I ordered 2 milkshakes and 2 waffles, which were ordered through Just Eat and i was notified that it had been delivered but it hadn't. Fortunately it was delivered 2 mins after. The waffles were nice, however we felt that both milkshakes didn't have much taste. Unfortunately, we won't be going back.

The service here is absolutely appalling, ordered nearly 2 hours ago, spent just short of £40 and no sign of the desserts. Called the restaurant twice and got fobbed off with bullshit answers and the first guy who answered was so rude and cut us off while speaking, I wouldn’t recommend wasting ur time or money here, ridiculous service Update: Since the owner wants to try and argue with me through reviews (extremely unprofessional” behaviour) I’d like to clear up that after contacting the restaurant twice, we reached through deliveroo and asked the live chat lady to cancel the order, she also tried to call and wasn’t able to get through as the phone was conveniently off now, obviously coz they get called so much due to their food either not arriving or being hours late, also, the food never reached us, so I’d have a word with your delivery staff if I were you, sort your business out, if you can’t handle having a business, close down, horrified with the service and owner, he clearly needs lessons in professionalism

Do not order from here - ordered cornflake tart and got sent an apple pie when I called them the response was “we tried to call you” & “well we don’t have any cornflake tart in so we sent that instead” but I had no missed calls from them or messages to say this. Don’t recommend at all

Second time ordering from this restaurant, the first time they were out of slush and mojitos. They called me an hour after placing the order and tried to substitute it, which I declined and got a refund. Second time ordering I ordered the same thing, this was a week or two later after my first order. They again said they were out of the Red Bull slush and substituted me with a cheaper alternative. Delivery took forever, despite living 0.7 miles away it took them over an hour to deliver 2 slushes and a mocktail. All I wanted was a mocktail and a slush. If you are the same, look at alternative restaurants.

Really wish i would have looked at the reviews before ordering from this place !! I ordered 2 milkshakes an hour and half ago, we are now 30 mins past the estimated delivery time and still no milkshakes. I wouldn’t mind but i only live a 10 min drive from the shop !!! I don’t even have to try the milkshakes to say i will never order from this place again. Looks like they have been getting bad reviews for ages and they still haven’t sorted their service out. Very poor

My experience with this place is appalling as I had place an an order at 10pm and the estimated time of arrival was at 10:30pm. To which the food never arrived at that time so I decided to call them, for them to say that they didn’t have any stock with one of our items , so we had to change it to a milkshake, and for the man to say that when that was made it would be out for delivery atp it was 10:50pm. Then another half an hour goes by and yet the order hadn’t arrived, to which we called again and for the response to be that ‘he’s on his way now’ to which we said okay. Atp it was now 11:30pm and it still hadn’t arrived and this is when I decided to cancel the order, to when I called to try to cancel he said that I would have to contact uber eats and get my refund, to which I can’t as my order is saying ‘on its way’ so it will not give me the option to request a refund yet. Communication - 2/5 Customer service 1/5 Delivery - well… never received the items WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

Do not order for delivery. The desserts are nice and worth ordering. However DO NOT order delivery. Ordered at 8pm on their website due at 8.45pm. Rang at 9pm to be told it’s due out in 15mins. Rang back at half 9 to be told it’s being packed and is next out. Rang at 9.40pm to be told he’ll ring the driver (then hung up on me) rang at 9.45pm and got asked “is it not there yet” obviously not otherwise I wouldn’t be ringing. Currently 9.50pm and still not received… EDIT - rang again 9.55pm to be told it’s just been sent out…. Won’t be ordering again

If you want your food quick, order from elsewhere, plenty of other options available. It is now 10.30pm and the order still hasn't arrived. Ridiculous service and they don't answer the phone. Food always cold or melted,they're always at least 30 min later than they should, every time I call I'm told they only have 1 driver on duty,the guy on the phone is rude and never apologises when they're in wrong (which is every time)last time they even got my ice cream wrong and forgot my drink,don't even cover the basics of running a business

Terrible place, we ordered at 6.49 and didn't get our order until 8.25. I tried numerous of time to ring the shop but nobody answered. The order came cold. Definitely won't be ordering again from this place absolutely shocking.

This is my first and last time ordering from here. I phoned up after an hour waiting for my delivery to be told "Your order is the next one to go out" and then another 40 minute wait to then call back and be told "I'll phone the driver" and then he eventually arrived another 10 minutes later. In total, 1h50m for my delivery. Further to this, there were issues with the items delivered. One of the ice creams was the wrong flavour, two cans of Coke Zero ordered and instead we were given Diet Coke and finally the "Nacho's" was just a box of Cool Ranch Doritos. Having phoned the store again I was told "we're having a really busy night" however, if I'm paying for a service its the bare minimum to expect the order to be fulfilled correctly and to be delivered within the hour considering the travel distance is a 10 minute drive. I've seen some of the other reviews also having very similar issues. Very concerning...

do NOT get the strawberry and creams ice cream it tastes like mouldy cheese the red ice cream is just strawberry ice cream the pistachio dream cake it supposed to have pistachio sauce mixed with kunafa and chocolate sponge it was seriously dry no sauce atall just the dry kunafa it was honestly so hard to eat

Every time I order from this place, they always take so long to deliver. Yesterday took the biscuit, not only was my delivery 20 minutes later than estimated time of arrival, they forgot to give a piece of cake I ordered. My order was basically 70% Slush, why on earth would it take an hour and half to make that? I was so annoyed. The 2 stars instead of 1 is because I love the doughnuts from there and the only place that does Slush and not Tango ice blast. 😒 Edit: I tried calling twice, it didn't go through 😒 Edit: I don't know why I keep ordering from here. 2 bloody hours it took them to deliver it. Absolute Joke.

Rude staff messed up order don't take responsibility! The food was disgusting small portions completed rip off! When they can't resolve there own cock up there answer is to hang up the phone and then refuse to answer the phone in the hope the issue will magically disappear!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Very tasty kunafa range. Slightly pricey for the size you get (we ordered the kunafa cake cup) but it was delicious

Currently still waiting on an order it's nearly 2 hours late I don't get the issue as I've received orders relatively in a decent amount of time in the past but tonight it's becoming a wind up it's making me feel like not placing an order again and I've been a frequent customer it needs sorting or you'll loose customers

The cakes were really tasty, we really enjoyed them! Delivery was 45 mins late and I did have to call to chase it up. I think I would’ve appreciated a call from the shop to give me a heads up if there was any delays. But nonetheless the desserts were really nice :)

Sweet Fix Denton called me 2 minutes after placing an order with Deliveroo to let me know that they couldn’t fulfil it. I requested they cancel my order, as they had already accepted it, and they stated I must contact Deliveroo in order to cancel it myself. I’ve spent a week going back and forth with Deliveroo trying to get a refund, each time they tell me no because Sweet Fix claim they “tried” to deliver my order and I was unresponsive. This simply isn’t true, but is the perfect argument for them to scam their customers as they do not use deliveroo to deliver their orders. I have their call as proof, and my home security system as proof that nobody arrived at my property between the time of ordering and the following morning. This is a big issue with Deliveroo, but I’m disgusted that a local business that I have supported several times in the past would lie in order to keep such a small amount of money. I’m not saying this will happen to you, but as far as I am concerned, they have lied in order to hold onto a measly £16. Turns out their reputation means that little to them. My recommendation would be to keep your money safe and look elsewhere.

Placed a simple drinks order, 2 slushies and 2 cans of drink. It took over 2 hours to be delivered. When it arrived both slushies were completely melted and went straight in the bin. The delivery driver had spilt a 3 slushy so our order was completely wet when it arrived. Even the can order was wrong, delivering coke instead of Dr Pepper. Trust the reviews. Honestly the worst delivery service in Manchester

This supposed to be my “Crushed pistachio topped with white chocolate & pistachio sauce” waffle. Rang the restaurant to complain and the only thing they said was “sorry my friend”. Tasted nothing like pistachio

They accept your order on just eat/uber eats then they would call and tell you that you can replace it with something else (something that is cheap and bad). And they won’t refund you, you have to go through Uber eats and just eat refund progress.

10minutes late and after paying extra to make my own they didn’t even get it right tried calling multiple times it just rang out then went straight to answering machine like I had been blocked it was disgusting will never order again

Ordered from here a few times because daughter enjoys the food. But every single time the delivery has been over an hour late. Unfortunately my daughter will have to find a new dessert shop because I won’t be ordering from here again. Never any apologies when you ring to ask where your delivery is. Always an excuse as to why it’s late. We ordered at 8:05pm and food came at 9:55pm. Was due at 8:45pm. Food was cold. Ridiculous for the prices you are charging

Great customer service - I ordered some cookie dough and unfortunately it arrived overcooked (just a cookie, no dough!) but I spoke to them on Instagram and they rectified it for me. The owner delivered it himself and they even gave me some extra toppings free of charge. Mistakes happen but I think the way a company deals with mistakes says a lot!

Save your time and money, dont order from here. Ordered a strawberry surprise waffle, a chocolate strawberry cup and a slush from here at around 7.45pm, Just eat said estimated delivery would be between 8.25-8.45pm. Got to 9pm and still nothing, however the just eat tracking said it had been delivered so we rang up - the guy said it should be delivered in around 10 minutes. When it arrived only 1 of 3 items were delivered so we rang up again at 9.20pm to ask where the rest of the items were, we were told someone would come to deliver the missing items. All items were received in the end at about 9.45 but definitely not worth the wait or money - the chocolate strawberry cup was £7.95 and the bottom was a mix of chocolate and water. Not what you’d expect for that price. 2 hours waiting is shameful but judging from the rest of the reviews this is a regular occurrence . Wont be ordering from here again!

Awful! Ordered at 10.13pm was suppose to arrive by 10.58. The food did not arrive untill 00.05!!!! Awful too! I called after waiting n hour in was told it was ready and I was the third delivery. Another hour and plenty of phone calls went by before it arrived. I had no option to cancel the order on their website! DO NOT ORDER ON THEIR WEBSITE if you do order do it on just eat atleast you get a refund and can go to bed rather than wait for dessert that was not good at all. Was not worth the wait. Was told I would receive a phone call to resolve the issue today. I did not!

Bought a couple of shakes and a croffle and cookie dough. And I must say both myself and my son think that these were the best desserts and milkshakes we have had. Service, I only gave 4 stars as delivery was quite late but everything else was perfect and made up for the late delivery. Will definitely order again.

Dont order from here. I am disappointed in the service. Firstly they took 2+ hours and they use excuses to push the delivery further and by time the food came it was all cold and not enjoyable no longer. ordered food last night and rang the store because i accidentally put the wrong postcode and they were friendly with me and helped me within a minute, they delivered it on time usually it takes abit longer then estimated time but the food is always amazing so i cannot complain

Ordered my food at half 9 and was expected delivery for half ten, I called up around 9 times and then used different phones and they still didn’t answer, they then called back at midnight saying that the food wasn’t even made yet as their “printer” for the or receipts is broken. They then said that they are trying to cancel my order even after I waited over two hours and he said that he wasn’t in the shop however I could hear orders being taken in the back and he then said he was making someone else’s order, but I thought he wasn’t at the shop??? He then said for us to cancel the order and he’ll try cancelling the order after I’ve already said i am unable to, I was then on live chat with Uber support who also could not get in contact with the shop, the man then called back after midnight saying he will still make us our order and give it to us due to the inconvenience and we can still cancel the order on Uber for a FULL refund. The delivery driver came to the door with our desserts at half 12 and said that we had to pay for our food because we cancelled it in Uber after he told us to, he said that his manager said because it was £28 he’d knock ten pound when I already had paid 15 only as I used my 40% on Ubers so he would’ve charged me more than the price I actually paid even though he promised to give us the food for free and for us to still refund it. I then called the manager who then lied and said that he never said he would give it to us for free, the delivery driver left with the food and we had to wait over three hours just to get food from a different and BETTER place. Service was absolutely terrible and it isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience as last time they missed items from my order and said they would bring it the next day as the shop was closed and he never gave it us. Shakes and Bake delivered our food to us in 20 minutes and it was 10/10 I’d defo recommend shakes and bakes and never ever buy from sweet fix mcr

Don’t bother with this place. Delivery time absolutely nuts (we ordered a milkshake and some pick & mix) over an hour and a half . Sorting refund via UberEats. Guy said it was out for delivery about half an hour ago.

Do not order from this place unless you like waiting over two hours for your deliveries to arrive, love poor quality food and want to pay extra for scooped ice cream and be sent whippy which was what was supposed to be free. Ordered on Deliveroo and it said it would arrive around 9pm. It gets to 9:30pm and my food still hasn’t arrived. I understand that it can get busy sometimes though and wanted to call the restaurant to get an estimated time of arrival. I didn’t even mind that it was late but the service is absolutely terrible. I had to ring 3 times before the phone call was picked up and as soon as i answer and go to explain why ive called i’m rudely interrupted and a man just says “postcode???” in a very confrontational way. I go to say the first 3 letters of my postcode and this man interrupts me again shouting “what is your postcode???”. Maybe if he gave me time to speak instead of shouting over me i would’ve been able to answer him. When he finally lets me speak and i tell him my postcode he just immediately says that it’s on its way and then hangs up on me??? Absolutely horrible way to speak to your customers! I’m willing to bet that he didn’t even check to see where my order was and just told me it was on its way to get me to go away!! I still had to wait another half an hour before my food arrived meaning that my food ended up being an hour late. I live only a 10 minute drive away from the shop and the food that i ordered was not a waffle or cookie dough or anything that required my food to be cooked so you’d think that my food wouldn’t take too long to make as it was only a small sundae, a milkshake and chocolate strawberries! Clearly the man on the phone was lying to me aswell as my food was clearly not on its way as if it was then it should’ve arrived within 10 minutes but it took 30 minutes after my phone call to reach me. Overall, the food was fine but the customer service is absolutely horrible and the wait time is ridiculous.

Food was 55 minutes late. Paid £9.15 for half cookie dough half waffle and was only sent one and they said this was correct even after reading the description to them. Also found whatever this is in the food, it’s not hair but couldn’t tell what it was!!

Do yourself a favour and listen to your gut before ordering, because I know I should have. Saw the reviews stating how they come late but the food is good. Still ordered. Not only was the food over an hour late, but when I called up to ask where the food was, they kept speaking to someone else that works there and ignoring me whilst on the phone. They asked for my postcode, I gave it them. They asked for it again. This happened 5 times before they actually listened. Then proceeded to speak to someone else AGAIN, and then said to me mine is the third delivery to go out when it should have been delivered 30 minutes ago. My fiancé then called up again and they said it was leaving now which is different to what they told me. No sign of the food. Fiancé called up AGAIN and they said they can’t find the house. It’s a house where google maps takes you to it, directly so it was clearly just an excuse. Food finally came and it was cold, soggy, and my order was wrong… I asked for two different types of donuts 3x and got 2 of one type, and 4 of the other. Cookie dough was okay, but cold. However, the waffle. An absolute joke. Paid £6 and it came and was half the size I wanted. Honestly disgraceful. Don’t order from here, because I know I won’t be again. Uber eats only refunded for half of the order, but even still I’m annoyed I didn’t get the full amount.

Sweet Fix MCR exceeded all my expectations! The cakes were not only visually stunning but also incredibly delicious. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of their service, from presentation to taste. Highly recommend trying their treats for any occasion!

Ordered via just eat from Stockport Order arrived warm was a couple of minutes late and we was worried incase the driver had problems delivering our order because we are in flats and couldn’t track delivery. Milkybar Cookie dough & kinder cookie dough both absolutely delicious 😋 We got 2 slushes which are both full of flavor and tasty Overall really happy with our order thank you 🤍

Found this on Uber Eats. They offer a large variety of cakes and sweets, including ice cream and slushes. Will be ordering again to try other stuff another time. Delivery driver is excellent and makes sure you get everything.

Waffle was handed to me on its side so clearly hadn’t been kept flat, and soggy AF, I couldn’t even eat it! Only reason it’s not 1* is because the Oreo milkshake was actually nice. Delivery also 20 mins late, won’t be ordering again.

What is the point in ordering if im not going to get the things i paid for?? Then no sticky toffee so they swapped it for a cold miserable looking cake. Waited that long they ended up cancelling the order. Awful customer service when rang to see where it was, they ended up putting phone down saying if we’ve waited an over an hour to wait 15 minutes more.

First time ordering, yes they were a little late but that’s to be expected with ordering from smaller businesses. The main thing is me and my brother tucked into the delicious three cheesecakes and one brownie we got, I took pictures after tasting them all and they were amazing the pictures don’t do them justice. So just wanted to say a massive thank you ☺️ your desserts were inhaled they were that yummy.

Ordered mocktails off the menu on the just eat app. The shop waited for me to arrive to then tell me they don't have it available. If it was not available then it should not be on just eat. Then I get told to choose something else. If I wanted something else I would have ordered something else. Then the only employee there says he can't give me a refund. Called his boss twice who wanted me to cancel after continuously telling them I cannot do it. Then reluctantly giving me a refund. Horrendous service and I'm sure the foods no better not that there was anything that I wanted.

My review went from 3* to 1* Ew ew ew just don’t do this to yourself. We ordered a triple chocolate cookie dough, a croffle and extra ice cream (biscoff) Biscoff ice cream: - smelt like cheese??? I gagged. - tasted even worse, and bro I actually like cheese. Croffle: - the size of a small croissant… not waffle sized. - the strawberries used were old and yk when it goes soft and stuff, yeah - wallah i had ONE CORNER and it was disgusting. Like terrible. I never waste food, even if I don’t like it. Both were available. I then placed the order for my family, and decided on a waffle. I changed my mind and called the shop. The number on uber eats was wrong, however the one on google is correct. Customer service was nice and tried to help me. He said they’re actually out of croffles, that’s understandable, however it was still listed on uber eats. Someone in a past review said they replaced items without calling. The items were delivered on time, and the delivery driver was really respectful with his greeting. Although the cookie dough was nice, it is definitely not worth it’s price, given it’s size. The waffle however, was so dry, and actually visibly looked old. I really don’t recommend the waffle. The portion size of the ice cream that comes with it is absolutely tiny too, and even if you use it sparingly, how melted it is by time it reaches you does not help at all. I tried to order extra ice cream too, but the only option was a sundae, so i had to get that. I would only recommend this place over others because it’s the only one that does triple chocolate cookie dough specifically.

Don't I repeat don't order from here unless you like to ring 2 times to be told its out for delivery nope its not. I waited almost 3 hours and then rang to get a refund at midnight don't. Waste your time. They then said we can do your order now and send it or send it tomorrow so they just lied to me the two times I called. Just hope I get my refund and I never see this place again.
