned into a mid afternoon meal.

as always the food was lovely however there was 3 pieces of boneless chicken missing not a massive issue but for the price paid it would have been nice to get the full amount.

After the last delivery which wasn't so good, we thought we'd try again just in case it was a one off. Unfortunately it was worse than the last time, 6 pieces of chicken, if you put them all together you'd be lucky to get 2 decent sized pieces, the mash potato only half tubs again, the fries were soggy and cold and the zinger wings just tasted of grease.

I didn't get this delivery. I watched the driver on the tracker drive miles away from my house and then parked somewhere.

I usually order from here and have been doing so for around 2 years. Staff have been great but I got a zinger burger box meal on Sunday which gave me food poisoning and has made me violently ill. Won't be ordering from here again as I can't trust it.

delivery time kept changing and the food was cold by the time I got it. originally meant to arrive between 16:15 and 16:20 but then following updates arrived at 16:59

Did not receive sides of beans and gravy that were included in the double bucket deal

Took a kids' party here. Both adults got parking fines for staying 1 1/2 hours. None of the staff thought to ask if we'd bought a parking ticket- it's a restaurant. Shoddy, dirty tables, surly staff. AVOID

I don't think they've actually ever got an order right, every time I order there's always something missing, clearly the drivers brain was missing too as he dropped my cans of pop then smiled put them on the floor(spraying all over) said thank you and walked off... genuinely baffled

Bucket of “wings” was more a bucket of bones and bread crumbs hardly any meat to the wings, very disappointing. Salad was really nice but again hardly any chicken, not what I expect for over £20

Incomplete order, no chicken pieces, this is unacceptable as it is the main element of the meal.

Only positive is it arrived on time, however it was not my order! I’ve accepted missing items before but wrong order entirely is a new one!! The receipt clearly said Richard!! I was told to keep order and sort out with restaurant…helpful! Ordered from elsewhere who got my order right and delivered correctly!

Late delivery wasn’t a big issue, however the food was cold and most of it ended up in the bin. Apparently lateness was due to waiting for delivery driver so suspect they prepared food and left for an hour while they waited for him to collect. I added a tip for the courier to my order too but won’t be doing that again!
