10minutes late and after paying extra to make my own they didn’t even get it right tried calling multiple times it just rang out then went straight to answering machine like I had been blocked it was disgusting will never order again

Ordered from here a few times because daughter enjoys the food. But every single time the delivery has been over an hour late. Unfortunately my daughter will have to find a new dessert shop because I won’t be ordering from here again. Never any apologies when you ring to ask where your delivery is. Always an excuse as to why it’s late. We ordered at 8:05pm and food came at 9:55pm. Was due at 8:45pm. Food was cold. Ridiculous for the prices you are charging

Great customer service - I ordered some cookie dough and unfortunately it arrived overcooked (just a cookie, no dough!) but I spoke to them on Instagram and they rectified it for me. The owner delivered it himself and they even gave me some extra toppings free of charge. Mistakes happen but I think the way a company deals with mistakes says a lot!

OMG!! It was amazing. The cookie dough was delicious and gooey. Atmosphere was beautiful staff so friendly.

Save your time and money, dont order from here. Ordered a strawberry surprise waffle, a chocolate strawberry cup and a slush from here at around 7.45pm, Just eat said estimated delivery would be between 8.25-8.45pm. Got to 9pm and still nothing, however the just eat tracking said it had been delivered so we rang up - the guy said it should be delivered in around 10 minutes. When it arrived only 1 of 3 items were delivered so we rang up again at 9.20pm to ask where the rest of the items were, we were told someone would come to deliver the missing items. All items were received in the end at about 9.45 but definitely not worth the wait or money - the chocolate strawberry cup was £7.95 and the bottom was a mix of chocolate and water. Not what you’d expect for that price. 2 hours waiting is shameful but judging from the rest of the reviews this is a regular occurrence . Wont be ordering from here again!

Awful! Ordered at 10.13pm was suppose to arrive by 10.58. The food did not arrive untill 00.05!!!! Awful too! I called after waiting n hour in was told it was ready and I was the third delivery. Another hour and plenty of phone calls went by before it arrived. I had no option to cancel the order on their website! DO NOT ORDER ON THEIR WEBSITE if you do order do it on just eat atleast you get a refund and can go to bed rather than wait for dessert that was not good at all. Was not worth the wait. Was told I would receive a phone call to resolve the issue today. I did not!

Daughter loves the cookie dough, I fancied some cake and opted for the Matilda one - It was massive! Very tasty, great treat :)

I wish I read the reviews before ordering from here. If you have patience of a saint then please carry on ordering.. Been waiting over an hour on a weekday for 3 desserts! It wasn’t the best either. Tried calling them several times but no one picks up.

Bought a couple of shakes and a croffle and cookie dough. And I must say both myself and my son think that these were the best desserts and milkshakes we have had. Service, I only gave 4 stars as delivery was quite late but everything else was perfect and made up for the late delivery. Will definitely order again.

Dont order from here. I am disappointed in the service. Firstly they took 2+ hours and they use excuses to push the delivery further and by time the food came it was all cold and not enjoyable no longer. I will never be ordering from here again and I suggest no one else does so they dont experience the apalling service I experienced.👎🏼

Ordered my food at half 9 and was expected delivery for half ten, I called up around 9 times and then used different phones and they still didn’t answer, they then called back at midnight saying that the food wasn’t even made yet as their “printer” for the or receipts is broken. They then said that they are trying to cancel my order even after I waited over two hours and he said that he wasn’t in the shop however I could hear orders being taken in the back and he then said he was making someone else’s order, but I thought he wasn’t at the shop??? He then said for us to cancel the order and he’ll try cancelling the order after I’ve already said i am unable to, I was then on live chat with Uber support who also could not get in contact with the shop, the man then called back after midnight saying he will still make us our order and give it to us due to the inconvenience and we can still cancel the order on Uber for a FULL refund. The delivery driver came to the door with our desserts at half 12 and said that we had to pay for our food because we cancelled it in Uber after he told us to, he said that his manager said because it was £28 he’d knock ten pound when I already had paid 15 only as I used my 40% on Ubers so he would’ve charged me more than the price I actually paid even though he promised to give us the food for free and for us to still refund it. I then called the manager who then lied and said that he never said he would give it to us for free, the delivery driver left with the food and we had to wait over three hours just to get food from a different and BETTER place. Service was absolutely terrible and it isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience as last time they missed items from my order and said they would bring it the next day as the shop was closed and he never gave it us. Shakes and Bake delivered our food to us in 20 minutes and it was 10/10 I’d defo recommend shakes and bakes and never ever buy from sweet fix mcr

ordered food last night and rang the store because i accidentally put the wrong postcode and they were friendly with me and helped me within a minute, they delivered it on time usually it takes abit longer then estimated time but the food is always amazing so i cannot complain

Don’t bother with this place. Delivery time absolutely nuts (we ordered a milkshake and some pick & mix) over an hour and a half . Sorting refund via UberEats. Guy said it was out for delivery about half an hour ago.

Do not order from this place unless you like waiting over two hours for your deliveries to arrive, love poor quality food and want to pay extra for scooped ice cream and be sent whippy which was what was supposed to be free. Wish I just had a digestive biscuit to be honest, would of enjoyed that experience more.

The worst desserts I’ve ever tasted in my life. Food extremely late, rang twice to ask. Wrong orders came. Rang again to complain and they said ‘they couldn’t reach us to tell us they didn’t have what we ordered’ … yet when we rang them twice previously nothing was mentioned?! But regardless of it being the wrong order, food was absolutely horrendous.

Ordered on Deliveroo and it said it would arrive around 9pm. It gets to 9:30pm and my food still hasn’t arrived. I understand that it can get busy sometimes though and wanted to call the restaurant to get an estimated time of arrival. I didn’t even mind that it was late but the service is absolutely terrible. I had to ring 3 times before the phone call was picked up and as soon as i answer and go to explain why ive called i’m rudely interrupted and a man just says “postcode???” in a very confrontational way. I go to say the first 3 letters of my postcode and this man interrupts me again shouting “what is your postcode???”. Maybe if he gave me time to speak instead of shouting over me i would’ve been able to answer him. When he finally lets me speak and i tell him my postcode he just immediately says that it’s on its way and then hangs up on me??? Absolutely horrible way to speak to your customers! I’m willing to bet that he didn’t even check to see where my order was and just told me it was on its way to get me to go away!! I still had to wait another half an hour before my food arrived meaning that my food ended up being an hour late. I live only a 10 minute drive away from the shop and the food that i ordered was not a waffle or cookie dough or anything that required my food to be cooked so you’d think that my food wouldn’t take too long to make as it was only a small sundae, a milkshake and chocolate strawberries! Clearly the man on the phone was lying to me aswell as my food was clearly not on its way as if it was then it should’ve arrived within 10 minutes but it took 30 minutes after my phone call to reach me. Overall, the food was fine but the customer service is absolutely horrible and the wait time is ridiculous.

Food was 55 minutes late. Paid £9.15 for half cookie dough half waffle and was only sent one and they said this was correct even after reading the description to them. Also found whatever this is in the food, it’s not hair but couldn’t tell what it was!!

Do yourself a favour and listen to your gut before ordering, because I know I should have. Saw the reviews stating how they come late but the food is good. Still ordered. Not only was the food over an hour late, but when I called up to ask where the food was, they kept speaking to someone else that works there and ignoring me whilst on the phone. They asked for my postcode, I gave it them. They asked for it again. This happened 5 times before they actually listened. Then proceeded to speak to someone else AGAIN, and then said to me mine is the third delivery to go out when it should have been delivered 30 minutes ago. My fiancé then called up again and they said it was leaving now which is different to what they told me. No sign of the food. Fiancé called up AGAIN and they said they can’t find the house. It’s a house where google maps takes you to it, directly so it was clearly just an excuse. Food finally came and it was cold, soggy, and my order was wrong… I asked for two different types of donuts 3x and got 2 of one type, and 4 of the other. Cookie dough was okay, but cold. However, the waffle. An absolute joke. Paid £6 and it came and was half the size I wanted. Honestly disgraceful. Don’t order from here, because I know I won’t be again. Uber eats only refunded for half of the order, but even still I’m annoyed I didn’t get the full amount.

Sweet Fix MCR exceeded all my expectations! The cakes were not only visually stunning but also incredibly delicious. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of their service, from presentation to taste. Highly recommend trying their treats for any occasion!

Ordered via just eat from Stockport Order arrived warm was a couple of minutes late and we was worried incase the driver had problems delivering our order because we are in flats and couldn’t track delivery. Milkybar Cookie dough & kinder cookie dough both absolutely delicious 😋 We got 2 slushes which are both full of flavor and tasty Overall really happy with our order thank you 🤍

Found this on Uber Eats. They offer a large variety of cakes and sweets, including ice cream and slushes. Will be ordering again to try other stuff another time. Delivery driver is excellent and makes sure you get everything.

Waffle was handed to me on its side so clearly hadn’t been kept flat, and soggy AF, I couldn’t even eat it! Only reason it’s not 1* is because the Oreo milkshake was actually nice. Delivery also 20 mins late, won’t be ordering again.

What is the point in ordering if im not going to get the things i paid for?? Then no sticky toffee so they swapped it for a cold miserable looking cake. Paid for cookie dough balls and got a sad looking cookie with no extras that i paid for!! Wanted a cherry coke got a dr pepper 👍 waste of time and money!! Rang up and they said they would sort it out tomorrow? Who wants to wait next day what a j o k e.

Was a little worried seeing reviews before my order arrived but wow was I wrong can I just say your brownies are amazing!! and definitely will order again , only thing is the customer service when my time past for delivery I rang just to see if my order even went through was polite and the guy was very rude on the phone.

Waited that long they ended up cancelling the order. Awful customer service when rang to see where it was, they ended up putting phone down saying if we’ve waited an over an hour to wait 15 minutes more.

First time ordering, yes they were a little late but that’s to be expected with ordering from smaller businesses. The main thing is me and my brother tucked into the delicious three cheesecakes and one brownie we got, I took pictures after tasting them all and they were amazing the pictures don’t do them justice. So just wanted to say a massive thank you ☺️ your desserts were inhaled they were that yummy.

Honestly worst customer service ever waited over a hour and a half food never turned up phoned them asking to cancel the order and phone was put down on me phoned them back and they was hesitant about giving me a refund for food i never received had to go down to the shop and told them to hand the money over DO NOT GO HERE is my best advice

Ordered mocktails off the menu on the just eat app. The shop waited for me to arrive to then tell me they don't have it available. If it was not available then it should not be on just eat. Then I get told to choose something else. If I wanted something else I would have ordered something else. Then the only employee there says he can't give me a refund. Called his boss twice who wanted me to cancel after continuously telling them I cannot do it. Then reluctantly giving me a refund. Horrendous service and I'm sure the foods no better not that there was anything that I wanted.

25/10/2023 - Took so long to deliver - Phone went to answerphone- we just wanted a refund, we have not eaten our order apart from a spoon from each Okay so I accidentally ordered from here because I couldn’t remember the place i ordered from previously. My review went from 3* to 1* Ew ew ew just don’t do this to yourself. We ordered a triple chocolate cookie dough, a croffle and extra ice cream (biscoff) Biscoff ice cream: - smelt like cheese??? I gagged. - tasted even worse, and bro I actually like cheese. Croffle: - the size of a small croissant… not waffle sized. - the strawberries used were old and yk when it goes soft and stuff, yeah - wallah i had ONE CORNER and it was disgusting. Like terrible. I never waste food, even if I don’t like it. Customer service was nice and tried to help me. He said they’re actually out of croffles, that’s understandable, however it was still listed on uber eats. Someone in a past review said they replaced items without calling. The items were delivered on time, and the delivery driver was really respectful with his greeting. Although the cookie dough was nice, it is definitely not worth it’s price, given it’s size. The waffle however, was so dry, and actually visibly looked old. I really don’t recommend the waffle. The portion size of the ice cream that comes with it is absolutely tiny too, and even if you use it sparingly, how melted it is by time it reaches you does not help at all. I tried to order extra ice cream too, but the only option was a sundae, so i had to get that. I would only recommend this place over others because it’s the only one that does triple chocolate cookie dough specifically.

Don't I repeat don't order from here unless you like to ring 2 times to be told its out for delivery nope its not. I waited almost 3 hours and then rang to get a refund at midnight don't. Waste your time. They then said we can do your order now and send it or send it tomorrow so they just lied to me the two times I called. Just hope I get my refund and I never see this place again.

Deserts are nice, however when things don't turn up till later than expected and when after 3 attempts you finally get through to speak to someone they are rude and dismissive your going to lose custom. As others have said the portions are much smaller than other desert shops for the same price. Not worth the hassle

Absolutely disgraceful service. First time I rang they said the order had been sent out for delivery, it hadn’t! The order took 2 hours to deliver, when I kept ringing they ignored my calls but then answered immediately when I rang from a different number. Very rude lady screaming in the background. Food isn’t even that good!

Where to even start, first of all we ordered at around 7.15 ish, the latest arrival time was 8.50, it didn’t arrive untill 10.45 maybe even later, tried ringing the establishment and the phones are cut off. Delivery was seriously late. Driver did not acknowledge this at all. Tried to call via Uber Eats. It went to a mobile number that was cut off. Tried to call after googling the number, disconnected/unplugged phone. Food was okay, but when you factor in the delivery time, was not worth the wait. Around 1hr 30 mins

Just adding my voice on a previous review my son has posted. I have now read through the reviews and I wish I had done so before using this place. Awful service, dessert looked like it had been thrown around and was cold due to being extremely late and in the same bag as an ice cream dessert. Shop phone number not in use so was unable to chase up said order and unable to ring to complain. We have requested a refund and will definitely not be back. Disappointing and awful. Not recommended… updated today.. have been CREDITED £2! On next order! Absolutely not accepting this and will take this further now, why on earth would we order from this place again??? 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ full refund needed and an apology for the disgrace that was delivered to us extremely late.

First and last time ordering from here. Very disappointing. Ordered one hot and one cold dessert. Arrived over hour late and both in the same bag. The hot dessert was stone cold, and was also loose in a cardboard box so the sauce was a mess. The box looked like it had been shook. The shop phone number was ‘not in use’ so unable to chase up the delivery or for then to ring and complain about the state of the hot dessert. Awful service do not recommend.

Just ordered online from here at a cost of £25 to be told no you have not ordered off our site its not our site & nothing to do with us ……although the address , same products are 🤷‍♀️ was then told you can have the order but it will be £25 Left without anything not even my £25 which was paid online in good faith Will be looking into this further …..anyone else had this ????? This is meant to be a Lindt cheesecake! It tasted like a sloppy egg custard the bottom was soggy instead of nice and crispy (biscuity), rang them up for either a refund or something else and got told they would ring me back in 2 minutes, 10 minutes went by so I tried to ring the shop phone number and it was just saying call ended!! They’d either blocked my phone number or just turned the phones off! Eventually I got hold of them and they had told the delivery driver to tell me over the phone that they had made the cheesecake wrong! Sent me another one out with a free slush and that piece was just as bad 🤮🤢😡 I’ve ordered from here loads and never had a problem until now! The cookie doughs are really nice but the cheesecake’s just aren’t worth the money!! Not happy at all 😩

We ordered tonight, delivery was right on time and the doughnuts are amazing! The hot doughnuts you get from the seaside but drizzled with chocolate and numerous toppings to choose from, they were still hot when they arrived. Fantastic treat for all the family. I used their own website for delivery.

Misold products via uber. They admitted the order was never going to be correct but they took it upon themselves to change it without telling us. The order was so late and the customer Service over the phone was atrocious. Will never order from them again

Tuesday 14th March 2023 I placed an order through Deliveroo for 2 deserts and 2 drinks for me and my partner at 21:48pm. I chosen to place this order as my partner had been down in the dumps due to loosing her Nan recently and many other factors on top and deserved a pick me up. She told me she would love a desert so here was my intentions. Unfortunately we have both been left rather disappointed. We were informed upon placing our order through Deliveroo that the delivery would be done through the stores own drivers therefore we wouldn't be able to track our order however the ETA at latest would be for 22:30pm. Time had gone by and at this point it was 22:36 so I went to give the store a call as there was no update on Deliveroo and still no food. A lovely gent answered the phone informing us that the order was already out and would be with us soon. We checked on Google maps to see how long it could possibly take to arrive with us showing it can take 10 minutes by car. Expecting minimum delays to the driver due to a quiet Tuesday evening on very empty roads we were expecting it soon. A further 35 minutes had gone by so I called the store again. This time it was by seemingly the same gent that Deliveroo was having a funny one and they had only just seen our order and that we were second to waiting in a list of orders now, apologized for our wait as apparently many are having longer than expected delays however for us not to worry as this time it really won't be that long now. At this point it is now 23:35pm. It is saying on Google that the store is now closed. With this information to hand we were not expecting to even receive our order at this point and went to request a cancellation through Deliveroo. Deliveroo informed us there is nothing they could do as the shop were claiming once again that the food was already out of store and therefore not only could they no longer cancel our order but they couldn't provide a full or partial refund. Eventually the food arrived at 23:50pm. At this point we were tired and the ice cream was almost melted and the cookie doughs were just about Luke warm now. The saving grace of the second star is purely due to the food tasting okay I suppose however nothing worth this ridiculous long wait we had experienced. This was our first time and it will also be our last. I'm sorry for leaving such a negative review however this truly was just terrible and I hope you improve your time management with future customers.

Every time I order from this place, they always take so long to deliver. Yesterday took the biscuit, not only was my delivery 20 minutes later than estimated time of arrival, they forgot to give a piece of cake I ordered. My order was basically 70% Slush, why on earth would it take an hour and half to make that? I was so annoyed. The 2 stars instead of 1 is because I love the doughnuts from there and the only place that does Slush and not Tango ice blast. 😒 Edit: I tried calling twice, it didn't go through 😒

The food was really good but both times I have ordered the food has been very late. I ordered tonight at about nine and it didn’t get here until ten twenty. Real shame as I like food but won’t be ordering again.

Ordered on Deliveroo. Waffles and ice cream were very nice but they were 35 minutes late with no communication from Sweet Fix. Tried to call twice and it just goes to a mobile with a full voicemail inbox.

I ordered a chocolate kingdom and it didn’t specify what m&ms was going to be on it and it turns out it was the peanut m&ms which I don’t like.

Ordered on JustEat and given an estimated time of around 23:50-00:10 which was sound as i ordered at 23:25. However it got to 00:20 and no updates. Rang up and they said they are just getting started on my order, said they were busy. I’m sorry but if you’re busy change the estimated time and if you’re too busy to make new orders then stop taking orders. I heard the reviews on the shakes and food were good but the delivery time is a huge turn-off. I’m currently still waiting and will update this review when it arrives. 00:40 rang up and said the driver was 5 minutes away. 00:50 rang up again and was told the driver was 1 minute away 01:00 food finally arrived and driver said “have a good night”, night was over 1hour ago. The food was decent and the shake was nice but left unhappy after the long wait. Overall wouldn’t recommend solely on the delivery time, it’s unacceptable and needs fixing ASAP. Get more drivers or more workers.

Shocking service! Ordered tonight and waited for 45 minutes, then got a notification to say it had been delayed. Half an hour later I received a cancellation notification. When I called the shop to see what was happening, I was rudely told that they don’t deliver to my address as it’s a terrace and that they’re not insured… and they said they couldn’t contact me. I explained that I had ordered previously and that they had delivered before, to which I was told to read the Uber terms and conditions? I definitely will not be ordering from here again. Thank you for replying, It’s funny how your attitude towards your customers has changed now that your response is public. Like I said, won’t be ordering again the way you speak to customers is a joke. The extortionate delivery fee should’ve covered delivery to my door, i have no obstructions for you, no doors, gates nothing. Your bone idle driver just couldn’t be bothered… great way to run a business 😂

Dissapointed. ordered 1 shake, doughnuts, rainbow cake and nachos. Would have given 1 star if it wasnt for the shake being so good and super fast delivery. The shake was brilliant thought we was off to a good start til we opened the rest. The nachos was half splashed with what tasted like a sweet chilli jam defo not a salsa and some american cheese. The sweet chilli jam was absolutley vile. Cheese sauce okay. Dissapointing it didnt come with jalapenos too. The dougnuts coukd have been better the toppings and presentation was good and flufdy but they did taste like they had been cooked in burnt oil. And they looked burnt. The rainbow cake defo does not have fresh buttercream icing. No idea what it is but its got this margarine taste to it. The sponge part was ok not great thou.

Placed my order at 9pm, no arrival by 21.50 pm so I phoned the number on Uber eats to get told they’re busy and it will be another 25 minutes. Rang the actual store number at 22.10. To be told that the food is still there, then that actually it had set off 5 minutes ago and if it wasn’t with me in another 10 minutes to call back. Ten minutes went by, rang back at 22.26 pm and was told there’s been a crash and the driver is stuck I offered to go and get the food off him, but was then told his ETA was only 6 minutes away anyway. It’s now currently 22.40pm and still no food, I was also told on the phone they can’t refund me as it’s not their fault. I’m sure the food is normally lovely and to consider that it’s the busiest night of the week. However the lack of communication and different information is shocking. Food finally arrived now at 22.45. Nearly 2 hours after it was placed. Won’t be ordering again, I can appreciate it’s busy but to just have an honest answer would have been better. The Uber driver told us that he only picked it up 12 minutes ago and that the ‘crash’ was not true.

I looked at the reviews and it said the delivery times was very long, I thought I'd take my chance. Long story cut short, I ordered it on Saturday it came on Monday. One of my milkshakes was having a 5 minute nap on the floor of the bag. Milkshake all over the rest of my order. Threw the lot in the bin. Tell a lie I ate one Ferrero Roche and cost me 20 quid. Biggest shambles I have ever seen. Order somewhere else I'm telling you.

Amazing experience at SweetFix the staff were so helpful and graceful and the food was great! The manager really made sure our experience was superb as we attended for a birthday treat and the staff were very smiley and pleasant to speak to! Will defo recommend! Has become my fave dessert place, great food at a great price!
