Dont get all the negative either. Always been great food served by really friendly staff. Prices good, chicken far tastier than kfc and great pizza too. Things have changed when shop changed hands but the lovely food and great value hasnt and still friendly. If you want to experience poor food at high prices try eating in northampton specially kingsthorpe, worst place to be in the country if your hungary and dont have much money

Food was alright, looked on my card to see how much i had left then it said 78p.. I look again a few hours later & it says I owe £7 something to my over draft. I don't appreciate any of you using my card for your food. These rip people off. I'm not ordering from you ever again.

Dead service Chip are disgusting undercooked Wings only thing perfect Sauce 30p charge I ain't paying for a a tiny bit of sauce Table dead and small Chairs need be to fix Take way to long to serve

It has been a while since i came to this place. It used to be a good place and value for money. Now I was shocked to see the price has gone up and the portion size has shrunk. The wrap was less than half of the one I remember. Really disappointed in it.

Good, tasty and convenient fast food. Spent a lot of money here whilst studying in Leicester.

Use to order from them and never had any problems with it. I just rang them now for my usual order and they just said they don't use that menu for delivery. When I was asked who I was talking with before and explained everything they said that she never did that orders for me! What a rubbish they are!

Delay with order by an hour. They never even called to advise me they were running late. Food cold and soggy. beans underneath the chips not on top so the chips were sweaty and sloppy. Then I realised hours later that I ordered a dessert which never came. So order was incomplete. They offered to deliver the cake within 30mins. (Late again) So basically all together my order was not complete for 7hours. They told hungry house that I should of rang earlier and that customers left the shop to make my incomplete order (WOW) So rudeness is to be added to their portfolio. No offer of a refund but hungry house offered a credit refund. Really BAD experience. If I could give MM no stars I would. Minus 4stars. Never again.

Don't get why everyone's so negative, besides the ignorant women on the phone, I love the chips, pizza, chocolate fudge cake and bubblegum milkshake 😋😍🍕🍟

This has to be the most disgusting food I have had the displeasure of eating. What makes it worse is that the lady was adamant it is fresh, good tasting and excellent value for money. I assume she has got the taste buds of a 106 year dead woman. Appalling service and the ability to not understand feedback was mind blowing. What an awful place. oh, another part of the 'excellent' service, We actually had a 5 min argument on how would not send ketchup as part of the order. My god woman what cuisine workshop did you fall out of?? rubbish food and awful wife material from the employee

Thought I would try and save a few pounds by trying a local shop, rather than ordering from Pizaa Hut, or walking to KFC. Chose MM because their shop-front looked much better than a lot of the other chicken-shops on Narborough road. They got my order wrong, giving me wings rather than onions rings, then when I called them from home to complain, rather than offering to replace them, or help me out, they just shouted at each other in a language I couldn't understand. The chicken itself is soggy, doesn't taste fresh, just generic low-quality. I made my order at 4pm on Saturday when the staff should have been full of energy ready for the busy night ahead, and it instead feels like they made no effort, and didn't want to be there serving the food.

Really unhappy about the service!!! Had to wait for my food for 2.5 hours. and when it eventually arrived it was cold. NOT ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN!!!
