Just had my lunch there we had the samosa sandwich and the samosa chaat. So flavourful and delicious..prices great too!

Ice cream taste has power mixed in won't be going again very disappointed

2hour wait, still waiting. Ordered at 6:30 still waiting 7:45 and told it still wont be here for another 30mins!!!!!!!! Tried to complain on the phone and the shop assistant put the phone down on me. Paid by card so cant even refuse the order!!!

Ordered 4 different deserts, cookie monster waffle which was ok, ferrero classic waffle also ok, chocolate chip cookie dough was nice though. My nutty ice cream sundae was poor though. Not as described on website, no ferrero roche or maltesers in the ice cream and was a snickers bar on top instead of crushed ferroro roche. All in all it was decent, but just thought it would of been alot nicer

Do NOT order from this place they are a con they cancel your order wen you pay on card and come up with blag saying they don't have mint ice cream when any other business would give alternative ice cream or send other stuff and refund what they don't have they are a con but won't order again because last time I had problem the cookie was burnt do not order it's a con and I will post reviews daily about this business and food

Excellent customer service, always feel welcome whenever I come in. Desserts are always spot on. Can’t fault the place at all

So I was a regular customer a while back when the quality of started slipping, thought we would give it a another shot tonight only to received two very dry jacket potatoes and a extremely small amount of cheese and beans which had been split all over the bag before we got it. Only good thing was the milk shake and the cans of drink.

Cookie dough was stuck to the paper in the box and was really thin definitely not worth the money you pay.wont be going here again,but the smoothie was okay 👌🏽

Very disappointed as I order this sort of stuff from places in different areas and this has been the worst a rip off!! The cake was dry!! And the nutty ice cream sundae wasn't as described and had stuff it shouldn't in it and there was no crushed Ferreo Roche on the top it was just one sat there!! Waste of money spent over £11 for nothing won't be visiting again that's for sure!! Cake had a funny taste just hoping we don't wake up poorly Xmas day

card machine "not working" just eat said they were closed and there website doesnt load after payment... to be told "wel we r open" whilst I'm stood in the shop.

Absolutely amazing place, friendly service, amazing quality food. Also very cheap. Cookie dough safe lovely, waffles are yummy and also milkshakes are very thick

Came here looking for dessert but left empty handed! Very dirty unhygienic premises with a very small selection of ice cream. Looked and felt unwelcoming inside. Cash only!! Why? Looks like a dodgy shop being used as a front for other things! Staff were not very helpful either!

Discusting place to order from, I would advice no one to order from this place,I have felt nothing but threatened by this. I was accused of giving them a fake £20 note at my own door, has i wouldn’t do such a thing has I got the money from Halifax bank. They was totally fine had no problem at first. Half hour later they come back saying the £20 note is fake and took another £15.40 off me then trying to say I only give them £10 !!!

This small cafe-style dessert restaurant has some absolutely fantastic fare. I had some delicious banoffee pancakes (fresh, firm and tasty) and the portions are so generous my friend almost passed out trying to finish his cake! (Not literally) The prices are absolutely excellent for the quality and portion sizes you get, so you really can't lose giving them a try.

Shocking, absolutely disgusting. We ordered Cheesecake, milkshake and rainbow cake, non of it seemed fresh ingredients. The cake was dry, the cheesecake had fridge burn and the bottom part was soggy, the milkshake tasted like sour milk! Defo wouldn't use again.

Jordan Lea took my first ever order here, he was absolutely fantastic, i do not do desserts and today was my first order, before i even got the food i was hooked the attention to detail was so fantastic from this guy i had to tell his boss, then OMG the food arrived teenager overload of happy and a very picker eater was in love, thanks will deffo be ordering again thank you for making a birthday night fab !!!!

I ordered food for delivery, when the delivery man came, I paid him the £10 but because of the weather condition, it flew out of his hand. He tried to look for the £10 and we offered to help but because it was snowing and freezing, we gave another £10. Not once did he mention about anything being on the house if we ordered again with them. Phoned the store and received awful customer service with attitude from the young girl named Nicole. She said ''With sympathy he offered to help look for it.'' Am I missing something? With sympathy we gave another £10 because of the weather condition even though the responsibility of the first tenner going missing was on the employees side? Not happy and definitely not ordering again, would be appreciated if the manager can give us a call back to resolve the issue... I'm sure your employee Nicole left my contact details in the complaint book!

I have ordered from here on several occasions, foods good. I ordered tonight from Just Eat and noticed that the order was pending so rang to confirm the order over the phone, everything seemed ok with the man who answered our phone call and he confirmed our order, delivery address and said it would be with us in around 20 minutes. An hour later we had no desserts and no phone call saying why, so we rang back. The same man answered the phone and seemed like he had never heard of our order and seemed to have no record of it and said a payment hadn't come through on just eat. We asked to reorder and pay the driver when it was delivered, suddenly the man on the other end of the phone was able to relay our order back to us and tell us how much it would cost, when I questioned him about this and why he hadn't contacted us about the payment issue through just eat earlier, he hung up on me. This is not the service I expect, and I can't believe how rude the man was, he made a mistake and failed to correct it, and when asked about it acted like an infant, not someone who should be serving customers. Ridiculous!!

My mum ordered tonight, really disappointed, said the waffles had cookie dough on and didn’t, the waffles just looked like they had been slumped together with no care in the world. Really disappointed since the last time I came!!

First time ordering and will be the last. Was told order would arrive at 22.03 turned up at 22.49 . Two hours after ordering ! Rang shop a million times. No answer and kept getting phone diverted to voicemail or ringing out

Absolutely horrific the customer service I had . Lady on the phone was so rude sounded aggressive had to repeat my postcode serval time for her to hear me! Told me on the phone it would take 1 hour for my order took 1 hour and 35 mins ! With the delivery driver which was the "boss" had told me your smoothie spilt In the car and said he wouldn't charge me money isn't the thing I wanted my SMOOTHIE not my money if that was the case I wouldn't of Ordered in the first place didn't apologise once and was rude on the door ! Rang back the desert place and the aggressive lady answered and I explained to her what's happened and told me "what do you want me to do " absolutely rude and told me that they close and 11pm when it was 11.38pm when I called I said to her well the time on the website is wrong so she needs to change it and told me her "BOSS" would call me within 20 mins been 45 mins no call so am sorry I have to write this review absolutely disappointed really bad customer service thanks for the dry waffle.

First time here, seen it when driving past and have it a shot as we wanted a waffle! Wasn’t disappointed at all. Very nice! Ice cream was good too! Thanks! We will be back soon!!

Ordered a tub of ice cream and it wasn't even frozen. The guy who served me said it was supposed to be like that. What a joke.
