The food was good but late delivery

Pizza was so thin greesy also was watery all toppings falling off Chips come soggy all bag wet and ripped and popcorn chicken was hard definitely not be going there Iceland £1 pizza better

The delivery driver was so rude - doesn’t matter if food is food, which it wasn’t, really gone downhill since last time we ordered. If the driver is rude won’t order again.

Ordered at 7.00pm said it would be here by 7.45pm then said it had been delivered when it hadn’t, rang them up to say it was on its way… still no sign at 8.30! Another phonecall later to say he’s pulling up now at 8.35, no where near worth the hour & a half wait on a Tuesday night! Food was horrendous worst burger we’ve had in a while. Will avoid next time.

Changed donner meat and its no where near as nice. Garlic mayo was watery.!

Less than a quarter of a bag of chips. Chicken shish was over cooked and tasteless. Donermeat has changed and isn't nice.

Terrible attitude by manager and/or staff who served. Shouted to me from across the shop expecting me to hear and to answer. Would’ve appreciated to be politely spoken to directly with eye contact. Employees need to take up education for customer service.

Food is greasy and waited over 2 hours for delivery! When you call you’re always told it’s on the way when it clearly isn’t! Avoid.

I would rate zero if I could!! Taken payment twice from our account and unwilling to resolve, terrible customer service! As a customer for a couple of years and ordering multiple times a month I would at least expect them to resolve! Absolutely shocking. Will not be ordering again. EDIT As a customer I would have expected you to deal with this better than you have. I do not understand how my bank can resolve this when my proof clearly shows that 2 payments have been accepted by you. You sent me a screenshot of a payment received, how do I know that there isn’t 2 screenshots of both payments? There isn’t any proof that the second payment wasn’t received? You have seen proof that 2 payments have been taken by you and then try to blame ‘online’ by saying you haven’t received it. So you are saying my money is just floating somewhere? Money grabbers and not willing to resolve!

Very nice special chicken burgers Kebab was nice too Knion rings nice Garlic Mushrooms were gorgeous Chips were standard OK. Will defo order again from Munch Price just a tad dearer for chicken fillets burgers than anywhere else though Thank you

Food excellent delivery service super fast. But on my order for kebab meat it did not mention chips and I did not order them. These hidden under kebab meat. Real shame they made this mistake

The donor meat was a bit gristly and there wasn’t much salad in me wrap. The pizza was lovely though.

Paid £12.38 for mixed grill kebab. This was the dearest kebab on the menu so I expected a hearty sized serving. Wrong. Got 3 small pieces of dry chicken, 2 pieces of chicken tikka and a such a small amount of doner meat that it actually fitted in the palm of my hand. Also, the tiny pitta bread that came with it was in pieces. The side salad consisted of a bit of lettuce and red onion. I wouldn’t have paid a fiver for it let alone the £12.38 I was charged. Absolutely appalling quality and the portion size was laughable. On top of that the delivery guy was sullen and handed over my order without a word. Awful food, will never use again.

Ordered a cheesy garlic bread at 6:45pm to go with our pasta bake tea. Expecting it to come within the hour maximum. Driver turned up at 8:30pm this was after ringing the restaurant twice asking for a eta. Tea ruined. Wouldn’t be in a rush to order from here again.

Pizza was fantastic, nice and thin and crispy, chips and cheese were nice although I was they had also put chips spice on my chips! Other than that, great place for pizza!
