They forgot the salad for this kebab. Kebab meat was starting to cool, and iunno, didn't taste quite right. Garlic Bread was nice though

Food arrived nearly an hour late, rang twice to be told it was leaving, it had left and still sat waiting. Drinks were included with the wrap meals I ordered- didn’t get any. Ordered coleslaw- didn’t get any Food was just about warm… really disappointed especially after waiting so long

Order took 2 hours! After 1hr 15 I rang to check on how much longer, they said it was out. 45 minutes later it arrived freezing cold, missing things, had to bin the chips and put the pizza in the oven due to it being stone cold. The chicken strips were cold too, and tasted awful!

The pizza and garlic bread are very tasty.

Delivery came early, as per -food was delicious and fresh, chips were soft and hot! Thank you !!

Rang 4 times and they said food was on the way. When the food arrives it was ice cold, food was returned. This placed used to be good, not anymore

I ordered my food at 7:30pm and it didn’t arrive until 9:30pm I should not have to wait two hours plus food was cold and my milkshake was dripping and leaking everywhere when it arrived poor service!

ordered tango ice blast, machine broken so sent me a bottle of pepsi instead, £4.62 for a bottle of pepsi, order peri peri fries got normal fries cold and soggy , asked for sauce on my kebab came with none and was dry to say it was a shashlic, whats going on mughanos! usually spot on everytime, disappointed with last nights

Order was on time, ice blasts were still lovely and cold and the cookie dough was lovely but, the kebab was stone cold and after ordering fudge brownie ice cream we received phish food. Ordered the ice cream for my autistic son who will only eat the fudge brownie so he couldn’t eat it and no one else in the house does so a waste of over £7

once again great service and great food. on time all food hot went down a treat. thanks.

flavours are on point the problem is the donner meat and chicken are tougher than old boots n the wings are rock hard, has potential to be a decent place if the food was abit fresher shame really.

Food was cold, awful delivery! Had to call twice and then still 20 mins till it was delivered! Waited over an hour and half close to an hour and 45 mins! Food was cold, missing coleslaw in the boxes and also extra that I ordered. All the food was cold, who wants to eat cold chips, chicken or burger. My son hardly touched his said it wasn’t nice! Waste of £30! If you are going to order collect it don’t get it delivered it’s a joke.

The last 5/6 meals I've had from murganoes have been uneatable. I stuck with them in the hope of an improvement. Food arrived late so was cold and had a strange taste. I have only rung them once to be told it was not there fault but the driver. I only live 3 minutes drive away. I will not be ordering from there again.

Ordered said it would arrive between 19:50 and 20:10 I rang at 20:30 and they said 20 mins I rang at 21:00 they said 5 mins I then rang again at 21:11 and they said 10 mins it came at 21:40 the food was rubbery because it had been kept waiting that long and the pizza was cold will definitely not be going here again as it’s not the first time they don’t deliver on time

Ordered 7.29pm. Estimated 8.10/8.30. Used late text thing. Said be delivered by 9.05. Rang at 9.15. Said he’s round there now be 5 mins. Rang at 9.32. Got told the same thing 5 mins. Rang at 9.50. told same. Rang 10.10. Food came 10.20. 3 hrs late👎

Delivery arrived 45 minutes late from estimated time. The estimated delivery time was between 30-50 mins. Therefore the placing of the order took 2 hours. Chips were cold and dry. Food was cold, unable to warm the kebabs up as it contained salad.

Order never arrived. Delivery time kept changing while being told it was still on the way. Just for it to not be delivered.

restaurant told us there was a glitch with the system.delivery expected 545-605,arrived 1915.pizza missing from meal deal.hot sauce put on kebabs when mild wS requested tango can requested but ended up with Pepsi. generally a very good restaurant but today was a nightmare

Cold had to warm up and there was no onion rings

I ordered the kebab sandwiches for my elderly aunt and uncle both in their 70s. They were very disappointed with the food saying the naan was so hard like a crusty bread and the kebabs were not up to standard. I spent alot of money on this meal.

After calling the restaurant many times with them telling me my order is “on its way” they eventually said 2 hours after ordering that the driver was leaving the restaurant with my food. Upon arrival all items were not delivered so had to wait even longer for the rest to turn up

Such a shame best prices around and the kebab is lovely but only just warm and chips again soggy.

usually have no issues here, but today the delivery ended up being an hour after the initial delivery window so an hour and a half from when I ordered. rang up and was told it was on the way, it's less than a 5 minute drive from my house, after another 20 minutes, it still wasn't here. finally arrived, food was barely warm, popcorn chicken tasted weird and my burger was wrong.

Order was showing as delivered so I asked for an update another half hour added to the already hour an half I’d already waited still didn’t arrive original time was 19:05 arrived at 20:45. Tried to ring the shop either engaged or ignored I actually set off to go pick it up in the end and it arrived. Food was average nan bread was covered in grease. Not the first time this has happened but thought it’s been a couple of years since our last order sadly still no change.

The Mix Has always been great but the Peshawari naan was really disappointing, dry like cardboard and not worth the price Would not recommend that. 1st time I've felt I would not order again

Nicest chicken I have ever had from here,it was very tasty,moist and succulent.

Food was delivered on time, grandkids enjoyed it, but were disappointed that the drinks weren't sent, the driver did offer to go back for them, but i didn't like him to drive back and forth, I rang murghanos, they did apologise and said i could pick up the two unsent drinks, if i called in the shop at any time. Was delivered incorrect order, said they wpuld deliver correct order but when that arrived items were still missing soo had to wait for the remaining item which when arrived it was cold

Delivery was due 19.10-19.30 it finally arrived at 20.25 after a few calls to the restaurant, they kept telling me it’s with the driver. I live 5 minutes away in a car, When it finally arrived it was freezing, so I can believe it was with the driver, just sat in a paper bag in the boot for nearly an hour. It’s a shame because on the rare occasion it does arrive on time, the food is pretty good

Took over an hour for delivery and when I rang they said it was because of an offer they had ...but surely if they knew they had they offer on then they should have had more staff on...the food was good so it was a shame as normally good from here

Wrong sauce on thr kebab orfered chilli mayo got hot sauce,this time chips were to die for.
