The food was cold on arrival and the kebab was extremely dry with no salad or sauce. I threw it away after a couple of mouth fulls

Absolutely delicious kebab! Chicken tikka beautiful juicy fresh n donner meat lovely not all those nasty grizzly bits .. and I asked for no onions and got no onions! Lovely salad.. oh the cheesecake too Woww so good choc gateaux so chunky moist n heavenly! Thanks guys ✅🙏❤️

Kebab way too expensive for what you actually get. Tasted like warmed up food that had been left for days. Do not recommend.

you sent the wrong ice cream the food was cold the chicken in the kebab was inedible.

We always use murghanos but tonite don’t no what happened it was 25 minutes late we didn’t receive our bottle of Pepsi and also food was cold

Tend to order from here once a month but this time it was awful, the Milkshake delivered was melted and also not the correct size I paid for 16oz not 12oz. The pizza was not deep pan and came as a thin crust and was undercooked with a doughy base and the Doner Mix Box was cold and the meat looked pale. The order also came 30 minutes early only 15/20 mins after ordering so that tells me some of the food was not fresh hence the donner being cold and pale.

Was cold I ordered a dip and it wasn't with my order.

overall food was lovely. one member said his lamb was a bit chewy but my donner and chicken was perfect. huge portions for me. we always order from here and the food is always nice and what we expect. they did forget one kids meal but they redelivered in 5 minutes and we're so apologetic, we did order quite a lot. wouls order again.

Rocky Pizza was tasty.... food has always been lovely, price good too

Food arrived nearly an hour late, rang twice to be told it was leaving, it had left and still sat waiting. Drinks were included with the wrap meals I ordered- didn’t get any. Ordered coleslaw- didn’t get any Food was just about warm… really disappointed especially after waiting so long

Order took 2 hours! After 1hr 15 I rang to check on how much longer, they said it was out. 45 minutes later it arrived freezing cold, missing things, had to bin the chips and put the pizza in the oven due to it being stone cold. The chicken strips were cold too, and tasted awful!

The pizza and garlic bread are very tasty.

Rang 4 times and they said food was on the way. When the food arrives it was ice cold, food was returned. This placed used to be good, not anymore

ordered tango ice blast, machine broken so sent me a bottle of pepsi instead, £4.62 for a bottle of pepsi, order peri peri fries got normal fries cold and soggy , asked for sauce on my kebab came with none and was dry to say it was a shashlic, whats going on mughanos! usually spot on everytime, disappointed with last nights

I ordered my food at 7:30pm and it didn’t arrive until 9:30pm I should not have to wait two hours plus food was cold and my milkshake was dripping and leaking everywhere when it arrived poor service!

Order was on time, ice blasts were still lovely and cold and the cookie dough was lovely but, the kebab was stone cold and after ordering fudge brownie ice cream we received phish food. Ordered the ice cream for my autistic son who will only eat the fudge brownie so he couldn’t eat it and no one else in the house does so a waste of over £7

flavours are on point the problem is the donner meat and chicken are tougher than old boots n the wings are rock hard, has potential to be a decent place if the food was abit fresher shame really.

Food was cold, awful delivery! Had to call twice and then still 20 mins till it was delivered! Waited over an hour and half close to an hour and 45 mins! Food was cold, missing coleslaw in the boxes and also extra that I ordered. All the food was cold, who wants to eat cold chips, chicken or burger. My son hardly touched his said it wasn’t nice! Waste of £30! If you are going to order collect it don’t get it delivered it’s a joke.

The last 5/6 meals I've had from murganoes have been uneatable. I stuck with them in the hope of an improvement. Food arrived late so was cold and had a strange taste. I have only rung them once to be told it was not there fault but the driver. I only live 3 minutes drive away. I will not be ordering from there again.

Ordered 7.29pm. Estimated 8.10/8.30. Used late text thing. Said be delivered by 9.05. Rang at 9.15. Said he’s round there now be 5 mins. Rang at 9.32. Got told the same thing 5 mins. Rang at 9.50. told same. Rang 10.10. Food came 10.20. 3 hrs late👎

Ordered said it would arrive between 19:50 and 20:10 I rang at 20:30 and they said 20 mins I rang at 21:00 they said 5 mins I then rang again at 21:11 and they said 10 mins it came at 21:40 the food was rubbery because it had been kept waiting that long and the pizza was cold will definitely not be going here again as it’s not the first time they don’t deliver on time

Delivery arrived 45 minutes late from estimated time. The estimated delivery time was between 30-50 mins. Therefore the placing of the order took 2 hours. Chips were cold and dry. Food was cold, unable to warm the kebabs up as it contained salad.

restaurant told us there was a glitch with the system.delivery expected 545-605,arrived 1915.pizza missing from meal deal.hot sauce put on kebabs when mild wS requested tango can requested but ended up with Pepsi. generally a very good restaurant but today was a nightmare

Order never arrived. Delivery time kept changing while being told it was still on the way. Just for it to not be delivered.

Cold had to warm up and there was no onion rings

I ordered the kebab sandwiches for my elderly aunt and uncle both in their 70s. They were very disappointed with the food saying the naan was so hard like a crusty bread and the kebabs were not up to standard. I spent alot of money on this meal.

food came 2 hours after placing order, pizzas were cold, chips were soggy, I asked driver why it took so long, he ignored me and just got back in his car, was given a small bottle of coke as a gesture, but not good enough. NOT HAPPY.

I was informed that the delivery was made and I had to wait another 45mins and phone the takeaway 3 times to check. Really unusual, normally when we order, the food arrives within the stated time!

usually have no issues here, but today the delivery ended up being an hour after the initial delivery window so an hour and a half from when I ordered. rang up and was told it was on the way, it's less than a 5 minute drive from my house, after another 20 minutes, it still wasn't here. finally arrived, food was barely warm, popcorn chicken tasted weird and my burger was wrong.
