Munch Box in East Ayrshire

Just wondering if my order has been despatch cos I'm starving

Order has just arrived. Well 1/4 of order. Most of what was expected hasn't arrived & NO WAY of contacting them. 100% avoid avoid avoid

Ordered the tempura macaroni box to be called half an hour later to be told there was no macaroni and was offered a half pizza crunch at half the price of what I ordered! My son ordered chips and cheese came with no cheese and the pizza was disgusting, wish I'd read the reviews

Ordered the dirty box. If you see the description was suppose to have tempera chicken and Cajun chicken strips. Came and it was motzorella sticks pasta and onion wrings. Wasn't of £12 and just eat were no help. Tried to call the number provided by just eat and it doesn't exist so no way of talking to the restaurant. If you look at reviews on just eat I'm not the first. Avoid both and save your money for reputable businesses.

Avoid buying from this place. Ordered online thru Just Eat and although order arrived late (stated between 30-45, but was well over 1hr) that wasnt the worst of it, the actual order was not as advertised. Meant to be a copy of Kooshy's wonderful Dirty Box, also called a Dirty Box, but instead of tempura chicken and southwestern chicken strips all we received was 2 chicken nuggets hidden between soggy oven chips and cajun macaroni. Was also supposed to come with 3 dips, which we never received. Ordered 2 of these for over £17 total to receive some cheap chips and macaroni and 2 nuggets. Tried to call but number always unavailable. Only option on Just Eat is to leave a review so that they can work with the shop to improve their standards. On leaving a very negative review found there were tons of similar reviews and some people never even received their orders! My bad for not checking 1st, but I thought Just Eat used verified and trusted shops. Apparently the same owner operates 4 different "shops" across 2 numbers at 45 and 47 John Finnie Street. You may get better service going in off the street but I would avoid ordering online.

whole order was wrong and the ice cream had lumps in it. absolutely disgusted with what i received and if you think your worth the money your charging you should think again.
