MUSE Brasserie - Cheltenham in Cheltenham

Absolutely delicious food with attentive staff who looked after us all evening. We had a wonderful evening and well definitely return.

The ambiance is superb, well-thought-out menu, the food was amazing and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant 💯✔️

My partner and I enjoyed attentive, friendly service and delicious food. The restaurant itself is a lovely setting, particular favourites were the scallops and veal. Deserts and cocktails were also fantastic. We will certainly be back.

Came with a large group of ladies for a Christmas meal. We were seating quickly and welcome drinks came round. Then another warm little drink came around with a snack. All our meals were lovely to look at S well as flavoursome. Mini mince pies offered at the end. Great service and they were busy. It’s a fusion of French and Indian. Odd combo but it works.

This is the best food we have eaten in Gloucestershire for years (and we keep searching for decent food)!!! The staff were all lovely and very attentive, the menu choices were so good that I found it difficult to make a final decision and when the food arrived it was delicious…. every single dish! There is nothing about Muse to fault and insufficient space to eulogise enough!

Having used TA for guidance we booked this place to celebrate our 30yr wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. The food is incredible and the variety off the back of the fusion menu was sensational. Highly recommend the parsnip and apple soup and home made gnocchi or the more Indian based flight ….. the little bonus was the great cocktails and beers on tap. A very modern interior with very comfy seats. The tables were nicely spaced apart, instead of being on top of each other like some restaurants. The food was amazingly good and our server Rahna was super friendly and fun. We enjoyed it so much we've booked again, for our friends who are coming to visit.

2nd Dec-23. The food was delicious but the whole service experience from waiting to be seated, waiting a long time in between courses, in fact we waited 25 minutes for our dessert. I will mention that people who were seated after us were served before us. Definitely nice food but I very much doubt we will return.

Visited for valentine’s set menu as I’ve wanted to come for a while and the menu looked nice. It was £70pp and had 5 or so courses. On walking in we noticed how brightly lit and chaotic the restaurant felt, not the ambiance I was hoping for on valentine’s night! The bright the food out so quickly that we didn’t have time to enjoy it, and one course they removed before I’d even had time to finish it! It was still half eaten when the brought out the next course and struggled to find somewhere to put it on the table as the table was so small. They promptly took what I was still eating and walked away. I didn’t say anything as I was hoping for a romantic meal and complaining isn’t romantic…There were servers cleaning and scraping plates in the restaurant- it felt like a school canteen. The food was ok, I had the smallest lamb cutlet I have ever seen. It was such a let down. My husband came home and opened the fridge to look for something to eat! I won’t return it doing think, which is a shame, I was hoping for better. It was really disappointing.
