Mexican Hut in Leicester

Simple menu with very reasonable prices Between the two of us got ourselves a beef pizza and a couple of different donner boxes ( lamb and chicken) The beef pizza was of decent taste but had minimal ground beef topping. The donner had a unique taste to it, as it seemed it was tossed together with some house sauce, green peppers, onions and chips and definitely tasted delicious.

Disgusting customer service. A customer politely asked him why he is selling Coca-Cola products as they support Israel and as a muslim business we should boycott such products and companies. Babies, children and innocents are dying in Palestine. The manager responded in such vile manner that it made my skin crawl. He said selling coke doesn't kill Palestinians and he couldn't care less. He said to the customer that if he feels so strongly about what is happening in Palestine then he should go there and do Jihad and fight against Israel. I'm honestly in disbelief at such horrendous customer service.

Don’t risk your health! Plastic pieces found on food, they said its chilli flakes. One of the worst resultant I have ever tried in Leicester. Poor food prep and very poor customer service ! I guess it’s owned by TASTY CHICKEN next door. I would suggest to avoid both places.

Manager extremely rude. I was stood in the shop whilst another brother was explaining to him why he should not be serving Coca Cola due to their support of Israel and the vile way in which he verbally abused the customer was shocking and uncalled for. I left immediately without placing an order and will also be telling friends and family the same. Disgusting behaviour towards customers. A polite courteous response would have neutralised the situation.

Do not go here ! These imposters are going out to local shops and buying halal frozen burgers & reselling them at ten times the cost- will never come back here and hope the place goes down under - they couldnt even package our order correctly in which we found a staple in the burger, completely unacceptable

Ordered through Uber eats and received what tasted like a frozen burger, Rubery, processed and just horrible all around, rang to complain and the person who couldn't speak English let slip he bought a different brand this time !

Was passing through Leicester and decided to give this place a try. I ordered the mexican chicken donner box, which was Fries with chicken donner, that had peppers, onions, and sauce. It was quite good and full of flavour and unlike some donner places was not full of grease and fat. The best part of it was that the fries, despite being under the donner, were very fresh and stayed crisp instead of soggy. I was really surprised how good the food at this place was, the chicken box packed flavour and a spicy kick. I would defo visit again and would recommend to all. 4 out of 5.

We had the wings (bbq flavour) and the mexican classic cheese burger, both of which were freshly made and tasted great. Customer service and decor was brilliant and the place was clean. Definitely recommend a visit.

It's not Mexican, at best, it's a fusion with asian food. I hate giving less than five star to a new buisness. No further comments.
