I was introduced to this place by my neighbor who went quite often. I'd passed a lot but never popped in. I wish I had gone sooner. The food was very good and the staff friendly. I should have known it would be like this because it was busy.

Was offered this takeaway as a thankyou from my next door neighbour and after asking what we liked he brought a chicken karahi desi style with naan bread. It was beautiful. This was our first time at murrays but it won't be our last. The only drawback seems to be the wait time.

The worst place i have eaten at. Avoid at all costs! The quality of the service is absolutely atrocious. They will serve salad etc (things you have not ordered or touched), when it's time to pay they will charge you for this regardless of if you ordered or not. Extreamly rude. On top of all that had food poisoning from here and was stuck in hospital for 2 days having to take time off work. Save your money and eat somewhere decent! AVOID!!!!

Great experience here last week. This is proper Pakistani Cuisine who take their time with the order, use fresh ingredients to make the curries and I have to say exceptional food. Really impressed.

First started with a couple of mix meat starters. Amazing in house made kebabs. Comes sizzling on the platter. You can tell they do everything themselves and it’s not bought in.Lamb on the bone karahi was amazing. Ordered by the kilo for the table with tandoori chapatti and drinks. Amazing with so many regulars and a taxi drivers favourite.

Been to Murry's several times over the last few months with different group of friends. The starters and pizza are good but the star is the 1kg fresh lamb Karahi. This dish is cooked fresh so can take upto 35 minutes to prepare but it's worth the wait. The nan bread to go with the dish is also very very good. It's not fancy, it's more of a cafe but the food is great. It also has a private section for families. Definitely worth a visit.

Don’t look for a fancy restaurant when you come to Murry’s but come wanting to eat the tastiest lamb curry you will ever eat in the Northern England. Portions are sold by the kilo. Dont bother with chicke kibobs stick with lamb curry and chops. Side of nan bread and colas will make for a satisfying meal. This place is a Pakistani taxi drivers midnight hot spot. Enjoy!

Proper desi style. If you ask Asians in Bolton where the best food is, this place keeps getting a mention. Does not do delivery so I went for a look. Not what I expected. The style is of a cafe also doing takeaway. The pizzas looked great but I was here for curry. At first look not a lot of choice, but don't be put off. A full Karahi lamb with all the trimmings looked a bargain for £150. Some chicken & lamb dishes sold by the kilo, on or of the bone. Sheek kebab & chicken tikka starter both super. Chicken Jalfrezi with a proper tarka dhall & pillau rice very tasty. good portions. Not the cheapest but overall quality good. No license. Difficult to find web site. Open 1700hrs till early morning. friendly staff & customers.

poppadoms as a starter for 3 people was a no go as they were obliterated on arrival..... basically crumbs in a bag all in all 40£ for 2 curries, pilau rice, chips and inedible poppadoms isn't great value for money. shame as we were looking for a full time provider for pub match days.

Called in yesterday evening. We were seated quickly at our table and ordered drinks. We ordered food which came quickly. It was piping hot and very nice. The service from the waiters was excellent. The decor of the restaurant is also nice. This was our second visit and would call again in the future.

Thought I’d give this place another go. It used to be amazing. I reviewed. it a few years ago when we often ate here more than once a week. It went off the boil during the pandemic. Now it’s a nothing more than a rip off. They make you pay up front now for a reason. If I hadn’t have paid for what they served today, I would have refused to pay. As it was I took three bites and walked out. They can’t even be bothered to cook chicken satay over a grill any more. Now it’s fried. Fried chicken satay! The larb salad tasted as miserable as it looked and the owner / chef acted as if I was a nuisance rather than a customer but still added a mandatory service charge to the bill. Strong avoid.

The best Indian food you could find is at the Royal Balti in Farnworth. The staff are very attentive and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We went as a couple for my partners birthday but didn’t mention this until the end of the meal when a staff member asked if we were celebrating an occasion? Within minutes he had a happy birthday card and a balloon. Eat in or take out the food speaks for itself, Thankyou for a lovely evening hope to see you very soon 😀
